The Sugarbowl

Cheresa grabs her latte and takes a sip of it immediately as she wants it to help warm her up. With the weather being late October, it is starting to feel more and more like winter in Twin Peaks. As she puts a lid on her cup, she moves to the window bar and sits down for a moment.

She has started her day with a determination to figure out how she can make amends between herself, Dawn and Shelley. She hates that she told Dawn the truth about her one night stand with Shelley and it resulted in Dawn telling Shelley that they weren't friends anymore. She can understand why Dawn is upset but she knows that she has to make things right; the three of them have been through too much together to let one night cause this much friction.

"That's it," she whispers to herself. "I'll go to Shelley's and tell her that we will create a united front and we will make Dawn understand that we never meant to hurt her. And, we can remind Dawn of all the times we've been there for one another. I am sure if the three of us are together, Dawn will come around."

She stands up and rushes to the door, hoping to get to Shelley's to tell her about her idea to get Dawn back in their good graces. "This has to work, it just has too," she says as she pushes the door to the coffeehouse open and braces the chilly weather.

The Cascade Apartments; Apartment 602; Cassie's Home

"I don't understand the urgency of you getting out of Twin Peaks, Mom," Max admits to Cassie as she throws some more of her clothing into her large suitcase. Max got a call from Cassie this morning telling him that she has to leave town as soon as possible and he has no idea why. "What has gotten into you?"

"It's a long story," Cassie replies to him quickly as she throws more things into her suitcase. "Needless to say, if I stay, I could be in a lot of trouble and that's nothing something I need right now."

"But we are so close to breaking up Paige and Jacob!" he tells her quickly. "I heard them fighting last night and once they made up, they agreed to elope! Do you know what that means? They are going to get married sooner rather than later."

"I will see what I can do and just know Max, that Paige will not marry Jacob. Jacob belongs with me, I know that with all of my heart, and he knows that. I would rather him be dead than married to Paige," Cassie looks at her son. "But, I still have to go Max. I hate leaving you but if I don't go, I don't know what will come of me."

"What did you do that was so bad anyways?"

"Let's just say I have ensured our futures will be very, very bright," she purses her lips together. "Now, come give me a hug. I'll be in touch once I get settled but in the meantime, if anyone asks, you have no idea where I am, okay?"

"Of course," he hugs her tightly. "I love you Mom. Be careful, please."

"I always am baby, and I love you too, more than you'll ever know."

The Calimo Mansion

"Kim had an early meeting this morning with a web technician," Robbie tells Natasha as he watches his sister pour herself a cup of coffee in the living room of their family estate. He knows that they are still working around the clock trying to figure out if Cassie was the one who stole the millions from Roboto, and if so, how she was able to accomplish this. "We should get some answers soon."

"Have you heard from Cassie?" Natasha asks him as she takes a sip of her coffee. "She hasn't replied to a single one of my voicemails or text messages."

"I'm in the same boat as you," Robbie replies to her quickly. "The longer she goes without responding to us, the guiltier she seems."

"I couldn't agree with you more," Natasha purses her lips together. "I just can't believe we were all foolish enough to trust that woman, after everything she has done in the past."

Before Robbie can reply, the trusted Calimo maid, Rosario, comes into the living room. "Sorry to disturb you," she says to Robbie and Natasha. "But, Mr. Dominick Roberston is here and he is insisting that he sees you both."

Natasha and Robbie look at one another in surprise as they never get visits from Dominick, which isn't a shock considering their families history's with each other. "Let him in," Natasha shrugs her shoulders to Robbie, who shoots her a look.

Once Rosario is out of the room, Natasha turns to her brother. "Maybe he has new information since Cassie also took money from Robertson?" she suggests to him.

"Robbie, Natasha," Dominick announces as he moves into the living room. "Good morning, I'm sure you're surprised to see me today."

"That's an understatement," Robbie replies to him quickly. "What's going on, Dominick? As you can imagine, we both have extremely busy days ahead of us."

"Because, Cassie Nova stole money from you?" Dominick uneasily chuckles back to him. "Yes, I am in the same boat as you, in case you have forgotten. That's why I am here, however."

"Did you uncover new information about Cassie?" Natasha asks him quickly.

"Not yet but we are all victims of Cassie's games," Dominick tells them. "Together, the Calimo's and Robertson's are two of the most powerful families in the country. Together, we could bring Cassie down."

"What are you suggesting, exactly?" Robbie says back to him.

"Let's work together?" Dominick suggests back to the Calimo siblings. "Let's put aside our differences to bring Cassie Nova to her knees once and for all?"

Robbie looks over at Natasha as their eyes communicate with each other. "We think that's a great idea," Robbie turns back to Dominick. "Let's get this bitch and make her pay for what she's done!"

Robertson Enterprises

Leah sets a file down on Dominick's desk and stands up as she gets ready to leave. She had to leave a report for him that stated that she spoke to accounting and they did an in-depth review of all of Robertson Enterprises' off shore accounts history for the last year; they were trying to figure out when the money was taken. Sure enough, based on the history they were able to pin-point some dates. She just hopes that it is enough to help her father find the person responsible for the taking the funds.

As she moves to the door, she happens to see Jeff walking into the office. "Jeff, what are you doing here?" she asks her ex-husband as she thinks back to seeing him at the Pampa Grill recently with Meggan and they were looking very cozy together.

"I am just dropping off a report for Dominick," he tells her. "I think we have all been busy since this money scandal broke."

"My father is hell bent on getting his money back, not that I blame him."

"I heard that it was Cassie Nova but I'm not sure if that's true or not," Jeff informs her as Leah gasps back to him.

"What? My God that woman has no morals!"

"I just hope that she is caught, if it's true of course."

Leah nods back to him. "By the way, congratulations," she tells him. "I saw you and Meggan the other day and you looked very cozy."

Jeff smiles back to her. "Meggan and I, we have made our way back together, yes."

Leah feels her heart move into her throat. "I am… happy for you," she forces herself to say. "I hope you two can make it work this time."

Jeff chuckles back to her. "Thanks Leah," he says. "After everything we've all been through, we just want a chance to be happy."

"I can't argue with that," she smiles back to him. "I hope it works out this time, Jeff, I really do."

MW Investigations

Meggan sits behind her desk typing into her laptop as she works on a case that she has. While she's typing, however, she can't help but think about how close she and Jeff have gotten again in such a short amount of time. She wasn't expecting to get back together with him, yet alone have it move as quickly as it has. That being said, she can't deny that she is in a very happy place.

"Something, or someone, has put a smile on your face," Brad grins to her as he moves into her office. "What's put you in such a good mood?"

Meggan chuckles back to him. "I guess it is this new philosophy that I have," she replies to him quickly.

"What would that be?"

"That I am living with a fresh start, I'm not dwelling on the past or past mistakes," Meggan says back to him. "That's why, this is long overdue, Brad."

"What is? You're scaring me?" Brad chuckles back to her.

Meggan moves up to him and pulls him into a hug. "I'm sorry for everything that happened between us after we learned Cheresa was Trenyce and Chris' daughter. You had been a really good friend to that point and we let something that wasn't even about us come between us."

They exit their embrace and Brad looks back at her. "I appreciate that and I hope you know that I Feel awful for everything I did too Meg," he tells her. "This is a good look on you."

Meggan chuckles back to him. "You can thank Jeff," she tells him. "We are back together."

"Whoa, I didn't see that one coming," Brad smiles to her. "But, if it makes you happy, then I'm happy for you."

"I am happy Brad," Meggan replies to him. "Probably the happiest I've been in a very long time."

Roboto

Kim walks over to the bar and pours herself a vodka and soda and she immediately takes a sip of it. She has been on conference calls all morning trying to see if she can come up with some proof that Cassie is the one who stole the company's money, but so far they haven't been able to find any concrete proof.

"Has it been that rough of a morning?" a voice calls out from behind her. Kim turns around and sees Greg standing in the office doorway.

"You have no idea," Kim chuckles back to him. "I just hope it gets better or I'm going to drunk by lunch time."

Greg laughs back with her. "I am hoping it turns around for you," he moves closer to her. "I'm glad that I found you alone, I have some news that I wanted you to hear from me."

Kim arches her eyebrow. "What's going on? You're not here to try to convince me to stay away from Robbie, are you?"

"No," Greg immediately responds to her. "If that's what you want, then I support you. I'm not thrilled by the decision but I support you. I'm here because of Brooke."

"Brooke? What about her?"

"She's back in town," Greg reveals to Kim. "And, she's living back in the mansion."

"Wow," Kim's eyes open wider in surprise. "I guess I can see why you're not upset about Robbie and I."

Greg chuckles back to her. "It's not like that," Greg tells her. "I'm letting her stay until she gets back on her feet. That's all, there's' nothing going on between us."

"If you say so," Kim smiles back to him. "I'm not saying there is anything going on, Greg, and it's none of my business, but you and Brooke have been on again and off again for years. Maybe it's time that you are on again?"

The Tower's; Floor One; Andy's Condo

"How did you sleep?" Andy asks Nicholas, who emerges from the master bedroom of Andy's condo only wearing some grey sweatpants. Andy can't help but notice his lovers toned chest while he comes into the living room. "I know it's not exactly as spacious at the mansion."

"It was a good sleep," Nicholas leans down and kisses Andy before he moves into the kitchen to grab some coffee. "One of the best I've had in a while, I think having you next to me helped."

"It is good to be home," Andy says as Nicholas sits next to him on the sofa. "And, I'm glad that you agreed to live here. I didn't want you staying in a hotel after you left your mothers."

"And I couldn't stay at my mothers, not after everything she did to you," Nicholas says before he takes a sip of his coffee.

"You know," Andy looks over at him. "I've been thinking about something, and I can't get it out of my head."

"What's that?"

"This guy that Melissa hired to pretend he was Reese," Andy continues to tell him. "Who is he? What's his story? How does he look like Reese?"

"I wish I knew the answers," Nicholas replies to him. "After I got him to admit that Melissa hired him, I left him at Barcode and raced to you. I haven't a clue as to where he would even be by now."

Andy uneasily nods back to him. "I want to find him Nicholas," Andy admits to him. "I want to find the man who looks like Reese."

One Day House

Cory finishes his filing in his office and then looks at the clock. He realizes that it's almost time for the guests that are staying in the house to have their breakfast, which Cory likes to attend so everyone can get to know the staff at the One Day House. He moves out of his office and towards the dining room, where there are about 7 people sitting and waiting for their food.

"Morning everyone," Cory announces as he walks into the room. "I hope everyone had a good sleep."

There are a few murmurers from the house guests as the cook comes into the kitchen with a cart of fresh muffins, yogurt and fruit for them to enjoy. Cory looks around the table as everyone is seemingly overjoyed with the food.

He freezes however at the sight of the man at the end of the table. Cory has to do a double take as he looks closely at the man. "He looks like Reese Wilkins," Cory whispers to himself. "What the hell is going on?"

Tyler's Townhouse

"You were up and out of the house early this morning," Tyler notes to Daisy as she opens the front door and scurries inside. Tyler wondered where Daisy went as she wasn't in bed when he woke up and he soon realized that she had left his place without a note or a text message. He was started to get worried about her until she just showed up again. "Where did you get off too?"

"I went to the hospital," she says as she hangs up her jacket. "Brett got discharged this morning and I wanted to take him home."

"Ah," Tyler uneasily nods back to her. "There's still coffee if you'd like some."

"I'm good, we stopped at the Sugarbowl."

"Should I be concerned about you and Brett?" Tyler asks her as he stands up and looks at Daisy. "You are spending a lot of time with him."

"We were held hostage together for months," Daisy reminds him. "I have grown to care for him, Tyler. I won't apologize for that, or for wanting to help him get home safely."

"I'm sorry," he shakes his head back to her. "I didn't mean to come across insensitive."

"Its fine," she purses her lips together. "Just know that Brett is going to be a part of my life now. We went through too much together to end our friendship now."

The Victors Mansion; Vinny's Home

Vinny looks around the living room of the mansion his family has owned for decades. The mansion that is within the city limits is much more modern than the mansion he had been living in, outside of the city limits, where he was holding Daisy and Brett hostage. He hasn't lived here for months but he has realized that he has missed it. Of course, he's thrilled that he's out of the hospital and no one seems none the wiser that he is actually Vinny, not Brett.

"I'm going to have to keep it that way," he whispers to himself. "No one can ever know that I'm alive and Brett died in that explosion."

He walks over to the fireplace and rubs his hands over the flames to warm himself. "And, now that I know that Brett and Daisy slept together while they were in the cage, I can use that to my advantage. I can get closer to Daisy again and ruin her life all over again," he chuckles.

"But first," he says to himself as he moves to his phone. "I have to call Bryce and ensure he is on board to help me with my plan for Andrew and Abby. I have to make sure nothing gets in the way of my plan."

The Sugarbowl

"I was thinking that we should go to Canada," Paige tells Jacob as they sit in the back booth of the coffeehouse together. "There's a beautiful National Park called Banff," she continues to tell him. "We could elope there, it would be so beautiful this time of the year."

Jacob smiles back to her as he recalls how the previous night he and Paige got into a fight because he was close to punching Max. She talked him out of it but she wasn't happy that Jacob was letting Max get under his skin. Then, it turned into a different conversation with Paige asking Jacob if he cheated on her with Cassie, which Jacob denied because he didn't cheat on Paige. They made amends and decided to elope so no one else can try to come between them.

"You're right, Banff would be beautiful this time of the year," he nods back to her. "There'd be snow, and some wild life, we could hike and skate…"

"Drink hot toddy's by the fire," Paige smiles back to him. "What do you say? I can call my travel agent and see if we can leave today."

"I'd love nothing more than to go to Banff with you and come back as your husband."

Paige leans over and kisses him on the lips. "I can't wait to become your wife," she grins back to him.

Cassie, who was in the line to grab a coffee before she left town, turns and quickly leaves the coffeehouse. Outside she leans up against the building and closes her eyes.

"This isn't happening," she whispers to herself, having overheard Jacob and Paige's plans. She picks up her phone out of her purse and dials a number. "It's me, change in plans. I need to go to Banff, Canada."

Cassie nods as her pilot responds to her. "Perfect, I'll be right there. And make sure nothing stops us from departing. I have to get out of Twin Peaks and I have to get out of here today."

The Tower's; Floor Three; Shelley's Condo

Cheresa steps off the elevator and rushes to the front door of Shelley's condo. She is eager to tell her friend her idea about how they can make amends with Dawn.

"Shelley?" Cheresa calls as she approaches the door. "Shelley, it's me. We have to talk."

Cheresa slows down as she realizes that the door to Shelley's condo is slightly open. She arches her eyebrow as she knows that this is very unusual as Shelley always keeps her door locked.

"Shelley?" Cheresa asks as she slowly opens the door and looks inside the apartment. At first, there is nothing odd about what she can see, so Cheresa moves inside. "Shelley, it's Cheresa. Are you home? Shelley?"

Cheresa reaches the end of the hallway and looks into the living room. Immediately, she can tell that something is wrong. There are picture frames shattered on the ground, the pillows from the sofa are on the ground and the curtains are drawn closed.

"It looks like a fight happened in here," Cheresa nervously says to herself. "Shelley, where are you? Are you okay?"

Cheresa steps further into the living room and lets out a blood curling scream as she sees Shelley's body on the ground covered in blood. Over top of her body are red rose pedals.

"Shelley?" Cheresa screams in horror at the sight of all the blood and her friends dead body. "Oh my God, Shelley!"
