*** In the foyer,
Isabelle emerges from the washroom as she needed to splash cold water on her face
after she heard Cory reveal that Antonio arranged for his plane to crash last
year. She can't believe that her father went to such extremes to get Robin in
his life; she almost feels like she is in a dream, only it is reality. Hearing
all of this news was too much for Isabelle, and she walked out of the courtroom,
and she immediately went to splash some water on her face. She freezes
when she sees Cassie moving forwards her. She lets out a groan as Cassie is the
last person that she wants to see right now; she has enough going on with the
trial. "What the hell are you doing here?" Isabelle asks her
as she puts her hand on her hip. "I heard that Jacob is here,"
Cassie purses her lips together. "I need to talk to him." "He
is here," Isabelle snaps back at her. "Because he is supporting me;
in case you forgotten, my father was murderer, Cassie. And his murderer is on
trial." "Blah, blah, blah," Cassie rolls her eyes back
to her. "You're always the victim, aren't you? Well guess what? I am tired
of waiting for Jacob to know what you did to me; I am tired of him not knowing
that you blackmailed me out of Twin Peaks for months because you wanted him for
yourself." "This isn't the time or place for this conversation,"
Isabelle warns her. "I will not let you create a scene during this trial!"
"Fine," Cassie waves her hand in the air. "I'll give you until
this trial is over, Isabelle. But the minute the verdict comes back, you better
tell Jacob the truth, or I will." Twin Peaks General Hospital
"You didn't have to come to my checkup with me," Sophie tells Max
as they walk down one of the hallways of the hospital. Sophie just had another
checkup with her doctor and she is still in good health following her shooting
and coma. "Ah, I know but I wanted to hear for myself that you're
still healthy," Max looks back at her. "You know how much I blamed myself
for your shooting, so hearing that you're on the mend, it really is the best news
possible." "Thanks," Sophie stops and looks into his eyes.
"I appreciate your support, and I really hope that you still don't blame
yourself for the shooting. You didn't hire those men to kidnap Stacey Rockwell,
we were just in the wrong place at the wrong time." "Thank goodness
it's all water under the bridge." "Amen to that," she chuckles
back to him. "Oh, excuse me for a moment," she says as she hears her
phone ping. "It's my Dad; he just finished testifying, apparently it was
pretty intense." "Sorry to hear that," Max looks back at
her. "He'll be okay?" "I'm sure he will be," Sophie
tells him. "He's staying in court to support Robin. I'll touch base with
him after." "It's nice to see you and him reconnect again, Sophie.
I know how upset you were when you believed he was dead." "He's
the best," Sophie smiles back to him. "By the way, I had a great
time the other day on our first date," he tells her. "What do you say
about doing it again sometime?" Sophie smiles back to him as she
feels some butterflies in her stomach. "I'd love that, Max. I really would."
"Good, then it's a date." ***
Meanwhile, at
the nurses' station, Eva continues to look at Will, who just asked her if they
could finally be together since they made love the day of Dominick and Abby's
interrupted wedding. Eva was asking her lover why Abby was at the hospital, since
she saw the younger woman leaving earlier. Will, of course, couldn't reveal anything
because of doctor-patient confidentiality. "So, what do you say,
Eva," Will looks back at her. "Can we finally just be together, please?"
"I see you're still together," Dominick's voice booms from behind
Eva, who turns and sees her former husband. "Why am I not surprised?"
"Dominick, Will and I are just talking," Eva quickly tries to justify
why they are together. "What are you doing here?" "I just
made my annual donation to the hospital," he responds to her. "And Eva,
you don't have to make excuses as to why you're with your lover. I know, remember."
"I actually saw Abby here earlier," Eva admits to him. "I was
asking him why she was here." "Abby was at the hospital?"
Dominick asks out of concern. "Why? Is she okay?" "I will
tell you what I told Eva, and that is that I can't share anything because of confidentiality
reasons," Will replies to them. "Hey, what's going on here?"
Abby asks the group as she moves to the nurses' station. She came back because
she forgot her jacket in the hospital room and realized that once she got to her
car. "I left my jacket in the hospital room, I'm going to need it."
"We were trying to find out why you had an appointment earlier today,"
Dominick looks back at his former fiancé, who gulps back to him. "So
tell us, Abby, why did you have a medical appointment? What is going on here?"
The Calimo Cabin
"Just forget I said anything,"
an annoyed Gordy tells Penny as they stand facing one another in the Calimo cabin.
Penny followed Gordy to the cabin after he told her that he was leaving town;
after she learned that he was asking Robin to help break her and Cory up, so she
was surprised and wanted to know what was going on with him. He just said that
he had been in town for a while, which through her for a loop. "No,
I'm not going to forget it," Penny stands her ground with him. "I want
to know what you meant!" "You know what Pen," Gordy yells
back at her. "I don't owe you anything, not after you left me for that son
of a bitch!" "Don't talk about Cory that way," Penny defends
herself and Cory to her former fiancé. "What happened between us,
was just organic, it was never forced unlike what you and I had." "Did
you ever even love me?" "Of course, I did," Penny sighs
back to him. "Just because we didn't work out doesn't mean that I didn't
love you; sometimes, Gordy, relationships just run their course. Why did you come
to Twin Peaks? What was your goal?" Gordy sighs back to her. "Isn't
it obvious? I wanted you back, Pen. Despite everything, I still love you and I
don't think anything will change that." The Victors Estate; Frederick's
Lair
Frederick quickly moves closer to the secret door that separates
the secret tunnel of the Victors mansion to the living room. He peers through
the small peep hole and can see that Meggan is still drinking in the living room;
he knows that his daughter is spiraling out of control because she has discovered
that he faked Noah's death all those years ago to help her sober. In fact, Noah
is alive and is now Bryce, who is Frederick's protégé. "Felicia
told me that I would know what to do help Meggan," he whispers to himself,
as he sees her at the bar pouring another drink. "And now, I know what I
have to do." Meanwhile, in the living room, a shaky handed Meggan
pours herself another vodka as she continues to struggle with everything that
has happened lately. The last time she was at the mansion, she passed out on the
sofa, and she thought she saw Frederick. Lukas reminded her that their father
is dead, and that it was likely the booze making her hallucinate. "Maybe
if I have one more vodka, you'll stop haunting me," Meggan tells herself
as she moves the glass to her lips and she takes a sip. "Hello Meggan,"
a voice says from behind her. "It's time, it's time you stop drinking."
Meggan gets tears in her eyes as she would recognize the voice of her father
anywhere. She turns and sees Frederick standing there. Immediately, she drops
the glass, which shatters. "Dad?" she asks as her hands tremble and
a tear falls down her cheek. "Is that really you?" "It's
me, Meggan," Frederick nods back to her. "I'm here, I am here to help
you." The Calimo Mansion
"What is this
surprise that you have for me?" Natasha asks Shane as they walk down the
stairs together in the Calimo mansion foyer. They had been in their bedroom together
when Shane told her that he had a surprise for her in the living room; she has
no idea what the surprise could be, but she does love a good surprise. "Well,
remember when we agreed to get married?" Shane asks her as they lock eyes
with her. "I decided we should just do it, we should just get married."
"What are you saying?" Natasha asks him as they stop at the base
of the stairs. "What about all the planning we've been doing?" "I
have a minister in that room and he's with his wife," Shane replies to him.
"I want to marry you, today. Natasha, what do you say? Let's get married?"
Natasha smiles back to him and pulls him into a kiss. "Of course, I'll
marry you!" A few short minutes later, they standing in the living
room in front of the fireplace, and the minister is before them. "Shane,
you have prepared your own vows, please go ahead," the minister looks at
Shane. Shane takes a deep breath before he looks into Natasha's eyes.
"I don't even know where to begin," he chuckles to her. "We have
been through so much together, but at the end of it all, the thing that remains
constant: our love for one another. And no matter what, our love continues to
grow stronger. You are my rock, my world, my
.everything," he whispers
as he tries to not get choked up. I am so lucky to have you in my life and that
you're willing to spend the rest of your life with me." "And
Natasha, you can say your own vows to Shane." "This is happening
so fast," she chuckles back to everyone. "I didn't know I was going
to get married this today! But, Shane, these last few years, we have been so in
sync, you've supported me with all of my wild ideas and goals and dreams; you're
the best partner I could ask for, I love you more today then I ever have. I am
so lucky to have you in my world." "I love you," Shane
whispers back to her. "I love you too." "With the
vows taking place, and the rings already on your fingers, I can now, officially,
pronounce you husband and wife," the minster smiles to them. "You may
kiss your bride." Shane leans in and kisses his new wife on the lips,
as the minster starts to play some joyous music and his wife starts to clap.
