The Pink Flamingo at the River
Rock Casino
"You've been pretty quiet since we left the hospital,"
Will notes back to Eva as they sit across from one another with two glasses of
white wine in front of them. They had been at the hospital, where they met with
Dr. Stephanie Clarke, who gave them an idea on how she might be able to pull Dominick
out of his coma. Stephanie, then, asked Will to help her but he was on the fence
as he is worried about the ramifications of his relationship with Eva should Dominick
awake from the coma. "How are you feeling about what Stephanie told us?"
Eva sighs to him before she takes a sip of her wine. "I am trying to
not get my hopes up, but it all seemed like it was good information, don't you
think?" "I do think that," Will nods in agreement with
her. "If her methods work, Dominick could awake from his coma."
"That's all we want, all of us. Except you it seems." "Me?"
Will asks her in surprise. "Why would you say that?" "Because,"
Eva looks back at him in surprise. "You didn't jump at the chance to help
Stephanie with Dominick's recovery. I don't know why you wouldn't want to do everything
you can to help Dominick, Will! Hasn't he, haven't we all, suffered enough?"
"That's not why I didn't accept the offer right away." "I
don't care why you didn't," Eva looks back at him. "But I am hoping
that you will help Stephanie, Will. Dominick, he needs all of us to help him get
out of this coma, and that includes you. So please, please tell me that you'll
do anything you can to help Dominick. Do this for me, Will. Please."

At the table in the far back corner, Abby sits with a double
vodka soda in front of her. Her mind is racing over the meeting that she attended
with Will, Eva, and Stephanie about Dominick's medical status. She knows that
if Dominick does come out of his coma, he could remember everything that she did
to prevent him from remembering that Eva was alive all those months. In her defense,
she was trying to ensure that her marriage remained intact, because now, her worst
fears have come true: Eva is still Dominick's legal wife. Her marriage to Dominick
was never valid, so she has no idea what her future holds. "You look
a million miles away," a voice calls out causing Abby to look up and see
Ethan standing in front of her. Immediately, she recalls how the last time she
saw him, he wasn't happy with her after she made a snide remark to Paige before
she left town. "Ethan," Abby replies to him. "I'm
I'm
surprised you approached me after our last visit." Ethan smirks back
to her as he sits across from her. "I know I was hard on you," Ethan
admits to her. "But Paige and I, we had just signed our annulment papers.
We were in an emotional place, I guess." "I can understand that,"
Abby nods back to him. "I am sorry about that, by the way. I know that you
and Paige didn't know you were siblings but to find that out, after you married
her, must have been difficult." "This entire revelation that
Leah and Jeff are my parents have been mind blowing," he admits to her. "Everything
that I thought I knew about my life, has been changed. I mean, the friend that
I went to law school with, Tyler, is more than my friend, he's my Uncle. It is
just wild." "You know that if you need me for support, I am
here for you, right?" Abby reaches over and grabs his hand. "You've
been there for me so much during this ordeal with Dominick, the least I can do
is be there for you." "You mean that, don't you?" Ethan
asks her with a sly grin. "Of course, I do." "There's
something that I've wanted to do for a while," he admits to her as they lock
eyes again. "And I want that again, now." "What is it?"
Ethan leans over the table and kisses her on the lips. Just as their lips
lock, Leah emerges behind them as she arrived for a lunch meeting; she can't believe
that her son is locking lips with Abby. She knows that this isn't the time or
place to confront Ethan about this, but she will have a talk with him about it.
Abby and Ethan, meanwhile, part ways and look back at each other with a smile
on their face. "You're right, it has been a while since we kissed, but that
was
nice," Abby licks her lips back to him. "I agree,
it was nice," Ethan winks back to her. "Very nice." The
Davenport House; Chris & Trenyce's Home
"BJ and Tinah are
down for their morning nap," Chris announces to Trenyce as he moves into
the living of the house that they share with their children. He knows that the
nanny had a busy morning with the children while they had breakfast with Cheresa,
as a way to congratulate their daughter on her new job at Twin Peaks General Hospital.
"Oh good, thanks for checking on them," Trenyce turns to him with
a smile. "This has been a lovely way to start the day, huh? A breakfast with
our daughter and then coming home to our smaller children?" Chris
smiles back to her as he recalls how he overheard Dawn telling his wife that Cheresa
hates lying at the breakfast earlier. He has been racking his brain trying to
think about what Cheresa could be lying about and why she would be lying.
"It was a nice breakfast with Cheresa and Dawn," he agrees with
her. "Something happened though, something that I wanted to talk to you about."
Trenyce arches her eyebrow back to him. "What's up?" "Remember
when the babysitter called me at breakfast?" Chris asks her as Trenyce nods
back to him. "When I was coming back, I overheard you and Dawn talking,"
he reveals to her as Trenyce gulps heavily. "She was telling you that Cheresa
hates lying; so tell me, Trenyce, what is Cheresa lying to us about? Why is our
daughter lying to her parents?" "I
" Trenyce gulps
back to him. "It was nothing, just a misunderstanding. You didn't hear the
full conversation, so don't worry about it, okay? Just be happy that Cheresa is
starting a new job at the hospital; that's all that matters." Chris
uneasily looks back at her, wondering why no one is being honest with him. He
realizes, however, that he must figure out what is really going on here because
he hates the idea that Cheresa is lying to him. Twin Peaks General
Hospital
Cheresa, who is wearing her white medical coat, grins as she
walks down the hallway of the hospital. It is her first shift in her new role,
and she is feeling like she is on cloud nine. She is so happy that she has this
new job at the hospital; she is looking forward to making a difference in people's
lives, however, she knows that she has a interesting first task at the hospital.
She opens the door to one of the meeting rooms and moves inside, where she
sees a young woman sitting at the table and Bryce sitting further down the table.
"Hello, sorry to keep you waiting," Cheresa announces to the room.
"I'm Cheresa Lawson; I will be the project manager on our first assignment
at the hospital." "Cheresa," Bryce stands up and shakes
her hand. "I'm Dr. Bryce Barty; I was hired for this project as they wanted
to see me do something other than handle patients for a while since I was working
at Raven's Meadow and it
well, it didn't end well." "I'm
Chantel White," the young blonde woman announces to her. "I was also
hired for this project. I'm really excited to work with you, both of you."
Bryce looks at Chantelle and arches his eyebrow; he can't help but wonder
why he recognizes her, but he can't place it. "It's great to meet
both of you," Cheresa smiles back to them. "Our goal is going to be
to reorganize the file rooms; they haven't been touched in a years. They also
want us to move some of the older paper files to electronic files, as the new
computer system stores the patient files." "That sounds good,"
Bryce replies to her. "Yea, I agree, when do we start?" Chantel
asks everyone. "Today," Cheresa replies to them. "We start
today, right now. Come on, I'll show you the file rooms." The
Sugarbowl Robbie and Kim sit in the back booth of the coffeehouse
with two lattes in front of them. They are waiting for a couple of people to join
them to share their news that they have decided to make their marriage work. They
know that this will create some heartache, but they can't deny that they still
love one another. Kim looks at the door when it opens, and she sees Greg
and Madeline walking in together. She sets her latte down and looks over at Robbie
while she feels her heart starting to race. "I hope you're ready because
they are here," she whispers to her husband. "We are about to break
their hearts." "Just remember that we are doing what is best
for us," Robbie reminds her. "We can't live a lie anymore; we have to
be honest with everyone." Kim nods back to him. "I know, it's
just going to suck hurting people we care about." Before Robbie can
respond, Greg and Madeline arrive at the table. "I hope we aren't interrupting,"
Greg says as he moves into the booth next to Kim while Madeline sits next to Robbie.
"Of course not," Kim replies to him quickly. "We asked you
two here." Madeline rolls her eyes back at Kim. "Can we just
cut to the chase?" she huffs back. "Greg and I, we are assuming that
this has to do with your marriage and where we all stand?" "It
does," Robbie chimes in. "Kim and I, we've thought long and hard about
this, and we've had many discussions about it." "And, we've
decided that we are going to stay married," Kim announces to them as Madeline
and Greg look at one another in horror. "Robbie and I have realized that
we still love each other very much and we want our marriage to work."
The Cascade Apartments; Cassie & Max's Home
Cassie pours
herself a gin and tonic from the small in her kitchen and takes a drink of it
immediately. Her mind is still racing over the fact that Isabelle is trying to
blackmail her into leaving town; Isabelle is saying that if she doesn't leave
town, she will accuse Cassie of pushing her down the stairs, which caused her
miscarriage. Cassie knows that she didn't push Isabelle, but everyone, including
Natasha, will believe Isabelle. "You stupid little bitch," Cassie
whispers to herself before she takes a sip of her gin. "You think that you've
won, but you have no idea who you're dealing with." She sets her
glass down when she hears a faint knock on her front door. "Whoever that
is, they better not set me off, I'm in no mood to deal with anyone today,"
she tells herself before she moves to the door. She opens it and feels her blood
start to boil when she sees Isabelle standing in the hallway. "What the hell
are you doing here?" "Nice to see you too," Isabelle pushes
her way into the apartment. "I came to see how packing is going. Need I remind
you that you need to leave town or I'm going to the police." "You
don' have to remind me," Cassie slams the door shut. "You've made yourself
perfectly clear, Isabelle." "Good," Isabelle glares back
at her. "When are you leaving, then? Or am I leaving here and going to the
police?" Cassie gets a wicked grin on her face as she slowly moves
closer to Isabelle, who gulps. "You think you've won, but you haven't, sweetie.
You see, I know what I'm doing, and you may have won the battle, but this war
is far from over. So yes, I am leaving town today, Isabelle. But mark my words,
I will be back and I will stop you. If you don't believe me, ask Natasha about
what I'm capable of." "What are you saying?" "I'm
saying, sleep with one eye open, Isabelle," Cassie taunts her. "Because
when I decide to strike back, you will have no idea what's coming." Puerta
Vallarta, Mexico
"You wanted to see me?" Sergio asks Donovan
as they stand facing one another in the waiting room of the medical center. "Are
you okay?" "I'm more than okay," Donovan breathes a sigh
of relief to him. "Because of you, I have my son back and this nightmare
is over, Sergio." "I am glad that I could help," the detective
replies to him. "I hate that Jasper's life had to end in all of this; it
could have ended without that but here we are." "I agree, it
was senseless, but I am just so grateful to you that you were able to help Lukas
and I get Olly back," Donovan looks back into his eyes. Sergio blushes
a little. "I was just doing my job, but you're welcome." "You
did more than your job," Donovan moves closer to him. "And I am forever
going to appreciate everything you did." Sergio looks back into Donovan's
eyes and before they know what's happening, they are locking lips with one another.
They part ways, but soon enough, they are kissing each other again, this time
with even more passion than the last time. Next on One Day at a Time -
