Robertson Enterprises

"I don't have a lot of time this morning Eva," Dominick tells his wife as she moves into his office. Dominick had requested a quick visit with his wife as he has something important to discuss with her but he is dreading it as she knows she will not be happy with him.

Eva looks over at him as she drops her jacket on the sofa in the office. "I am just glad that you called me to talk," Eva replies to him, her mind on the fact that Dominick wants to talk to her. She has to make him realize that their marriage is worth saving, despite the fact that she recently ended up in Will's bed…again. "We need to continue to talk to save our marriage."

"I have divorce papers," Dominick reveals to her as he moves over to his desk and picks up some legal documents. "I'd like you to sign them and not contest this."

"How could you do this to me?" Eva shrieks at him. "Dominick, you don't want to do this! Please, tell me that I can talk you out of this?"

Dominick signs back to her. "I don't know if you heard," he whispers back to her. "But, Robin gave birth last night. My little granddaughter is in an incubator and fighting for her life because she's so tiny. So, forgive me, Eva if I don't want to go over this with you again. Our marriage hasn't been worth saving in months, you and I both know that."

"I'm not signing those damn papers," Eva tells him. "I will continue to fight to save this marriage, Dominick. I won't let you go without a fight!"

"Just read these papers," Dominick passes her the papers. "I'm being very generous. The sooner we end this, the sooner we can move on."

Eva picks up the papers and then glares at Dominick. "Now, if you'll excuse me," he continues to tell her. "I have to get to the hospital to support my daughter. We are done here."

The Sugarbowl

"I thought that the memorial for Shelley was really nice," Dawn looks over at Cheresa as they sit in the back booth of the coffeehouse together. Dawn knows that Cheresa was able to put together a small memorial for their friend at Barcode on relatively short notice, despite everything else that was happening with her family, mostly Abby losing her son. Dawn just hopes that Cheresa is coping with the losses okay, as it has been a lot as of late.

"Thanks," Cheresa tells her before she takes a sip of her latte. "I hope it did Shelley justice. The fact that Simona gave a press conference announcing that she suspects there is a serial killer in Twin Peaks is really scary."

"I know," Dawn nods back to her. "It would explain the rose peddles on her body."

"Ah, don't remind me," Cheresa shakes her head back to her friend. "The images are still haunting me."

"I'm so sorry about everything that you're through, not only with Shelley but also with Abby losing her son."

"The nice thing about this is that I have really grown closer to Chris and Trenyce as a result," Cheresa informs her. "I am finally getting to know my biological mother and father."

"That's really awesome to hear," Dawn smiles back to her. "Are Brooke and Greg okay with that?"

"They have been nothing but supportive," Cheresa nods back to her. "I just am already looking forward to Chris getting out of jail so he and Trenyce can get married. It will be nice to have my family together, for the first time in my life."

Dawn smiles back to her and reaches over and grabs her hand. "I hope I can be a part of that with you, Cheresa. I really do."

Cheresa looks at their touching hands and smiles back to Dawn. "I'd like that too, Cheresa admits to her.

The Davenport House; Trenyce's Home

"I think I solved the leaking sink," a shirtless Brad announces to Trenyce as he moves into the living room of her house. He got a frantic call from Trenyce earlier that morning that her sink had a leak that was gushing out everywhere and a plumber wasn't available for a couple of hours. Brad looks at his former lover and feels grateful that she is relying on him.

"Really? Thank God, there was so much water coming out of that sink earlier," Trenyce smiles back to him. "I don't know how I will ever thank you."

"No need to thank me," Brad replies to her. "Maybe just get me a towel? I'm still a little wet."

Trenyce chuckles back to him. "Yea, absolutely."

Trenyce comes back with a towel and passes it to him and he starts to dry his hair. "I really do owe you," Trenyce tells him. "When the plumber told me that he couldn't get here for a couple of hours, I didn't know what to do."

"I told you before, anything you need, Trey, I'm here for you," Brad licks his lips back to her. "And, if it means getting half naked around you, that's even better."

Trenyce chuckles back to him. "You're such a flirt!"

"I can't help it when I'm around you," Brad admits to her. "You're a beautiful woman."

"Thanks Brad, you're looking good yourself."

"Ah, but you're engaged, remember?"

"I can still look!" Trenyce chuckles back to him.

Brad drops the towel and moves up to her. "You know you can do more than look," he takes her hand and puts it on his chest. "Anytime, anywhere."

"Brad," Trenyce whispers back to him as he leans in and kisses her passionately. She pulls back and looks deep into his eyes. "God help me," she says as she kisses him again.

He lifts her up and she wraps her legs around his waist as he pushes her up against the wall. "I want you so badly," he says as he moves his lips to her neck and Trenyce starts to moan in pleasure.

Tyler's Townhouse

"You've been pretty quiet since our talk last night," Tyler tells Daisy as he pours two cups of coffee and then passes her one. The previous night, they were sharing wine together when he revealed to her that after he saw her and Brett share a kiss, he ended up making love to Natasha again. He didn't want to keep it a secret from Daisy because he had been feeling like they had been distant since she was revealed to be alive. "Can we finish our talk now, please?"

"I don't know what to say," Daisy admits to him as she takes a sip of her coffee. "You admitted to me that you were with Natasha again. I'm not sure where that leaves us, Tyler."

"Can you at least admit that while I have had a hard time getting Natasha out of my system, you have had the same issue with Brett?" Tyler shrugs his shoulders back to her. "I know I did was wrong, but I don't think you've been completely innocent in all of this either."

"I didn't sleep with Brett!" Daisy hisses at him.

"I know you didn't," Tyler defends himself. "But you and he are so much closer than I feel like you and I have been since you're back. And, I get that you two went through some horrific together but it feels like you and he are in a relationship not you and I."

Daisy sighs and puts her coffee mug down. "I don't want to go around in circles with you Tyler. I have told you that Brett and I are close because of our time together being held against our will. I think there's only one thing left for me to do."

"What?"

"Move out," Daisy looks back at him. "I can stay with Trenyce but I think you and I should go our separate ways."

Tyler uneasily nods back to her, realizing that ending their relationship, at least for right now, is the best thing for both of them. "For what it's worth, Daisy, I did love you very much."

"I know you did," Daisy replies to him. "We just changed while I was away. What we had, though, it was a moment in time that I will never forget."

Tyler moves up and pulls her into a hug. "I'm sorry I hurt you," he whispers into her ear. "A part of me will always care for you, I hope you know that."

"I do, and I feel the same way but for right now, this is what has to happen."

The Cascade Apartments; Apartment 607; Max's Apartment (formerly Cassie's Home)

Max pours himself a gin and tonic and immediately takes a sip as he looks around the apartment that was his mothers; however, since she has passed away, he has taken over the lease. Staying in her apartment makes him feel much closer to her and he likes that comfort. After he takes a sip of the drink, he moves over to the sofa and looks at the envelope that is sitting on the coffee table.

He recalls how the previous day he was the reading of Cassie's will; she left him millions of dollars, which he had no idea she had and a personal letter that is resting on the coffee table. He has been worried about opening it because he has no idea what his mother wanted to tell him outside of what was left in the will.

"I guess there's no time like the present to open this and see what you had to say Mom," he whispers to himself as he sets his drink down and he picks up the envelope.

He opens the letter and unfolds the paper. He takes a deep breathe while he prepares to read the letter.

"Dear Max," he starts to read the letter out loud. "If you are reading this, something bad has happened to me but I want you to know that I love you very much and nothing will ever change that."

He pauses as he feels his eyes swell with water as he reads the letter. He takes another deep breath and continues to read the letter inside his head. Soon, however, his eyes open wider in surprise and he quickly puts the letter down on the coffee table and he grabs his cell phone.

"Yes," he says into his phone. "This is Max Black, I need to book the next flight out of Twin Peaks, I don't care how much it costs, I have to get out of here."

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"I can't imagine that you got much sleep last night," Leah tells Robin as she sits next to her sister in Robin's hospital room. As soon as Leah heard that Robin gave birth prematurely, she raced over to be with her sister; she just hopes her new niece will make it.

"I didn't," Robin looks back at her. "I kept waiting to get another update about Domi."

"Sometimes no news is good news."

Robin uneasily nods back to her. "Shane went to get an update now," Robin explains to her. "I should hear something very soon."

"That's good," Leah continues to be supportive. "The fact that she made it overnight is a good sign."

"Thank you, by the way," Robin looks at her sister.

"For what?"

"Being here," Robin gets tears in her eyes. "I was not a very good sister when I found out about you and Cory. We haven't exactly been close lately and that is mostly my fault."

"None of that matters," Leah grabs Robin's hand. "We are family and that will never change."

"I love you," Robin lets a tear fall from her eye. "And, I am sorry for everything that happened."

"Don't worry about it," Leah smiles back to her. "I love you too and I love my new niece."

"My two beauties, what a sight," Dominick says as he opens the door to the hospital room.

"Oh Daddy," Robin lets another tear fall down her cheek as Dominick comes up and hugs her. "Thank you for coming."

"Nothing could keep me away from you," Dominick replies to her quickly. "What is the latest?"

"Shane is getting an update now," Leah informs him. "You'll hear when he gets back."

"I named my baby girl Dominique, after you Daddy," Robin looks at him as Dominick gets a little misty. "We have to pray for Domi."

"She is a Robertson, she will be just fine. And, I love the gesture of naming her after me."

"I hope I'm not interrupting," Eva says as she opens the door. Immediately Dominick shoots her a glare as he can't believe that she would show up at the hospital after he just told her he wanted a divorce. "But, I heard about Robin and the baby, so I brought everyone coffee from the Sugarbowl."

"That is so nice of you Eva," Robin tells her. "The coffee in the cafeteria is barely drinkable."

Eva walks around and passes everyone their beverage. When she gets to Dominick, she looks him in the eyes and smiles. "Two cream and one sugar, just the way you like it," she passes it to him.

"Thank you Eva," Dominick looks back at her.

Before she can say anything else, Shane moves into the hospital room. "Hey everyone," he announces.

"Shane, how is Domi this morning? What's the latest?" Robin asks him quickly.

"She survived the night," Shane reveals to everyone. "Her lungs are still not developed enough for her to come out of the incubator, so she will stay there. They have to monitor her very closely because she is so premature."

"But she's out of the woods?" Dominick asks him next.

"I wish I could say that," Shane looks at Robin with worry on his face. "But with her lungs being so tiny, the next few weeks will still be a daily battle for her."

"We have to pray then," Robin tells her family. "We have to pray that Domi makes it through this. I can't lose another baby girl," she says as she thinks about her child with Cory that was stillborn. "I can't go through that pain again."

"You won't have too," Dominick hugs her. "Believe me, I will do everything I can to ensure my granddaughter makes it through this."
