The Cascade Apartments; Apartment 507; Craig's Home

"How could you have just used that word?" a flabbergasted Lukas looks back at Craig as they stand in the living room of Craig's apartment. Craig just revealed to Lukas that he remembered them having sex while they were trapped in the cave on the side of the mountain last fall after the avalanche; Lukas can't believe that Craig has remembered because now it means that his marriage could fall apart. And, when Craig told him he remembered that they had sex, he used the word "rape". "I didn't rape you for crying out loud!"

"Then what in the hell would you call it?" Craig firmly asks him back. "Did I consent to the sex?"

"You were feverish," Lukas replies to him immediately. "You were burning up and the only way I could think of to break the fever was laying next to you and giving you my body heat."

Craig uneasily chuckles back to him. "So laying next to me involved fucking me?"

"No," Lukas shakes his head back to him. "It didn't start out that way. Then you started calling my name and you were touching me … it just happened, okay? And guess what, it worked! The fever broke and you were fine the next day."

"I haven't been fine," Craig tells him. "You know damn well how uncomfortable I have felt! I knew that it was weird and something was off, now I know why."

"I saved your life," Lukas reminds him.

"You raped me!"

"I didn't rape you!"

"You son of a bitch," Craig spits back to him. "I didn't give you the okay to have sex with me! I was so out of it. How the hell did you even get off on it?"

"I… I don't know," Lukas puts his head down ashamed of what happened. "Like I said, it just happened."

"And, to hell with anyone else? God Lukas, you've always been so selfish, but this…"

Lukas looks up at him with fear in his eyes. "What are you going to do now that you remember? Tell me, Craig, what is your next move?"

Twin Peaks Storage Warehouses

"It's about time you got here," Cassie rubs her hands together to keep them warm as she stands outside of a storage locker in the chilly February air. She looks back at Dominick, who has just arrived, the man that is helping her plot revenge on Robbie and Natasha. "It's cold out here."

"Sorry, but I am here now," Dominick replies to her, seeing his breath in the cold air.

"We have to get a couple things straight Dominick," she glares back to him. "You can't call me anymore. If I'm at the office and Natasha or Robbie or even Kim saw your number on my phone, it would raise questions."

"Understood," Dominick nods back to her. "But we need to have a clear cut time frame on what is going to happen. I, too, want revenge on Roboto and that includes Robbie and Natasha. Bob has always wanted to get back at me; now that he is dead, I want Robertson Enterprises to be the top dog. I want to bury Roboto once and for all."

"I am already giving you all the inside information that you need," Cassie reminds him. "You will beat Roboto to the punch with the serum, I'll keep you posted on our progress but the rest is really up to you."

"Just keep in the loop, that's all I'm asking," Dominick tells her. "Because, we are in this together. If we get caught, we are both in serious trouble."

"Don't you worry about that," Cassie smirks back to her partner in crime. "I have no intentions of getting caught."

The Pampa Grill

"It's late, why do you think Victoria asked us to meet her here?" Tyler looks over at Trenyce as they sit at a table in the back of the restaurant. Tyler was getting ready to go to sleep when he got a text from Victoria asking him to meet her and Trenyce at the restaurant. He has no idea what could be so urgent but he was curious to find out.

"I wish I knew," Trenyce replies to him as they lock eyes. "I'm not complaining though; I needed to get out of the house."

"Trouble with Chris?" Tyler asks her back.

Trenyce sighs and is about to tell him about how Chris filed the restraining order against Dawn which left Cheresa furious when Victoria arrives at the table. "Hey, thanks for coming. This couldn't wait."

"You have peaked our curiosity," Tyler tells Victoria as she sits at the table with them. "What is so urgent?"

"I was walking on the pier earlier tonight," Victoria starts to tell them. "And I saw someone that I never expected to see."

"Ok?" Trenyce asks her as she uneasily looks back at Tyler. "Who did you see?"

"Vinny Victors," she reveals as they gasp in shock. "He's alive and living in his family estate just outside of Twin Peaks."

"What? He's alive?" Trenyce asks her back before she looks at Tyler. She can't believe that this is happening on the same day that they had a memorial for Daisy. "If that's the case, maybe Daisy is too?"

"This is a miracle!" Tyler says getting excited at the idea of Daisy being alive.

"Vinny told me that Daisy died," Victoria replies to them quickly. "He was able to get off the mountain but he said he saw the avalanche and if Daisy was on the mountain, she would have died."

"I don't know what to believe," Trenyce admits to everyone. "Lukas, Craig and now Vinny? If they can survive, why couldn't Daisy?"

"I think this changes everything," Tyler nods back to them. "And I intend to find out exactly what Vinny knows."

"I was expecting you to say you were coming over again tonight," Nicholas smirks over to Andy as they sit next one another in a booth in the restaurant. Nicholas picks up his old fashioned and takes a sip of it before he looks over at his lover.

"I wanted to see you in a neutral space," Andy replies to him before he takes a sip of his sparkling water. "I think we have to talk."

Nicholas arches his eyebrow back to him. "Is everything okay? I'm not sure what to make of your tone?"

"I hope everything will be okay," Andy uneasily replies to him to him. "I wanted to talk to you about your request that I move in with you."

"Oh," Nicholas takes another sip of his drink. "Does this mean you don't want too?"

"I think I need more time," Andy nods back to him. "It's not that I don't love you or think what we have is great, it's just…"

"Is it the fact that I'm living in my mother's house? I thought you said you were happy for me?"

"I am happy for you," Andy tells him. "I just still get a weird vibe about the mansion. I find Hendrix a little creepy and, I don't know, I can't place my finger on it."

"So, you don't want to live with me as long as I'm in a place that makes me happy? I get it."

"Don't put it that way," Andy replies to him as he grabs his hand. "I'm saying, I need more time and once I am comfortable, we can revisit."

"Then I guess the question becomes," Nicholas looks over at him. "Will you ever feel comfortable in my mother's house?"

"I can't believe how infuriated Max became over a stupid light," Jacob looks over at Paige as they sit side by side at the bar having a drink together after a full days of work at Robertson Enterprises. Jacob thinks back to a few hours earlier in the day when he, Max and Paige were doing a photoshoot in the studio and Max was upset due to the fact that, he believed, there should have been another light on the model. Both Jacob and Paige agreed that the pictures looked good as they were but they put another light up to appease Max.

"I hope he's not that way every shoot," Paige takes a sip of her white wine. "I get that he takes his job seriously but we should be working as a team."

"Exactly and two of us thought the pictures were looking good as it was."

"I guess Dominick will be the final judge," Paige replies to him. "I do have to thank you, though."

"Thank me? What did I do?" Jacob asks her before he takes a sip of his rum and coke.

Paige uneasily smiles back to him. "Last year, Max and I, we were pretty close."

"I remember," Jacob nods back to her.

"Well, we recently broke up," Paige reveals to him. "And, I didn't know how I would feel working with him day in and day out. I don't think I could have gotten through today without your support. That's why I want to thank you."

Jacob chuckles back to her. "In case you forgotten, Max hasn't exactly been my biggest supporter since I was with Cassie and the fallout from that. So, I get it. I hope that we can work together moving forward too but I won't get my hopes up. I'll make you a promise though?"

"What's that?"

"I'll always have your back," Jacob looks at her. "Together, we can get through this working with Max thing."

Paige laughs back to him. "That sounds like a plan to me."

"I'm going order a nightcap and then I'll head back to the hotel," Greg looks over at Brooke, who is finishing her glass of red wine. They had been having dinner with Cheresa, but she stormed out after she learned that Greg and Chris had Dawn served with the restraining order. The way Greg spun it, however, he made it seem like it was Chris' idea, when in fact it was his.

"I wish you'd come home," Brooke looks over at her husband, knowing that he has been staying at the hotel since the truth of her affair with Robbie was revealed. "It's time Greg. We could put this family back together?"

"Only for it to be ripped apart again when you go to court?" Greg scoffs at her. "No, I think the hotel is where I will stay for the time being."

"If I can forgive you for hurting Cheresa the way you did tonight, isn't there a way for you to try to forgive me?"

Before Greg can respond, Cheresa appears back at the table where her parents are sitting Brooke sets her glass of wine down on the table, surprised to see her again so soon; when Cheresa left, she was livid with Greg for the restraining order.

"Cheresa, baby, what are you doing back? I didn't think we'd see you again tonight," Brooke tells her as Greg looks up at her. "You stormed out of here so quickly earlier."

"I wasn't expecting to come back, but I dropped my keys," Cheresa says as she bends down and picks them up from the ground. "But, I'm glad that I had a moment to calm down. I was so furious, it probably wasn't a good thing for me to drive."

"I can drive you home if you'd like," Greg looks back at his daughter.

"No, I don't want to be around you right now," she immediately says back to him. "What you and Chris did, it's not okay. Not by a long shot."

"I realize that now," Greg admits to her. "Look, sweetheart, I want this family to mend. I don't want us to be at odds. What can I do to make this right?"

"What can we do?" Brooke says back to her knowing that she has to support her daughter too. "We will do anything."

"What can you do you?" Cheresa asks them. "You are keeping the woman I care about away from me! Do you know how much that sucks? Dawn and I, we need one another."

Greg uneasily looks back at her and then over at Brooke who encourages him to say something with her eyes. "What if…what if I had the restraining order dropped? Would that help?"

"Can you do that?"

"I will do my best," Greg smiles back to her. "I just want you to be happy."

"That would be awesome," Cheresa tries to smile back to him. "Thank you, Dad."

"Anything for you," Greg tells her. "And I'm sorry if I overstepped."

Roboto

Cassie opens the door to the main office at Roboto and rushes inside. She closes the door behind her and moves to the desk, where she drops her bag.

"Dominick, Dominick, Dominick," she whispers to herself as she takes her jacket off. "You think you're so clever. Little do you know that I am also playing you like a fiddle."

She cackles to herself as she thinks about using Dominick to help her get revenge on Robbie and Natasha all the while using him too. "You are one of the people in this town that never takes me seriously," she says as she opens the laptop and starts the computer. "You will once I'm done with you. Once I'm done with all of you."

She types into the computer and then waits for a screen to open up. She looks at the screen. "Roboto's bank accounts," she purses her lips together. "This is just the first step," she laughs to herself as she continues to type into the laptop.

The Cascade Apartments; Apartment 304; Andrew's Home

Andrew takes a swig of his beer before he puts it down and picks up his Xbox controller and continues to play his game. He is trying to think about anything other than Albertinah and Abby the mess that has become of this. He still can't believe that Abby exposed his affair with Albertinah at his graduation; he lost his diploma and Albertinah lost her job.

"And she doesn't seem to get it," he whispers to himself as he continues to push the buttons on his controller. He pauses the game when he hears a faint knock on his door. He stands up, revealing his toned torso as he is only wearing some grey sweat pants and moves to the door. He opens it and is stunned to see Abby standing there. "What the hell do you want?"

"I'm tired of you giving me the cold shoulder," Abby moves into the apartment while Andrew slams the door closed. "You have to get over what happened. We have to find a way to move on."

Andrew chuckles back to her. "Move on from you ruining my life? How would you like to do that?"

Abby rolls her eyes back to him. "Stop being so dramatic," Abby tells him. "Yes, your life exploded but your life isn't ruined Andrew. You are still alive and you're still going to make something of yourself."

"You don't get it do you? You can't go around doing whatever the hell you want and not expect there to be consequences, Abby!"

Abby moves closer to him. "You're so hot when you're mad," she purses her lips together.

Andrew chuckles back to her. "God, you have a one track mind, don't you?"

"You can't blame me for thinking you're hot," she tells him. "I want what I want?"

Andrew looks at her and before he knows it, he grabs Abby and kisses her passionately. "Is this what you want?" he asks her as their lips part and she kisses him again.

"God yes, Andrew," Abby moans as he starts to undress her. "Make love to me."

Back in Craig's apartment, Lukas continues to look at his former lover desperate to know what Craig is going to do with the fact that he has remembered that they had sex in the cave.

"Answer me Craig, what is your next move?"

Craig sighs back to him. "I have no idea," Craig admits to him. "I feel incredibly betrayed by you. I feel violated by you. I feel like you took advantage of me in a state when I wasn't myself."

"I didn't rape you! We had been flirting for months leading up to being trapped," Lukas reminds him.

"None of that matters," Craig tells him. "I'm telling you how I feel… you have to respect this."

"And you have to respect that I'm married now," Lukas says back to him. "Please respect my marriage; don't say anything to anyone about what happened. Keep this between us. Can you do that?" Lukas asks him while Craig runs his hands through his hair. "Answer me Craig! Can you keep this between you and I?"
