Nat, I'm really sorry to hear that Cory served you with divorce papers,"
Robbie tells his sister as they sit on the sofa together in the large living room
of their family mansion catching up with one another. Natasha just finished
telling him about Cory coming over to see her recently and presenting her with
the divorce papers; while she wasn't shocked by the move, she is upset as she
had hoped that they would be able to work out their differences, especially since
Sophie is still so young. She had hoped that she and Cory would have been able
to put their family back together. "Thanks, like I said I knew it
was coming," she replies to him quickly. "I had hopes that we could
work things out but I guess he had other ideas." "After everything
you and Cory have been through I am surprised that he is just throwing in the
towel so quickly," Robbie admits to her. "You'd think he would have
fought a little bit more for you and the marriage?" Natasha shrugs
back to him not sure of what to say back to him. The truth is, Cory couldn't get
over the fact that she slapped him all those months ago. That changed their marriage
forever. "I guess I knew what to say? If he doesn't feel like it's worth
repairing, there's not much I can do. I can't save my marriage all on own; it
takes two. Anyways, enough of that. What's going on with you? Any updates on Brooke?"
Robbie uneasily chuckles back to her. "No," he reveals to her.
"I haven't heard from her since the day she told me she had to focus on her
legal issues for how she obtained Cheresa all those years ago."
"Unbelievable," Natasha huffs back to him. "She might still be
in jail if you hadn't bailed her out!" "I do think Greg would
have bailed her out eventually." "It's like she's slapping
the hand that was feeding her," Natasha tells him. "I know that you
still care about her Robbie, but I think this might be for the best."
Robbie uneasily nods back to her. "I know and I was thinking that too.
It just doesn't change what the heart wants." "Well, don't
you have any other options? I mean, you and Leah have always been close, haven't
you? What if you tried to rekindle your romance with her?" "You
know what's weird?" Robbie looks over at her. "I was sort of thinking
the same thing after a couple of conversations Leah and I had. We just seemed
to be on the same wave length." "So, what's the problem?"
Natasha asks him back. "I don't know," Robbie shrugs his shoulders.
"She invited me to have drinks with her the other night and by the time I
got to Barcode she was gone. I haven't heard from her since." "She
ghosted you? That's not like Leah," Natasha replies to him quickly. "I
wonder what happened that caused her to leave without a word to you."
"I have no idea," Robbie says back to her. "But, I will find
out what it was. Because you're right, that's not like Leah at all."
Robertson Enterprises; The Studio "So, don't keep me
in suspense," Robin purses her lips as she looks over at Shane as they stand
together in the studio of the Robertson Enterprises building. Robin knows that
Shane was going to see Victoria for lunch to discuss Victoria not being pregnant;
Shane was disappointed to learn Victoria wasn't pregnant while she seemed relieved
to learn she wasn't with child. Now, Robin wants to know how their conversation
went as she told her friend to be honest with Victoria about how he was feeling.
"How did it go with Victoria?" Shane runs his hand through
his hair before he smiles back over to his friend. "You are really curious,
aren't you?" Robin chuckles back to him. "Of course I am, I'm
your friend, I only want what's best for you." "We talked and
she made some valid points about not being ready to be a mother," he reveals
to Robin. "Like the fact that she lost over a year of her life because of
her alter ego and that she hasn't been back from the hospital that long. She feels
like she's still getting back on her feet." "That makes sense,"
Robin nods back to him. "She admitted that she doesn't know if or
when she wants children," Shane continues to explain to her. "And, that
threw me for a loop because I would love to have another child. Or children."
Robin continues to nod back to him. "I hope you told her that?"
"I did, she asked me if her not wanting a child was a deal breaker,"
Shane tells her. "And, that's where we left it. I have to do some soul searching
to see if I want to have another child and if being with someone who doesn't will
be the cause of our downfall." "Wow, if I can help you figure
that out, I'd be happy too." "Thanks Robin," Shane smiles
back to her. "I think, however, that it is something that I have to figure
out on my own." "Keep me posted, okay?" Robin tells him
as she pulls him into a hug. "I'm here for you if you need me."
At the doorway of the studio, Helen peers into the room and sees Shane and
Robin embracing. She had stopped by to find out if Robin had heard from Adam since
he left with Dawn to go to rehab since she hasn't; part of her expected not to
hear from them as she knows that Dawn wouldn't be allowed to have a phone while
getting treatment but she had hoped to hear from Adam. She turns around
and arches her eyebrow wondering why Robin is in the arms of another man. Helen
recalls how the last couple times she and Robin saw one another, it ended up in
a heated discussion as they both still care about Adam. Whatever the reason is,
Helen realizes that this could be the way to ensure she gets Adam back in her
life. The Pampa Grill "Are you sure I'm not interrupting
you?" Victoria looks over at her mother, who is about to take a sip of her
red wine. Victoria has been eager to tell Eva the update since she confided in
her recently that she was late and she might be pregnant with Shane's baby.
Eva looks at her watch when she sets her glass down. "No, not at all.
Dominick is running late for our dinner date. We are supposed to be celebrating
Valentine's Day." "Where is he?" Victoria asks her.
"Where else would he be? At Robertson Enterprises," Eva slightly
rolls her eyes. "Sometimes it feels like he is married to that company and
not me." "Oh Mom, you know he loves you." "Yes,
yes," Eva waves her hand in the air. "Anyways, darling, please tell
me did you find out if you're going to give me a grandchild?" Victoria
uneasily chuckles back to her. "Shane and I took a home pregnancy test,"
she reveals to her. "And before you get your hopes up, I am not pregnant."
"Well, there's always next time," Eva purses her lips together.
"Do you want another glass of wine?" Victoria asks her. "Because,
it's a long story if you want to hear it." "Let's split a bottle?"
Eva replies to her. "At this rate, I'd love to hear your story because I'm
not sure if or when my husband is coming." "Sure," Victoria
uneasily chuckles back to her. *** At another table in
the back corner of the restaurant, Max sits at a table with a beer in front of
him. He is waiting for Abby to arrive so he can discuss with her their recent
love making session; it caught him by surprise when she came on to him as he knows
that she is still in love with Andrew and he is in love with Paige, but he can't
deny that he needed the release. After the sex, however, he went to work and saw
Paige and realized that he had to talk to Abby to ensure that she is on the same
page as him. "Hey, I got here as soon as I could," Abby says
as she sits across from him. "Your message made it seem important what's
going on?" "I thought we should talk about what happened,"
Max replies to her before he takes a sip of his beer. "It was pretty
great, wasn't it?" Abby giggles back to him. "Now you know what Andrew
is missing out on." "Ha," Max cackles back to her. "It
was good, I can't deny that. But, I'm in love with Paige." "Oh
God," Abby groans back to him. "I know this wasn't going to be a regular
thing, Max. I want Andrew, you want Paige. I just needed to get laid. It was simple
for both of us." "Okay," Max nods back to her. "I
just wanted to make sure that we were on the same page." "We
are," Abby winks back to him. "Now, buy me a glass of white wine?"
The Young Mansion; Nicholas' Home "You didn't have
to go to all this trouble for dinner," Andy looks over at Nicholas as they
sit across from each other at the large dining room table in the mansion where
Nicholas is living. There are candles and soft music playing while Hendrix prepares
their meal for them. "I wanted to have a romantic night with the
man I love, is that so wrong?" Nicholas smiles back to him. Andy
feels his cheeks flush. "When you put it that way
" "Besides,
we have this beautiful dining room and Hendrix told me he is a great cook,"
Nicholas replies to him. "So, I thought why not take him up on that."
"This is true," Andy says back to him. "Have you had anyone
else over to see the place?" "Only Robin, but she has been
here before." "You should throw a small house warming or something,"
Andy suggests to him. "Maybe we could do that together," Nicholas
replies to him. "I mean, there's so much room here and I have all these people
waiting on me
" "What are you suggesting?"
"Move in with me?" Nicholas asks Andy, who looks back at him in surprise.
"I mean, you're here almost every night anyways
why not just be with
me all the time?" Before Andy can reply, Hendrix opens the door
from the kitchen with a cart full of food. "Dinner is served," he announces
as Andy looks over at him and then back at Nicholas, wondering if he should actually
move into Melissa's mansion. The Sugarbowl "Felicia
told Tyler that we should throw a memorial for Daisy and I agree with him,"
Trenyce tells Chris as they sit together in the back booth of the coffeehouse
together. Trenyce just finished telling Chris about Tyler's idea to throw a memorial
for Daisy, even though she has hired Brad to search for her Aunt; she can't place
it but she doesn't want to give up on finding Daisy yet. Trenyce looks
over at Chris, who is lost in space. "Uh, did you hear anything I just said?"
she playfully pokes him. "Yea, sorry," he finally snaps back
into reality. "I think it's a good idea." "Where did you
just go? You were a million miles away." Chris shrugs back to her.
"I haven't really been able to focus on anything other than Andrew and Albertinah,"
he admits to her. "Ever since I found out about their affair, it's been haunting
me." "I think the good news is that Albertinah admitted that
it was a mistake," Trenyce replies to him quickly. "We can't change
the past but we can try to support them going forward?" "It's
just a lot to take in, I guess," Chris admits to her. Before Trenyce
can reply to him, Cheresa approaches their table. She looks at her parents for
a moment and can tell that they might have been talking about something important
but she doesn't care; she has to see them and it can't wait. "Hey,
I hope I'm not interrupting," Cheresa say to them, as Chris and Trenyce look
at her and get smiles on their faces. "Of course not," Trenyce
tells her daughter. "Do you want to join us?" "No, I can't,"
Cheresa replies to her immediately. "I just wanted to see you about something
that happened recently." "Are you okay?" Chris asks her.
"You didn't have a relapse did you?" "No, nothing like
that," Cheresa waves her hand in the air. "Before Dawn left for rehab,
she was served with a restraining order against me. Do either of you know anything
about that?" Chris gulps back to her as he takes a sip of his coffee
as he slowly thinks back to the secret meeting he had with Greg on the pier a
few weeks earlier. "I don't know anything," Trenyce quickly tells her
before she looks over at Chris. "Chris?" Cheresa asks her father.
"Do you know anything about the restraining order?" "No,
of course not," Chris replies to her. "I wish I could help you Cheresa,
but I can't." Cheresa uneasily nods back to him. "Well, thanks
guys. I appreciate your honesty." "Of course baby," Trenyce
tells her. "If we can help you with anything, we are here for you."
"That's not necessary, but thank you," Cheresa replies to her.
"Thanks for your time." Chris and Trenyce watch as Cheresa
walks away from their table, both of them still longing for more of a relationship
with their daughter. The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas & Donovan's
Home "Are you sure we have the house to ourselves?" Donovan
asks Lukas as he opens a bottle of wine and proceeds to pour two glasses of wine.
They have decided to have a quiet, romantic night together since they both have
had a lot going on with them lately. Donovan, however, knows that they have to
still share the space with Meggan, at least until they get their own place.
"Yea, Meggan was out with Logan and Jeff," Lukas replies to him
as he accepts a glass of wine from his husband. "I still can't believe
that they ended up reuniting after everything they went through," Donovan
sits next to his husband on the sofa. "Cheers." "Cheers
babe," Lukas toasts him. "And yea, it will be good for Meggan to finally
get some happiness for a while." "Not to change the subject
"
Donovan starts with a sly grin on his face causing Lukas to turn and face him.
"But? What's on your mind?" "You, me, us
"
Donovan continues to tell him. "We are married now, I have you back when
I thought I had lost you forever. I want us to really live our lives together
to the fullest." Lukas uneasily chuckles back to him. "You
don't think we are living our lives to the fullest?" Donovan shrugs back
to him before he takes a sip of his wine. "I've been thinking about something
and I guess I wanted to run it by you." "You've peaked my curiosity!"
Lukas chuckles back to him. "What are you thinking about?"
"A baby," Donovan reveals to him as their eyes lock. "Let's adopt
a baby? Or at least go on an adoption list or
I don't know, I haven't done
any research on this," he laughs to him. "But what do you say? Have
a baby with me?" Lukas leans in and kisses his husband on the lips.
"I'd love to start a family with you Donovan," he says as their lips
part. "Let's do the research together? I want both of us to be involved with
this every step of the way." Donovan looks back at his husband with
a warm heart. "I love you so much." "I love you too,"
Lukas winks back to him. "Hold my wine, I'll go grab my IPad and we can start
researching tonight!" The Cascade Apartments; Apartment 507;
Craig's Home Craig tosses and turns in his large bed as beads of
sweat form on his muscular chest as he continues to have another nightmare about
the time he spent in the cave on the side of the mountain last fall. The dream
is similar to the ones he has been having on an on-going basis since he was saved;
he is in the cave and his legs on the shoulders of a man, who is having sex with
him. Craig can hear himself moaning, half in pain and half in pleasure as he continues
to be thrusted into. Craig rolls over in the bed again as the vision
of the man on top of him slowly tries to become clearer. He can see a toned chest
with some hair on it sweating as he continues to penetrate into Craig. Finally,
Craig looks and up and sees Lukas' face loving every moment of the sex they are
engaging in. Craig suddenly sits up in the bed and tries to catch his
breath as he has been startled awake from his dream. "My God," he gasps
to himself as he tries to control his heartrate. "I remember! I remember
everything!" Next on One Day at a Time - A memorial for
Daisy is held - Cheresa is stunned by Greg's admission - Lukas double
checks on Meggan | |
