The Cascade Apartments; Apartment 507; Craig's Apartment

"Craig! Craig open the door, I know you're in there!" Lukas yells at the door of Craig's apartment as he stands in the hallway pounding his fist into the door. He has arrived to get answers from the doctor about charging him with rape; the last time he saw Craig, he pleaded with him not to say anything about the two of them having sex in the cave last fall. The last thing Lukas expected was to be arrested, in front of his friends and family, for raping Craig. Lukas still thinks that it's absurd that Craig thinks he was raped since they had been flirting for months leading up to being trapped in the cave together. "I'm not going away until we talk!"

Craig finally opens the door to his apartment and glares at Lukas, annoyed that he is causing a scene in his apartment building. "You know I have neighbors, right?"

"Like I care," Lukas barges into the apartment. "You have a lot of explaining to do! How could you charge me with rape? Do you know how serious that is?"

"Yea, I do," Craig slams his door closed and turns to face Lukas. "About as serious as me having nightmares about being in the cave and feeling raw and used because you ended up topping me without me knowing."

"I told you the other day, we only slept together because I was trying to save your life!" Lukas yells back to him. "If I hadn't crawled into that bed with you, God knows what would have happened. You have to drop these charges, Craig. You have too!"

"That's where you're wrong," Craig grits his teeth back to Lukas. "I don't have to do anything, in fact, I won't drop the charges."

The Pampa Grill

"It's been far too long since I've had a drink with my son," Shane smiles over to Jacob as they sit next to one another at the bar of the restaurant. Shane was pleasantly surprised to get the call from Jacob to see if he wanted to grab a beer; he has been so busy with working at Robertson Enterprises and breaking up with Victoria that he hasn't seen his son in a few days.

"That's why I reached out to you," Jacob looks over at him. "I missed my Dad."

Shane chuckles back to him. "Now that I'm working at Robertson Enterprises, we might see each other from time to time at the office."

"That's true," Jacob nods back to him. "I hadn't thought of that. Anyways, how are you doing with the break up with Victoria? I know you cared about her."

"I did care about her, I still do," Shane admits to his son. "But the fact of the matter is, we realized that we wanted different things out of life. It is better that we know that now vs. later on."

"Yea, I get that," Jacob takes a swig of his beer. "I'm sure you'll both rebound in due time."

"How about you?" Shane looks over at his son, just as Cassie opens the door to the restaurant and moves inside. She immediately sees Shane and Jacob talking, so she instinctively moves closer to them, hoping to hear their conversation. "You must be getting ready to date again? It's been months since you and Cassie broke up."

Jacob nods back to him thinking about his recent interaction with Paige at Robertson Enterprises and then after work. "Yea, I guess there is a girl that I think is pretty cute. I'd like to ask her out …"

Cassie feels her heart sink in her chest. She knew that this day would come but she still didn't want it too because she still loves Jacob, despite everything that has happened between them. She shakes her head and quickly exits the restaurant, having not been seen by anyone.

"Why do I get the feeling there is a but coming?" Shane asks his son.

"I'm not sure I should," Jacob admits to his father. "We kinda work together and she is just going through a breakup. I don't want to be a rebound or make it weird at work."

"If you want my advice," Shane puts his hand on his son's back. "I think you will only regret the choices you don't take in life. If you don't ask out this girl, you might miss out on something very special."

Jacob nods back to his Dad. "Thanks Dad, I'll keep that in mind."

At another table in the back of the restaurant, Adam sits across from Robin with a smile on his face as it is his first time seeing her since he has been back from taking Dawn to rehab. He looks at her and realizes that he has missed her a lot; he just hopes that his time away was enough time for her to get over the fact that he slept with Helen, which cured him of his impotence.

"I missed you so much," he says as she takes a sip of her wine. "It's so nice to see you."

Robin purses her lips back to him. "It's good to see you too, Adam. I hope Dawn is better?"

"She is so brave," Adam replies to her quickly. "It is still one day at a time but I think she has learned a lot about herself and what she wants in life."

"That's great," Robin tells him. "I know that going with her was important to you."

Adam nods back to her. "It was important for me," he agrees with her. "But it also was time for you to process everything that was happening with you and I. Robin, I hope that you can forgive me for sleeping with Helen all those months ago. I want us to get back together. I want us to have a future together."

Robin sighs back to him as she thinks about the few encounters she had with Helen while Adam was away and they weren't exactly pleasant. "You know that I care about you, Adam. And, I'd like to have that future we agreed on but I think I have conditions."

"I know that you might need time to trust me again," Adam tells her. "But if you're willing to give me the chance, I'll make it up to you, I promise."

"Do you mean that?"

"Of course," Adam smiles back to her.

"Good because there is something that you can do for me," Robin looks up at him.

"What is it? What can I do, Robin?"

"Stay away from Helen," Robin shocks Adam to his very core. "You have to stay away from your ex-wife."

The Black House; Helen & Dawn's Home

"I can't tell you how good it is to see you," Cheresa smiles to Dawn as they sit on the bed in Dawn's bedroom. Cheresa is so happy to see her friend back from rehab and because she was able to figure out who filed the restraining order against Dawn and have them drop it. She is still miffed that Greg and Chris worked together on it but at least Greg had the order dropped to try to make it up to her.

"I'm just so grateful that you were able to get the restraining order dropped while I was away," Dawn replies to her. "I was worried that I wouldn't be able to see you once I got home."

"I told you that I would get to the bottom of it," Cheresa uneasily smiles back to her. "I just hate that Greg and Chris did this."

"That doesn't matter now," Dawn tells her. "Greg dropped the order and all is well again."

"I guess," Cheresa uneasily nods back to her. "It just makes it difficult to trust them, especially Chris and Trenyce, you know?"

"I know," Dawn comes up to her. "How about I try to take your mind off it?"

Cheresa chuckles back to her. "How would you do that?"

Dawn leans in and kisses her passionately on the lips. "I've missed you," Dawn whispers to her as their lips part.

"Is your Mom home?"

"No," Dawn replies to her immediately before she kisses Cheresa again. This time when their lips part, they both take off their shirts and fall into the pillow together, kissing once more.

The Sugarbowl

Chris grabs his coffee from the barista and moves to the coffee bar to put some cream and sugar in his beverage. He knows that he shouldn't be having coffee this late at night but he figures he might as well stay up since he won't be able to sleep and try to think of a way to make it up to Trenyce that he lied about being involved in the restraining order against Dawn. He hates that Trenyce, and Cheresa, are upset with him. In a time when he should be celebrating the fact that he got his daughter back in his life, he feels like he is doing the opposite and everything is a mess.

He turns to leave when he sees Trenyce sitting alone at the window bar. He takes a deep breath and realizes that now is as good of time as any to try to make it up to her. "Hey, coffee at this hour? Will you sleep at all tonight?" he asks her as he sits next to her.

"I could ask you the same thing," she replies to him coldly.

"I wasn't going to sleep anyways, too much on my mind, I thought I might as well try to be productive."

Trenyce uneasily nods back to him, still furious with him for causing a bigger rift between her and Cheresa. "I get that you're mad at me, Trey, I really do. But I had my reasons for what I did. Not that it's an excuse. I'm just hoping that you can find it in your heart to forgive me so we can try to rebuild our relationship with Cheresa."

"How do you think you can rebuild your relationship with Cheresa when you lie to her face?" Trenyce asks him back. "I don't know Chris. I'm beginning to think that if I want a relationship with my daughter, I have to distance myself from you."

"You don't mean that," Chris replies to her quickly. "We are a team, Trey."

"We were a team, Chris," Trenyce says back to him. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to focus on my daughter and my Aunt and doing everything I can to get them back in my life."

Before Chris can reply, Trenyce quickly walks past him and out of the coffeehouse. Chris sighs wondering how he can make this up to Trenyce and Cheresa; he can't lose his family over this silly mistake that he made.

At the back booth of the coffeehouse, Greg sits across from Kim hoping that Chris doesn't see him and come to create a scene. Kim looks over at her lover and notices that he is feeling apprehensive. She turns around and sees Chris and Trenyce talking and then Trenyce walking out of the coffeehouse.

"Do you want to go somewhere else?" she asks him as she returns her attention to Greg. "I know your history with those two."

"You don't know the latest," Greg reveals to her as he starts to explain the entire restraining order situation. "So, you can imagine that Chris will be livid with me when he realizes that Cheresa blames him more than me."

Kim smirks back to him, not sure if she should be impressed with Greg or worried that he is causing more problems. "Well, yea, I can see why they'd be upset," Kim tells him. "But you are looking out for Cheresa, that's all that matters."

"I'm glad you see it that way," Greg nods back to her. "If I had my way, Cheresa would never speak to Chris or Trenyce again."

"I know that's what you want, but I think you have to accept that eventually Cheresa will want a relationship with her biological parents," Kim says back to him. "I think that's going to happen one day."

Greg uneasily gulps back to her. "I know, I'm just scared I'm going to lose my little girl."

"You won't lose her," Kim tells him. "You just might have to share."

Greg laughs back to her. "You know I'm not good at sharing."

Kim chuckles back to him. "How are things with Brooke's trial? Are there any updates?"

"No so I do appreciate your patience with me," Greg admits to her. "I know you'd like to see me more often but I am trying to be there for Brooke and my family."

Kim reaches over and grabs his hand. "I know, that's part of the reason I respect you so much, Greg. You will do anything for your family. That's what matters right now."

Greg smiles back to her. "That doesn't mean I don't want you still."

"Then what are we still doing here?" she asks him as he stands up from the booth.

"Good question," he chuckles as they quickly move towards the exit of the coffeehouse.

Robertson Enterprises

"It is interesting to me," Dominick uneasily smirks over to Cassie as she stands over his desk prepared to give him an update on the Roboto serum that she is working on. He knows that she is giving him all the details so he can beat Roboto to the shelves with his own serum product as a way to get revenge on Robbie and Natasha. "That you don't want to get revenge on Jacob. After all, he did use you to exact some kind of revenge."

"Jacob is young and foolish," Cassie replies to him quickly, recalling how she just heard Jacob admit to Shane that he is interested in a girl. "He has a lot of life to live yet."

"It sounds like you still care about him."

"We aren't here to discuss Jacob," Cassie snaps at him. "I trust these formulas for the serum will help you with your product?"

"Naturally," Dominick smiles back to her. "Thank you for these."

"You're welcome," Cassie replies to him. "I'll be in touch soon with the next phase of our plan.

"Good, I look forward to it," Dominick says back to her. "Now, be careful when you leave here. I don't want anyone to see you."

"Don't worry Dominick, I know exactly what I'm doing," Cassie winks back to him. "See you soon."

Dominick returns his focus to the formulas in front of him, thrilled that he will be Roboto to the shelves with the product. Cassie, meanwhile, opens the door and looks around to ensure no one is in the hallway before she quickly takes off. Just as she leaves the office, the elevator doors open and Felicia emerges. She arches her eyebrow wondering why Cassie is leaving Dominick's office.

"What is that she-devil doing with Dominick?" Felicia asks herself in confusion.

The Cascade Apartments; Apartment 507; Craig's Home

"You can't do this to me!" Lukas yells back to Craig, who just told him that he doesn't have to drop the charges he filed against him for rape. "You know damn well I didn't rape you, Craig!"

"Like hell you didn't," Craig spits back to him. "Let me ask you a question, Lukas … that night in the cave, did I consent to sleeping with you? Did I tell you that I wanted to bottom for you?"

"You were feverish! I saved your life!"

"You can't even answer the question because you know I am right," Craig tells him. "I didn't consent and you still had sex with me, Lukas. And for reason alone, I'm not dropping these charges. You will pay for what you did to me! You will be charged with rape!"
