Twin Peaks Law Courts "Okay, I want you to take some deep breaths," Ethan looks over at Daisy, who is about to be called to the witness stand in her trial for killing Antonio. He knows that his client is nervous about how the trial is going, but he also knows that this is their chance to tell Daisy's side of the story; this could be their way to prove her innocent. "Everything will be fine, okay?" Daisy uneasily nods back to him as she looks behind her and sees Trenyce, Chris, and Andrew all sitting next to one another, whispering to each other. In front of them is Isabelle and Robin; Isabelle locks eyes with Daisy and glares back at her. Daisy quickly turns her attention back to Ethan. "They…they all think I'm guilty," Daisy whispers back to him. "I'm going to go to jail for killing Antonio!" "No, you're not," Ethan tries to keep her calm. "Just be honest with every question, okay? You got this, Daisy, trust in me." Daisy uneasily nods back to him as she feels her eyes swell with water. "I just have a horrible feeling about all of this." Before Ethan can respond, the Judge smashes his mallet and looks at Ethan. "Mr. Alexander, please call your next witness." Ethan stands up and buttons up his suit jacket before he looks at Daisy. "I call Daisy Davenport to the stand," he announces as Daisy slowly stands up and starts to walk towards the witness stand. The Calimo Mansion "I can't believe that you surprised me with a wedding!" Natasha giggles as she looks at her husband, who is opening a bottle of champagne at the bar in the living room of the Calimo mansion. Just a few short minutes ago, Shane and Natasha were married by a minister and his wife was their witness. "I didn't think that when I woke up this morning, I would be go to sleep as Mrs. Shane Glubbs." "I hope it was okay to surprise you," Shane replies to her as he moves to the sofa with two glasses of champagne in his hand. "I just, I really wanted to be married to you." Natasha kisses him when he sits next to her. "I loved the surprise," Natasha admits to him. "You are right, we have been through so much together, and this feels…right." "I couldn't agree more," he chuckles as he takes a sip of his champagne. "I can't wait to tell Jacob, Oscar, and Dominique! They will be so excited!" "Yes, they will be," Natasha responds to him. "But you know what? I am the most excited, Shane. We are finally back together as husband and wife, and this time, nothing will ever come between us again." "I'll drink to that," Shane licks his lips before he leans and kisses his new wife passionately. The Calimo Cabin Penny looks back at Gordy as they continue to face one another in the living room of the Calimo cabin, while the fire in the fireplace crackles between the silence. Gordy just admitted to Penny that the reason he came to Twin Peaks is because he was still in love with her; she suspected this as Robin recently revealed to her and Cory that Gordy asked her to help split her and Cory up. That's why she followed him to the cabin when he said that he was leaving town; she wanted to find out what he was up too. "I'm…I'm sorry," Penny looks back at Gordy with her big eyes. "I know that you loved me, Gordy, and the last thing that I ever wanted was to hurt you." "But you did Pen," Gordy tells her quickly. "You hurt me really bad, and it's all because of Cory. We were solid until that son of a bitch came into our lives. I wish you had never come across that damn plane crash." "But I did," Penny looks back at him. "You…you have all this anger towards Cory, Gordy. But he, he wasn't the problem between us. Our problem was more fundamental." "Bullshit," Gordy spits back to her. "If Cory hadn't come into our lives, we would be married by now." "And what? Be miserable? We both know that we aren't meant to be together." "I still think we are," Gordy looks back at her. "That's why I came to Twin Peaks, I wanted to show you that." "When did you come to Twin Peaks, Gordy?" Penny asks him quickly. "I saw you just a few weeks ago, but you said earlier that you had been in town for a while. When did you get here? And why didn't you tell me you were here?" "Because!" Gordy shouts back at her. "I wanted to scope out the situation first, and I was right, Cory was with you at every turn! It … it drove me crazy that you were with him and not me!" "I need you to tell me when you came to Twin Peaks," Penny demands from him. "When did you get here? How long were you watching me?" "August," Gordy looks back at her. "I got her at the end of the summer, is that what you wanted to hear?" Penny looks back at him in horror as she feels the blood drain from her face, wondering why she is suddenly feeling scared by the man standing in front of her. "Gordy…what…what have you done?" The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino "I hope you're okay that I ordered us some sparkling cider," Robbie looks over at Kim with a grin on his face. "I just thought that with the announcement that you're pregnant, we should celebrate?" "I don't mind at all," Kim replies to him as she takes a sip of the sparkling cider in front of her. "I…I guess I am just apprehensive about all of this." Robbie looks back at his wife with a sly grin on his face. He knows that they just went through a rough patch with Madeline's lawsuit, in which she won 3 million dollars and a seat on the Roboto board, but the news that Kim is pregnant with their child, makes all of that seem like nothing at all. "I know that we just survived the lawsuit, and things aren't ideal with Madeline getting a seat on the board of directors at Roboto, but Kim, this is our new start. This is the chance for us to really show the world that we belong together." Kim takes a deep breath. "It's…just…Robbie, I am scared," she admits to him as they lock eyes. "I lost Blake in the ice storm, and then we lost our baby when I miscarried … I… I can't go through that again." Robbie reaches over and grabs her hand. "You won't lose our baby this time, Kim," he looks back at her. "We will do everything we can to ensure you give birth to a happy, healthy, baby, okay?" Kim feels her eyes swell with water. "I hope you're right," she tells him. "Because, I can't lose another baby, Robbie, it would break me, it really would." Robertson Enterprises Madeline steps off the elevator at Robertson Enterprises and makes a beeline towards the main office. She was at Roboto earlier, thinking that she would start to make her first impression as a board member, when she overheard Robbie and Kim reveal to Natasha that they are expecting a child. Her blood is boiling over the fact that Robbie and Kim are about to be parents together; in her mind it should be her that is pregnant with Robbie's child, which could have happened had Kim died from her gun shot wounds. "You won't believe what happened," she announces as she moves into the office, causing Tyler to look up from his laptop. "Oh hi," Tyler chuckles back to her as he stands up from his desk. "You look nice, was it your first day at Roboto?" "It was supposed to be," Madeline sighs as she pours a scotch at the bar. "But I overheard a conversation between Robbie, Kim and Natasha." "Something's not going well in the company?" Tyler asks her as he moves closer to her. "No," Madeline takes a sip of her drink. "This is personal; it's about Robbie and Kim." Tyler arches his eyebrow back to her. "What's going on now?" "She's pregnant," Madeline looks back at him. "Kim is going to have Robbie's baby." The words hits Tyler like a ton of bricks; he recently realized that he was still in love with Kim, but he has been sleeping with Madeline as a way to try and forget her, but to hear that she is carrying Robbie's baby is a low blow. Madeline can tell by the look on his face that he is feeling similar to what she is feeling. "I…I didn't see that coming," he admits to her as she takes another drink of her scotch. "Neither did I," she replies to him. "But I'm not happy about this, not in the least." Twin Peaks General Hospital "Are you going to answer us, Abigail?" Dominick asks his former fiancé as he stands next to Eva, and Will, who is at the nurses' station at the hospital. Eva just told Dominick that she saw Abby leaving the hospital and was asking Will why she was there; Abby, who forgot her jacket, returned and they are asking her why she was at the hospital in the first place. While he has ended his relationship with Abby, the last thing he wants is for something to be wrong with her. "Why were you at the hospital earlier?" Abby gulps and looks back at Will in horror. "You told them I was here? How could you do that?" "It wasn't Will's fault," Eva corrects her quickly. "I happen to see you leaving and I asked him about the visit. It was me, not Will." "It's true," Will looks back at her. "I haven't said anything because of the confidentiality between a doctor and patient." Abby looks back at Dominick. "I don't know why you care, you threw me out of the house and your life, remember? This is my life now, Dominick." "We are over, yes," Dominick replies to her quickly. "But I don't wish you any harm, Abby. So tell me, why are you here? What is going on with you? I'm not going to drop this until you tell me that you're fine, so start talking!" The Victors Mansion; Frederick's Lair Meggan looks at Frederick wondering if she should trust him that he is there to help her. She can't believe that this is happening; her father, whom she has believed to be dead for close to a year, is standing in front of her. She doesn't know if this is real or if she is dreaming again. "Come here," Frederick reaches out her hand to her. "I am real; see for yourself." Meggan reaches out and touches his hand, which causes her to gasp and another tear falls down her cheek. "It's…it's true…you're alive?" "I am," Frederick smiles back to her. "Come to your father, let me help you." Meggan moves closer to him and puts her hand on his chest, which makes her cry even more. "I can't believe this," she gasps for air. "You're really here." They lock eyes for a moment as Frederick caresses her face. "I'm here, Meggan. I always have been." "You son of a bitch!" Meggan yells back at him as she slaps him hard across the face! "You're the cause for all my problems! Why are you doing this to me? Why are you doing this?!" Twin Peaks Law Courts Daisy sits down in the witness stand as she has been sworn in and is about to give her side of the events leading up to Antonio's death. Ethan stands up and looks over at his client. "Ms. Davenport," he begins to say to her. "Andrew Pherson has already testified that you and he both live at the River Rock Casino, is that true?" "It is." "Can you tell us how and why you end up living there?" Ethan asks her as he moves closer to the witness stand. "Well…my goodness, it is a long story," Daisy feels her lower lip quiver. "I…I was in a very low place in my life and I was living in a house where my former husband lived. Vinny, he, changed and he became a cruel, evil man. I…I had to leave that mansion. I couldn't stay there anymore." "And that's when you went to the casino?" "Antonio, he approached me," Daisy tells him. "He wanted me to work for him, so, I guess that's when it started." "You worked for Antonio?" Ethan asks her quickly. "What did you do for Antonio? What kind of work did you do?" Daisy gulps heavily as she looks at Chris, Andrew, and Trenyce all sitting in the crowd. She can't believe that she is going to have to announce that she was a hooker on the witness stand; she feels incredibly embarrassed and she can feel the sweat forming on her forehead. "Do you need me to rephrase the question?" Ethan asks her, seeing that she is struggling. "You worked for Antonio, what did you do for him, exactly?" "I…" Daisy slowly stands up. "I can't do this!" Before anyone knows what is happening, Daisy is rushing out of the courtroom, while a few police officers chase after her and the Judge is smashing his mallet down, demanding that order remain in his courtroom as the crowd is shocked by Daisy's departure.
