Roboto Kim sits behind the large desk in the main office
of Roboto and types furiously into her laptop as she continues to work on the
anti-aging serum that the company is getting closer to the launch party. Her mind,
however, is not on the work that is in front of her; she can't help but think
about earlier in the morning when she was with Robbie and he kissed her out of
the blue. She has been casually sleeping with Greg, so she has been kissed recently
but there was something different about the way Robbie kissed her; she hasn't
felt that kind of passion in a very long time. Of course, the last thing she needs
in her life is to start to develop feelings for Robbie; after everything she has
been through with the Calimo children since Bob's death, getting involved with
Robbie would not be the wisest move she's ever made. "You look busy,
I could come back?" Andy calls out to his sister as he slowly opens the door
to the office and moves inside. Kim looks over at her brother and then
stands up to greet him. "Of course not, it is nice to see you," Kim
pulls him into a quick hug. "Once I get to the office, I always have a million
things to do, so there's never a good time. How are you? You look like you didn't
get a lot of sleep last night?" "I guess I didn't," Andy
admits to her. "I keep hearing that weird noise in the Young mansion; I don't
know what's wrong with me." Kim uneasily looks back at him knowing
that Andy has repeatedly told her that he has heard a weird scratching noise in
the bedroom in the mansion. Together with the fact that he has been late more
frequently, Kim has been worried about her brother. The fact that it is now impacting
is sleeping is even more troublesome for Kim. "Andy, this is starting
to be serious," Kim tells her brother. "You're late more often, you're
not sleeping and you keep hearing noises
do you think it's time to get
someone to look in the house? Or you get checked out by a doctor?"
Andy shrugs his shoulders back to her. "I think the house is haunted,"
he tells his sister. "And before you say anything, Nicholas has already said
that he thinks I'm crazy but I don't know what else it could be."
Kim moves up and pulls her brother into a tight hug. "I don't think you're
crazy," she whispers back to him. "I think you're grasping for straws
while you try to figure out what is going on. Just promise me you don't do anything
rash, okay?" "I'll try," Andy says as they exit their
embrace. "I just want this to stop. I need it to stop." The
Sugarbowl Robbie opens the door to the coffeehouse and moves inside
as he is looking for a coffee fix. He didn't really need another coffee this morning
but he needed to get out of the office as he surprised himself, and Kim, when
he kissed her earlier in the morning. He knows that they shared a closer moment
the other day while they were talking about Bob but he didn't think he would end
up sharing a steamy lip lock with his former step mother. After he grabs
his coffee, he moves to the coffee bar to put some cream in his beverage. He puts
a lid on his coffee when he sees Brooke sitting in the back booth by herself.
He quickly recalls how during her trial, she admitted that she was still in love
with Greg while she was on the witness stand. At that moment, he left the court
room as he felt like he finally got confirmation that whatever they had was truly
over. "I suppose congratulations are in order," he says as
he moves up to the booth where she is sitting. "I heard that you got off
on community service." Brooke looks up from her coffee and smiles
back to him. "I was so relieved when the Judge made his ruling," she
tells him as he sits across from her. "Thanks again for being there for most
of the trial." "You needed support, I thought it was the least
I could do." "I suppose I should also apologize," Brooke
replies to him as they lock eyes. "I'm sure it wasn't easy to hear me say
I still love Greg." Robbie uneasily shrugs back to her. "I've
been unlucky with women in the past but I was surprised," he tells her. "I
bailed out you last fall when Greg wouldn't even look at you. I thought I was
there for you and then I felt like you just pushed me aside when you didn't want
me anymore." "I never meant to hurt you," Brooke tells
him. "Not that it's an excuse." "Its fine," Robbie
uneasily smiles back to her. "I knew it was over for some time since we barely
spoke after I bailed you out. You were focused on your trial, your family and
Greg. I can't blame you for that." "For whatever it's worth,"
Brooke says back to him. "I did enjoy our time together. You're a good man
Robbie." "Thanks," he sighs back to her. "I guess
it just feels like I am always ending up in last place." The
Pampa Grill "So, things are going well out at the Victors mansion?"
Eva looks over to Victoria, who is sitting across from her mother in the restaurant.
Eva was thrilled when Victoria agreed to drive into the city to have breakfast
with her as she has been worried about Victoria living out at the mansion with
Vinny. She still doesn't trust Vinny but Victoria insists that she is doing alright.
Victoria takes a sip of her coffee as she recalls how Brad and Meggan recently
showed up at the mansion and demanded the truth from Vinny about whether or not
Daisy was alive; Victoria, of course, defended Vinny because since she has been
living at the mansion, she hasn't seen or heard anything that would give the indication
that Vinny is lying about Daisy being dead. "Things are going very
well," she finally replies to her mother. "I know that's not what you
wanted to hear but this new relationship with Vinny is just what I needed."
"Why do you say that?" Victoria shrugs back to her. "I
mean, being out of the city has been really nice. I feel like I can just breathe
and keep my head on straight. Plus, that house is huge! I've spent many days just
exploring it, it's a beautiful, old, home." "I'm worried about
you," Eva admits to her daughter. "I don't like that you're so far away
from me." "Mom, I'm fine. You have to believe you me when I
tell you that." "I do believe you," Eva uneasily replies
to her. "Just be careful, okay? I can't place it but I don't trust Vinny
Victors." *** At another table, Andrew picks up
his orange juice and takes a sip as he waits to hear what Chris and Trenyce have
to say back to him as he just revealed to them that Abby is pregnant. Andrew,
himself, is still rather surprised by the news to the extent that he asked Abby
to terminate the pregnancy because he doesn't feel like he is ready to be a father.
In his mind, he is still so young and has so much life to still live.
"I can't believe this," Trenyce admits back to Andrew before she looks
over at Chris. "You're going to be a father? Did you know about this?"
she asks Chris. Chris shakes his head no back to her. "Andrew came
to me a few weeks ago and asked about a situation that he was in but he didn't
give me the specifics. Now I understand why." "I wasn't ready
to tell anyone," Andrew informs them. "I needed to wrap my head around
this first." "And you've done that now?" Trenyce asks
him back, still trying to process the news. Andrew shrugs back to them.
"I asked her to have an abortion," he tells them as Trenyce gasps back
to him. "I know, it probably wasn't the smartest move and she said no, and
I respect that. Since that conversation, I've been trying to accept the fact that
my life is going to change forever." "A child is a beautiful
thing," Trenyce tells the young man she thought of as her son for years.
"Take it from me, take it from us, you don't want to take a single moment
for granted." "She's right," Chris looks back at Andrew.
"This is your chance to step up, be a man and do the right thing. You made
the decision to sleep with Abby, now you have to be the father your little boy
or girl deserves." Andrew slowly nods back to him. "I hope
I can be the father they deserve. I'm just
I'm scared." "We
will be here for you every step of the way, Andrew. This is a journey, you don't
have to know all the answers, hell parents who have grown children don't have
all the answers, this is just a part of life," Trenyce tells him.
"Thanks guys," Andrew smiles back to them. "Don't be surprised
if I call you for help." "We would love to help with whatever,"
Chris tells him back. The Park "How did you sleep
last night?" Max asks Abby as they sit next to one another on a bench in
the park on the sunny morning. Max knows that the previous evening they went to
the medical clinic to have a paternity test completed on the unborn child; Max
was hoping that he would turn out to be the baby's father, but Abby told him that
Andrew is the father. He is upset by the news but he has been trying to be there
for Abby since he knows that she still needs him as a friend. "I
guess as well as to be expected," she looks back to him. "I should be
asking you that question, you're the one who found out that you aren't a father
even though you seemed excited by the idea." Max uneasily chuckles
back to her. "I actually slept great," he tells her. "I was exhausted.
I think the waiting and the anticipation really tired me out." "Thank
you for being there for me," Abby replies to him. "You really are a
good friend, Max." "I'll always be there for you Abby,"
Max smiles back to her. "You and I, we've been through a lot together in
our quest to be with Andrew and Paige. That's a bond that will never go away."
Abby pulls him into a hug and holds him for a moment, suddenly feeling guilty
about lying to him about not being the baby's father. "You're too good to
me," she whispers into his ear. "I don't deserve you."
"Don't say that," he says back to her. "We are friends, forever.
Nothing will ever change that." Dominick's Townhouse
"Darling, I just had breakfast with Vic
" Eva starts to say
but stops dead in her tracks as she moves into the living room of the house she
shares with Dominick when she sees Felicia pouring herself a coffee from the bar.
She can't believe that Dominick's ex-wife is in her home; after all the close
encounters she has witnessed between Dominick and Felicia lately, she is now left
wondering why Felicia is in her house. "What are you doing here, Felicia?"
"Good morning to you too," Felicia takes a sip of her coffee.
"Where is my husband?" "He went to the office,"
Felicia says back to her. "I was arriving just as he was leaving. I came
to see you so he suggested I wait for you since he told me you were meeting Victoria."
Eva arches her eyebrow back to her. "You wanted to see me? Why? What's
going on?" Felicia slowly moves closer to her. "I hope you
know what a good man you have in Dominick," Felicia tells her, as she recalls
how Dominick told her that he thought Eva was keeping something from him but he
didn't know what it was. Felicia doesn't want Dominick to be hurt so she wants
to ensure Eva doesn't do anything that could hurt him. "You don't
need to tell me how good of a man my husband is," Eva snaps back at her.
"I think it's good you and I are alone, Felicia. I think it's high time you
remember that Dominick is married to me, not to you." Felicia chuckles
back to her. "How could I ever forget that?" Felicia asks her. "I'm
just here to warn you not to hurt Dominick because if you do, you will answer
to me." "Are you threatening me?" Eva gasps back to her.
"I'm telling you how it is, if you hurt the father of my children, you
will live to regret it." Roboto Kim moves to the
bar in the main office of Roboto and pours herself a brandy as she feels like
she needs something to help calm her nerves from the morning she had. First Robbie
planted a kiss on her then Andy revealed to her that he is still hearing the strange
noise in the Young Mansion; she hopes that the rest of her day goes without so
much drama. Just as she takes a drink of the brandy, she hears a knock
on the office door so she turns and sees Will coming into the office. "Is
this a bad time?" he asks her as he closes the office door behind himself.
"No, this is fine but you better make this fast," Kim moves up
to Will. "If Natasha sees you here, it won't end well." Will
chuckles back to her. "I just thought I'd stop in and give you an update
on my job with Eva." "You're not having second thoughts, are
you?" "No," Will shakes his head back to her. "I
need the money and, like I said, I do enjoy spending time with Eva. It's crazy
how after all this time, I'm still attracted to her." Kim chuckles
back to him. "Well, that's good! So, things are going okay?"
"Better than okay," Will replies to her quickly. "Dominick told
her to stay away from me but she agreed to still see me behind his back. I played
the 'I have no friends in Twin Peaks' card and it worked like a charm."
Kim gets a wicked grin on her face. "Perfect," she tells him. "Keep
charming her and before you know it, she will be in your bed, which is right where
you want her." Will nods back to her. "Believe me, I won't
stop until that happens Kim. You have my word." Next on One Day
at a Time - Robbie and Kim feel the tension - Andy continues to hear
the noise - Jeff lays a bombshell on Paige | |
