The Tower's, Floor One; Andy's
Condo Andy continues to look at the bottle of whiskey that is sitting
on the counter in the kitchen of his condo. He has been looking at it, almost
wanting it to move closer towards him. He found the bottle after he saw muddy
footprints at the condo when he came to get some of his belongings as he was supposed
to move in with Nicholas. The mud was still fresh, so Andy searched his condo
wondering who was in the unit, but he didn't find any other sign of life. He thought,
maybe, he was going crazy, and now, he is staring at the bottle of whiskey.
"It
it would be so easy to take one little sip," Andy whispers
to himself. "It could help me calm my nerves." He moves closer
to the bottle as he recalls the night that he killed Clayton in self-defense.
Ever since that night, he has been having such horrible nightmares about Clayton,
and he thought, for a moment, that Clayton was haunting him with the muddy footprints,
but knows that it is impossible. "One drink could help with everything,"
he says as he moves closer to the bottle of whiskey. He picks up the whiskey bottle
and takes another deep sniff of it, letting the vapors enter his nose. "No!"
he moves the bottle away from his nose. "I worked too damn hard on my sobriety;
I will not let this ruin that." He throws the bottle of whiskey up
against the wall, causing it to shatter into a million pieces and the amber liquor
slowly steaks down the wall. Nicholas, who just opened the door to the condo,
rushes up to Andy. "Andy? What the hell? Are you okay?" Nicholas
asks him as Andy turns to him. "No, I'm not." "I
didn't like how you sounded on the phone so I came right now," Nicholas tells
him as he pulls Andy into a hug. "It's going to be okay. I promise you, it
will be okay." Penny's Farmhouse; Holdenville, Oklahoma
The
tension is high in Cory's room in Penny's farmhouse as Gordy just learned that
Cory and Penny kissed while he was at the auction. Furious, Gordy stormed into
Cory's room and punched him; Penny, in turn, was livid with him for bringing violence
into her home and Cory suggested that they try to resolve the issues immediately.
"What is there to resolve?" Gordy huffs back to Cory, who is still
nursing his blood nose. "You kissed my fiancé! You deserved that punch
and so much more, Cory." "That is enough," Penny rushes
up to Gordy. "You do not come into my home with these violent tendencies,
Gordy! I will not stand for it." "This is a joke," Gordy
laughs back to her. "Y'all are making out behind my back, and you're making
it seem like I'm the bad guy here! You know what? I think I outta go and get out
of here." "I think that's a good idea," Penny looks back
at him as she starts to take her engagement ring off. "And here, take this
with you." Gordy's eyes open wider in surprise. "What are you
doing?" "Today," Penny whispers back to him. "You've
proved to me that we are on different pages, Gordy. I
I can't marry you.
Not now, maybe not ever." "Pen, come on! I was upset!"
"And how you handled yourself in that situation said everything I needed
to know about you," Penny replies to him. "I'm sorry it's come to this,
but I want you to leave now." "I'll go, but I'll tell you this,
I will get you back for this," he says as he glares at Cory. "I knew
you were trouble the first day I met you, and you will pay for this."
"Get out of here!" Penny shouts at him, as Gordy leaves the room.
Penny moves back over to Cory and looks at him. "I'm so sorry."
"Don't be," Cory shakes his head at her. "I should be thanking
you; you defended me, when he came for me." She caresses his cheek
before she leans in and kisses him on the lips. "Now I don't have to feel
bad for wanting to kiss you." He smiles back at her. "Not at
all," he winks before he kisses her again. The Pink Flamingo at
the River Rock Casino
"Before your mother gets back from the restroom,
I've been meaning to ask you something," Chris admits to Cheresa as they
sit across from one another at a table in the restaurant, as they are about to
have lunch together. Chris hasn't been able to stop thinking about the fact that
he overheard Dawn tell Trenyce and that Cheresa is lying about something and that
is eating her alive. "Uh, sure, what's going on?" Cheresa asks
him before she takes a sip of her pink lemonade. "Before Tinah got
sick, I overheard something between Trenyce and Dawn," Chris reveals to her.
"Dawn was saying that you were lying about something, and it was eating you
alive. I asked your mother, but she said it was nothing." Cheresa
gulps heavily as she knows that she was struggling to keep Trenyce's affair with
Andrew to herself; in her mind, she thought that Chris should know the truth so
he can make up his own mind about how he wanted to handle everything. Her mind,
however, has changed since Albertinah was sick. Now, she just wants her family
to be united and strong. "Mom was right," Cheresa nods back
to him, as Trenyce comes up to the table. "It was nothing, nothing at all.
It's all fine." "What's all fine?" Trenyce asks as she
sits down at the table. "Our family," Chris smiles back to her
before he leans over and kisses his wife. "We are in a good place now that
Albertinah is healthy again." "That's true," Cheresa sighs
back to them. "Although, I do have some bad news." "Bad
news?" Trenyce asks her with an arched eyebrow. "I don't know that I
can handle any bad news today, but what is it?" "It's Dawn,"
Cheresa admits to them. "Apparently, Adam and Helen both got offered jobs
at the University of Toronto, and they are planning to move there after the wedding."
"Ah, so Dawn is upset about her parents moving?" Chris asks her.
"That makes sense, they are a close-knit family." "There's
more," Cheresa reveals to them. "Dawn
she's thinking of moving
with them. Dawn wants to move to Canada, and I don't know what that means for
me, or us, but I am scared that I am going to lose my best friend and girlfriend."
"Oh Cheresa," Trenyce moves over to sit next to her daughter. "I
am sorry; if your father and I can help with anything, you know we are here for
you." "I know," Cheresa says as a tear falls down her cheek.
"I am just scared, that's all. And I'm not sure there's anything I can do
but wait to see what her final decision is." *** Meanwhile,
upstairs in Andrew's suite at the casino, Daisy looks back at Andrew in horror
as Antonio just revealed that he is Albertinah's father, not Chris. She can't
believe that this could even be true; the fact that her lover might have also
had sex with her niece is shocking to her. And the fact that Andrew could have
fathered Trenyce's child; she feels like her head is spinning. "Tell
me Andrew," she looks at him as Antonio continues to have smug grin on his
face. "Tell me that his can't be true! Tell me that there's no way that you
can be Albertinah's father!" "He can't do that," Antonio
chuckles to them. "Because he knows that he would be lying." "Look,
I can explain," Andrew sighs back to Daisy. "There is a logical explanation
to all of this." "Well start talking then!" Daisy snaps
at him. "Because I need to know if this is true or not!" "After
Albertinah died, Chris and Trenyce, they weren't in a good place because Trenyce
was pregnant with Brad's baby," Andrew starts to explain to her as she nods
back, remembering the events. "I moved in with Trey and we grew closer and
even shared a couple of kisses. But then she and Chris got back together, and
they got engaged." "Then it's not true." "But
I had very strong feelings for Trey," Andrew admits to her. "After they
got married, I started gambling; I was trying to hide my feelings for Trey, but
they were still there." "Oh Andrew, you did tell me that you
were running from something when we first came to the casino," Daisy remembers
to him. "And the night of the Roboto gala, here at the casino, Trey
and I, we made love in this very room," Andrew reveals to her as Daisy gets
tears in her eyes. "It
it only happened once, I swear. When Trey got
pregnant, she told me that Chris was the father. I've
I've believed her ever
since." Daisy lets a tear fall down her cheek before she slaps him
hard across the face. "How could you do this? How could you sleep with my
niece?" Andrew holds his cheek as Antonio chuckles in amusement.
"This was before you and I connected," he tells her in his defense.
"So, you see," Antonio continues to chuckle. "The fact that
Andrew donated the bone marrow proves that he fathered Albertinah. And, if either
of you try to leave this casino, I will tell the entire world that Andrew fathered
that little girl, not Chris." The Sugarbowl
Bryce sits
at the back booth with his laptop open and a latte next to him. After Victoria
almost caught him looking at the website to ordain himself earlier, he realized
that he would have to do the courses away from the condo as she can't know that
he is doing this. He hates that Frederick is blackmailing him into helping him,
but he feels like he doesn't have a choice because he knows about the baby switch
and Bryce can't allow that secret to come out because he knows he would lose Victoria
forever, and since they just got the marriage back on track, he won't let that
happen. "Noah, hi," Leah says as she comes up to her son and
sits across from him. "How
how are you?" Bryce closes his
laptop to prevent her from seeing his screen. "My name is Bryce now,"
he corrects her. "You can start by calling me that, please." "Sorry,
Bryce, right," Leah uneasily smiles back to him. "That will take some
time to get used too, but I will try." "And I'm fine, just very
busy with work and my marriage." Leah sighs back to him. "Does
that mean that you and Victoria are still trying to make it work?" she asks
him as he nods back to her. "Oh Bryce, I really wish you'd reconsider. You
know how I feel about Victoria." "I know, you've made it clear,"
Bryce replies to her quickly. "But if you want any kind of relationship with
me, you're going to have to accept Victoria as my wife, because I love her very
much and I want my marriage to work more than anything. If you want a relationship
with me, you're going to have to accept Victoria; the choice is yours."
The Cascade Apartments Victoria watches Ethan and Abby kissing
from the hallway of the Cascade Apartments. She arrived at the same time as Abby,
hoping to see if Ethan would take her advice and make a play for Abby. Victoria
had hoped that if Ethan was able to convince Abby that they belong together, Eva
and Dominick's marriage could be saved. To her surprise, Ethan took her advice,
and he is kissing Abby, for the second time this visit. Meanwhile in the
apartment, Ethan and Abby's lips part ways and Abby tries to catch her breath.
"I want to show you how much you mean to me, Abby," Ethan tells her
with lust in his eyes. "Just give me this one night, okay? I know you want
it." "God help me," Abby whispers back to him as she runs
her hand over his chest. "I do want it, I do want you." Ethan
kisses her again, this time more passionately and he starts to unbutton her blouse,
revealing her bra. He, then, lifts her up and she wraps her legs around his waist
and he carries her into the bedroom, where he drops her on the bed. He stands
up and rips his shirt off before he crawls on top of her, kissing her more passionately.
Victoria, meanwhile, moves into the apartment, and quickly shuts the door
closed. She creeps towards the bedroom and sees the two engaging in passionate
sex. She pulls out her cell phone and pushes the 'record' button on her camera,
filming the sex occurring in front of her. Next on One Day at a Time -
