Daisy is sitting in
the back booth of the coffeehouse with an iced coffee in front of her. She is
feeling like she is on cloud nine right now because she just found out from Lois
Kam that she, and Andrew, will be getting some money from Vinny's estate. The
fact that she will have this money means that she should be able to pay back Antonio
and then she, and Andrew, can finally leave the casino forever. That's what they
have been longing for because they both felt like they became people they didn't
recognize while being there. After Daisy's abortion, she turned to prostitution
to numb her pain; she can't believe she did that, but she is grateful that it
is a thing of the past now. She continues, however, to be unnerved because everywhere
she goes, including the coffeehouse, Antonio's goons follow her to keep an eye
on her. "You look like you're in a good mood," Chris tells his
former wife as he moves up to the back booth and sees Daisy with a sly grin on
her face. "I suppose I am," Daisy replies to him as he sits
across from her. "I am finally going to get out of jam that I've been in
awhile now and, I must say, it feels pretty damn good." Chris chuckles
back to her. "I'm really happy to hear that Daisy," he tells her. "Trey
and I, we've noticed that you haven't been yourself for a while, so if this jam
you're getting out of helps you come back to your normal self, then I'm all for
it." "Thanks Chris," Daisy says back to him. "I really
need to stop by the house and see BJ and Tinah; they must be getting so big."
"They are indeed," Chris replies to her. "And they'd love to
see you. In fact, maybe you could babysit them while I do some investigating."
Daisy arches her eyebrow back to him. "What are you looking into, exactly?"
"I don't know for sure," Chris admits to her. "But I overheard
Dawn tell Trenyce that Cheresa is lying to us and she doesn't like it; when I
confronted Trey, she claimed that I misheard and it's nothing. But I can't shake
the feeling that there's more to this story. I want to know why Cheresa is lying
to us, and what she is lying to us about." Daisy takes a sip of her
coffee. "I don't blame you for that," she tells him. "I would just
go to the source? Maybe you should ask your daughter what's going on?"
Chris uneasily nods back to her. "I might just do that, Daisy. Thanks
for the advice." | |

The River Rock Casino
Trenyce urgently steps off the elevator on the second level of the casino
and makes a beeline towards Andrew's suite. She is desperate to talk to him as
she is starting to feel like the walls of their affair are closing in on her as
Chris overheard Dawn admit that Cheresa hates lying. Trenyce tried to cover with
Chris, but he has made it clear that he is determined to get to the truth about
what Cheresa is covering up. "Andrew, it's me," Trenyce says
as she knocks on the door. "We have to talk." Andrew opens the
door and sees Trenyce standing in the hallway. "Uh, this is a surprise,"
he admits to her as she moves into the suite. "What's going on?"
"I'm worried that the truth about our affair is going to come,"
she admits to him as she starts to pace back and forth. "Chris overheard
Dawn admit that Cheresa hates lying and now he is pressing me for more details.
I tried to cover but I don't think it's working
" Andrew gulps
back to her quickly. "We have been keeping this secret for months,"
Andrew sighs back to her. "Maybe
maybe we should just tell everyone
the truth so its out in the open. We'd all feel better after, don't you think?"
"How the hell can you say that?" a stunned Trenyce asks him with
a shriek. "No! No one can know that we slept together, Andrew! Chris would
be devastated! My family would fall apart! We have to do something to make sure
that no one ever finds out what we did, the question is, what do we do?"
Twin Peaks General Hospital
Cheresa opens the door to the file
room and smiles at the sight. Together with Bryce and Chantel, they have already
made a good impact on the reorganization project that they are working on together.
She hopes that she does a good enough job that the hospital will allow her to
move into another position or tackle another project. "Cheresa, hi,"
Chantel says as she moves towards the desk with some files in her hands. "I
am just about to digitalize these files." "Oh awesome,"
Cheresa smiles back to her. "I am hoping that by the end of the week we will
be finished the files with the last names of A and B; it will be a long journey
to get through all of these files." "Yea, but it's nice knowing
that we are making a huge impact on the hospital," Chantel tells her as they
lock eyes. For a moment, Chantel can't help but notice how beautiful Cheresa is.
She finds herself smiling back at her. "I agree and it will be great
for us, and Bryce, to make our names known in the hospital that we did this,"
Cheresa agrees with her as they lock eyes again. Meanwhile, at the entry
way of the filing room, Dawn stops in her tracks when she sees a seemingly close
encounter between her girlfriend and Chantel. She can't place it, but the sight
of Cheresa with Chantel makes her feel a tad jealous. She hopes it's nothing,
but she can't shake the feeling that she needs to watch her relationship very
closely. The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas & Donovan's Home
"Olly
is exhausted after swimming this morning," Lukas says as he moves into the
living room where he sees Donovan about to pour himself a drink at the bar. He
recalls how, together, they took their son to the pool in the morning so they
could continue to spend time with him as they just got Olly back from the kidnapping
ordeal. They haven't really left his side because they are so happy to have him
back. "I take it that means he went down for his nap?" Donovan
asks him as he turns and takes a sip of his whiskey sour. "His eyes
were closed before his head hit the pillow," Lukas chuckles back to him.
"What are you drinking?" "A whiskey sour," Donovan
replies to him. "Want me to make you one?" "Sure, that
sounds nice," Lukas smiles. "You know, I haven't been able to stop thinking
about something." "What's that?" Donovan asks him while
he makes his estranged husband his cocktail. "Meggan told us in Mexico
that we made a good team after we got Olly back," Lukas tells him as he accepts
the drink from Donovan. He takes a sip of it and looks back at him. "This
is good, thanks." "Sure," Donovan uneasily replies to him.
"And yes, we did work together, along side Meggan and Sergio, to get Olly
back. I'm
I'm not sure what you're getting at?" Lukas chuckles
back to him. "I don't know either," Lukas admits to him. "It
I guess it just reminded me of better times in our relationship, Donovan. Once
upon a time, we did love each other." "That was a long time
ago." "Not that long ago," Lukas says to him. "I guess
I
guess I am wondering if our marriage could work after all," he says as Donovan
looks back at him in surprise. "I wonder if we could put our lives back together?"
The
Tower's; Floor Eight; Victoria & Bryce's Condo
"Do you have
a shift at the hospital today?" Victoria asks Bryce as she pours herself
a cup of coffee in the kitchen of the condo that they live in together. She thought
that her husband was going to be away by the time she woke up, but to her surprise,
he is still at the condo. She keeps replaying in her mind the last time that she
was with Eva, where her mother told her that she should give Bryce another chance
because family and love must come first. "I do but it's later this
afternoon," Bryce tells her. "Chantel is taking the early shift and
I'll do the late shift with the reorganization of the file room." "Oh
good, it gives us some time to talk then," Victoria says back to him before
she takes a sip of her coffee. "Do you have something on your mind?"
he asks her as he puts his hands in his jeans pocket. "I do,"
Victoria purses her lips back to him. "I've been thinking, about you and
me and our marriage." Bryce gulps as he knows that Victoria has been
struggling to trust him again after she learned that he was working with Frederick
and Vinny last year. He can't blame her but he does wish that she would understand
that they were blackmailing him into helping them, and when push came to shove,
he saved her from Frederick when he tried to perform a lobotomy on her. "Do
I need a drink for this conversation?" he asks with a slight chuckle. "I'm
teasing, I'm happy to talk to you about us." "Let's sit together
on the sofa?" she asks him as she grabs his hand and moves him into the living
room, where they sit next to one another. "I've been giving this a lot of
thought, and I even spoke to my mother about it." "Okay?"
"And I want to give us another try, another honest try," Victoria
reveals to him. "Really? You mean that Vic?" Bryce asks her
as he gets a smile on his face. "I do, but only on one condition,"
she replies to him. "Of course, anything." "Promise
me that you have no more secrets," Victoria quickly tells him. "And
if you do, now is the time to tell me about them." Bryce pulls her
into a hug and holds her. "I promise you, I have no more secrets, Victoria,"
he tells her as they exit their embrace. "Thank you, thank you for giving
me another chance. I promise you, you won't regret it." "I hope
you're right," she smiles back to him, as he leans in and kisses her passionately
on the lips, thrilled that they have reunited. The Robertson House;
Leah's Home
Leah is pacing back and forth in the living room of her
house as she thinks about how she just found out that Bryce is Noah, who didn't
die all those years ago, and Ethan is her other long-lost son. What's more troubling
to her is that both of her children are seemingly pushing her, and Jeff, away
because they are also reeling from the announcement. Furthermore, she can't help
but think about how she saw Ethan kiss Abby the other day; of all the women for
her son to be involved with, Abby Lawson? The thought makes Leah's blood boil.
"You're going to burn a hole in carpet," Jeff chuckles as he moves
into living room and sees his former wife pacing. "Let me guess, you're thinking
about Ethan and Noah?" "How can I think of anything else?"
Leah asks him as she stops walking and looks back at him. "I can't stop thinking
about how they have been pushing us away; there must be something we can do to
get them in our lives." "I know I sound like a broken record
here Leah, but I really think our course is just to wait this out," Jeff
sighs back to her. "We are reeling from the truth coming out; they are also
feeling like their worlds just got turned upside down. But I think this will all
calm down in time." "I'm worried that we might not have time
after all," Leah admits to him quickly as they lock eyes. "I saw Ethan
kissing Abby Lawson, and we know that Noah is married to Victoria." "What
does that have to do with anything?" Jeff asks her quickly. "I
am worried that the women in our sons lives are bad influences," she tells
him. "Victoria is a walking mental case and Abby, well you know the type
of woman she is! We have to get Noah and Bryce away from these women if we want
a hope in hell of having a relationship with them." The Young
Mansion
"Are you feeling any better now that you've had a shower?"
Nicholas asks Andy, who moves back into the living room of the Young mansion.
Andy moves immediately to the bar to pour himself a cup of coffee, as he had a
nightmare about Clayton. Nicholas hopes that Andy is starting to feel better because
he knows that the toll of killing Clayton and then burying the body is on him.
Andy takes a sip of his coffee before he turns to his lover. "A little,
yea," he nods back to him. "I am sorry about earlier, I don't know what
came over me." "Hey, you don't have to apologize," Nicholas
moves closer to Andy. "We are going through something that is completely
new and unique; we don't know how to handle this type of situation. We have to
be easy on ourselves." Andy gulps back to him. "I
I just
hope that the nightmares stop soon." "They will with time,"
Nicholas tries to encourage him. "And remember, you can talk to me, okay?
We are in this together, Andy. You and I, we made a pack, no one will ever know
what happened in this room between us and Clayton. I promise you that."
Andy pulls him into a hug and holds him closely for a moment. "Thanks
Nicholas. I needed to hear that." Roboto
"How
are things going with the collaboration with Rockwell Mining?" Robbie asks
Natasha as they sit across from one another on the sofas in the main office at
Roboto, while Kim types into her laptop at the desk. Robbie knows that Roboto
is working hard with Rockwell Mining on the rose diamonds that will be launched
later this year; he can feel the excitement in the air as they get closer to the
launch date. "Everything is on track," Natasha smiles back to
her brother. "The Rockwell's are great to work with and the latest reports
are that everything is going accordingly to plan. The launch, it's going to be
incredible." "We are happy to hear that," Kim answers for
her brother as she closes her computer and moves closer to the sofa, where her
husband is sitting. "Now that we have that update, Robbie and I, we have
some news to share with you." "Oh?" Natasha asks with curiosity
as she arches her eyebrow. "What's going on?" "Kim and
I," Robbie looks back at her sister. "We have decided to stay married.
We aren't going to annul our marriage after all; we realized that we love each
other still." Natasha uneasily nods back to them. "I see."
"I know you had issues when we first got together," Kim looks back
at Natasha. "But we are hoping that you will be supportive." "Yes,
yes," Natasha waves her hand in the air. "After the shooting at your
wedding, I learned my lesson. All I want is for my brother and best friend to
be happy." "Thanks Nat." "You know,"
Kim smiles back to Natasha. "It's been a long time since you referred to
me as your best friend." "But it feels correct, doesn't it?"
Natasha asks her with a smile on her face. "I think it's time that we get
back to being best friends, don't you?" "I do," Kim smiles
back to her, thrilled that they have mended fences enough that they are back to
being best friends. The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino
"How many of those martini's have you had?" Greg asks Madeline as
he moves up to the bar where she is sitting and he can see a few empty glasses
in front of her. Madeline stirs the olive in her drink before she looks
over at Greg, who sits next to her. "About 4," she chuckles to him.
"And I'm going to have another one." Greg laughs back with her.
"Do you really think drowning your sorrows in martini's is the answer? I
know you're hurt by Robbie and Kim's decision, but this might not be the best
course of action." "Hurt?" Madeline rolls her eyes back
to him. "That might be the understatement of the year! I don't know how you're
so calm right now." "I'm far from calm," Greg replies to
her. "I just don't want to get wasted; I don't think it will help."
"You know what I really want?" Madeline looks back at him with intent.
"I want to get revenge on those two son of a bitches." Greg
looks back at her in surprise. "Is that the vodka talking?" "Nope,"
Madeline quickly replies. "I want Robbie and Kim to pay, I just have to figure
out how the hell I am going to do it. But mark my words, they will pay for this,
one way or another." Next on One Day at a Time - Antonio
