Scene One
Setting: The Towers, The Penthouse, Cory and Natasha’s apartment

Meggan awakes in the spare bedroom, at Cory and Natasha's apartment. She gets out of bed, tosses on her robe and heads downstairs. She smells something cooking in the kitchen. She heads into the kitchen and sees Natasha making breakfast.

Meggan: Morning Natasha.

Natasha: Good morning. How’d you sleep?

Meggan: Great. Thanks again for letting me stay here last night.

Natasha: Anytime.

Meggan: Smells good.

Natasha: Scrambled eggs. They will be ready anytime.

Meggan: Cory still sleeping?

Natasha: Yeah. He will be up soon though. He has to head over to Wild Night.

Natasha puts the eggs into a bowl and puts them on the table.

Natasha: Help yourself.

Meggan: Great, I’m starving.

Natasha: Last night, we were talking, and Chris and Daisy interrupted. Why don’t we continue the conversation.

Meggan and Natasha sit down at the table, and begin to eat, while talking.

Meggan: You know Natasha, the more I think about it, the more I have come to realize that I just can’t handle Vinny’s lies anymore. It’s not even that he’s lying to me. I just wish he could tell me about his business.

Natasha: I don’t understand why he can’t tell you anything about his ‘business’

Meggan: That makes two of us. I don’t know. Maybe I’m being petty, but I am his wife, and I think I have the right to know what he is doing with his time. Heck, what he does for a living!

Natasha: You’re not being petty. You are being perfectly normal.

Meggan: I don’t know what to do. This has been going on for the two years of our marriage. I can’t take it anymore.

Natasha: Why don’t you ask him to be honest with you

Meggan: I have. He says there are some things I can’t know.

Natasha: Try again. Go see him. Make him understand

Meggan: I will think about it

Natasha [being persistent]: Go see your husband. It will help.

Meggan [laughing]: OK, ok, you twisted my arm.

Cory enters the kitchen, wearing his pj bottoms.

Cory: Good morning ladies!

Cory moves in and kisses Natasha on the lips.

Natasha: Good morning honey.

Meggan: Hi Cory. Are you going to join us?

Cory: No. I would love to, but I have to shower, and head to Wild Night.

Natasha: Are you sure? You should eat before you go.

Cory: I’m sure. I’ll grab a muffin. Save me a cup of coffee though.

Cory heads upstairs. He arrives in the washroom, and disposes of his bottoms, leaving him naked. He walks over to the shower, and turns on the water. He enters the hot shower.

As Cory soaps his body, he recalls proposing to Natasha.

[Flash]

Cory: I love holding you in my arms.

Natasha: I love being in your arms.

Cory: I want this to last forever.

Natasha: Me too.

Cory: Really?

Natasha: Yes. I love you Cory.

Cory: OK. Here it goes.

Cory bends down on one knee and pulls a ring box out of his pocket.

Cory: Natasha Calimo, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?

Natasha begins to cry.

Natasha: Oh God, Cory yes! Yes! I will marry you.

Cory places the ring on Natasha’s finger and kisses her.

[End of Flash]

Cory: It took me so long to ask you Natasha. But am I really ready to commit myself to you? Are we ready for marriage?

Cory wonders if he did the right thing asking Natasha to marry him.

Scene Two:
Setting: Twin Peaks General Hospital; Leah’s room

Leah awakes. She looks around, and quickly realizes that she is in the hospital. All of the previous day’s happenings come back to her. She gets teary again, and then spots Robbie sleeping in a chair by the door.

Leah [quietly]: Robbie? Are you awake?

Robbie stirs, and opens his eyes. He looks over to his wife.

Robbie: Morning. Are you feeling alright?

Leah: I guess so.

Robbie gets up and sits next to Leah’s bed.

Leah: Robbie? What happened to my baby?

Robbie takes his wife’s hand.

Robbie: I’m so sorry Leah. The baby...our baby, died. He didn’t survive the fall.

Leah covers her face, as tears begin to swell.

Leah: I can’t believe it. Why did this happen to me? Why?

Robbie: I’m so sorry Leah. I wish you would have told me. Why didn’t you?

Leah: I was afraid Robbie. You’ve told me so many times that you didn’t want kids yet. I was scared.

Robbie: Oh baby...I love you. I would have loved our baby. I do love our baby.

Leah [weeping]: Really Robbie? I just didn’t think you would want to have a child so soon.

Robbie: I wish you would have let me make that choice.

As Robbie is talking, it dawns on Leah--she recalls her fight with Robin.

[Flash]

Robin: ...we are having an affair! He makes love to me every morning after leaving you.

Leah: You lying bitch!

Robin: No, it’s the truth. And you know what? He likes it, just as much as I do! I love him! And he loves me too.

[End of Flash]

Leah gets a disgusted look on her face. She turns to Robbie.

Robbie: Leah, baby what’s wrong?

Leah [furious, but with tears in her eyes]: I remember! I remember everything Robbie! How could you? How could you cheat on me with Robin?

Robbie: Leah, I can explain.

Leah: And you love her? You love another woman!

Robbie [upset]: Damn! I can’t believe Robin told you.

Leah [angry, but calm]: Well she did. Why Robbie? Why?

Robbie: I don’t know how it happened. It just did.

Leah: You don’t know how it happened? Please Robbie. You have to know.

Robbie: OK. Let me explain. The first time it happened was a few months ago. Robin called in a report to the station. Something about a strange noise on her floor. I went over to check it out. She was home. She was crying.

[Flash]

Robin: Robbie, I’m so glad you’re here. I need you.

Robbie: What’s going on Robin? Where did you hear the noise?

Robin: There is no noise. I just needed to see you.

Robbie: Why?

Robin [weeping]: Robbie, I’m lonely. I have no friends.

Robbie: You have friends. You have me.

Robin rushes over to hug Robbie.

Robin: Thank you Robbie. I knew I could count on you.

Robbie: You can. Always.

Robin moves back from the hug, and puts her hand on his face.

Robin: Can I Robbie? Really?

Robbie: Yes, of course you can.

Robin moves in and kisses Robbie.

Robbie [breaking from her kiss]: Robin, wait. I’m married. This shouldn’t happen.

Robin: You just told me you would be here for me. Please prove it to me. Make love to me Robbie. Please. I need someone so badly.

[End of Flash]

Robbie: That’s how it happened Leah.

Leah [in tears]: So you put her needs ahead of our marriage?

Robbie: I know it sounds terrible. I really do. I thought it would happen just once. But before I knew it, I was in over my head. I couldn’t....I didn’t want to let her down, but at the same time I knew I was hurting you. I knew it would hurt you. I knew it. I was torn. I didn’t know what I was doing.

Leah [furious]: You knew you were hurting me, and you still did it! Robbie Calimo, do I even know you at all?

Robbie [persistent]: You do know me! Damn Leah! I love you! Please believe me when I tell you that. I love you.

Leah begins to cry.

Robbie: Do you think we can save our marriage?

Leah [weeping]: I don’t know Robbie. I need time to think about everything. Please leave me, and give me time.

Robbie: OK. I can understand that.

Robbie moves into kiss Leah. She moves and he kisses her cheek. He gets up and heads for the door. He turns.

Robbie: I’ll be back soon.

Robbie leaves. Leah once again begins to weep.

Robbie walks to the waiting room. Robin is there, sleeping. Robbie hovers over her, and Robin awakes.

Robin: Robbie! How’s Leah?

Robbie: She’s devastated. She knows--everything. Why did you tell her?

Robin: It was time she knew. It was time she knew we love each other!

Robbie [furious]: I don’t love you! I love Leah. I love my wife.

Robin breaks down into tears.

Robin [crying]: You don’t love me? Why were you with me? Were you using me for sex?

Robbie: No. I thought I was helping you. I know better now. Ahh! Damn! How could I have been so stupid?!

Robin rushes off in tears. Robin arrives at the hospital chapel and enters. She walks in slowly and sits down.

Robin [weeping]: God! How could he do this to me? I thought he loved me! How could I have been so wrong! He made love to me. He told me he wanted me. No, he loves me. He has to love me! He has to! I know he loves me. I will get Robbie back. I will. As God as my witness, I will have Robbie Calimo again.

Scene Three:
Setting: Meggan and Vinny’s house.

Meggan arrives at home. She opens the door and heads upstairs. Vinny is in the bedroom, making the bed.

Meggan [quietly]: Hi.

Vinny turns and sees his wife.

Vinny: I didn’t call.

Meggan: I know. I think we should talk.

Vinny [calmly, but stern]: About what Meggan? There is nothing to talk about. I can’t tell you about my business. You know that. You’ve always known that. And suddenly it’s a problem!

Meggan: Vinny, it has always been a problem. I wish you could understand this from my point of view.

Vinny: What I understand is you have no faith in me! You choose to believe the worst in your husband.

Meggan moves closer, bumping the closet door. Suddenly she hears a loud crash.

Meggan: What was that?

Vinny: I don’t know. It was probally nothing.

Meggan: Something may have broke.

Meggan opens the closet, and sees a shirt. She opens the shirt.

Vinny [yells]: Meggan, no!

Meggan unfolds the shirt and finds Vinny’s gun!

Meggan [shocked]: What the hell is this? A gun?

Vinny: Meggan, it’s not what you think

Meggan [upset]: You have a gun? When did you get a gun? And why do you have a gun?

Vinny: I have....a gun, because....

Meggan: I’m waiting.

Vinny: For protection! You never know these days. We may have a burglar or something.

Meggan [fed-up]: I’m a cop Vinny! I know how to handle a break-in. This is another lie, isn’t it?

Vinny doesn’t answer.

Meggan [yelling]: Isn’t it Vinny!

Vinny still doesn’t answer.

Meggan [yelling]: I can’t take this anymore Vinny! There are too many lies! I’m sorry, I can‘t take this anymore. I’m filing for divorce.

Scene Four
Setting: Twin Peaks General Hospital, Leah’s room

Leah ponders Robbie’s request that she forgives him.

Leah: I can’t believe he did this to me. He had sex with another woman.

Leah begins to cry

Leah [weeping]: I have to stop thinking about him with Robin. I have to concentrate on the happy times we had together.

[Flash]

Robbie takes Leah’s hands. Minister Collins begins the ceremony.

Minister Collins [joyfully]: Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to celebrate the coming together of Robert Calimo JR and Leah Robertson in marriage. If anyone has any objections to their union, speak now, or forever hold your peace.

The church, filled with family and friends, remains quiet.

Minister Collins: Very well. The couple has written their own vows for each other. Robbie you may start.

Robbie [looking at Leah]: I am saying the words of James Horner and Will Jennings, from their song "Then You Look At Me", performed by Celine Dion

Robbie: Leah, you complete me. You bring life to me. I promise to love you, now and forever.

Leah begins to cry, as Robbie places her ring on her finger.

Minister Collins: And now, Leah.

Leah [weeping]: Robbie you have completed me. You have made me whole. I never realized how much love could bring into my life. Thinking back, I don’t think I had a life before I met and fell in love with you. You have brought so much to my life. Love, caring, respect. I promise to love and care for you now and forever.

Leah places the ring on Robbie’s finger.

Minister Collins: In front of God, family, and friends, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss your bride.

Robbie lifts Leah’s veil and kisses her. The guests stand and clap.

Minister Collins: Ladies and Gentlemen! Mr. and Mrs. Robbie Calimo!

[End Flash]

Leah [weeping]: We were so happy Robbie. And God forgive me, but I still love you though. I still love you.

Leah wipes away her tears.

Leah: I have to see you Robbie. I have too.

Scene Five
Setting: The Towers, Floor One, Kim’s Apartment

Kim awakes in the cage. Jackson is already awake.

Jackson: Well! Good morning sleepy head!

Kim [angry]: Jackson. I want out. I have to go to the bathroom.

Jackson [laughing]: Yes. I thought you would. Did you also want a shower?

Kim: Please!

Jackson: Alright. Take off your clothes.

Kim: What?

Jackson: Do it, or stay in the cage.

Kim slowly begins to undress. She looks up and sees Jackson watching her. She covers her bare breasts and groin area with her arms and hand.

Jackson pulls out a hand cuff and cuffs her hand covering her breasts to his hand.

Jackson: Let’s go.

Kim uses the washroom, and then heads in the shower. Jackson sits on the toilet as Kim showers, their arms locked by the handcuff.

Kim using her one hand, washes her body and her hair. Suddenly, she finds a bobby pin. She puts it in her hair.

Kim dries off, and covers her body with a towel, before exiting the shower.

Jackson: Feel better?

Kim [smugly]: Not really.

Jackson: Sorry about that.

Jackson takes her back to the cage. Kim gets dressed.

Jackson: Do you want breakfast?

Kim: Please! I am starving.

Jackson [walking into the kitchen]: What do you have?

Kim: Nothing! I just got home from my trip! Remember?

Jackson: Ah, yes. Well, I guess I will go get muffins and coffee. I hope you’re not too bored while I’m gone.

Kim: I’ll be fine.

Jackson double checks to make sure Kim is locked in.

Jackson [leaving]: Be back soon. Don’t go anywhere!

Jackson shuts the door, and Kim gets the bobby pin from her hair. She begins to attempt to unlock the cage door.

Kim [twisting the bobby pin]: Come on! Come on!

Suddenly, the door unlocks, and opens.

Kim: Yes! I’ve got to get out of here.

Kim quickly rushes out the door.

Scene Six
Setting: Twin Peaks Hospital, The waiting room

Shane awakes in the waiting room. Dr. Benton arrives.

Shane: Dr. Benton! How’s Victoria.

Dr. Benton: She survived the night. She is still touch and go.

Shane: Will she be alright?

Dr. Benton: When you brought her in last night, I didn’t think so. But she has remained stable all night. I think she should be alright. The real test will be when she wakes up. She lost a lot of blood. Enough to cause brain damage.

Shane: Thank you Craig.

Dr. Benton: You’re welcome. Go home Shane. Shower, change, eat. You wife needs you to be healthy and well rested.

Suddenly Natasha arrives.

Natasha: Shane! I heard about Victoria on the news. Is she alright?

Natasha hugs her friend.

Shane: Craig Benton told me she should be alright.

Natasha [relieved]: Thank God. What happened?

Shane: I wish I knew.

Natasha: I can’t believe someone in Twin Peaks would do this.

Shane: Victoria was at the cabin. In the cellar.

Natasha [shocked]: What? The Calimo cabin?

Shane nods his head.

Natasha: I will get Calimo security on it ASAP.

Shane: Thanks Natasha.

Natasha: Sure

They hug again. As they pull out, they grab hands. Shane notices Natasha’s engagement ring

Shane [surprised]: Whoa! Look at that rock!

Natasha [laughing]: Yes! Cory proposed.

Shane: Well, it’s about time. Congrats.

Natasha: Thanks. I’m nervous about getting married again.
Shane [stunned]: What did you say? You’re getting married again!?

Natasha is stunned, and Cory approaches.

Shane: Were you married before Natasha?

Natasha remains silent.

Shane [persistent]: Natasha?

Cory is stunned by Shane's question.
Cory: Yes, Natasha. I am interested in knowing the truth too.

Scene Seven
Setting: The Tower, Floor One, Kim’s Apartment

Jackson returns to the apartment. He is stunned to see Kim gone.

Jackson [furious]: What the hell happened? How the hell did she get out?

Jackson puts the coffee and muffins down. Suddenly he hear police sirens approaching.

Jackson: Damn you Kim! Damn you!

Jackson opens the window and rushes off.

Soon, Kim and Meggan arrive at her apartment. Meggan opens the door, and draws her gun.

Meggan: Jackson! Jackson McQuillan if you are in here, show youself. This is officer Meggan Richardson, of Twin Peaks PD.

Kim: Meggan, I think he’s gone. Look, the window.

Meggan [approaching the window]: Are you sure this wasn’t open before?

Kim: Pretty sure Meggan. And look...the coffee and muffins.

Meggan: We will find him Kim.

Kim [weeping]: God I hope so. He will come after me again. I know he will.

Scene Eight
Setting: Twin Peaks Hospital, Leah’s room.

Robbie arrives back at his wife’s room, thanks to her orders. He stands at the door.

Robbie: Hi. The nurse told me you were asking for me

Leah: I was asking for you. Come sit.

Robbie walks over to her bed, and sits in the chair.

Robbie: Leah....

Leah cuts him off.

Leah: Robbie, let me talk. Please.
Robbie: Sure.

Leah: I love you still, despite the affair. I can’t tell you how hurt I am that you slept with Robin, and that our baby’s life had to end. I don’t think I will ever get over that. But, I still love you. And I want to make our marriage work.

Robbie: Oh baby. I love you.

Robbie and Leah kiss.

Robbie: I am so sorry Leah.

Leah: Please Robbie, let’s not talk about it.

Robbie: OK. Please know that I love you.

Leah: I know. That’s why I forgive you. And I want to be with you.

They kiss again.

Robbie: I want to be with you. And I want to have a baby with you Leah.

Leah starts to cry.

Leah: Really? You want a baby?

Robbie: Yes!

They kiss again.

Outside the hospital room, Robin looks in on the reunited couple.

Robin: It won’t last. I promise, it won’t last.
