The State Prison

Daisy sits on the small cot that is in her cell in the prison. Her mind is still thinking about Dawn's visit earlier in the day; at first, she was surprised to see Dawn at the prison, but then she explained that she was doing a report on inmates mental health, Daisy was happy to share her insights, because she knows that she has been struggling since she was sentenced after Antonio's murder.

After their conversation, however, Dawn was escorted to another, more secure, area of the prison. When Dawn returned, Daisy thought that she looked different; a little disorientated and a little out of it. She isn't sure what happened, but she just assumes that the conversation didn't go as smoothly with the other inmate.

"I just hope she knows that her report will make a difference, regardless of having some uncomfortable conversations," Daisy whispers to herself. "Not everyone will be as forthcoming as I was."

She can't help but wonder who the inmate was, and what they they could have told Dawn that would have left her looking so rattled. She shrugs knowing she may never get the answer. She stands up from her cot, however, when the guard that was escorting Dawn through the prison starts to walk by.

"Excuse me," Daisy moves closer to the bars that keep in her in her cell. "You were helping Dawn Black earlier, weren't you?"

"That's right, I was," he replies to Daisy quickly.

"I spoke to her for her report," Daisy reveals to him. "She's a lovely young woman, isn't she?"

"She is trying to make some positive changes, that's for sure."

"Can I ask you a question?" Daisy asks him as he looks back at her with intent. "After she left me in the common area, you escorted Dawn to the higher secured area; do you know, by chance, who she spoke to there? Do you know which inmate she interviewed?"

"I do," he nods back to her. "And I don't think it's confidential information, so I can tell you," he continues. "Her name is Tara; Tara McCook."

Daisy arches her eyebrow back to him as she slowly feels the blood drain from her face. "Tara? The…the woman that shot Kim Calimo last fall?"

"Yea, that's her," the guard informs her. "Dawn spoke to the woman that shot Kim multiple times and left her for dead."

Barcode

Cheresa opens the door to the bar and scurries inside as she is desperate to get out of the winter cold night air. After her shift at the hospital, she decided to come and have a drink before she will head back to the Lawson estate for the night. Since Greg has moved, she finds herself lonely a lot at the estate, even though Abby is back living there since she and Dominick separated.

As she sits at the bar, she can't help but thinking back to earlier in the day at lunch when she ran into Chantel at the Pink Flamingo; they both spoke about the fact that Dawn is back in Twin Peaks, which surprised both of them because Dawn had ended their relationship after she found out that Cheresa and Chantel slept together. Once she ended their relationship, she went back to Toronto to be with Adam and Helen; the fact that she is back so soon, makes Cheresa curious as to why.

Just as she takes the first sip of her martini, she happens to turn her head and sees Dawn sitting at one of the high-top tables at the back of the bar. Dawn looks deep in thought, which makes Cheresa wonder what she is thinking about. Cheresa grabs her drink and starts to move over to Dawn's table.

"Dawn," Cheresa says as she sits across from her, setting her martini down on the table. "I…I had heard that you were back in town. How are you? What brings you here?"

Dawn snaps out of it and looks back at her former girlfriend. "Cheresa…hi," she replies to her. "I…I wasn't expecting to see you tonight."

"I know the feeling," Cheresa chuckles back to her. "So what are you doing here? Why are you back in Twin Peaks?"

Twin Peaks Police Department

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Ethan asks Abby as they stand outside of Simona's office at the police department. They have arrived because Abby told him, and Andrew, that she learned that Donovan has left town with Olly because he didn't want to give up the toddler back to Abby. While Ethan doesn't believe that Donovan would hurt the child, he is concerned that Abby may not see her child again.

"We don't have another choice," Abby replies to him quickly. "Donovan leaving with Sonny means that I might never see my son again and that is unacceptable."

"Are you upset that Andrew couldn't stay?" Ethan asks her quickly.

Abby sighs back to him. "I mean, I guess," she admits to him. "The truth is Sonny is his son as well; I get that he doesn't feel that way, but it is the truth."

"I am here for you," Ethan grabs her hand quickly. "You have me in your corner."

"I appreciate that," Abby smiles back to him. "Especially since we are going to have a baby of our own."

"I've been thinking about that," Ethan tells her. "You have been through so much stress lately; I hope this isn't impacting our child."

"The baby is fine," Abby replies to him. "You can come to my next appointment and see for yourself."

"I'd like that a lot," Ethan says back to her, just as Simona opens the door to her office, interrupting their conversation.

"What's going on? How can I help?" Simona asks them quickly.

"It's about my son," Abby looks back at Simona with intent. "He's missing and I think Donovan Moretti kidnapped him."

Twin Peaks General Hospital

Madeline uneasily chuckles to Robbie as they sit next to one another in her office at the hospital. Madeline was surprised to see Robbie at her door, and when she invited him, he admitted that he had just seen a close moment between Tyler and Kim; Madeline knows that the last time Robbie was feeling insecure about his marriage, he got drunk and ended up in her bed. She can't help but wonder if the same thing will happen this time.

"You know, I find something very interesting," Madeline chuckles to him, as Robbie looks back at her.

"I don't see what could be humorous about this situation," Robbie replies to her. "I caught my wife in the arms of her former lover; not exactly the sight I want to see."

"That I can understand and appreciate," Madeline says back to him. "But you know what is consistent?"

"What?"

"Every time you have an issue with your wife," Madeline locks eyes with him. "You come running to me. What do you think that says, Robbie?"

"I, uh," Robbie begins to say as he realizes that she is right. "I…I don't know."

"I think you know exactly what it means," she purrs back to him. "There is something between us, there always has been, and it's time you stop denying that, Robbie."

The Calimo Mansion

Kim pokes the large fire in the fireplace with the fire poker, before she sets it down and places her hands over the flames to warm herself up. The winter air is still chilly and she is wishing spring was already here. She turns and moves to grab her phone, checking the time quickly, and, then, wonders where Robbie is, since it is another evening and he isn't at home again.

She recalls how the last time he didn't come home was New Year's Eve, where he explained that he got drunk and stayed at the Executive Hotel overnight, and then his phone died so he couldn't reach out to her. She just hopes that he is home soon so they can spend some time together.

She moves to the foyer of the mansion when she hears the doorbell ring. She wonders if Robbie forgot his key for a moment, but when she opens the door, she sees Tyler standing there.

"Tyler, this is as surprise," she says as she lets him into he mansion to escape the cold air. "What brings you by?"

Tyler smirks back to her. "When I saw you earlier at the Pink Flamingo, you happened to drop this, and I wanted to bring it back to you," he says as he holds up her compact.

"I wondered where that disappeared too," she takes it from his hand. "Thank you, but this is a long way to drive just to give me this."

"I know," he admits to her. "I…I guess I wanted to see you again. Earlier, you…you really helped me when I was down about Felicia, and then Blake…"

"I'll always be there for you, Tyler, you have to know that," Kim tells him quickly. "What we went through with Blake, no one will ever be able to remove the bond that we have."

"I know," Tyler moves closer to her. "And that's why…I've been thinking non-stop…"

"About what?"

"About this," he says as he leans into give her a kiss on her lips, but she pushes him back.

"Tyler, no," she stops him before he can kiss her. "We can't do that; I'm married to Robbie."

"I know you, but you can't deny that we have a pull to one another. I am feeling it Kim, and I know that you are too."

"I am expecting a child with Robbie," Kim informs him. "This is where I need to be, with my husband and our child. You…You have to get that through your head, Tyler. And the sooner, the better."

Dominick's Townhouse

Eva and Dominick's lips part as they continue to sit next to one another on the sofa in the living room of Dominick's townhouse. After Felicia's one-year anniversary gathering, Eva arrived with some takeout for Dominick and encouraged him to start living again, and letting Felicia rest. Of course, Eva knows that Felicia is alive, but she is keeping that to herself so she can see if she and Dominick can reunite. That's when Eva kissed him, and she can't deny that his lips felt good against hers.

"That was…nice," Dominick looks back at her in a whisper. "You're still as beautiful and captivating as ever, Eva."

"And you, Dominick, are still the most handsome, charismatic man that I have ever met," she replies to him. "Don't you see, this is why I have been fighting for us, Dominick? You and I, we are so good together, and we can be that way."

"You know, the last few months, I have been in this…funk, I guess," Dominick admits to her. "Realizing that I wasn't here when Felicia died hit me hard, and the holiday's were incredibly difficult for me."

"I could tell that it was weighting on you."

"It was," Dominick nods back to her. "But today, honoring Felicia today, I do feel at peace with her being gone. And, there is something that you have said that really has hit home with me."

"What have I said?" Eva asks him.

"That we are still here, very much alive," Dominick looks back at her. "So, yes, Eva…yes."

"Yes?" Eva asks him in confusion. "What are you saying, Dominick?"

Dominick leans in and gives her another kiss on the lips. "I'm saying," he whispers as their lips part ways. "I'm ready to give us another chance Eva, but this time, I want us to get this right. I don't want anything to come between us again."

Without responding, Eva leans in and kisses him passionately on the lips, thrilled that he has agreed to give their relationship another chance.

The Victors Mansion; Frederick's Lair

Will storms through the mansion as he is heading towards the living room. After he saw Eva learned, and she begged him to keep the secret of knowing that Frederick and Felicia are alive, he realized he needed to come to the mansion to speak with both Frederick and Felicia. While he wants to help Eva keep her secret, his conscious has been getting the better of him, especially since he has been growing closer to Paige, and she has revealed that the entire family is still mourning the loss of Felicia.

"We need to talk and I'm not leaving until we do," Will announces as he storms into the living room, where Frederick and Felicia are sitting next to one another on the sofa, with glasses of wine in their hands.

"William, what are you doing here?" Frederick asks as he stands up to greet his unexpected guess. "Felicia and I were just having some wine."

"I…I needed to see you, both of you," Will admits to them. "Ever since Eva and I learned that you two are living here, I…I've been conflicted."

"I can understand that," Frederick replies to her as he moves closer to Will and pulls him into the hallway so Felicia is unable to hear their conversation. "You have to understand, Felicia and I, we are happy here, Will."

"Why isn't she asking for her family?" Will asks him quickly. "She would want to be with Dominick, Tyler, Leah, Paige…the entire Robertson family! And yet, she isn't? Why?"

"Because," Frederick gulps back to him. "The fire at Raven's Meadow, it caused her to have amnesia. I am a doctor, I know that we can't rush that process, Will. If we throw her back to the wolves, she will get eaten alive."

Will realizes that Frederick's response does make sense, but he isn't sure he can trust him still. "I want to talk to Felicia," Will tells him. "Let me talk to her before I make my final decision."

Twin Peaks General Hospital

Robin and Cory stand next to one another at the base of Penny's hospital bed at the hospital while Stephanie is checking her vitals. The doctor interrupted a conversation between Cory and Robin earlier, where Robin had professed her love for Cory, and she asked him what his feelings were for her. Right before Cory could respond, Stephanie arrived and announced that she wanted to try to bring Penny out of her coma. Now, they are waiting to see if Stephanie can create another miracle, similar to the previous year when she helped Dominick come out of his coma.

"How are you feeling?" Robin whispers over to Cory, who looks back at her.

"I am hopeful," he admits to her. "If anyone can help Penny, it is Stephanie."

"You're right about that," Robin purses her lips together. "This…this could be the miracle we have been praying for."

"Her vitals look good, I'm going to start to try to wake her up," Stephanie turns and looks back at him. "If you two could just stand back and let me have some more space?"

"Of course," Cory says as he and Robin move closer to the wall. "And once Penny wakes up, you and I can continue our conversation from earlier."

"I'd like that," Robin replies to him as she grabs his hand and squeezes it. "I love you, Cory."

Before he can respond, they hear Penny start to cough, and her eyes slowly start to flutter. "Oh my God," Cory gasps. "She's waking up! Penny is waking up!"
