Twin Peaks Police Station
"Are you sure you're going to be okay?" Trenyce looks over at
Donovan, who is waiting for Lukas to be released on bail. They had all
been at the Pampa Grill celebrating the news that the newlyweds were going
to try to adopt a baby when Simona Lopez entered and arrested Lukas for
raping Craig. Everyone was stunned at the turn of events nor did they
truly understand the charges that were being laid against Lukas. Trenyce,
Andy and Nicholas all offered to come to the station with Donovan, but
he asked that Trenyce come with him, so Andy and Nicholas left together.
"I will be once I know that Lukas is out on bail," Donovan uneasily
looks back at her, still trying to put everything together even though
he can't; right now, nothing is making sense to him. "I can't believe
that he was arrested and for raping Craig? There has to be some kind of
epic mistake."
Trenyce reaches over and grabs his hand. "Everything happened so
quickly, there has to be some kind of logical explanation. There just
has to be."
Before Donovan can say anything else, Tyler emerges in the station and
quickly rushes over to Trenyce. "I heard that you were here,"
he tells her. "We have to talk."
Trenyce uneasily looks over at Donovan who nods back to her. "Its
fine Trey, I promise. Lukas should be discharged soon and I'll take him
home to find out what's going on. Don't worry about me."
"Keep me posted, okay?" Trenyce hugs him. "We are here
for you. All of us."
"Thanks," Donovan uneasily says back to her still worried about
what is going on.
Trenyce looks over at Tyler and moves away from Donovan. "What's
going on?"
"I just got back from the Victors mansion," Tyler reveals to
her. "And, I think something is going on with Vinny. I can't place
it but I know that something is not right."
"What are you saying?"
"We have to talk to Simona, we have to get her to reopen the search
for Daisy."
"Why would I do that?" Simona asks them as she was passing by
and overheard their conversation. "I told you the last time you two
were here that the search is officially closed."
"That was before we found out this new information," Tyler looks
back at her with intent. "Vinny Victors is alive and well. I just
came from his mansion."
Simona arches her eyebrow listening to his story. "That means that
Craig Benton, Lukas Richardson and now Vinny Victors all survived the
avalanche," Trenyce looks at the detective. "You have to admit
that it seems odd that my Aunt was the only one who perished that day."
"We won't stop until we know the truth about what happened,"
Tyler grits his teeth together hoping that they are getting through to
Simona.
"Very well," Simona nods back to him. "Based on this new
information, I am willing to look into the avalanche again. I will see
if Daisy could still be alive."
"Thank you!" Tyler excitedly replies to her. "Thank you
so much."

"You've posted bail Mr. Richardson, but under no circumstances are
you to leave Twin Peaks, is that understood?" an officer tells Lukas
as he escorts Lukas to the main counter in the police station.
Lukas nods back to him as he uneasily looks at Donovan. He knows that
he will have to discuss with him about the fact that he was arrested for
raping Craig, which he knows is not what happened. "Yea, I get it.
Thanks."
"You're free to go for now," the officer replies as Donovan
comes up to his husband and pulls him into a hug.
"Are you okay?" Donovan asks him.
"I'll be fine," Lukas uneasily says back to him.
"Good, because now you can start explaining: why in the hell does
Craig think you raped him? What is going on here, Lukas?"
The Black House; Helen & Dawn's Home
"I don't want to rush you but I'd love to hear all about it,"
Helen says before she takes a sip of her tea as she looks over at Dawn
and Adam, who are sitting side by side on the sofa in the living room
as they just returned from Dawn's trip to rehab. Helen is so happy to
have her daughter back home; she just hopes that Dawn was able to get
healthy and get over the addiction to the anti-depressants that she was
on.
"In good time," Dawn nods back to her. "Just know that
I am better. I have to take it one day at a time, but the cravings are
not as intense as they once were. I have learned better coping mechanisms."
"That's wonderful to hear," Helen replies to her. "I missed
you, Dawn. You're the most important thing in the world to me. I'm glad
that you're home."
"Thanks, I'm happy to be back," Dawn say with a slight yawn.
"If you don't mind, it's been a long day. I'm going to turn in."
"Sure thing kiddo," Adam hugs her. "I'm proud of you. You
rocked it at the center."
"Thanks for coming with me," Dawn smiles to him. "See you
in the morning, Mom."
"Good night sweetheart," Helen says as she turns her attention
to Adam. "Thanks again for going with her. I know she wanted you
there."
"She's a brave kid," Adam replies to her. "I'm just glad
she's doing better."
"Me too."
"What else has been going on while I was away?" Adam asks her.
"Anything exciting?"
Helen uneasily takes another sip of her tea as she recalls having a few
heated encounters with Robin while Adam was away, one in which she admitted
that she was still in love with him. A short time later, she happened
to see Robin and Shane in a warm embrace. She hasn't been able to get
the image out of her head despite not knowing what was going on between
the two of them.
"You know this place, never a dull moment," she chuckles back
to him. "The most interesting thing is that Robin and Shane are working
together now. And, they seem rather close."
Adam arches his eyebrow back to her. "I heard that Craig left Robertson
Enterprises but it is news that Shane took the position. I guess that's
a good thing?"
"Yes, I think it is," Helen nods back to him, as she tries to
study his face to see if he is at all worried about the fact that Robin
and Shane are growing closer. In Helen's mind, the way to get Adam back
is still by Robin and Shane's relationship, whatever it may or may not
be.
The Young Mansion
"Are you sure that we should be doing this tonight?" Andy asks
Nicholas as they move up to the front door of the Young mansion carrying
some bags in their hands. "After everything that Donovan and Lukas
are going through, this seems a little odd."
Nicholas finishes unlocking the door and they quickly move into the foyer.
"Yea, I think its fine," Nicholas sets some of the bags down
on the floor. "We asked them if they wanted us to go to the police
station and Donovan said no. There's not much else we can do about it
tonight."
"That's fair," Andy nods as he takes his jacket off. "I
just can't believe Lukas was arrested."
"You know what? Let's talk about something else," Nicholas smiles
back to him. "Like the fact that you have all of your clothes in
these bags
that means we are officially living together."
Andy comes up to him and hugs him. "I will try my best to get over
my apprehensions," he chuckles back to his lover. "The nice
thing is I didn't have much to bring cause this place is fully furnished."
"I just have to make room for you in the closet," Nicholas laughs
back to him. "Come on, let's get these bags upstairs."
From the corner of the living room, Hendrix watches the two young men
carry the bags through the room and towards the staircase the leads to
the second level of the house. He gets a smirk on his face knowing that
the plan is working out perfectly, even better than he and Melissa first
thought.
He pulls his cell phone out of his pocket and sends Melissa a text message,
"Andy just moved in. Things are going better than we had hoped."
Hendrix smiles to himself as he puts his phone back in his pocket and
disappears into the shadows of the mansion.
The Sugarbowl
Natasha sits at the bar window with a coffee in front of her, her mind
thinking about how her marriage to Cory is coming to an end. She has tried
everything she could think of to try to save her marriage but Cory wants
none of it. Even after Daisy's memorial service, she had hopes that the
realization that life is so short and precious would give Cory different
perspective but it didn't.
"I guess that means that I have to find a way to move," Natasha
whispers to herself before she takes a sip of her coffee. "I have
to let him go."
"Natasha, hey," Jeff says as he comes up to her. "I hope
you don't mind, I saw you sitting here alone and thought I'd say hi."
"Jeff, that's sweet of you, how are you?" Natasha asks him as
he sits next to her. "Actually, to be honest, I've heard that you
and Leah are going through a divorce, I'm sorry."
Jeff uneasily nods back to her as he thinks back to seeing Cory and Leah
in bed together recently; afterwards, he ended up reuniting with Meggan
and they dropped the custody case for Logan. He wonders if Natasha knows
that her husband was having an affair with Leah.
"Thanks," Jeff tells her. "It was sort of a long time coming
and now, Meggan and I can raise Logan together."
"Families are so unconventional these days," Natasha replies
to him. "It's wonderful that you and Meggan are giving your son stability."
"How about you? Things okay with Cory?"
Natasha uneasily chuckles back to him. "Just as you and Leah are
divorcing, so are Cory and I."
"Ah, I'm sorry to hear that. Was it anything in particular that started
this in motion?" Jeff asks her, still fishing for information.
"The last year or so has been rough," Natasha admits to him.
"Finally earlier this year it just came to a boil. It wasn't just
one thing, I guess."
"Isn't that how it always is?" Jeff chuckles back to her. "Anyways,
I am sorry to hear about your divorce."
"Must be something in the air," she tells him. "Both of
us going through similar situations."
"Must be," Jeff agrees with her.

Abby rushes into the coffeehouse desperate to get out of the chilly air
in Twin Peaks. She orders herself a hot chocolate and waits for her drink.
As she waits she happens to see Andrew in the back booth sitting by himself.
She immediately thinks back to the previous night when she showed up at
his place to try to convince him to forgive her for exposing his affair
with Albertinah. At first, it started out with his typical angry rant
but then they ended up having very heated sex. It was the moment Abby
longed for; she finally got the man she has wanted for so many months.
Now, she just hopes that it is the start of something great.
She grabs her hot chocolate and moves to the back booth. "Hey lover,"
she smiles as she sits across from him. "Let's finish our drink and
head back to your place? I could use a second round."
Andrew rolls his eyes back to her. "Oh God," he groans. "You
aren't serious, are you?"
"Why wouldn't I be?" she purses her lips together. "You
clearly enjoyed the other night. So did I. We are two adults, what is
stopping us?"
"You're pathetic," Andrew tells her. "I was angry, I had
so much pent up energy, you were there
"
"And you loved it."
"I used you to get what I needed Abby," Andrew coldly replies
to her. "I would have had sex with any girl that walked into my apartment
that night."
Abby feels her heart break insider her chest at the words Andrew is telling
her. She fights the tears swelling in her eyes because she wants to stay
strong in front of him. "You don't mean that. You wanted me just
as much as I wanted you."
"And, I'm telling you," Andrew glares at her. "You disgust
me. Everything you do is for your own selfish purposes. That night, I
took a page out of your book," he tells her as he stands up. "I'm
going to tell you this again: I want nothing to do with you, so please,
stay the hell away from me."
Abby covers her mouth as Andrew walks away from her as a tear falls down
her cheek. She can't believe that Andrew used her for sex and that she
fell for it. "How could I have been so stupid?" she whispers
to herself, suddenly feeling very dirty.
The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas & Donovan's Home
"Okay, we are home, you can start talking," Donovan demands
from his husband as they move into foyer of the large mansion they live
in. Donovan had asked Lukas for answers about the rape charges at the
police station but Lukas insisted that they come home first so they could
talk in private. Now that they are home, Donovan needs to know what is
going on. "Why is Craig pressing you with charges of rape?"
Lukas sighs and runs his hands through his hair. "Thank you for bailing
me out," he tells his husband. "I don't think I could have handled
being in jail overnight again," he says, thinking about when he was
in jail when he was convicted of killing Frederick.
"Of course," Donovan replies to him quickly. "I would never
let you stay in jail. But Lukas, stop stone walling me: I need to know
what happened."
"Don't worry," Lukas says back to him as he grabs his car keys.
"I'm going to get to the bottom of this right now."
"Where are you going?" Donovan shouts as Lukas opens the door
and quickly walks out of, slamming the door shut. Donovan groans out loud
annoyed that Lukas still hasn't answered him. "What is going on with
you Lukas? And why aren't you telling me the truth?"
Next on One Day at a Time
- Lukas confronts Craig
- Felicia sees something she shouldn't
- Greg and Kim reconnect
