The Lawson Estate; Greg & Cheresa's Home

Cheresa wraps her robe around her body as she walks down the stairs of the lavish mansion that she lives in with Greg as she can hear the doorbell ringing. It is late, so she has no idea could be at the door at this hour, but she plans to give them a piece of her mind for waking her up.

"What the hell?" she asks as she opens the door, only to see Chris standing there. "Chris? What are you doing here? Do you have any idea what time it is?"

"Yea, I do, I'm sorry," he whispers back to her as he moves into the foyer. "It's…I didn't know where else to go."

Cheresa closes the door and moves into the living room, clearly seeing that something is off with her biological father. "Uh, do you want a drink? What's going on?"

"I'd love a drink," he says as he moves up to the bar and pours himself a scotch, taking a quick sip of it.

"What is going on? You're scaring me! Are Trenyce, BJ and Albertinah okay?"

"Yea, sorry, they're fine," he looks back at her. "I learned something tonight and my head is spinning."

Cheresa arches her eyebrow back to him. "What did you learn, Chris?"

"Trey and Andrew," he looks back at her. "They…they had sex, and Albertinah might not even be my daughter. All these months, they've been lying to me, lying to everyone. I…I feel like a damn fool."

"I'm so sorry," Cheresa moves up to him. "But I am glad that Trenyce finally told you."

Chris looks back at her in surprise. "What do you mean by that? You're happy that Trey finally told me? How…how long have you known about this, Cheresa?"

Cheresa gulps back to him. "I…uh…I've known for some time," she admits to him. "I wanted to tell you and I asked Trenyce to tell you, but she kept telling me that your family was strong and intact…I hate that I kept this from you, Chris. I really, really do."

"Well that's just great," Chris takes another sip of the scotch. "Everyone knew about this expect me? It's like I can't trust anyone anymore."

"Chris, please…"

"Nah, it's good Cheresa," he says as he sits the glass down and moves back towards the door. "You choose which side you're on in this lie and it certainly isn't mine. I'll see myself out, thanks for the drink."

A tear falls down Cheresa's cheek as she realizes that she has disappointed Chris in the worst possible way.

The Calimo Cabin

Some light sweat forms on Andy's forehead as he lays on the sofa in the Calimo cabin fast asleep. The fire in fireplace is still going, creating a warm glow in the room. Andy, however, mumbles in his sleep, and turns quickly.

"No," he says while his eyes remain shut. "No, Clayton, please!"

Suddenly, Andy sits up on the sofa and looks around the space, realizing that he is still alone in the cabin but he also knows that he just had, another, nightmare about Clayton.

"When will these nightmares stop?" he asks himself as he stands up from the sofa and looks around the room. He immediately realizes that he is looking to see if there is a bar in the cabin.

"Damnit, I have to get these urges under control," he scolds himself. "I came here to stay sober, not looking for a bottle of vodka because I had a nightmare. I … I have to get myself together. My entire future depends on this."

The Victors Mansion

A bright flashlight rests on Nicholas' SUV as he stands in the large field behind the Victors mansion. He has a shovel in his hand, and he is currently removing some dirt from the hole he is creating. Some large crows fly overhead and squawk at him, but he remains focused at his current task.

After he had a drink with Robin earlier, where she encouraged him to give Andy some space to ensure he doesn't lose his sobriety, Nicholas realized what he had too. He had gone to Andy's condo earlier, and after seeing the muddy footprints again, he wondered if Clayton could still be alive. That's when he decided to drive to the Victors mansion and dig up the body; if he can find Clayton's remains, he will know that Clayton is dead. But if the body is gone, he knows that there is a chance that Clayton survived the attack and is now driving Andy to drink.

He grunts loudly as he removes more dirt from the hole that he is digging. He freezes when he sees something in the ground. He bends down and picks up a piece of the dirty fabric.

"This was the shirt that Clayton was wearing," Nicholas whispers to himself. He looks around but doesn't see any other indication that Clayton's remains are there. "Nothing else is here."

"My God it is true," he gasps to himself. "Clayton is alive! Clayton is stalking Andy!"

The Barracuda Blue; Maui, Hawaii

Max rushes up to the bar that is on the pool deck as the party for the Pink Roses continues at the Barracuda Blue. He asks the bartender for a tall ice water as he was just with Sophie, and she was feeling intoxicated as she had too much champagne. He realizes that she was drinking because after she confessed to him that she had a crush on him, he told her that they should remain friends and colleagues.

He grabs the water and moves back to the lounger, where Sophie is resting. He sits next to her and passes her the water.

"Here, drink this, it will help you feel better," Max encourages her to drink the water.

Sophie takes the glass of water and drinks half of it in one gulp. "Thanks, I guess I needed that," she replies to him. "You're being too nice to me, you don't have to babysit me, Max."

"I don't want you to feel bad," Max replies to her. "Champagne can sneak up on you, and the hangover from it is killer."

"I'm sure I will discover that tomorrow morning," she looks back at him. "I'm sorry that I did this. It's just…I guess I was hoping for something different."

"I know you were," Max says to her. "I know you've had a difficult year and that you feel like this was another blow to you, but nothing has to change between us. Like I said, I still care for you, just as a friend though."

The tears fill Sophie's eyes as she tries to nod back to him. "Yea. I get it, I really do."

"Then let's try to enjoy the rest of the party, okay? I mean, here we are at this beautiful resort in Maui, let's try to have a good time?"

"You're right," Sophie smiles back to him. "Let's enjoy the party for what it is! Life is too short to be moping around."

Natasha and Mac move back to the podium where the small stage is set up for the launch of the Pink Roses campaign. They are waiting to see if the text message that Kent sent to the men he hired to steal the diamonds will show up and release Stacey. They also are wondering if they should make another announcement to the crowd, but at this point, they don't really have any updates to give them.

"I'm worried," Natasha admits to Mac as she grabs another glass of champagne. "If the men, those goons, don't answer Kent's text message, what are we going to do?"

"If they don't answer the text, I think we should go to Orvilla and ask her to search every single guest room at the Barracuda Blue," Mac replies to her. "These men, they couldn't have gone too far with Stacey or the diamonds."

"Good point," Natasha nods back to him. "We are on the most remote part of the island; Stacey must still be on the location. We will find her, Mac. I know we will."

"I…I can't believe that you're here," a stunned Jacob says as he looks at Cassie, who is standing next to Kent by the pool. "I mean, I thought I saw you earlier, but I convinced myself that you wouldn't come here."

"It's nice to see you too, Jacob," Cassie purses her lips together. "I'm sorry that I left Twin Peaks without saying anything to you."

"Where's Carter? Where is my son?"

"He's at a summer camp," Cassie replies to him. "He's fine, and he can't wait to see you."

Isabelle approaches them and is stunned to see Cassie, as she knows that she blackmailed her into leaving Twin Peaks. She can't believe that she is there at the launch party.

"Cassie, this is a surprise. What are you doing here?" Isabelle asks her as Jacob looks at her and then at Cassie.

Cassie gets a sly grin on her face and is about to reply to her when the two men that Kent hired appear. The guests all turn in shock as the two men, Cal and Denis, dressed in all black move up to the podium.

"You asked us what we wanted to return the girl and the diamonds," they announce to everyone. "And that's money. We want 50 million dollars or the girl dies and we leave here with the diamonds."

Mac and Natasha look at one another in shock as Kent looks at Jacob and arches his eye. He pulls Jacob closer to him.

"You and me, let's go find Stacey? Let's save her from their clutches?" Kent asks him as Jacob nods back to him.

"So, what do you say?" Denis asks Mac and Natasha. "Will you give us the money to save your daughter? Or will we have some blood spilled at the Barracuda Blue?"
