beer as he listens to Meggan gush about how cute baby Olly is; he knows that she
is genuinely happy for Lukas and Donovan to finally have their adopted baby boy.
Since Lukas and Donovan only just got their son, the couple decided to have dinner
out so they could have some family time alone at the Richardson estate.
"I'm so happy that your
family has this moment for celebration," Jeff tells her, finally getting
a word in edge wise. "We don't seem to get enough of these moments."
"Isn't that the truth?"
Meggan chuckles back to him before she takes a sip of her sparkling water. "Anyways,
it was really nice of you to be at the family breakfast earlier. It was nice to
do something as a couple."
"It still feels weird in some ways," Jeff admits to her. "You know,
that we are here in this place again, after everything that happened."
"Like you said, it's a fresh
start where we can put the entire past behind us and just focus on the future,"
Meggan smiles back to him. "I'm really glad we came to this understanding."
"Me too," Jeff looks
back at her. Suddenly,
Leah and Cory appear behind Jeff as they are moving to their table. They stop
and look at the couple for a moment, surprised that they are all running into
one another. The last people they thought they would see tonight is Leah's ex-husband
and his lover.
"Jeff, Meggan, hi," Cory smiles to them, trying to be polite. "Looks
like we had the same idea for dinner tonight."
Jeff turns around and sees his ex-wife and her new lover. "That we did,"
he tells them. "Why don't you two join us?"
"Oh no," Leah quickly says waving her hand in the air. "We don't
want to intrude."
"You wouldn't be," Meggan replies quickly. "We all have to get
used to the Jeff and I being together again."
Leah uneasily looks at Cory, who subtly nods back to her. "Okay, sure,"
Leah forces a smile on her face as Cory sits next to Jeff. Leah moves around to
sit next to Meggan. "It looks like you guys were celebrating when we were
walking by?" "We
were," Jeff looks back at his ex-wife. "Donovan and Lukas just adopted
a baby boy. We met him for the first time earlier today."
"Wow, that's great news," Cory smiles as Leah moves some hair behind
her ear, clearing feeling uncomfortable. "What is his name?"
"Oliver," Meggan gushes
about her nephew. "Olly, for short."
"That's very sweet," Leah manages to say before she takes a sip of her
water. "Leah?"
Cory asks back to her. "What's wrong? What is it?"
"It's nothing," Leah waves her hand in the air. "It's something
to discuss later."
"Whatever it is, I'm sure it's fine," Cory tells her. "You look
like you've seen a ghost."
"I had a pregnancy scare," Leah reveals to everyone as Jeff, Cory and
Meggan look at one another in absolute shock.
BarCode The bar has been transformed into a small memorial service
for Shelley. On the bar there is a picture of Shelley laughing as she made a drink
for one of her regular customers. In the bar, Andy, Nicholas, Dawn and Cheresa
are among the attendees of the service.
"It was nice of you to help put this together for Shelley," Dawn tells
Cheresa as they stand with Andy and Nicholas. "I don't know how you found
the time with everything going with Abby."
Cheresa bites her lower lip as
she thinks about how her sister's baby was born not breathing and died shortly
after. She still can't believe that Abby's son died so shortly after Shelley was
murdered; she feels like death is surrounding her right now and she doesn't like
it one bit. "To
be fair," she finally replies to her friends. "Most of this was planned
before Abby went into labour. I am just trying to wrap my head around why all
this death is surrounding me right now."
"I know it's easier said than done," Andy looks over at her. "But
just try to remember the good times, especially with Shelley. That's what she
would have wanted." "It
is true," Nicholas chimes in. "She always so full of life, she would
have wanted us to remember her that way."
"You're both right," Dawn tries to smile back to them. "I am going
to remember Shelley for how much love she had to offer this world. It's an inspiration
that we should all."
The four of them grab hands and look at the picture of Shelley, as they start
to remember their friend whose life was taken too soon. The
Sugarbowl "I
have to admit to you," Eva looks over at her daughter before she takes a
sip of her coffee as they sit together in the back booth of the coffee house.
"I was rather worried about you when you showed up late this morning for
Lukas and Donovan's gathering."
Victoria uneasily sighs back to her before she looks at her coffee. She knows
that she was slightly late to the breakfast meeting of baby Oliver; she wishes
that her mother wasn't upset with her, she just lost track of time. At the breakfast,
she was a tad tardy and she had a headache, but she is feeling better now. She
went home and took a nap, which was an hour longer than she thought it was going
to be. "I'm
sorry," she finally replies to her mother. "I was showering and I just
got a headache and it slowed me down."
"How are you feeling now?" Eva asks her out of concern.
"Much better," Victoria
takes a sip of her coffee. "I took a nap and my headache went away. It was
an hour longer than I thought it was going to be." "What
do you mean?"
"I only meant to lay down for an hour but it was two hours," Victoria
tells her. "I guess my body was just exhausted."
"Darling, you have to take care of yourself, especially since you have taken
your position back at the hospital," Eva replies to her. "Promise me
that you will take care of yourself?" Victoria
smiles back to her mother, thinking that she is fine. She doesn't think that Eva
has cause for concern. "I love you for being concerned; I will take care,
I promise." ***
At
the window bar, Adam and Max sit side by side as they catch up with one another.
Max has been worried about Adam since he hyperventilated the other night after
Max told him about the boutique accident a few years earlier. The last thing he
wants is to have his father have a setback in his recovery from the car accident,
but at the same time he doesn't want to keep the truth from Adam.
"Are you sure you're feeling
better?" Max asks his father before he takes a bite of his donut. "You
gave me a scare the other night."
"I am fine," Adam nods back to him. "Thanks for calming me down.
I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't been there."
"I just did what anyone
would have done."
"I need to know how you're doing," Adam looks at his son. "Losing
your mother can't be easy for you, I know how close you and Cassie were."
"It's been hard," Max
admits to him. "The fact that Jacob and Paige were having a party to celebrate
their homecoming while I'm mourning my mother is so rude. I can't believe that
Natasha did that."
"She was thankful that her son was alive and well."
"It's his fault you know," Max grits his teeth back to his Dad. "Jacob
is the reason my Mom is dead and I'm going to make sure that son of a bitch pays
for this."
"I'm not sure I like the sound of that," Adam replies to him quickly.
"Max, don't do anything that you will regret, like my accident a few years
ago."
"Don't
worry Dad," Max replies to him quickly. "Getting back at Jacob is not
anything I would ever regret, it's just something that has to be done."
The Pampa Grill
Robin looks at her phone as she
sits at a table by herself and wonders if she should send the text that she has
written out to Adam. She is desperate for Adam to get his memory back but she
doesn't want to pressure him and cause him to not regain his memories. She reads
the message where she is telling him that she misses him. She deletes the message
and puts her phone down on the table.
She takes a deep breath as she suddenly feels another one of her cramps coming
on; she has been getting these cramps whenever she is too stressed out. She knows
that Shane has told her to stay calm so she doesn't hurt the baby, but she is
having a hard time staying calm when she knows that Adam doesn't have his memories
yet and that Helen is taking advantage of the situation. She puts her hands on
her belly as she starts to try to breathe. She picks up her glass of water and
takes a sip. "Robin?"
Shane comes up to the table. He saw her sitting alone and then realized that she
was in some kind of distress. "Are you okay? Do you need to go to the hospital?"
"No," Robin waves her
hand back to him. "I'm fine," she says as she realizes that cramp has
moved along. "Was
it another cramp?" Shane sits across from her. "Robin? Answer me, was
it another cramp?"
"Yes!" She says back to him. "But, it wasn't as bad as the previous
one. I'm fine, okay?"
Shane shakes his head back to her. "What were you just doing? I told you
that you have to stay calm! Our baby's health
"
"You don't have to remind me about my child," Robin tells him. "I
am fine, this wasn't that bad. I'm telling, I'm okay."
Shane looks back at her with worry written all over his face. "I hope so
Robin," he looks into her eyes. "Because, nothing can happen to my child."

"You
had a scare and you didn't tell me?" a stunned Cory asks Leah as they stand
off to the side of the restaurant. After Leah announced her scare to Jeff and
Meggan, Cory pulled her aside so they could talk about it in private. The last
thing he wanted to do was have this type of conversation in front of Leah's ex-husband
the father of her other children. "I was going tonight," she
quickly replies to him. "Then you agreed to sit with Meggan and Jeff, and
you said to just spill it
and here we are." "I'm sorry,"
Cory shakes his head back to her. "I had no idea. Had I known, I never would
have suggested we sit with them or press you to tell me what was going on."
"I know you didn't know," she purses her lips together. "How
are you feeling about this? Are you okay?" "I am fine,"
Cory nods back to her. "The thought of having another baby is actually really
exciting to me, Leah. I just wish we could have spoken about this."
"We are now, Cory. So, I guess the question is, do you want to have a baby?
Should we try to have a child together?" ***
"I
can't believe that she had a pregnancy scare," Meggan whispers back to Jeff
as they sit alone at the table now. Neither one expected Leah to drop the bombshell.
"You and me both," Jeff nods back to her. "I didn't realize
that they would be so careless with protection." "A woman of
Leah's age might think she wouldn't need protection anymore," Meggan quips
back to him. "Very funny," Jeff replies to her, not finding
Meggan's dig that humerous. "I didn't mean it in a negative way,
I was just saying
" "I know. I wonder what they are talking
about now," Jeff looks over at his ex-wife and Cory. "I wonder if this
means they will have a baby together." Meggan shrugs back to him.
"We shouldn't care," she tells him. "Whatever they do, is their
business." "You're right," Jeff nods back to her, even
though he is still curious to know what is going on between Leah and Cory.
The Calimo Mansion
"Well, well, well,"
Natasha says as she pours herself a glass of red wine at the bar in the living
room of the Calimo mansion as she notices Kim and Robbie walking into the living
room. She can't help but remember hearing the two of them the previous night at
Jacob's welcome home party where they admitted they were having an affair together.
She is still stunned that Robbie would sleep with Kim after everything that happened
between the three of them after Bob passed away. "Look what the cat dragged
in." "Good
evening to you too sis," Robbie replies to her as he looks over at Kim as
he arches his eyebrow. "How was meeting Oliver?"
"He's a dream," Natasha tells him quickly. "It almost made me miss
having a new born around."
"Almost being the key word," Kim chuckles back to her. "I still
don't have any updates on Cassie, but now that she is dead, I'm not sure we will
uncover anything further about the money she stole."
"That is the least of my concerns right now," Natasha takes a sip of
her wine. "And, I think you both know why."
Robbie and Kim look at one another quickly uneasily and then look back at Natasha.
"What is going on?" Kim asks her back.
"I heard you two last night," she reveals to them. "Talking about
how you're involved now. How the hell could you sleep with her, Robbie?"
"Nat, calm down," Robbie looks back to her. "I'm sorry that you
found out about us this way, but Kim and I are seeing each other. We never meant
for any of this to happen, it just did."
"Calm down? Calm down?" Natasha replies to him. "You know damn
well what we went through after Dad passed away and even leading up to his death!
How could you do this?"
"It really did just happen," Kim tries to tell her. "We aren't
trying to hurt anyone."
"You will never be happy with her," Natasha ignores Kim and looks at
her brother. "You have to end this Robbie before you blow this family apart!"
Twin Peaks Executive Hotel
Eva slowly walks back to her
hotel room door as she just got back from seeing Victoria. She hopes that her
daughter is okay but she can't help but be worried about her, especially considering
her history with mental health issues. As she gets closer to her door, she wishes
that she could move home with Dominick; she knows that he is still livid with
her for sleeping with Will, to the point where he has kissed Felicia. She hates
that Felicia is using this to get closer to her husband but that is exactly what
happened, to the point where Dominick told her that he doesn't know if the love
they share is enough to save their marriage.
"This is all your fault Felicia," she whispers to herself. "You
are probably with Dominick right now, kissing him again. And, because he's so
upset with me, he's falling for you. Damn it, I have lost you, haven't I, Dominick?"
She fuddles for her key card
as Will's hotel door opens and he emerges. "Eva?" he calls out. "Are
you okay?"
She turns and looks at the younger man, who is shirtless. "Will," she
replies to him. "I'm just trying to find my key card," she says as she
drops her purse and the contents spill out on the carpet. "Damn it!"
"Hey, it's okay,"
he rushes up to her and helps her start to pick everything up. "You're shaking,
you're not okay right now."
Their hands touch as Eva proclaims that she is fine. They lock eyes and he leans
over and kisses her passionately. "Come back to my room," he whispers
to her as they part lips for a moment.
Eva slowly nods her head back to him as they rush off to the hotel room, which
closes quickly behind them. Next on One Day at a Time - Max tries
to support Abby - Nicholas finally catches up with the Reese lookalike
- Donovan makes a suggestion to Lukas
