and Trenyce's Home
Trenyce looks in the mirror in her bedroom as she
puts on some sparkling black earrings. She is getting ready to head to the Pampa
Grill for the annual New Year's Eve party, but she got laid up because she went
to the jail to visit Chris. She is trying to go and see him as often as possible
to help make the next 18 months go by as quickly as possible for him; in fact,
he's already down to 16 months, instead of 18. As she puts on her other earring,
she can't help but think about how she and Brad ended up in bed again recently.
She knows that she is attracted to Brad but she is in love with Chris, so she
has to ensure that she doesn't stray again. The last thing she wants is for Chris,
or Cheresa, to be hurt by her actions again. "Tonight at the party,"
she whispers to herself. "I will tell Brad that we can't be together anymore.
I will make him understand that I need to focus on Chris and Cheresa."
She freezes when she hears a loud crash inside the house. She grabs her purse
from her bed and rushes down the stairs. "Hello?" she calls out as she
runs down the stairs to see what the crash was. "Is someone there?"
She feels her heart start to race as she thinks back to Simona's announcement
that she believes there might be a serial killer on the loose since Shelley's
body had rose petals covering it after she was stabbed. She doesn't want to believe
that it is true, but she can't help but think about the worst case scenario.
She thinks she hears another noise in the kitchen so she puts her purse down
and slowly walks up to the fireplace in the living room and grabs one of the pokers.
She raises it as she moves into the kitchen but doesn't see anything. Suddenly,
behind Trenyce a figure dressed in all black emerges and raises a knife that is
about to go into her back! "Trey? Are you home?" a voice calls
out as the front door opens. The black figure quickly puts the knife down and
hides. Trenyce turns around and doesn't see the black figure hiding in the corner.
She looks and sees Brad walking into the house. "Brad, what the
hell? You scared me half to death," Trenyce breathes a sigh of relief as
she sees him. "Why are you here?" "I was heading to the
party and thought we could drive together? Your garage door was pried open, by
the way" Brad tells her quickly. "Wait, why do you have a fire poker
in your hand?" "I thought that stupid serial killer was breaking
into my house," she admits to him. "Wait, you said the garage door was
open? How did that happen? I don't like this Brad, I'm calling the police."
Suddenly, the black figure once again appears behind Trenyce and raises their
arm with the knife. Brad gets a look of shock on his face. "Trenyce, my God!
Look out!" he yells as Trenyce turns and sees the black figure. She screams
as the knife moves towards her body as she stands there frozen. The
Pampa Grill
The annual New Year's party is in full swing at the restaurant.
The tables have been removed and there are waiters walking around with any beverage
you could desire. The citizens of Twin Peaks are dressed in their best and are
mingling within the large crowd. "I called you on Christmas but
I didn't hear back," Adam looks over at Max as they each hold a glass of
champagne in their hands. Adam knows that he was alone on Christmas because he
was trying to wrap his head around everything that has happened between himself,
Robin, Helen and Shane but he attempted to contact Max to spend some time with
him. "Yea, I know, I'm sorry," Max takes a sip of his champagne.
"I ended up going away just to clear my head. I really thought I needed it
after everything that happened in Canada with Jacob and Paige and then Mom dying.
I needed some me time." Adam nods back to him. "I get that,"
he replies to him. "Where'd you end up going?" "Mexico,"
Max lies to his father. He hates that he can't tell him the truth but he also
knows that no one can know that Cassie is actually alive and well; he is keeping
her secret because she has provided him so much, including millions of dollars
and new hope that he can break up Paige and Jacob. "I stayed at one of those
all-inclusive reports." "Mexico, huh?" Adam chuckles.
"You don't look like you got a lot of sun." "I didn't
get much," Max shakes his head back to him, as Natasha passes by and can't
help but overhear that Max was away over Christmas. She arches her eyebrow but
keeps moving on as she doesn't want to interrupt the conversation. "I stayed
mostly under an umbrella. I don't tan, I burn." "Well I hope
the time away was exactly what you needed," Adam tells his son. "Hopefully
you can start to live your life again, even though your Mom isn't around."
"That's exactly what I intend on doing," Max smiles back to him.
"The time away definitely gave me everything I need to move forward."

"Darling, I know you think I'm nagging you but we
were very concerned," Eva sighs back to Victoria as she stands with Donovan
and they are discussing how Victoria did not show up to the Richardson Estate
for Christmas. Eva has grown more concerned about her daughter as she has claimed
she has suffered from headaches lately and has had some time lapses. Victoria
has down played it but the fact that she missed the Christmas dinner is really
concerning to Eva. "It's just not like you to miss an entire day,
Vic," Donovan chimes in and tells his sister. "Olly missed seeing his
Aunt too." Victoria takes a sip of her champagne. She knows that
her family is worried about her but she doesn't want them to fuss over her; in
fact, she woke up in her office and didn't remember how she got there and why
she was still at the office. She, then, wasn't in the mood to be around anyone
so she went home and spend Christmas alone. She doesn't want to alarm her family
and if she tells them the truth, that's exactly what she will be doing.
"I know and I'm sorry," Victoria tells them. "I had a headache
and took a nap and just lost track of time. By the time I woke up, it was late
and I didn't want to bother you guys." "Another headache? Oh
Victoria, what is going on with you?" Eva asks her next. "Do you think
we should get you checked out by a doctor?" "No, I'm fine,"
Victoria waves her hand back to her mother. "I am just not drinking enough
water, that's all. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to get some food and catch
up with some friends. But you two, please, stop worrying about me, I am fine.
Happy New Year." "Happy New Year Vic," Donovan says as
Victoria ushers herself away from the crowd. Donovan looks back at his mother,
who is still looking very worried. "I can tell you not going to stop worrying
about her. What do you think is going on?" Eva sighs and looks back
at him. "You're not going to like this," Eva tells him. "But, I
think her personalities are back. I think Victoria has split again."

Vinny grabs another glass of champagne from one of the
wondering waiters and immediately takes a sip of the bubbly beverage. He can't
help but get a smile on his face as he just witnessed Eva and Donovan confronting
Victoria about not showing up to Christmas. He knows that the small device he
planted on her phone is working like a charm; the high pitched noise it is sending
off is giving Victoria a constant headache and he is able to alter the clock on
her phone, which makes it appear that she has lapses in time. "Soon,"
he grins to himself. "Everyone will think you have lost control completely
and they will have no choice but to have you committed. And once that happens,
I will finally get my revenge on you for ruining my scheme." He
takes another sip of his champagne as he realizes that his plan to take care of
Victoria is working perfectly. "Nothing will stop me from getting back at
you Victoria, nothing." He chuckles to himself as he thinks about
how Daisy also told him that she and Tyler broke up, mostly because he had kissed
her a few times and Tyler happened to see one of the kisses. "Now that you're
single again," he continues to talk to himself. "I can also get back
at you Daisy. You won't know what hit you when I'm done with you."

"I have a doctor's appointment in the New Year,"
Leah tells Cory as they circle the party together. She recalls how after she had
a pregnancy scare, the couple had agreed to try to have a baby. However, considering
the age of Leah she agreed to go for a check up to ensure that it was safe for
her to still try to have another child. If they are going to do this, they want
to make sure that everyone will be healthy. "So, we can find out if we will
have a baby or not." Cory smiles back to her, thrilled by her news.
"If you let me know when the appointment is, I can try to be there for you.
I'd love to be there every step of the way in this journey with you, Leah."
"I can do that," Leah nods back to him. "I appreciate the
support, Cory." "If I'm going to be a father again, you will
get as much support as I can give you," he chuckles back to her. "Have
you told Paige about this idea?" "No, not yet," Leah admits
to him. "I sort of want to get the green light from the doctor before I tell
her anything. Why let her know about something that might not happen."
"For what it's worth, I hope it does happen," he tells her. "I'd
love nothing more than to have a child with you." "I know,"
Leah smiles as she leans in and kisses him on the lips. "I want that too."

"Do you think they are talking about having a child?"
Meggan asks Jeff as she notes that he is looking at Cory and Leah having their
discussion. She takes a sip of her sparkling water and wonders how Jeff is really
handling the news that Leah wants to have a child with Cory; up until this point,
the only guy that has fathered Leah's children is Jeff, and considering their
long and sorted history, she would expect him to have some thoughts about it.
"I don't know," he shakes his head back to her. "I don't know
why I was staring, I'm sorry." "It's okay," Meggan replies
to him quickly. "I get why the news would be surprising to you."
"What Leah and Cory do is none of my business," Jeff tries to put
a smile on his face. "I shouldn't concern myself with it."
"Jeff," Meggan looks him in the eyes. "I know you and its okay
if you have feelings about this news. You and Leah share a son and a daughter
together, it's only natural. It's okay to be bothered by the news."
"I guess I am," he admits to her. "Thanks for being so understanding."
"I'm a believer that if you get things off your chest you can start
to move on," Meggan says back to him. "I'm not saying you have to talk
to me, but you should talk to someone about how you're feeling so then we can
move on and put this behind us. I don't want Leah having another child to impact
you or your mood." "You're right," Jeff nods back to her
as he pulls her into a hug. "Thanks babe. I owe you one." "I'll
tell you how you can make it up to me later," she winks to him as they exit
their embrace. ***
"Tyler," Natasha puts her
hands on his chest as they stand in a corner of the restaurant. "We shouldn't
do this here." Tyler keeps kissing her neck as he pulls her in closer
to him. "Why?" he says in between kisses. "Who cares who finds
out about us, Nat. We are together now, there's nothing stopping us."
"I don't want your Dad to find out this way," she says as she moans
softly. "Don't worry about him," he tells her. "And please,
don't mention him again when I'm kissing you. It's a mood kill."
Natasha giggles back to him as she leans in and kisses him on the lips. "What
the hell is going on here?" a stunned Kim asks as she emerges from the washroom
and sees Natasha and Tyler together. The couple stop kissing and look
back at Kim. Natasha fixes her dress quickly and looks at Kim. "You need
to mind your own business," Natasha spits back to her. "Tyler and I
were just
" "I know exactly what you and Tyler were doing,"
Kim rolls her eyes back to her. "You are such a hypocrite, you know that,
right? You go on and on about Robbie and I but here you are making out with Dominick's
son!" "Kim come on, it's New Year's we just got caught up in
a moment," Tyler tries to tell her. "No foul, no harm."
"Oh no," Kim waves her hand back to him. "I have nothing against
you Tyler, you and I are on good terms. But Natasha won't stop making a mockery
of my relationship when hers is just as problematic!" "Kim
wait," Natasha calls out as Kim starts to walk away from them, desperate
to find Robbie to tell him what she saw. "Happy New Year Natasha,"
Kim turns and purses her lips together. "I have to find my fiancé;
I have some news that he has to hear from me." Kim storms off leaving
Natasha fuming. "Damn it," she says in frustration. "This night
just got worse." "Don't let her get to you," Tyler comes
up to her. "Let's get out of here and make our own fireworks."
Natasha giggles back to him. "Fine, you win, let's go," she says as
she grabs his hand and they scurry out of the restaurant together. The
Davenport House; Daisy & Trenyce's Home
Trenyce screams in horror
as the knife moves towards her that the black figure is holding. Suddenly, Brad
pushes Trenyce out of the way; she hits her head on a side table and falls to
the ground unconscious. The knife misses hitting Trenyce as a result, but ends
up in Brad's chest! Brad
looks at his chest and sees the knife in him. He screams out in horror as blood
starts oozing out of his chest. He slowly collapses on the ground as a pool of
blood forms around his body. The black figure stands over his body and then looks
at an unconscious Trenyce. Slowly, the figure drops rose pedals over Brad's lifeless
body before rushing out of the room. In the faint distance, fireworks
go off as the rest of the town celebrates the start of a brand new year.
