Twin Peaks General Hospital

Natasha steps off the elevator at the hospital and moves towards Shane's office. She was at work at Roboto when she got a text from Sophie, telling her that she ran into Shane earlier and he told her to stop going through her things; this all resulted in the fact that Sophie recently found Shane's high school yearbook, and when Natasha looked at it, Shane's name was listed as Derek Rainer. When Natasha questioned him about this, Shane claimed that it was a typo and the book had gone to print before the editors realized it. Natasha wonders why Shane would tell her daughter to stay out of his belongings if this was the case.

"Knock, knock, Mr. Chief of Staff," she smiles as she opens the door to Shane's office.

Shane, who is sitting behind his desk, stands up to greet his fiancé. "Nat, hey, I wasn't expecting you."

"I know," she says as she kisses him quickly on the lips. "I wasn't planning on stopping by but I got a text from Sophie and I have to admit, I was concerned by it."

"Is she alright?" he asks her quickly.

"She's fine," Natasha replies to him. "She had an appointment earlier at the hospital, just a follow up from her shooting and she's perfectly well."

"I think I know where this is going," Shane admits to her. "She told you about our conversation, didn't she?"

"She did," Natasha nods back to him. "Why would you tell her to stay out of your personal belongings? I am assuming this has to do with her finding your yearbook?"

"It does," Shane says back to her. "I didn't have a great childhood, Nat. I don't have much of a relationship with my family, at all. So, seeing that time of my life, it just brings up bad memories. It is why I told you I didn't want any member of my family at the wedding."

"Are you sure that's all it is?" Natasha asks him out of concern. "It's…it isn't like you to tell Sophie something like this."

"I promise there is nothing more," Shane tells her. "I just want that part of my life to stay in the past, where it belongs."

Meanwhile, at the nurses station, Will drops off some files for the receptionist to file away for him. He just finished his rounds with some of his patients, and he knows he has another round to do. His mind, briefly, pauses and thinks about how Paige told him that she liked the kiss that they shared, but he was worried about his feelings for Eva. Paige, in turn, told him that she wouldn't wait for him forever, so if he was interested in her, he should make a move.

"She is a beautiful woman," he whispers to himself. "And, Eva has reunited with Dominick, so there is no chance that we will be together."

He pulls his phone out of his scrubs and finds Paige's contact number. "I don't want to make the same mistake that I did with Madeline, but I can't put my life on hold forever."

He sighs before he pushes the button to send Paige a text message. "Thought about what you said, and you're right - let's get dinner and drinks? An official date, if you will?"

He pushes send and then exhales. Immediately, three bubbles start to respond to his message. "I'd love that, name the time and place, and I'll be there, x Paige", the message reads, causing Will to get a smile on his face.

Dominick's Townhouse

Eva looks over her shoulder and realizes that Dominick is not in the living room of the townhouse that they live in together. She uses the opportunity to pull out her phone and she dials a number quickly. She left the home earlier in the morning and went to see Frederick, where she told him that she would keep the fact that he, and Felicia, are alive a secret. When she got home, however, Dominick pressed her for details about where she was, so she told him that she was arranging a surprise for him.

"Yes, this is Eva McCloud," she says into the phone. "I need to make a dinner reservation for tonight, and it has to be at the most romantic table you have at the Pink Flamingo … the time? Let's say 7? … Perfect, thank you."

She hangs up the phone just as Dominick returns to the living room. "You know my beauty," he says to her as he comes up and kisses her on the cheek. "I haven't been able to stop thinking about this surprise that you have planning for me," he admits to her. "What are you up too?"

"Do you really want to know" she asks him with a grin on her face as he nods back to her. "I have made dinner reservations for us tonight at Pink Flamingo, and I've requested the most romantic table in the restaurant. We are going to celebrate our reunion, Dominick.

Dominick leans in and kisses her on the lips. "I love the sound of that, I really do."

The Tower's; The Penthouse; Cory's Home

Penny slowly uses her mobility cane to navigate her way back into the living room of the penthouse, where she sits on the sofa. She exhales heavily as she is still getting used to the cane and the surroundings, but she thinks she is handling everything as well as she can.

"You just did that all on your own," Cory smiles to her as he moves into he living room. "You're getting the hang of it, huh?"

Penny chuckles back to him. "I wouldn't go that far, but I think I am getting the feel of using the cane," she tells him. "Thanks again for all your support with this. You've made this transition as easy as possible."

Before Cory can respond, the doorbell rings. "I wonder who that could be," he says as he moves to the door. He sees Robin standing on the other side. "Robin, hi, come in."

Hearing Robin's name makes Penny roll her eyes as she knows that Robin is still in love with Cory. Deep down, she still wishes that she and Cory would be together. "Hi Robin."

"Hello Penny," Robin says as she moves into the living room. "I just wanted to stop by and see how you're settling in?"

"Cory has been a lifesaver," Penny replies to her, as Robin and Cory make eye contact. "I couldn't have done any of this without him."

"He is the best," Robin agrees with her. "I hope you know that I am here for you as well, if you need anything."

"Thanks a lot," Penny says as she stands up. "If you don't mind, I think I'm going to lay down, I'm suddenly feeling tired."

"Of course," Cory replies to her. "You know where to find me if you need anything."

They watch as Penny slowly exits the living room, allowing the former lovers to look at one another. "How are things really going?" Robin asks him in a whisper.

"Like she said, as well as to be expected," Cory sighs back to Robin. "She's still adjusting and navigating life as a blind person; this will take time."

"I understand, probably better than anyone."

"You know, you should talk to her about that when she's up for it," Cory tells her. "She might appreciate knowing that someone else close to her went through something similar."

"I will," Robin nods to him. "And you, how are you handling all of this?"

Cory sighs again. "I am trying my best to be there for her in any way that I can, it's the only thing that eases my conscious."

"You have to let that go," Robin encourages him. "For your own sake, Cory, you have to start blaming yourself for what has happened."

Robertson Enterprises

"How was your lunch?" Victoria asks Jeff as he moves back into her office at Robertson Enterprises. She recalls how they were brainstorming together on some ideas for an upcoming launch with the company when Jeff got a text from Leah asking him to join her for an early lunch. Jeff left and Victoria continued to work, and now he is back.

"It was alright," Jeff fails to tell her that Leah walked away from him when she learned that he was working with Victoria. He knows that there is tension between Leah and Victoria, but he has to work with Victoria, so he doesn't want to rock the boat. "Did you come up with anything new for the new product?"

Victoria taps a pencil on the desk before she looks back at Jeff. "Honestly, the best idea I had was something using some new designs by Trenyce," Victoria tells him. "We haven't had a major fashion launch in a while."

"That's true," Jeff replies to her. "The last new line we had was the winter-wear launch at Caldwell's Ski Resort."

"And then the avalanche hit," Victoria shakes her head as she remembers the disaster party from years earlier. "I remember it well because Donovan thought Lukas died in the avalanche; my brother was a wreck."

"I wish everyone could see this side of you," Jeff replies to her quickly as she looks back at him in surprise.

"And what side would that be?"

"The loving, caring, warm sister that you are," Jeff says back to her. "It is nice that you and your brother are so close."

"I would do anything for Donovan," Victoria replies to him. "I think that's one thing we all have in common, we all love our family and will do anything for them."

"I agree with you there," he chuckles back to him. "Okay, let's continue to focus on this idea of a new clothing launch, where do we go from there?"

Meanwhile, in the main office, Tyler sits behind his large desk looking at some of the latest sales figures from the company. He knows that the company is in a rut and this is why he got Victoria to work on a new project that will put the company back on top.

"I know I shouldn't be here, but I was going crazy at home," Leah announces as she moves into the office.

"Leah, you're right, you probably shouldn't be here," Tyler sighs back to his sister as he stands up from his chair and looks at Leah. "If any member of the board saw you here…"

"Then what?" Leah asks him quickly. "I will tell them that I am visiting family at my family company!"

"I know you don't want to hear this, Leah," Tyler folds his arms over his chest. "But the optics right now appear that you stole from this company. We both know you didn't, but that's not what it looks like; you have to lay low for the time being."

"I told you, I am going crazy being at home," Leah admits to him. "I so accustomed to being here every day."

"I get it, Leah. I really do, but until we have proof, this is how it has to be."

"Then find the proof!" Leah yells back at him. "Prove that Victoria, that bitch, set me up! Because Tyler, I don't know how much longer I can handle this!"

The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino

"Thanks for meeting me here," Lukas tells Donovan as they sit across from one another at the restaurant. Lukas arrived earlier to have a drink as he needed to calm down after he and Donovan received custody papers from Abby as she wants to have full custody of Olly. After he had a drink, Lukas asked Donovan to meet him so they could come up with an action plan to counter Abby's claim. "We need to get on the same page when it comes to Abby, Olly, and this damn case."

"I couldn't agree more," Donovan sighs back to him before he takes a sip of his gin and tonic. "The last thing I want is for that woman to steal our son from us."

"We won't let it get to that point," Lukas reaches over and grabs Donovan's hand. "We are in this together, Donovan. Abby will not steal Olly from us."

"I hope you're right," Donovan replies to him. "My stomach is in knots thinking about it."

Before Lukas can respond, he looks over at the entrance and sees Abby moving inside with Ethan following her. "Oh God, speak of the devil."

Donovan looks over his shoulder and sees the couple moving into the restaurant. "I'm going to have a hard time not saying something to her," Donovan tells him, as he stands up and walks in front of Abby as she was about to walk past his table. "You have a hell of a lot of nerve!"

Abby looks back at Donovan in surprise. "I take it that you have received my custody papers?"

"What the hell are you thinking?" Lukas asks her in a harsh tone. "You want to uproot Olly's entire life? We are the only parents he has ever known! Our house is the only home he has ever lived in!"

"But he is my son," Abby protests back to them. "Look, I know this will be hard, but I didn't give you my baby by choice; he was … he was stolen from me! And I want him back!"

"And to hell with Olly and his needs?" Donovan asks her. "This proves that you're an unfit mother!"

"Hey, that's enough," Ethan moves past Abby and looks back at Donovan with intent. "I get that you two are upset, but attacking Abby will not solve anything. So, I suggest you put your big boy pants on and deal with what has happened."

"Oh trust us," Lukas sneers back at him. "We will do just that because there is no way in hell we are losing our son to Abby, no way in hell!"
