Twin Peaks Police Station "This is not good," Trenyce huffs over to Chris and Andrew as they stand in the waiting room of the police station. They arrived a short time ago after Andrew learned that the reason that Daisy was arrested for Antonio's murder is because Simona located a gun in the river; the gun was the weapon used to shoot Antonio, and it has Daisy's fingerprints on it. "With Ethan caught up in the drama at the church, I'm not sure Daisy's lawyer will be here right away." "I left him a voicemail," Chris replies to her quickly. "Hopefully he can deal with Abby and Dominick in a timely manner and get here to help Daisy." "No matter what happens, the three of us, we have to stick together and be there for Daisy," Andrew chimes into the group. "She must be terrified." "I agree," Trenyce says back to them. "We have to do whatever we can for Daisy right now; nothing else matters." "Do you think we will be able to see her?" Chris asks. "Probably not," Andrew tells him. "She's been booked for murder; the only way we will get to see her is if she's allowed visitors after she's been booked and in a cell." "God, I hate this," Trenyce sighs to them. "My Aunt does not deserve this! I will find out who really killed Antonio and make that son of a bitch pay for doing this to Daisy!" *** Meanwhile, in Simona's office, Daisy sits in a chair facing the detective's desk, while still in handcuffs. She has so many mixed emotions about what has happened; part of her is confused as to how Simona has any proof that she killed Antonio; part of her is furious that this is happening to her, and lastly, and most importantly, she is terrified that she is actually going to get put in jail for something she didn't do. "What the hell is this?" Daisy finally asks her. "I didn't kill Antonio, Simona! You have to believe me." Simona looks up from her paperwork of booking Daisy and shrugs her shoulders. "The evidence suggests otherwise, Daisy." "What evidence? What did you find that points me to be the shooter?" "The murder weapon was located," Simona replies to her quickly. "And it has your fingerprints on it. We have a motive in the fact that you owed Antonio money and wanted to get out of the casino, you had access to his office, where he kept his gun, and now we have the weapon with your prints on it. It seems like a pretty open and shut case, doesn't it?" "I I want my lawyer," a nervous Daisy replies to her immediately. "And for the record, and you can use this against me, but I didn't kill anyone, especially not Antonio Moretti!" The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino "Are you sure you want to be here?" Jacob uneasily asks Isabelle as they sit across from one another in the restaurant with some cocktails in front of them. He knows that being at the casino and the restaurant that her father owned might be sensitive to her since she is still grieving his death. He just hopes that he is able to support her while she is going through this loss. "I know it can't be easy for you." "It's fine," Isabelle takes a sip of her whiskey sour. "This place has the best drinks, and I needed one after the day I've had." "You still haven't had any luck with Simona or the police department making an arrest?" Jacob asks her next. "No, and it's starting to piss me off, if I am honest with you," she admits to him. "What the hell is taking Simona so long?" "These things can take time," Jacob tries to keep her calm. "She might have to collect evidence and see who it implicates." "I just want the person or persons responsible for killing my father to pay," Isabelle huffs back to him, as Jacob gets an alert on his phone. He pulls it out of his pocket and reads the screen before he looks back at Isabelle, feeling the blood drain from his face. "What is it, Jacob? What happened?" "Daisy Davenport," Jacob looks back at her. "She was arrested for your father's murder. Simona believes Daisy killed your father!" *** At another table, Robbie and Kim sit across from one another, reeling from the Judge's decision to award Madeline three million dollars and a seat on the Roboto board. While Robbie always believed that Madeline might have been awarded a cash settlement, he didn't think that she would have been given a position at his family company. "Have you thought about how you're going to tell Natasha the news about Madeline and Roboto?" Kim asks him before she takes a sip of her red wine. "I'm just going to tell her, like ripping a band aid off," Robbie sighs back to his wife. "There's no way I can sugarcoat this." "Maybe this will all turn out to be a positive thing?" Kim suggests to him. "I mean, Madeline doesn't know a lot about the business world, so she might just be one of those silent partners?" "That would be the ideal," Robbie tells her. "Either way, I will make this right. For you, for Natasha, for the company; I don't know how, but I will do right by all of you." "That's why I love you so much," Kim smiles back to him, as Greg approaches their table. "Greg, hi. What .what are you doing here?" "I'm on my way to the airport," he reveals to them. "I'm leaving Twin Peaks, but, I, uh, I wanted to see you one more time before I left." Kim stands up and looks at Greg. She pulls him into a hug. "I know I hurt you," she whispers into his ear. "And I'm sorry for that. I will forever be sorry for that because Greg, you, you're were one of my best friends for years. I I still love you, I hope you know that." "I know you do," Greg tells her as they exit their embrace. "You're just in love with Robbie. I get it. And for the record, I am sorry too." He then turns to Robbie, who looks back at him. "You're one hell of a lucky man, Robbie." "Don't I know it," Robbie chuckles back to him. "Goodbye Kim," Greg looks back at her with a smile. "Bye Greg, take care, and stay in touch." The Tower's, Floor Three; Madeline's Condo Madeline rushes to the front door of her condo when she hears the doorbell ring. She is still on cloud nine following the Judge's ruling that Robbie will pay her 3 million dollars in a cash settlement and that she was able to get a seat on the Roboto board; she always believed that she would get some money from Robbie, but the seat at Roboto was a pleasant surprise. "Tyler? What are you doing here? I thought you'd be at your father's wedding for some time yet," Madeline says to her lover as he moves into the condo. "It's a long story," he sighs back to her. "Needless to say, there was no wedding, and I don't think there will be one tonight." "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that," she tells him as they move into the living room. "I know how much Dominick loves Abby; is there anything I can do?" "No, but thank you," Tyler says back to her. "How was court? What did the Judge decide?" "It's amazing Tyler," Madeline beams back to him. "Three million and a seat on the Roboto board." "Whoa!" Tyler replies to her. "That's that's amazing! Do you know what you could do with the power of a seat on the board?" "I hadn't thought about that yet," she admits to him. "But with you by my side, I'm sure we can think of something!" "This is fantastic," he says as he moves closer to her and kisses her. "Really great." "Make love to me, Tyler," she purrs back to him. "I need to feel you deep inside me." St. Joseph's Church "You look like you've been hit by a truck," Paige tells Ethan, who is sitting in the front pew of the church with his bowtie in his hands and the first few buttons of his shirt unbuttoned. She can't imagine how he is feeling as he had to be honest in front of friends and family that he slept with Abby weeks earlier. "That's how I feel," he admits to him. "I know I haven't been that close to Dominick before, but the look on his face, I really crushed him by being honest." "But you were honest," Paige replies to him as she sits next to him. "That's the most important thing; keeping this a secret, it would have lead to more hurt and heartache down the road. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that secrets always have a way of coming out." "Can I ask you something?" Ethan asks her as he looks over at her as she nods back to him. "How did you ever know about Abby and I? We we were alone when we had sex." "You thought you were alone," Paige says back to him. "Someone was there, and that person, they told me about it." "And you waited until the wedding to tell Dominick the truth?" Paige sighs back to him. "I know," she replies. "I didn't know what to do; I never wanted Dominick to marry Abby, but I didn't want to throw our family into this turmoil. But in the end, I knew that Dominick had to know the truth before he married Abby." "What happens now?" "I have no idea," Paige admits to him as she grabs his hand and squeezes it. "But if I was Abby, I would be terrified of what Dominick might do." *** Meanwhile, in the bridal room, Abby stands up and looks at Dominick, who closes the door once Cheresa has left the room. "I I can explain," Abby tells him quickly. "Please Dominick, give me the chance to do that?" "Explain?" he cuffs back at her. "Explain how you've been lying to me for months about sleeping with my grandson? What type of explanation could there possibly be, Abigail?" "I never meant for this, any of this, to happen," she says as a tear steams down her face. "Ethan and I, we only happened once. Because I love you, Dominick! I really love you!" "Love isn't sleeping with someone else behind my back," he spits back at her. "All this time, all these months, my family has been warning me about being involved with you, and you know what, they were right. You're not the woman for me, you never were." ""Please don't say that!" she cries to him. "We can make this work! I promise you, Dominick, lets just get married, and we can live happily ever after!" Dominick chuckles back to her. "Get married? To you? Never!" he yells at her. "We are over, Abigail. Do you hear me? I never want to see you again!"
