Chris' Townhouse

"I knew Trenyce was stubborn but this sounds like she doesn't even want to compromise," Albertinah tells her brother as they sit together on the sofa in Chris' townhouse, each with a glass of wine in their hands. Albertinah was just filled in from Chris on how Trenyce is giving him the cold shoulder since he confessed that he and Greg worked together to have the restraining order against Dawn filed; Trenyce was livid that he went to such extremes but also that he lied to Cheresa about it. Albertinah wishes that they would stop fighting so they can focus on getting Cheresa back in their lives; that's what really needs to happen after everything has happened.

"I get why she is upset," Chris admits to his sister, knowing that he screwed up royally. "I wish I hadn't lied in the first place."

"You must have had your reasons," she replies to her brother. "You wouldn't have lied for no reason."

"Of course I had my reasons," Chris nods back to her. "Dawn was passed out from being on medication when Cheresa fell into the water last summer. If Dawn hadn't been high, my daughter might not have almost died. I get that Cheresa is in love or whatever with Dawn but I have serious questions about Dawn's stability as a friend and companion."

Albertinah takes a sip of her wine as she nods back to her brother. "So, what's next?"

Chris shrugs back to her. "I have to figure out a way to make it up to Trenyce," Chris tells her. "I have no idea how I'm going to do that but it is my mission to make sure she forgives me."

"If there's anything I can do, you know I'm in your corner."

"Thanks Tina, but I thought you were leaving town?"

"That's still the plan," she winks back to him. "But that doesn't mean that I won't be in your corner, no matter where I am."

The Sugarbowl

In the back booth of the coffee house, Trenyce looks over at Brad with intent as she is finally going to get an update on what, if anything, Brad has uncovered in his search in trying to see if Daisy is alive. She realizes that no one knows that she has asked him to look into Daisy's death because she hadn't wanted to get anyone's hopes up in case the search didn't turn up with any new information. However, now that she knows that Vinny is alive, she is even more desperate to know if Daisy could be alive and well.

"Please tell me if you have uncovered anything about my Aunt's death," Trenyce looks over at him. "I'm dying to know if you've found anything that will help us learn what really happened."

Brad uneasily looks back at her knowing that Trenyce is eager to find out what happened with Daisy. "I have started my investigation, Trey, I really have. But, I have to tell you, there's not a lot to go on."

"I don't understand?" Trenyce admits to him. "I thought you were a good private investigator?"

Brad chuckles back to her. "I am," he tells her. "The thing is, your Aunt was on a mountain when a natural disaster hit, it's not like I can watch a surveillance video or something to help me out here."

Trenyce shakes her head as she feels her heart sink in her chest. "I just had hoped…"

Brad reaches over and grabs Trenyce's hand, which causes her to look into his eyes. "I am still looking into this," he tells her. "It just might take me a bit longer than we thought. I've contacted the resort and they will give me the names of the people who stayed in the rooms with the mountain view when the avalanche struck. I'm going to reach out to them to see if they saw anything. It's a long shot but it is a first step."

"Okay, thanks," Trenyce replies to him. "I really appreciate this Brad."

"Of course," Brad looks back into her eyes, just as Tyler approaches the table.

"Brad, Trenyce" Tyler says to them. "What's going on here?"

Jacob moves inside the coffeehouse and immediately looks over to see Paige sitting at the window bar by herself. After he saw Shane earlier, he decided to take his father's advice and see Paige again. Jacob knows that he and Paige haven't been working together very long, but he has felt close to her, mostly as a result of their mutual dislike for Max.

"Hey, I'm glad you could make it on short notice," he says as approaches her. "Can I get you anything to drink? My treat!"

Paige chuckles back to him. "Sure, how about a hot chocolate?

"Coming right up," he replies as he moves to the cashier and orders the beverages. He comes back and passes the drink to Paige. "Here you go."

"Thanks, that was sweet of you."

"That's me, Mr. Sweet," he chuckles back to her. "How was your day?"

"It was good, how was yours?" She asks him before she takes a sip of her hot chocolate.

"Not bad, I saw my Dad earlier," Jacob reveals to her. "And he gave me some pretty good advice."

Paige arches her eyebrow back to him. "About what?"

"Well," he nervously looks over at her. "I have a crush on a girl and he encouraged me to ask her out to see what would happen."

Paige giggles back to him as she moves a piece of hair behind her ear. "And, who is this lucky girl?"

"You," Jacob nods back to her as he gets a bashful smile on his face as Paige looks over at him in surprise.

At the doorway, Max stands having come into the coffeehouse looking for a coffee and he heard Jacob just admit that he has a crush on Paige. He can't help stand there frozen desperate to hear what her reaction is going to be. He almost can't believe that this is happening when just a few months ago he and Paige were so incredibly close.

"How could I say no to the guy who just bought me a hot chocolate?" she asks Jacob as they lock eyes. "I think a date would be nice."

"Really? You mean it?"

"Of course I do," Paige smiles back to him. "Thanks for asking me, I'm flattered."

"Yea, obvi I wanna ask you out," Jacob feels the butterflies in his stomach. "This is awesome."

At the door, Max leaves unseen and leans up against the building. "How the hell am I going to get you back now?" he asks himself wondering how he can remove Jacob from the equation.

The Young Mansion

Nicholas paces back and forth in the dining room of the large mansion that he is living in wondering where Andy is. He knows that he and his boyfriend had planned to have a late dinner together to celebrate the fact that they have moved in together but Andy has not returned home yet, and Nicholas has not received any messages from him advising that he is running late. It's not like Andy to be late, Nicholas realizes, so he is worried that something serious has happened to him.

"Mr. Young," Hendrix comes into the dining room. "My dinner is starting to get cold. Should I put it back in the oven? Of course, the risk with that is that it will start to overcook. I guess I could use that Uber Eats app on my phone when your significant other finally arrives."

"Uh," Nicholas turns to face his butler. "I wish I knew what was keeping Andy. It's not like him to be this late."

"How about I put the dinner in the oven for another twenty minutes," Hendrix suggests. "If he's not home by then, it will be a takeout night."

"Sure, that sounds like a good compromise Hendrix," Nicholas nods back to him. "Thank you and I'm sorry for that."

"It is not your fault, no need to apologize," Hendrix replies to him as he moves back into the kitchen and gets a wicked grin on his face.

Nicholas, meanwhile, hears the front door open so he moves into the living room and then into foyer where he sees Andy taking his jacket off.

"Where have you been?" Nicholas asks him annoyed.

"At the office, I had a huge article to finish for the morning edition of the paper," Andy replies to him. "Why are you so upset with me?"

"Because, we had dinner plans like an hour ago and you didn't text or call to say you were late. Hendrix is ready to throw out dinner!"

Andy feels the blood drain from his face. "Oh God, I'm so sorry. I thought I had put the time in my phone but I must have forgotten to do that."

"I don't care if you're going to be late, I would just expect you to let me know," Nicholas tells him. "Are you hungry?"

"Yea, I'm famished," Andy says moving up to him and looking into his eyes. "I am sorry. I promise I'll remember to put things in my phone going forward, okay?"

Nicholas hugs him. "Okay, I'm sorry for losing it."

"Nah, I am the one who is sorry for not reaching out. I promise I'll be better."

"Good, let's go eat!"

The Pampa Grill

Leah sits at the bar of the restaurant with a martini in front of her. She takes a drink of it before she sets it back down. She had asked Paige to meet her for a drink but her daughter said she had plans, so she is alone. She can't help but feel like she is alone right now; ever since Jeff told her that he wanted a divorce, she has had this sinking feeling that she is alone. Except for the night she spent with Cory, she realizes.

"I still can't believe that they put us both through the custody case only to realize they wanted to be together and raise their son together?" Lois Kam says to Josh Levitt as they pass behind Leah in the restaurant. Leah turns around to see what they are talking about and immediately realize that they must be talking about Jeff and Meggan.

"Yea, it's pretty outrageous but at least we got paid," Josh chuckles to Lois, who nods back to him.

"Isn't that the truth, whatever Jeff and Meggan do now is on them," Lois says as they exit the building.

Leah takes another sip of her martini, suddenly feeling even more alone than ever before. Now Jeff and Meggan have decided to reunite and raise Logan together? Why hadn't she heard about this? Leah shakes her head in confusion.

"Hey, we have to stop meeting like this," Cory says to his friend as he comes up behind her. "Leah, are you okay?"

"What are you doing right now?" Leah asks as she turns to face Cory.

"I was just going to grab a drink, why?"

Leah stands up and kisses him passionately. "I need you," she looks into his eyes before she kisses him again, knowing that they had agreed to only be friends but she wants him now more than ever before.

"Come on," Cory whispers to her as their lips part, his eyes filling with lust. "Let's go back to my place."

Roboto

"This is all really great news about the serum, it seems like we are making good headway," Robbie tells Natasha, Kim and Cassie as they all sit in the main office of Roboto. Kim and Cassie just gave the Calimo siblings an update on the serum and both Robbie and Natasha are pleased with the progression the new product has made.

"I agree with my brother," Natasha purses her lips together. "This is going better than I had hoped. And, thank you all for agreeing to this meeting. I know it's late but it was the only time we were all free."

"I don't mind staying late," Cassie tells them. "I am putting a lot into this launch, I just hope it is showing."

"It is not going un-noticed," Robbie admits to her. "Nat and I might have been skeptical at first but the four of us, we are making a very good team."

"I think there's one small problem," Kim tells the group as she gets a concerned look on her face. "And that is Robertson Enterprises."

Cassie gulps hoping that no one has figured out that she is secretly working with Dominick to bring down Roboto as a way to get revenge on Robbie and Natasha. "What are you talking about?" Cassie asks Kim back, as Robbie and Natasha uneasily look at one another.

"Despite the avalanche last November, the sales for the winter Gravity line were very, very strong," Kim replies to everyone. "I am concerned that Dominick and his company will try to spin Gravity off into another direction."

"Like a spring or summer collection?" Natasha asks her back.

"Exactly," Kim immediately replies to her. "We have to come up with an action plan that means we will be able to combat anything that Robertson Enterprises throws our way."

"What are you suggesting?" Robbie asks her next.

"Bob and I always had this theory that if someone's personal life was in chaos then it would impact their work," Kim reveals, as she thinks back to how she and Bob had a picture of Tyler kissing Daisy and they leaked the photo right before the election a few years ago. The image caused Daisy to lose the election but also created chaos for Tyler, who was getting close to learning that Kim and Bob had brainwashed Felicia into believing she started the fire at the Robertson Enterprises boutique. "If we could destroy Dominick's personal life, Robertson would be impacted."

"I don't think I like where this is going," Natasha admits to her. "In case you have forgotten, my mother is married to Dominick. I won't let anything bad happen to her."

"It was just an idea," Cassie interjects, thinking that Kim is right about her thinking. "We can shelf it for now but I think it's something we should all keep in the back of our minds."

Kim smiles quickly over at Cassie before they look back at Robbie and Natasha, who are looking more and more concerned with every passing moment.

Robertson Enterprises

"Knock, knock," Felicia slowly opens the door to Dominick's office and sees her ex-husband sitting behind his desk. "Burning the midnight oil, I see."

"Felicia, what a surprise," Dominick smiles as he stands up and walks over to greet her. He kisses her cheek and hugs her. "What brings you by at this hour?"

"Would you believe I was in the neighborhood?"

Dominick chuckles back to her. "No, I wouldn't. Seriously, what's going on? Not that I mind getting a visit from the mother of my children."

Felicia smiles back to him as she recalls a short time earlier when she arrived at the building, she spotted Cassie leaving Dominick's office. She hasn't been able to shake it that something isn't right because she knows that Dominick shouldn't be having any dealings with that woman.

"I needed to see you and it couldn't wait until tomorrow," Felicia moves to the bar and pours herself a glass of white wine.

"That sounds ominous," he replies to her. "Have I done something wrong?"

"You tell me," Felicia looks back at him. "When I arrived, I saw Cassie Nova coming out of this office. What was that all about? Why were you meeting with that woman?"

Dominick moves to the bar and pours himself a scotch, his mind already turning about how he can spin their meeting as he knows no one can know the truth about why they were meeting. If anyone knew the truth, their plan could be exposed and a lot of people could be hurt.

"You won't believe this," Dominick takes a sip of his drink. "But, she found out that Jacob is working here and she wanted to know if she could see him. Turns out, Cassie is still carrying a torch for the younger man."

Felicia rolls her eyes back to him. "Of course that she-devil is! I hope you shooed her away!"

"Yes, I did," Dominick smirks back to him.

"Well, good, I was worried something more serious was going on," Felicia admits to him. "I'm glad it was nothing.

"Thank you for looking out for me," Dominick moves closer to her and pulls her into a hug. "No matter what, I'm glad I can count on you."

"You always can, Dominick," Felicia whispers back into his ear as they hold one another.

At the door way of the office, Eva stands and immediately feels her heart move into her throat at the sight of Dominick in the arms of his ex-wife. She quickly recalls how he stood her up for their Valentine's day dinner and he gave her the excuse that he was working; seeing him "working" now, she has to wonder if Felicia was the real reason he never showed up to their date.

The Pier

Andrew slowly walks down the pier in the chilly weather trying to get his head around everything that has happened the last few weeks in his life. He was about to graduate college when Abby revealed to the dean that he and Albertinah had an affair; as a result, Albertinah lost her teaching of excellence award and Andrew's diploma was revoked. Shortly after, Abby arrived at his place and was desperate for him to forgive her; Andrew had angry sex with her and then told her he never wanted to see her again. He's not exactly proud of what has happened but he is trying to move on now in the best way he knows how.

He stops when he sees a figure moving closer to him on the pier. Soon, he realizes that it's Albertinah. "I'm glad that I ran into you," Andrew announces as he moves up to her. "I've been thinking about you."

"Have you?" Albertinah asks him back. "I guess I've been wondering how you have been too. I've been trying to keep my distance since the graduation."

"Me too," Andrew admits to her. "What is going to happen to you now?"

"I lost my job," Albertinah reveals to him. "I told Chris that I think I will leave town. I need to escape this."

"Please don't go," Andrew replies to her quickly as he grabs her hand. "Now that the truth is out, we could…"

"No," Albertinah whispers back to him. "Andrew, I've made a mess of my life, my career…I have to leave Twin Peaks to try to get my life back in order."

"There's nothing I can say to make you change your mind?"

"I'm afraid not," she tells him before she pulls him into a hug. "You take care of yourself, Andrew."

"Yea, you too Albertinah. And thank you, for everything."

Twin Peaks Police Station

"Thank you for agreeing to see me this evening," Simona says as she welcomes Vinny into her office. She had summoned Vinny to the station after Tyler and Trenyce revealed to her that Vinny was still alive despite being presumed dead in the avalanche last November. Simona had closed the investigation on his and Daisy's deaths, but now that Vinny is alive, and Lukas and Craig survived, she did think it was a good idea to see if Daisy could be alive.

"I didn't feel like I had much choice," Vinny uneasily chuckles back to her as he sits in front of her desk. "When the police call, you tend to come running."

"That was wise," Simona smiles back to him as she sits behind her desk. "You have to admit that the police are curious about you suddenly showing up alive and well when news of your death spread. Why were you hiding out?"

"It's a very long story," Vinny admits to her, hoping that he has memorized his planned story well enough to execute; no one can know that he is actually holding Daisy and Brett hostage at the mansion. "But when the avalanche had struck, I was in a very bad place in my life. My marriage had fallen apart; my friends had accused me of lashing out at Daisy and Tyler; I didn't feel like I was wanted or needed here anymore. So, when I heard that people thought I died, I just didn't correct them."

"I see," Simona looks back at him. "You know that's a very sick way of looking at things, don't you? Pretending your dead when you're not?"

"I guess," Vinny admits back to her. "I guess I didn't think of that way."

"This leads us to question whether or not Daisy could also be alive."

"No," Vinny immediately replies to her as Simona arches her eyebrow. "Daisy is dead. I know without a question."

"How can you be so certain?"

"We were on the mountain together. I was further down than she was when the avalanche struck; this is how I was able to get out off the mountain before getting caught in the disaster," Vinny tells her. "But, Daisy, she was too high up the mountain to have escaped. There's just no way it was possible. And, I told Tyler Robertson that too when he questioned me."

"I see," Simona uneasily tells him back. "I think that's all for now Mr. Victors but I might call you back in at any time to answer more questions."

"Sure," Vinny stands up and shakes her hand. "I'd be glad to help with anything. I just hope everyone can start to mourn Daisy properly now."

The Sugarbowl

"So Brad didn't really have any updates on Daisy?" a dejected Tyler asks Trenyce as they sit across from one another in the back booth of the coffeehouse. Brad has already left so he can continue his search, so Trenyce is now filling Tyler in on their meeting. Since Tyler knows that Vinny is alive, Trenyce decided to tell him about hiring Brad to try to find Daisy.

"Well, he made a good point," Trenyce replies to him. "It's not like there would be any security footage for him to review like in a normal case. This is literally him going to a mountain to see if there is anything for him to uncover."

"Yea, I guess that makes sense," Tyler nods back to her. "I was just hoping…"

"Me too," Trenyce reaches over and grabs his hand and squeezes it. "But between Brad working on this case and Simona reopening the case the police station, we will figure out what happened to Daisy, Tyler. I believe that with everything in me."

"I do too Trey," Tyler says to her. "And I think all the answers lie with Vinny Victors."
