Twin Peaks Law Courts

Meggan and Jeff sit side by side outside of the courtroom as they wait for Judge Franklin Ross to see them. They requested to see the Judge in private as they have decided to tell him that they want to drop the custody case as they have reunited and they will raise Logan together. Meggan almost can't believe that this has happened since when she first suggested this to Jeff, he admitted that he needed time to think about it. When he arrived at her door step earlier in the day, she was thrilled when he said they could try to make their relationship work.

"How are you feeling about this meeting?" Jeff asks Meggan as they hold hands waiting for the judge. He looks over at her and tells himself that he is doing the right thing for himself and his son; after he saw Leah in bed with Cory, he realized that this was the way to ensure he was in his son's life. He has to proceed with his divorce from Leah and he can be happy with Meggan and Logan.

Meggan sighs back to him. "I think it will be good," she tells him. "I mean, I'm sure the Judge will be surprised. But this is our decision, right?"

"It completely is," Jeff agrees with her. "Can I ask you another question?"

"Of course," Meggan purses her lips together as she looks over at him. "You can ask me anything."

"Do you think we will be able to move on from everything that has happened between us the last few months? We've both been pretty hard on each other."

"I guess should ask you that question," Meggan replies to him immediately. "I lied to you about Logan for so long. Do you think you can move on from that?"

"I think it will take me some time," Jeff admits to her. "But I am ready and willing to make an effort, Meggan. I meant what I said when I wanted this to work. Do you think that works for you?"

Meggan pulls him into a hug. "Of course it does," she tells him. "I will do anything I can to make you trust me again. But I agree, this is best for Logan."

Before Jeff can reply, the door to the courtroom opens. "The Judge will see you now," the plaintiff announces to Jeff and Meggan, who uneasily look at one another as they slowly stand up and prepare to see the Judge.

Robertson Enterprises; Dominick's Office

"How did your family take the news that you've accepted the job at Robertson Enterprises?" Dominick smirks over to Jacob as they stand together in his office in the Robertson Enterprises building. Dominick recalls how he recently saw Jacob and after Jacob admitted he was working at Roboto, he offered the young man a job at Robertson. To his surprise, Jacob accepted the job. Now, Dominick is going to put Jacob to work because he does believe his youthfulness will come in handy in helping him rebrand some of the Robertson products.

Jacob uneasily chuckles back to him. "To be honest, I haven't seen my mother yet to give her the news," he admits to him. "But, don't worry, I know how to handle my parents."

"I hope so because I'd hate for you to have to leave here when we are just getting started."

"Don't worry about that Dominick," Jacob waves his hand in the air. "Like I said, I can handle my mother. What, exactly, did you have in mind for my first project?"

Dominick moves over to his desk and picks up a file folder and then passes it to Jacob. "These are the sales of Gravity since we launched last November," Dominick tells Jacob. "Despite the avalanche that took place, the sales are really solid."

Jacob finishes scanning the couple of pages in the folder and then looks back at Dominick. "I'd say," he agrees with his boss. "These numbers are great."

"We need to keep this momentum going," Dominick replies to him.

"What did you have in mind?"

"Well, these sales are from the winter line," Dominick informs him. "With spring and summer around the corner, I'd like to have a Gravity line for all seasons."

"Ah, so hiking wear, swimming wear, that type of stuff?" Jacob asks him.

"Exactly," Dominick tells him. "If we did this well with winter gear, ski gear, then there's no reason we can't duplicate it with the hotter seasons."

"I like that," Jacob replies to him. "I can work closely with Trenyce and your fashion department to get some ideas up and running."

"And my Granddaughter Paige," Dominick says back to him. "She's working in the studio with Max Black, our photographer. Together you three can come up with some concepts for photoshoots and then discuss with Robin. How does that sound?"

"Sounds like I better get to work," Jacob winks back to him. "I'll head to the studio now and start to work with Paige and Max."

"Great, I look forward to seeing what you come up with," Dominick smiles back to him, thrilled with Jacob's enthusiasm.

The Pampa Grill

"I was surprised to get the invite for lunch from you," Victoria admits to Shane as they sit across from one another in the restaurant. "I thought you had a busy day at Robertson and then at general hospital."

Shane looks back at her and thinks about his conversation with Robin earlier in the day where he admitted that he was upset after the pregnancy test that he and Victoria did confirmed she wasn't pregnant. He was upset because he was actually excited at the idea of being a father again, however, Victoria was seemingly happy that there was no bun in her oven. Robin suggested that he discuss with Victoria about what he future desires are to see if they are on the same page about having children in the future.

"I was able to move my first appointment at the hospital back a little," Shane replies to her as he takes a sip of his water. "I thought it would be nice to have lunch with you."

"I agree it is nice," Victoria replies to him as she takes a sip of her white wine. "And, I can have a glass of wine. This wouldn't have been possible if I had turned out to be pregnant."

Shane uneasily chuckles back to her. "That's part of the reason that I wanted to see you."

Victoria arches her eyebrow back to him. "The pregnancy test? I thought you were cool with the results?"

"I have no other choice," Shane replies to her quickly. "I guess if I am honest, your reaction threw me for a loop. You seemed … I don't know? … relieved that you weren't pregnant?"

Victoria looks back at him and finds herself nodding to him. "I was relieved Shane," she tells him. "You have to understand that I haven't been back from the hospital very long. I lost over a year of my life to my mental illness. I'm still just getting my adjusted to being healthy and my new life. The last thing I felt like I needed right now was to be having a child."

Shane finds himself believing what she is saying. It does make sense that after everything she has been through the timing might not have been perfect. "Okay. I'm sorry that I jumped to that conclusion. I guess I needed to know where you stood on having children in general?"

"I don't know," Victoria admits to him. "All I know is that right now I still to focus on me. I don't want to have any relapse."

"As long as that's all it was," he tells her. "I was worried that you didn't want to be pregnant with my child."

"Oh God Shane, no," Victoria replies to him. "But, I don't know if I will ever be ready for children. I think that's something I have to think about long and hard. Is that a deal breaker for you?"

Shane looks back at her and shrugs his shoulders. "Honestly, I don't know. I guess that's something I have to think about."

At another table, Tyler and Trenyce sit across from one another nibbling on some California rolls that they are sharing.

"I told my Mom about Simona calling the search off for Daisy again," Tyler admits to her before he uses his chop sticks to pull a roll into his mouth.

Trenyce uneasily looks back over to him. She recalls how she, secretly, went to Brad to see if he could look into Daisy's disappearance. She did this without telling anyone because she doesn't' want to anyone's, especially Tyler's, hopes up that, maybe, Daisy is still alive because it is a long shot. Still, something inside her was telling her not to give up on Daisy just yet.

"What did Felicia suggest we do?" Trenyce asks him as she finishes chewing her piece of sushi.

"She thought that it might be a good idea to throw a memorial service for Daisy," he reveals to her. "She said it might be a good way to get some closure."

Trenyce finds herself nodding back to him in agreement. "I can't say that it's a bad idea," she tells him. "It might be nice to see family and friends come together to celebrate Daisy."

"I was thinking the same thing," Tyler admits to her. "I know it will be difficult but it might be exactly what I need to start to accept that she's gone and never coming back."

Trenyce reaches over the table and grabs his hand. "I don't want you think that you're alone in mourning," she tells him. "Because, I am grieving her too. This has been really hard on me, especially with everything else going on in my life."

"I know it hasn't been easy on you," Tyler replies to her. "But maybe together we can start to move on with this memorial service?"

"I think it's a great idea," Trenyce smiles back to him. "Let's do it. Let's have a memorial for Daisy."

Robertson Enterprises; The Studio

Max looks at some negatives of pictures he has recently taken for Robertson. While he does, he can't help but think earlier in the morning when Abby was at his apartment and they were discussing how Andrew and Paige are still upset with them for orchestrating their break up last year; both of them still want the people they are in love with, but they are having none of it. To help try to forget about Andrew and Paige, respectively, Max and Abby had hot sex with each other. He has to admit that he enjoyed and needed it, but now he has to return his focus on getting Paige back.

He looks over at Paige, who is looking at some documents at the large table in the studio. He wonders what he can do to get her back in his life; after everything they went through, he refuses to believe that it is really the end of them.

"Hey," Jacob announces to Max and Paige as he opens the door to the studio. "I just had a meeting with Dominick and it looks like we will be working closely together."

"Oh goodie," Max rolls his eyes over at Jacob, still annoyed by how Jacob used Cassie in his revenge plan. Anyone that hurts his mother will never be a friend of his, Max realizes to him.

"Jacob, I didn't know you were working here now," Paige says as he comes up to her. "That's really exciting and awesome."

"Yea, it's pretty recent," Jacob nods back to her. "I guess for you too?"

"For all of us," Max comes up to him. "I work here too."

"I heard," Jacob looks back at him. "I know you and I haven't always had the best relationship but we should try to work together, hey?"

"Ugh, yea, of course," Max snips back at him. "I won't let anything, or anyone, get in the way of my job. I'm not like that bro."

"It's true," Paige agrees with Max. "He's been very civil since we broke up."

"You two broke up?" Jacob asks as his eyes open in surprise. "I guess I hadn't heard that."

"We did," Max says back to him. "But we aren't talking about that. What's in the folder? We should get to work before Dominick realizes he's made a mistake in hiring us."

Jacob looks back at him and then over at Paige. "We will have to work together on this because Dominick wants us to help with a Gravity relaunch," Jacob announces as Max and Paige feel the excitement in the air start to build.

Twin Peaks Law Courts

"So, just so I am clear," Franklin Ross looks back at Jeff and Meggan in shock at the news they just relayed to him. "Not only have you two wasted the courts time, you've also made the decision on custody of Logan on your own? Why the hell am I even here?"

"We are truly sorry for bringing the case to court," Meggan uneasily replies to him. "It wasn't until we got here that we realized that we could settle this ourselves."

"We got caught up in our own heads," Jeff continues to tell the Judge. "Now that we have had time to discuss it, we realize that our solution is what is best for our son."

"I can't say that I'm pleased that you took so much time to figure this out," Franklin admits to them. "But, I do appreciate that you two have come together for the wellbeing of Logan because he is what matters. I will dismiss this case but I do not want to see either of you in my courtroom again over this issue, is that understood?"

"Yes, we understand," Meggan says back to him quickly.

"Case dismissed, you may leave," Franklin tells them before he stands up and walks out of the courtroom.

Jeff and Meggan look at one another in surprise. "It's really over," Jeff looks at her. "We can finally move on with our lives now."

"Its over," Meggan smiles back to him as she leans in and kisses him on the lips. The moment that their lips touch, Jeff flashes back to seeing Leah in bed with Cory and pulls back. "Jeff? What is it? What's wrong?"

"Nothing," Jeff tells her. "Everything is finally perfect."
