Grayson's Road

The heavy snowfall continues to cover the two vehicles that just crashed into one another. In one car, Madeline lays with her head into her airbag, while in the SUV, Kim has a large cut on her head and is unconscious. Madeline had stormed out of the Calimo cabin after she and Kim had a heated exchange because she didn't want Kim to drive all the way back into town while the storm was going on. What she didn't realize, however, is that Kim decided to return to the cabin because the driving conditions were not ideal. Unable to see the road clearly, the women crashed into one another.

In Madeline's car, she slowly opens her eyes and groans in pain. "Ugh," she says as she lifts her head and looks around. "I…I must have hit something or someone," she realizes as she looks around. She realizes that, for the most part, she is okay, which is grateful for.

"I need to see if anyone else is hurt," she tells herself. "I am a doctor, I could help them if they need any."

She struggles to open her door but she, finally, manages too. Immediately, however, snow starts to drift into her car as the heavy, large, snowflakes continue to fall from the sky. She slowly escapes her car and rushes over to the SUV that she crashed into.

"My God, this wreck is bad," she says as she moves towards the drivers side of the SUV. She peers through the window and knocks on it. "Hello? Hello, can you hear me? I'm a doctor! Do you need help?"

There is no response or movement from the driver, so Madeline starts to open the door. Once it is open, she pushes the driver back into the seat instead being in the airbag, and she immediately gasps.

"Oh my God," she says as she covers her mouth. "Kim! Kim, can you hear me? Kim, wake up! Kim!"

The Calimo Mansion

Robbie pours himself another scotch from the bar in the living room of the Calimo mansion. He takes a sip of it before he turns and looks into the flames of the fire that is roaring in the fireplace. He knows that Kim left earlier in the evening for the Calimo cabin as she was devastated by the revelation that he had an affair with Madeline on New Year's Eve; while the storm is still going on, he can't help but be worried about her as he hasn't heard from her. He hopes that she is safe and arrived at the cabin alright.

"There might not be any cell service," he whispers to himself. "But I have to call her anyways; I have to see if she is okay."

He moves to the desk and grabs his IPhone. "Hey Suri, call Kim," he tells his phone, as his assistant starts to dial Kim's number. He moves his phone to his ear, but the call goes to voicemail, causing him to sigh heavily.

"Hey Kim, it's me," he says into his phone. "I know that I am the last person you probably want to talk to right now, and I don't blame you. I…I am so sorry about New Year's Eve, I am hoping that we can talk and get our marriage back on track. Most importantly, though, I am hoping that you arrived at the cabin safely. This storm is wild and … well, yea, I just want to make sure you're okay. Call me, please? And Kim, I love you."

He hangs up the phone and then runs his hands through his hair. "Why do I get the feeling that something bad is about to happen to my wife?" He asks himself before he takes another swig of his scotch.

Meanwhile, upstairs, Natasha knocks softly on Sophie's bedroom door as she wanted to say goodnight to her daughter. She doesn't hear any response, so she opens the door and peeks inside.

"Soph?" Natasha asks, but she realizes that the room is empty. "I wonder where she went too at this hour?"

She moves into he room and sees something sitting on Sophie's bed. She picks up the book and gets a smile on her face. "Shane's high school year book?" She asks as she sits on the bed. "Where did you find this, Sophie?"

She opens the book and starts turning the pages, chuckling at some of the students hairdo's from the 80's. "They say everything comes back into style, but I hope this hair never does," she cackles to herself.

She turns another page and arches her eyebrow. "That's Shane," she points to her fiancé's younger picture. "Wait," she says. "It says Derek Rainer? Why is Shane's name different in his year book?"

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"This is some storm, huh?" Cory asks Robin as they sit next to one another in a waiting room of the hospital. Cory is still at the hospital because he wants to support Penny as much as he he can while she is experiencing her blindness as a result of her coma; he can't help but still feel like everything that has happened to his former lover is his fault as Gordy only kidnapped Penny because she realized he killed Antonio, thinking that it was Cory.

"I haven't seen this much snow in one night in a very long time," Robin admits to him. "But I somehow don't think you want to talk about the snow, do you?"

"You know me so well," Cory chuckles. "To be honest, I am still rattled by the fact that Gordy killed Antonio because he thought it was me."

"I know, it took us all by surprise," Robin replies to him. "I am just glad that Daisy is out of jail because she was innocent the entire time."

"I keep thinking 'What if it had been me?'" Cory admits to her. "If Gordy had found me that night instead of Antonio…"

"I am glad that he didn't find you," Robin says back to him. "You're a good man, Cory. You don't deserve to be shot and killed by a deranged farmer."

"But Antonio did?" Cory asks with a shrug. "I know he did some bad things, but he didn't deserve to die that way."

"I am not saying that either," Robin tells him. "But you can't dwell on that; you're alive, Cory. You have to be thankful for that."

"I am very thankful for that," he sighs back to her. "I…I guess I am just blaming myself for this entire situation. When I had no memory, Penny and I grew closer and I ruined her relationship with Gordy. That's what started all of this; now Antonio and Gordy are dead, and Penny, well, she's blind. This is all my fault."

"It's not…"

"No, Robin, it is," Cory looks back at her with intent. "And that's why I have to be there for Penny. I have to see her through this until the end. It is the least that I can do to try to make up for all the damage I have caused."

The Lawson Estate; Abby & Cheresa's Home

"That soup was delicious," Dawn tells Cheresa as they sit across from one another at the dining room table in the Lawson manor. Earlier, Cheresa had asked both Dawn and Chantel over to the mansion so she could tell them both that she was still in love with Dawn and she wanted to give their relationship another chance. Chantel, soon after, left so Dawn and Cheresa could be alone. "And warming, I was freezing."

"I could have kept the fire going," Cheresa tells her. "But Abby and Ethan wanted the living room for awhile, which is why I suggested I make some soup."

"It was just what I needed," Dawn admits to her. "Especially after your surprising revelation earlier."

"Was is that surprising?" Cheresa asks her with a chuckle. "You had to have known that I was still in love with you, Dawn. I…I always have been. I just don't know how you're feeling because of my affair with Chantel."

"I told you the other night at Barcode how I am still heartbroken about that," Dawn reveals to her. "Because, deep down, I do still love you too, Cheresa."

"So, I guess my question to you is, where do we go from here? Do you think you can try to forgive me? Do you think we can put us back together?"

Dawn sighs and looks over at her. "I'd like that a lot," Dawn admits to her. "But Cheresa, if you ever do anything like this to me again, I…I don't think I would be able to get past it."

"I get it," Cheresa nods back to her. "And believe me, there's nothing that I will ever do that will hurt you again, you have my word on that."

Dawn leans over and kisses Cheresa on the lips. They both smile at one another when their lips part. "I love you," Dawn whispers to her.

"I love you too," Cheresa replies to her. "And Dawn, thank you for giving us another chance. You mean so very much to me."

The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino

Chantel sits at the bar with a vodka soda in front of her. She can't believe that Cheresa told her, and Dawn, that she is still in love with her former fiance earlier in the evening. Chantel had been asking Cheresa to give them a chance at a relationship after Dawn left town once she found about that Cheresa slept with Chantel. All of that went out the window when Cheresa made her feelings very clear.

"Chantel, you okay? You look a million miles away," a voice calls out from behind the nurse.

Chantel turns and sees Will standing behind her. "Oh hey Will," Chantel replies to him as he sits next to her. "I…I guess I was just thinking. What are you doing?"

"I was at the gym and worked up an appetite," he admits to her. "I was going to grab a bite and then head home. What are you thinking about? You look like you lost your best friend."

Chantel feels her eyes swell with water. "I…I guess in some ways I did," she tells him. "Cheresa, she told me and Dawn that she still loves Dawn tonight."

"Ah," Will shakes his head back to her. "I'm sorry, that must have hurt."

"You have no idea," she replies to him. "I…I feel like I lost the woman I love tonight. And it sucks, it really sucks."

The Claus House; Jeff, Leah, & Paige's Home

Jeff moves into the living room of the house that he shares with Leah and their daughter, Paige, and he makes a beeline towards the bar. He is in desperate need of a drink after his attempt at an intervention with Meggan turned out to be a disaster as she threw her drink on the ground and told Jeff that the bottle doesn't leave her the way he has over the years.

He feels the bourbon hit him hard, which is exactly what he needed. He sighs after he takes the first gulp.

"Daddy, you're home, thank goodness," Paige says as she moves into the living room with Leah behind her. "I was getting worried about you with the snow falling so heavily."

"Sorry peanut," Jeff turns to his daughter, before he kisses Leah on the lips. "I didn't mean to worry you two."

"Where were you tonight?" Leah asks him quickly.

"I was with Lukas, Logan, and Meggan," he reveals to them. "The three of us, we tried to have an intervention with Meggan."

Leah and Paige look at one another in surprise. "I see," Leah replies to him. "How did that go?"

Jeff sighs again before he takes another drink. "You don't want to know."

"That well?" Paige asks him quickly.

"It was awful," Jeff tells them. "Meg blames me for her drinking, and I don't think there's anything I can say or do to get through to her. I…I am just so damn worried that this is going to end in disaster."

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas, Donovan, Logan, & Olly's Home

Meggan smiles at the maid, who just finished cleaning up the shattered glass from the drink that Meggan smashed earlier when her family attempted an intervention with her. She lashed out at Jeff, in particular, as she believes his flip flopping between her and Leah over the years has caused her relapse.

"Thank you, and I am sorry again," she tells the housekeeper. "I promise it won't happen again."

"All is well," the maid replies to her before she leaves the living room.

Once she is alone, Meggan moves back to the bar and starts making herself a martini. She needs the drink to take the edge off, as she feels high strung now.

"Are you making a single or a double?" Logan asks as he moves into the living room and sees his mother at the bar.

"It was going to be a double," Meggan admits to him. "I…I'm still reeling from earlier."

"So am I," Logan tells her. "Make me one too?"

"Of course," Meggan smiles back to him. "You know, for a moment I thought you were going to tell me that you were going to have nothing more to do with me if I didn't stop drinking. That usually happens at an intervention."

Logan accepts the drink from his mother and takes a drink of it. "Dad wanted me to do that," he admits to her. "Thankfully, it didn't get that far because you lashed out at him, which I can't say that I blame you for."

"Well, I do appreciate that," Meggan tells her son. "I…I don't think I have a problem. I have my drinking under control."

"It was just hard to hear, you know? Dad going back and forth between you and Leah all these years, it's hurt you; the fact that he can't see that is wild."

"Are you saying you're in my corner?"

"I'm having a drink with you, aren't I?"

Meggan chuckles and moves up to her son and hugs him. "Thank you, Logan. I love you more than you know."

Grayson Road

"Kim! Oh my God," Madeline shrieks as she sees her rival unconscious in her SUV. She looks around and realizes that she has to get Kim back to the cabin so she can assess how badly Kim is hurt.

Madeline rushes over to her car and opens the back door. "Okay, I'll get Kim into the back seat of the car and drive back to the cabin."

She moves back to her door and tries to start her car. "Come on you son of a bitch!" She says as she turns the key repeatedly, until, finally, the car is running again. "Thank God."

She grabs some scissors from her medical bag and cuts away her air bag, revealing the the steering wheel.

"Okay, we are set," she takes a deep breath. "Now, to get Kim and to get her back to the cabin. Don't worry Kim, I won't let anything happen to you."
