The Cascade Apartments; Apartment 507; Craig's Home

"If you're here to rake me over the coals again, you're not welcome to come into my apartment," Craig tells Donovan who is standing in the hallway of Craig's apartment building. Craig doesn't want to have another altercation with Donovan or Lukas about the rape charges he filed against Lukas; he just wants to wait for the trial to start so they can all move on from this nightmare, or at least start too. He knows that nothing either man says will make him change his mind that he didn't' consent to having sex with Lukas in the cave last fall.

Donovan sighs back to him as he recalls how Lukas just confessed that he and Craig did more than flirt last fall, they shared some stolen kisses. It makes him sick to his stomach to think about it. "You're going to hear me out," Donovan pushes his way into Craig's apartment. "I found out your dirty little secret, Craig."

Craig slams the door closed before he turns back around to look at Donovan. "Explain yourself or get out."

"You and Lukas," Donovan makes eye contact with him. "You did a hell of a lot more than just flirt with together last fall, didn't you?"

Craig gulps back to him realizing that Lukas must have finally told him the entire truth about the situation. "Ah, so Lukas finally told you that we kissed a couple of times?"

"Here you are acting all saintly and how you are a victim," Donovan spits back to him. "You're no innocent party in this!"

Craig uneasily chuckles back to him. "Let me ask you something Donovan," he replies to him. "If you and kiss right now, is that consent to have sex with me?" Craig asks him back. "I can tell by the look on your face that you don't think it is. So, nothing has changed. Yes, Lukas and I kissed but he doesn't change the fact that he slept with me without my consent!" he yells at Donovan. "The sooner you realize that, the better off we will all be!"

"You're disgusting," Donovan spits back to him. "You go around flirting and kissing taken men than get upset when they want more? God, you're a pig."

"Get out!"

"I'm leaving, but this isn't over Craig, not by a mile!"

The Park

Andrew looks back at Abby in absolute shock by what she just revealed to him. He was jogging through the park when Abby stopped him and told him that she had something to tell him; he of course grew impatient with her talking in circles until she just blurted out that she is pregnant. He can't believe that their one night of sex, which he did as an act of revenge on Abby for revealing his affair with Albertinah, might have caused him to become a father. It was the last thing he was expecting to find out.

"I…I don't think I actually heard you correctly," he finally manages to say back to her, as Abby folds her arms across her chest.

"I'm pregnant," Abby replies to him, hoping she hasn't made a mistake telling him about the child. "I only found out recently. But I am having a baby, Andrew. This is real."

"I don't know what to say," Andrew admits to her. "Congratulations?"

Abby giggles back to him. "I could say the same thing to you."

"Me?" Andrew asks her back, his shock slowly moving to denial. "There's no way I could be the father, Abby. We only slept together once."

"It only takes once," Abby tells him.

Andrew feels the blood drain from his face. "What are you saying? You're actually telling me that I'm the father?"

"That's exactly what I'm saying," Abby purses her lips together. "We are going to have a baby, Andrew."

The Sugarbowl

"I haven't been able to stop thinking about it," Trenyce tells Chris as they sit across from each other in the back booth of the coffeehouse. "Our meeting with Brad the other day, I mean."

Chris uneasily picks up his coffee and takes a sip as he recalls how he saw Brad and Trenyce together; Trenyce then revealed that Brad offered to talk to Cheresa on their behalf in hopes of getting her to come around to her biological parents sooner rather than later. Of course, Cheresa indicated that she had to focus on Brooke's trial because she has to testify. That's when Trenyce suggested that they drop the charges against Brooke to try to get within Cheresa's good graces.

"About Cheresa?" Chris asks her as he sets his coffee back down. "It does make sense that she wants to focus on the trial. I had forgotten that she was subpoenaed to testify."

Trenyce shakes her head back to him. "I meant about dropping the charges, Chris," she tells him. "If we drop the charges against Brooke, Cheresa won't be preoccupied with the trial and she might come around to us sooner. Isn't that worth exploring?"

"I don't think it will go down that way," Chris admits to her. "I think there will always be something holding Cheresa back from us until she fully graps what has happened. If it's not the trial, it would be something else. And, if we drop the charges, then Brooke doesn't pay, and that's not acceptable."

"What else would Cheresa use to prevent her from getting close to us?"

"That's the point, we have no idea."

Trenyce shakes her head back to him. "I still think this is the right thing to do, Chris. It would be us in a better light with our daughter. That's important to me."

"I know it is," Chris reaches over and grabs her hand. "But Brooke has to pay for what she did. I won't back down on that, Trey. I just won't."

Paige slowly opens the door to the coffeehouse hoping to grab a coffee before she heads to Robertson Enterprises. She was with Max earlier in the day and she had to remind him, again, to stay out of her business with Jacob. As she grabs her coffee, she can't help but think about the previous day when Jacob walked on her because she finally revealed her sorted history with Shane, when she made it look like they had sex and Jeff and Robbie charged Shane with statutory rape. It wasn't until Paige was on the witness stand that she confessed it was a lie.

She turns around after putting a lid on her coffee and sees Jacob sitting at the window seat alone. She knows that she should give him space but she finds herself walking towards him. "Can I sit with you?" she asks as reaches Jacob's chair.

Jacob looks back at his girlfriend and finds himself nodding back to her. "Sure, I guess you can."

Paige slowly sits next to him. "I wasn't sure you'd want to see me after yesterday," she admits to him. "I know what I did to your Dad was really shitty."

"It was."

"But Jacob, it was a very long time ago," Paige continues to tell him. "I am not that person anymore. Not at all. We've spent enough time together for you to realize that, right?"

"I didn't sleep well last night," Jacob admits to him as they lock eyes. "I couldn't stop thinking about us and what you did to my Dad."

"Jacob…"

"No, let me finish, please," Jacob tells her as she nods back to him. "You are right, what you did to my Dad was shitty. But we've all made mistakes in our lives. One of the things that I kept thinking about last night was how much I've enjoyed spending time with you."

"Really?"

"Yea, really," Jacob nods back to her. "If you can forgive me for walking out on yesterday, I'd like to see you again."

"Oh Jacob," Paige hugs him. "I'm so glad you're giving me a second chance."

They part from their hug and their lips meet again. "Let's just promise that there will be no more secrets, okay?"

"I can do that," Paige giggles back to him.

Robertson Enterprises; Dominick's Office

"So, they are planning a launch party," Cassie reveals to Domininck, who is sitting behind his desk listening to every detail that Cassie is telling him about the Roboto serum. They have been secretly working together to plot against Roboto and the Calimo children; with all the information Cassie is giving, he will ensure that Robertson Enterprises beats their rival to release a similar product. "Once I know all of the details, I'll let you know, of course."

"Very good," Dominick nods back to her. "My product is almost complete, so I am on track to one up Roboto."

"Perfect," Cassie giggles back to him. "I guess that's all I have unless you have something?"

"There is actually something I need to discuss with you," Dominick stands up from his chair and moves closer to Cassie. "Felicia, my ex-wife, saw you leaving my office the other day. We have to be careful about these meetings."

"She saw me? What did she say? How did you cover?"

"Easy, calm down," Dominick reassures her. "I was able to make a cover story that you wanted to see Jacob but he wasn't here. I'm just saying, going forward, we have to watch our steps."

"Yes, I agree," Cassie nods back to him. "Nothing can stop us from taking down the Calimo's, Dominick. Nothing."

Downstairs in the studio, Robin looks at herself in a mirror as she applies some make up over some of her scratches that she has on her face following her physical fight with Helen earlier. She can't believe that Helen attacked her because of her ultimatum to Adam; the nerve of that woman, Robin thinks to herself.

"Whoa, what happened?" Adam asks as he comes up behind her and notices the scratches and bruises on her face. "Are you okay?"

"I'll be fine," Robin tries to tell him as she puts her compact away. "What brings you by?"

"I was hoping to take you out for lunch," Adam reveals to her. "But, seriously, what happened? You look like you got into a fight or something."

"I might have."

"You're not being serious? Who did you have a fight with?"

"Helen," Robin stuns Adam with her revelation. "She came here and attacked me because of the ultimatum that gave you."

"This is crazy!" Adam gasps back to her. "You two are acting so immature!"

"You're calling me immature?" Robin asks him back with anger in her voice. "She slapped me!"

"And you had to slap her back, right? God, what a mess this has become! You realize this is all on your shoulders right? Making me stay away from Helen, the mother of my child," Adam yells back at her finally letting her know his true feelings on what she has done. "That's not possible! Helen is going to be in my life because of Dawn! And now you're fighting with her? You know what? This is a fucking mess!"

Robin watches as Adam rushes towards the door. "Adam, please don't go! Adam, let's talk about this! Adam!" she yells but Adam races out the door, needing space from Robin and the drama she has created.

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas & Donovan's Home

"Meg, are you home? Meggan?" Jeff calls out as he opens the door to the estate and moves inside. After the day he has had, he would like nothing more than to have a drink on the patio and enjoy the nice weather that has finally hit Twin Peaks. He knows that he was with Leah earlier and he finally confessed that he went to see her the night after Logan's custody hearing only he found her in bed with Cory. Any ideas that he might have had about a possible reconciliation went out the window when he saw that.

He moves into the living room but hears a loud thump coming back from the foyer. He moves back into the foyer and arches his eyebrow when he sees Meggan at the top of the stairs throwing some bags down to the ground.

"What's going on Meg? What are you doing?"

"What does it look like I'm doing?" she hisses at him. "Packing your stuff so you can get the hell out of my house!"

"What? Why? What did I do to make you this upset?" he asks her confused by her actions.

"I heard you Jeff," she glares at him. "I know that you went to Leah to see if you two could reunite and when she said no, you came crawling to me!"

"Meggan…"

"No, save it! I will not be your second choice, Jeff! You came to me because your ex-wife said no to you," Meggan yells at him. "You've hurt me for the last time!"

"I can explain," Jeff tries to reason with her but another bag hits the ground next to time.

"I don't want to hear your explanations anymore," she tells him. "Get your bags and get out of my house!"

The Victors Mansion

The front door to the Victors mansion slowly opens and someone dressed in all black enters the foyer. The figure slowly closes the door behind them. The figure sees nothing or no one so they move to the stairs and slowly start to creep up, not making a sound. Just as the figure reaches the second level, Vinny walks into the foyer whistling a happy tune.

He is on cloud nine since he and Victoria made love recently. He wasn't expecting their relationship to move on so quickly but he can't say that he is upset that it happened. He opens the door to the house and sees Victoria standing on the other side. "How did you know I was here?" she asks him with a grin on her face.

"Lucky guess?" he chuckles back to her. "I heard your car in the driveway. How are you?"

"I'm good," she moves into the foyer. "How are you?"

"Better now that you're here," he moves up to her and kisses her. "I haven't been able to stop thinking about you."

"You've been on my mind too Vinny," Victoria licks her lips after the kiss. "It was unexpected but I'm not complaining."

"You and I, we always made a good match," Vinny reminds her. "You only left our marriage because Chris Michaels was pressuring you."

"That was so long ago," Victoria says back to him. "But, yes, we did make a good team."

"We should be that team again, Vic."

Victoria arches her eyebrow and looks back at him in wonder. "What are you talking about?"

"Move in," Vinny says back to her as she opens her mouth in surprise. "Come live with me in this mansion."

Upstairs, the door to the study opens and the figure dressed in black moves inside. The door closes behind the figure and they lock the door once inside. They move their hand up to take their ski mask off and Brad is revealed to be underneath!

"Okay Vinny," he whispers to himself. "It's time to find out what you're hiding."
