Twin Peaks Law Courts

"Abby!" Andrew yells out in horror as he watches the woman that is pregnant with his child falls down the stairs in front of the courthouse. He and Abby were having a heated discussion about the fact that Andrew and Albertinah have hooked up again since she returned to town which made Abby furious as she thought that they would end up together; Andrew had told her that they were never a couple and that's when Abby turned to leave. She was rushed down the stairs and didn't see a plastic bag on the steps; she tripped on the bag and tumbled down the rest of the cement stairs.

Andrew freezes as he watches her pregnant body stop moving once she reaches the bottom of the staircase. "Oh my God," he rushes towards her. "Abby! Abby, can you hear me?"

He reaches her lifeless body and looks for a pulse. "Thank God," he says as he finds her pulse in her neck. "Abby, can you hear me? Abby, please, please wake up!"

Andrew grabs his phone from his pocket and dials 9-1-1. "Yes, I need an ambulance at the courthouse! A pregnant woman just fell down the stairs, please, hurry!"

The Sugarbowl

Natasha quickly moves into the coffeehouse as she was looking to get a latte before she headed back to the Calimo mansion. She moves into the line but arches her eyebrow when she sees Eva, Jacob and Paige sitting together in the back booth together. She wonders what her mother and son are talking about as she feels like her relationship with both of them are strained right now.

"This is a surprise," Natasha announces as she moves up to her family. "Was there a family meeting that I wasn't invited too?"

"Mom," Jacob looks over at his mother before he looks back to Eva and then to Paige. "Paige and I were just telling Grandma about our engagement since she wasn't at the Pampa Grill when we told you and Dad and Paige's parents."

"I couldn't be happier for both of you," Eva smiles back to her grandson and his fiancé.

"You are?" Natasha asks her back in surprise. She knows that Shane, Leah and Jeff have all been against the idea of Jacob and Paige getting married, so to hear that Eva is supporting them comes as a surprise to her.

"Of course, why wouldn't I be happy for them?" Eva coldly asks her daughter. "Young love is a wonderful thing."

"Oh, I see what's happening here," Natasha puts her hand on her hip. "You know that Shane and I aren't supportive and since you're mad at me, you're supporting Jacob? Is that really how this is going to go, Eva?"

"This has nothing to do with you and your lack of respect for me and my marriage Natasha," Eva glares back at her. "I can be happy for Jacob and Paige without it being about my relationship with you."

"I don't believe this," Natasha shakes her head back to her mother. "You are playing with fire Eva, and you're going to get burned."

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Donovan & Lukas' Home

"I know it's late," Jeff tells Meggan as he moves into the foyer of the large estate that she lives in. "But, I wanted to come see you again."

Meggan uneasily looks back at Jeff as she recalls how they were at the Pampa Grill earlier in the evening that he surprised her by kissing her. Meggan couldn't believe that he actually kissed her; they have been apart for months, so it caught her off guard completely. That being said, she can't deny that she liked the kiss.

"We just saw one another a short time ago," she reminds him. "What was so urgent that it couldn't wait?"

"I brought you these," he reveals a bouquet of roses from behind his back. "I guess I liked kissing you more than I thought I would and wanted to tell show you that it meant something to me."

"That's very sweet of you," Meggan takes the flowers from him. "This is so unnecessary but sweet."

"I'll take sweet," Jeff chuckles back to her. "I meant what I said earlier Meg, I want a fresh start. I don't want to keep dwelling on past mistakes. I hope you believe me when I say that."

"Of course I believe you," Meggan moves into the living room and sets the flowers next to a vase. "You have demonstrated that you want to move on. I do too."

"Really?" Jeff comes up behind her. "Cause I think we could move on together."

Meggan turns around and looks him in the eyes. Before she knows what's happening, his lips are on hers again. The kiss turns very passionate and they part ways.

"To your bedroom?" he asks her with lust in his eyes.

She grabs his hand and leads him away, starting to rush a little as her excitement builds, stunned by what is happening but certainly not pushing him away.

Twin Peaks General Hospital

Daisy slowly moves up to Brett's hospital room and takes a deep breath. She came to the hospital after Tyler revealed to her that he was sleeping with Natasha while he believed she was dead. The news has left her ringing and she realized she had to see Brett again, as they also had sex while they were being held hostage together. She peers inside the small window on the door and sees that he is still awake.

"I'm glad that you're still awake," Daisy says as she moves into the hospital room. "We have to talk."

"Daisy? Is everything okay?" Vinny, who is still posing as Brett, asks her. He can tell by the look on her face that something is bugging her. After being married to her for so many years, he has learned how to read her.

"No," she moves closer to his bed. "But I will be fine. I have survived worse things. I need you to do me a favor though."

"Of course," Vinny nods back to her. "After everything we went through together, you know that I have your back. I always will."

"That night that we shared in the cage," she looks him in the eyes. "It has to stay between us. No one can ever know that we made love while trapped together."

Vinny's eyes dance with glee learning that Daisy slept with Brett while they were trapped together. He had no idea and the thought had never crossed his mind, but of course it makes sense that they would have had sex with each other. After all, they were trapped together with nothing to do for months.

"Brett, please," Daisy continues. "Tell me that you won't say anything? Promise me."

"Of course," Vinny smiles back to her. "You have my word. No one will know that you and I made love, Daisy. I promise."

The Black House; Adam, Helen & Dawn's Home

"I guess I should get going, it is getting pretty late," Robin announces to Adam and Helen as she stands up from the sofa in the living room of the Black house. After Chris' trial ended without needing any witnesses, the three of them came back to the Black house. Robin can feel the tension in the air because Adam doesn't remember that he is engaged to her but she wanted to see him longer than just at the trial.

"Yea, that might be a good idea," Adam nods back to her, still baffled by the fact that Robin is being so supportive. She mentioned that they were good friends but to Adam it is still surprising to him because he doesn't remember being that close to Robin before his accident. "I'm feeling pretty tired myself."

"It has been a long day," Helen looks back to her ex-husband. "Do you want me to get you any of your pain medication?"

"Nah, I'm actually not in pain right now," he replies to her. "Just tired from the days events."

"Well, I hope you have a good sleep. Maybe I'll see you tomorrow?" Robin says as she looks at Adam.

"Uh, yea, sure," Adam uneasily replies to her. "Good night, Robin."

Robin slowly leaves the living room but she turns back to look at Adam one more time. Her heart skips at beat when she sees Adam grab Helen's hand and squeezes it. Robin shakes her head in disgust and slowly moves towards the door. Suddenly, however, she doubles over in pain. She slowly stands back up and takes a couple of deep breathes.

"It was just a bad cramp," she whispers to herself. "You'll be fine, Robin, just breathe."

Twin Peaks Police Department; The Visitor's Center

Trenyce paces back and forth on the concrete floors while waiting for Chris to arrive. She still can't believe that after Chris plead guilty to the impaired driving charges, the Judge sentenced him to 18 months in jail. As it is rather late in the day, Chris will be held overnight in Twin Peaks and be transferred to the county jail first thing in the morning.

She looks behind her when she hears a door open and a police officer escorts Chris into the room. "How are you?" Trenyce rushes up to him and hugs him. "I'm so sorry that this has happened."

"It is not your fault," Chris tells her as they exit from their embrace. "I had to plead guilty because I did drive drunk, Trenyce."

"I know, I just wish it hadn't come to this."

"I appreciate your support," he nods back to her. "I couldn't have gone through this without you. I know we've had a rocky year, Trey, but you know that I love you, right?"

Trenyce feels her eyes swell with water. "I know," she whispers back to him. "I love you too. Cheresa is going to be crushed to find out that you have to go to jail."

"Tell her that I love her too," Chris says back to her. "I want to ask you something too before I leave for the jail."

"You can ask me anything," Trenyce grabs his hand. "You know that."

"I do know that," he nods back to her. "And, I know the timing of this sucks but I want to be with you, Trey."

Trenyce shakes her head back to him in confusion. "What are you saying?"

"I want you to be my wife," he whispers back to her. "What do you say? Be my wife?"

Trenyce chuckles back to him. "You're going to jail for 18 months tomorrow," she reminds him.

"I know," he tells her. "And I know I have no right to ask you to wait for me, but I am anyways. I love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you."

Trenyce hugs him as a tear falls down her eye. "Of course I'll marry you," she says back to him, wondering how she will live without her fiancé for the next 18 months.

The Sugarbowl

Cassie opens the door to the coffeehouse and scurries inside. She is planning to grab another cup of coffee because she knows she will have a late night at Roboto. Not only is she planning the next phase of her plan to get back at the Calimo's and Robertson Enterprises, but she also has to put her thinking cap on to come up with a way to split up Jacob and Paige. There is no way that she can allow Jacob to marry Paige, she realizes.

After she grabs her coffee, she can't help but notice Jacob and Paige sitting together in the back booth. Jacob is slowly caressing Paige's face and then leans in and kisses her. The sight makes Cassie's blood boil; she quickly leaves the coffeehouse and stops once she gets outside.

"I know you still want me," Cassie whispers to herself. "And I will get you back, Jacob. You will be mine again, mark my words."

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"How are you holding up?" Albertinah asks Andrew as she moves into the waiting room with a coffee for him. Andrew was going to meet Albertinah at the Pampa Grill but he called her to tell her about Abby's fall and she raced over to meet him at the hospital.

"I don't know," Andrew admits to her. "If anything happens to Abby or our child, it will be my fault."

"Abby fell down some stairs," Albertinah reminds him. "That isn't your fault."

"She knew about us," Andrew reveals to her. "She must have seen us together or something but she was so upset that you and I were back together."

"It's not like you and Abby are together," Albertinah tells him. "You are allowed to have a life, Andrew."

"I know," he nods back to her. "She was just so upset. I guess she thought that she and I were growing closer or something. Maybe I lead her on?"

"You didn't," Albertinah says back to him. "You have to stop beating yourself up."

"Where is she? Where is my daughter?" a panicked Greg asks as he moves into the waiting room.

"Mr. Lawson," Andrew stands up. "She's with the doctors now, I'm hoping we'll hear any time now."

"What the hell did you do to my daughter?" Greg asks as he grits his teeth together. "You promised me that you'd protect my daughter!"

"It was an accident," Andrew replies to him quickly.

"If anything happens to my daughter or my grandchild, I'm coming after you Andrew," Greg glares at him. "With everything I have, I will make you pay."
