Previously on One Day at a Time
- The thugs crashed the launch party at the Barracuda Blue and announced they wanted 50 million to have Stacey and the diamononds returned safely. Kent and Jacob snuck off to try to save Stacey
- Eva suggested to Tyler that he ask the board of Robertson Enterprises to see if they wanted Victoria to work at the company
- Meggan continued to be tempted to drink
- Simona grilled Sergio about his connection to Lukas

The Barracuda Blue; Maui, Hawaii

The two men that Kent hired to steal the Pink Rose diamonds, Cal and Denis, continue to glare back at Natasha, Mac and the guests at the Barracuda Blue, as they just demanded 50 million dollars for the return of both the Pink diamonds and Stacey. What is worrisome to Mac, especially, is that they claimed that if they didn't get the money that there could be bloodshed at the resort, which means they might resort to violence, which scares him as he wants nothing to happen to his daughter.

"I…I can get you the money, you just have to understand that it will take some time," Mac finally responds to them. "I will have to contact multiple banks to compile 50 million."

"How long will it take?" Denis quickly replies. "Cause we don't got a lot of time."

"Let me make some calls," Mac tells them as he pulls his phone out of his pocket and starts dialing a phone number.

"Please," Natasha then moves closer to them. "We can get you the money; that's not an issue. Just please, give us Stacey back."

"You'll get her once we get the money," Cal replies to her as Natasha continues to move closer to him. "You can stop right there, don't move another muscle," he tells her as he pulls out a gun and aims at her, as the crowd gasps in horror.

"Okay, okay," Natasha's lower lips quivers in fear. "I won't move just don't hurt me, or anyone, okay?"

Meanwhile, Kent and Jacob reach the foyer as they were able to escape the chaos so they could try to find Stacey.

"Where do we even start looking for her?" Jacob asks Kent, knowing that the resort is large, and they could have stashed her in any number of rooms.

"I'll be able to help you with that," Orvilla announces as she moves into the foyer. "My security team knows where Stacey is. I can take you to her now."

Kent nods back quickly. "Perfect, let's go. We have no time to waste."

The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino

"I know it is late, so I appreciate you wanting to get a quick drink with me," Sergio tells Donovan as they sit across from one another at a table in the restaurant, each with a beer in front of them. Sergio had been with Simona earlier when she revealed that Lukas was probing her for information on his romance with Donovan. The feeling has been unsettling for Sergio as he is not used to people going to his family to learn his business.

"I was actually still at the office, if you can believe it," Donovan chuckles back to him. "They have us working overtime at Robertson right now because they want to compete with Roboto's Pink Roses launch."

"Oh right, I heard about that," Sergio replies to him as he takes a sip of his beer. "The launch, it's happening tonight, right?"

"It is likely happening as we speak," Donovan tells him. "Anyways, what I was saying is that I was still up, so a drink sounded nice."

"I'm glad," Sergio says. "I…uh…I actually wanted to talk to you about something."

"Alright, I'm all ears."

"Lukas approached my sister and was asking her questions about you and I," Sergio reveals to him as Donovan's eyes open wider in surprise. "You weren't lying to me about your marriage, were you?"

"No, of course not," Donovan quickly replies to him. "Lukas and I have filed for divorce, we are over. I'm…I'm sorry that this happened to you."

Sergio looks over Donovan's shoulders and happens to see Lukas move into the restaurant. Without thinking, Sergio stands up and moves towards Lukas, as Donovan turns around and sighs, realizing that there might be a heated confrontation about to unfold.

"Lukas, mi amigo," Sergio says as he approaches him. "You need to do me a favor, okay?"

"What's that?" Lukas asks him back with a sly grin on his face.

"Stay the hell out of my business, or you won't like what comes next," Sergio puffs out his chest. "And stay away from Simona."

Lukas chuckles back to him. "You want me out of your business, you should have thought about that before you slept with my husband!"

"I warned you, it won't happen again," Sergio replies to him before he turns around and walks back to his table with Donovan, where he sits down and finishes his beer. "I'm ready to get out of here if you are."

Donovan nods back to him as they stand up and quickly exit the restaurant, leaving Lukas with the sly grin on his face.

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas, Donovan, & Olly's Home

Meggan moves up to the fire mantel that is in the living room of the lavish estate that she lives in with Lukas, Donovan, and their children, Logan and Olly, although Logan is currently at boarding school. She grabs the picture that rests on the mantel and looks at the image of her father, herself and Lukas. She still can't believe that Frederick made her believe that she killed Noah all those years ago, when in fact, Noah was alive and going by the name of Bryce because Frederick didn't want anyone to know who he really was.

"What kind of man makes his own daughter think that she killed a child?" Meggan asks herself as she looks at the picture. "You changed the outcome of my life, you son of a bitch!"

She throws the picture against the wall, causing the glass to shatter everywhere. She feels her eyes swell with water as she looks at the mess on the floor. Her eyes then dart towards the bar, where her eyes become fixed on the vodka that is resting.

She runs her hands through her hair as she knows that the temptation to drink has been slowly building inside of her. Before she can do anything else, however, she rushes out of the living room, not wanting to stare at the vodka, and other alcohols, any longer.

Robertson Enterprises

"I know it is late for a meeting, but I thought that the matter at hand was urgent, and we shouldn't wait," Tyler announces to Leah, Eva, and Paige as they all stand in the main office at Robertson Enterprises. Tyler recalls how earlier in the evening, Eva stopped by the office and suggested that Tyler put the idea of Victoria joining the company to a board vote. Tyler agreed to this and called the urgent meeting.

"I am so grateful that you did this so quickly," Eva purses her lips together, as Paige and Leah look at one another with an uneasy glare.

"What is this about, exactly?" Leah asks her brother. "A board meeting, at this hour? What are you thinking, Tyler?"

"I know we all agreed that Victoria wouldn't make a good fit here," Tyler looks back at Leah and Paige. "But Eva stopped by and made some valid points."

"Valid points?" Leah asks him with an uneasiness. "Like what?"

"The fact is," Eva looks back at her. "Victoria is family; she is married to your son, and this is a family business. I made the point that I have made contributions to this company being married into the family myself. I simply suggested that we put this idea to a vote."

"And that's what I'm doing," Tyler continues. "I want to vote for Victoria to be a member of the company."

Paige uneasily gulps as she knows that this could be her chance to get Victoria the position here, which she needs because if she does that, Victoria will give her the ammunition to stop Abby and Dominick's wedding.

"I think that this is a good idea," Paige looks at Leah, who looks back at her in shock. "This way, we can all be on the same page about Victoria and the future of Robertson Enterprises. Let's put this to vote, once and for all."

The Barracuda Blue; Maui, Hawaii

Quinn uneasily hides behind some of the loungers that are on the pool deck as she watches the drama unfold with the two thugs that Kent hired. Seeing the gun in the man's hand is bringing up so many bad memories of her time in Russia, when Marat Kafelinkov was holding her mother hostage. She feels her heart racing as she feels incredibly uneasy.

"Just breathe," she whispers to herself. "This will settle down; Kent won't allow anything to happen to Stacey, or anyone else; he will handle this."

She opens her purse and pulls out her cell phone. "I love you, Mom, xx" she writes a text message to Sabine and presses send, before she looks back at the drama unfolding in front of her.

"This is the room," Orvilla tells Kent and Jacob as they move up to one of the suite doors at the Barracuda Blue. Orvilla's security team showed her where Stacey was located, and now she is showing Kent and Jacob. "And, here is the master key to the resort."

Orvilla opens the door with the key card in her hand and she opens the door. Kent and Jacob rush inside and see Stacey tied to a chair.

"Stacey!" Kent rushes up to her as Jacob turns on the lights and looks around the room. "Thank God you're okay."

Stacey squirms as Kent unties her and removes the gag from her mouth. "The creeps; they want money," Stacey tells him as she hugs him. "And thank you, thank you for finding me."

"I wouldn't let anything happen to you," Kent replies to her. "And your Dad, he's on the phone getting some money now. So soon, this will all be over. Nothing else bad will happen."

"What the hell is taking so long?" Cal asks as he continues to point the gun at Natasha, as he is getting frustrated with the length of time that Mac has been on the phone with the banks trying to get the money they asked for.

"In some parts of the world, it is the early morning," Natasha replies to him quickly. "Some of the banks that Mac deals with, they might not even be open yet."

"Then we are going to have major problems, aren't we?" he grits his teeth back to her.

"Just stay calm," she responds to him. "You asked for a lot of money; we can get it, we just have to find the right paths to get the money."

Suddenly, behind Natasha, Ash and Lyzz arrive with Cole. The sudden movements startle the gunman, he redirects the gun and fires multiple shots!
