Twin Peaks General Hospital

Ethan paces back and forth in one of the waiting rooms of the hospital. Earlier, Abby was on the witness stand in court during the custody battle, when Josh got her to reveal that Max, not Andrew, is the biological father of Sonny. All hell brook loose as Andrew, Max, and Ethan, were horrified by her admission, and when Josh continued to press her for what other secrets she may have been keeping, Abby's water broke and she went into labour, which is why he is at the hospital now.

"We got here as soon as we could," Leah announces to her son as Jeff follows her into the waiting room. "How is Abby?"

"I'm not sure," Ethan looks back at his parents uneasily. "I haven't heard anything from the doctors yet."

"Your message made it seem like Abby was on the witness stand when she went into labour?" Jeff asks his son next.

"That's true," Ethan nods back to him. "It was total chaos in that courtroom."

"Why? What happened while Abby was testifying?" Leah asks him quickly. "What was happening?"

"It's a long story," Ethan sighs. "But Max Black, not Andrew, is the biological father of Sonny."

"What?" Jeff and Leah gasp in unison. "How did that come about?"

Before Ethan can respond, Cheresa moves into the waiting room, causing him to rush up to the doctor.

"Doctor, how is Abby? How is my baby?" Ethan asks him quickly. "What is going on?"

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas, Donovan, Logan, & Olly's Home

"I can't believe that Abby admitted that Max is the biological father," Lukas smirks to Donovan, who is pouring two scotches at he bar in the living room of the Richardson mansion. They are on a recess from the trial because Abby went into labour, but moments before, she admitted that Max, not Andrew, is Olly's biological father. Despite having seen that Abby did a paternity test, they had no idea that Abby had been lying about the paternity of the child.

"Neither can I," Donovan tells him as he passes his husband a drink. "The fact is, she let Andrew mourn a child that he didn't father. Who the hell does that?"

"A woman that was so deep into her lie that she couldn't tell the truth, even after she thought the child was dead," Lukas takes a sip of his drink. "This is going to help our case, Donovan."

"I have to believe that as well," Donovan nods back to him.

"And we owe this all to you," Lukas grins at him. "If you hadn't taken that medical file, we never would have known about the paternity test. If we get custody of Olly, I will owe it all to you, Donovan."

Donovan feels his cheeks flush back to him. "I just did what I thought would help us keep our son; when I told you that I would do anything to keep Olly, I meant it."

"I know, and you've proven that," Lukas moves closer to him and grabs his hand. "I owe you so much, thank you," Lukas says as Donovan looks at their touching hands before they lock eyes again.

The Tower's, The Penthouse; Cory's Home

Penny sits on the sofa in the penthouse with some headphones in her ears as she is listening to a tutorial on how to read brail. She has a book open on her lap to test her reading skills while she listens to recording. She looks up, however, when the door opens to the penthouse. Her nose can smell some perfume, which causes her to take the headphones out of her ears.

"Who is there?" she calls out into the room.

Cory finishes hanging his jacket up before he peers into the living room. "It's only me, Pen," he replies to her. "Sorry if I startled you."

Penny arches her eyebrow, her nose still doing the investigation work. She knows the smell of Cory's cologne, and what she is smelling, is not that.

"It's all good," Penny smiles back to him. "You were away for a little while; what did you get up too?"

Cory chuckles to her as he thinks about how he went to Robin's and admitted that he still loves her; in the wake, they made love to one another, which is why he is in such a good mood. Still, he doesn't want to let Penny know that he has reunited with Robin. He knows that they were growing much closer before he returned to Twin Peaks, and he doesn't want anything to ruin her recovery.

"I just had lunch with a friend," Cory lies to her, as Penny arches her eyebrow. "We went to the Pink Flamingo, it was nice. Next time you're feeling up to it, I'll take you there. They have a great menu."

"That would be nice," Penny replies to him. "Only, you'll have to read the menu to me."

"Not if you learn brail," he chuckles to her. "They have brail menus there, so as long as you keep studying, you'll be just fine."

"In that case, I better get back to it then," Penny says back to him. "But Cory, I'm glad you're home. I was getting lonely without you."

Dominick's Townhouse

"Are you sure that everything is okay with you? You don't seem yourself," Eva asks Dominick, who is about to pour himself a drink from the bar in the living room of the home that they share together. When Eva got home earlier, she thought something was off with Dominick, but he seemingly covered. She can't help but wonder if it is more of him thinking that something is missing between them in the reunion; when he first told her this, it rattled her to her core, and she ended up sleeping with Will.

Dominick sighs back to her as he can't stop thinking about the fact that Will stopped by earlier and told him that Felicia is alive. Before Will could share more details, he got called to the hospital, and Dominick hasn't been able to get his mind off of the revelation. At first, Dominick wasn't going to say anything before he had proof, but now, he can't help but wonder if he should tell Eva.

"I do have something on my mind," he finally replies to her. "My head is spinning."

"Well, darling, what is it? Maybe I could help?" Eva says moving closer to him. "That's what I'm here for after all, to support you through whatever it is you're going through."

"I appreciate that," Dominick nods back to her. "I…I don't even know where to begin."

"Why don't you try from the start?" Eva suggests to him.

Before Dominick can respond, his cell phone starts to ring. "Oh, it's Leah, I should get this," Dominick tells Eva before he answers the phone. "Leah, hi. Oh! Yes, I'll be right there."

"What is happening with Leah?" Eva asks him as he hangs up the phone.

"It's Abigail," Dominick looks back at her. "She's in labour; Leah is with Jeff and Ethan at the hospital now: I'm going to go there to be with them."

"Okay, do you want me to come?" Eva asks him.

"No, I'll keep you posted," Dominick says as he rushes to the door, leaving Eva wondering what Dominick was thinking about when she got home.

The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino

Clayton sits at the bar of the restaurant with a martini in front of him. He takes a sip of the drink before he looks at his phone, hoping to see a new message from Lukas coming in. He surprised Lukas earlier at the courthouse by showing up to support him; he can't imagine what he and Donovan are going through right now as they attempt to keep their son. But he was glad that his support was well received by Lukas. He can't help but feel that he and Lukas are growing closer and after everything he went through with Nicholas and Andy, this feels good to him.

"Clayton, how's it going?" a voice calls out from behind him. Clayton turns and sees Tyler approaching him.

"Not bad, Tyler, how are you doing?"

"Can't complain," Tyler says as he sits next to him. "I…I hope I'm not about to overstep, but I have a question for you."

Clayton arches his eyebrow back to him. "Alright, I'll try to answer it for you."

"It's about Madeline," Tyler reveals to him. "After the snowstorm, she left town, and I haven't really heard from her since. Is she okay? Do you know when she is coming back?"

Clayton shrugs his shoulders back to him. "To be honest, I haven't heard from her either. Her leaving town was as much as a surprise to you as it was to me, and everyone, really."

"Interesting," Tyler replies to him. "Well, I hope she is okay. Whatever caused her to leave town, I hope she is taking care of it."

The Calimo Mansion

"Oh good, you're here," Kim announces to Robbie as she moves into the living room of the mansion. She can see her estranged husband working on his laptop from the sofa. She was, at first, worried that he might have already went into Roboto but she is glad that he is still home as she wants to talk to him.

"I am here," Robbie looks up at her. "What's going on with you? Roboto stuff?"

"Actually no," Kim sits next to him. "I…I wanted to talk to you about us, and our marriage."

Robbie closes his laptop and looks back at his wife wondering what she wants to talk about with him. He knows that they have been estranged for a while now because of her most recent miscarriage; she still blames him for what happened because of his affair with Madeline on New Year's Eve, but he has hoped that they would be able to put their marriage back together, because he believes that they belong together.

"We can always talk about you and I," Robbie smiles back to her. "I was thinking about us, too actually."

"Oh, you were?" Kim asks him in surprise.

"Yea," Robbie nods to her. "I was thinking, maybe the two of us, we should get away together? We could go to Paris, or Florence, or, anywhere, as long as we are together. We could get away from the noise that Twin Peaks seems to create for us. What do you think?"

Kim shakes her head no back to him. "You and I are on very different pages," Kim says back to him.

"Oh. What did you want to talk about?"

"A divorce," Kim stuns him as Robbie feels his heart break in his chest. "I want to end this marriage, Robbie. I don't…I don't see us getting past this. Not this time, not after everything that has happened."

Sophie, meanwhile, rushes to the front door when she hears the doorbell chime. Normally Rosario, the housekeeper, answers the door, but Sophie was in the foyer so she thought she would grab the door. When she opens it, she is surprised to see Max standing on the other side.

"Max," Sophie says letting her boyfriend into the mansion. "This is a surprise…I…I thought you were at court today?"

"Yea, I was," Max tells her as he moves into the mansion. "There's a recess because, uh, Abby went into labour."

"What? I didn't think she was due for another couple of weeks?"

"I don't know the details of when she was due," Max admits to her. "But court…it was a wild ride today."

"Are you okay? You look a little pale," Sophie tells him as she leads him to a be bench in the foyer. "Come sit down, and tell me what happened?"

"I…I don't even know where to begin," he tells her. "My head is spinning."

"Did Abby lose custody of the child?"

"We don't know yet," Max says. "There was a paternity test and Abby changed it…"

"What?" Sophie asks him in confusion. "What are you talking about?"

"Abby," Max looks back at her with tears in her eyes. "She … she lied to everyone!"

"About what?"

"Sonny's father," Max whispers to her as Sophie's eyes open wider in shock. "I'm his father, Sophie. Abby lied to me, Andrew, everyone…I am Sonny's father."

The Ricardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas, Donovan, Logan, & Olly's Home

The door to Lukas' bedroom flies open and Lukas and Donovan move inside, their lips never leaving one another's. They were having a drink in the living room celebrating the fact that court went well for them as they got Abby to admit that Max, not Andrew, is Olly/Sonny's biological father. Lukas thanked Donovan for getting Abby's medical file and grabbed Donovan's hand; sparks flew, and they ended up kissing, and coming up to Lukas' room.

"God I want you," Lukas says as he starts to unzip Donovan's pants before he falls to his knees.

Donovan lets out a sigh of relief as Lukas' mouth finds his member. He isn't thinking about the fact that he is dating Sergio, or the fact that he and Lukas have been estranged for months. All he can think about is how good Lukas is feeling right now.

"God you're so good at that," Donovan moans out. "Don't stop, please don't stop."

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"What is the latest?" Dominick asks as he moves into the waiting room, where Jeff, Leah, and Ethan are about to get an update from Cheresa on Abby and the baby.

"We are just about to get an update from the doctor," Leah tells her father as she grabs his hand.

Cheresa looks back at Ethan and then over at his parents. "Abby is in good shape," Cheresa replies to them. "But the baby was breach; it is pretty common when the mother is in stress before she goes into labour."

"What does that mean, exactly? What's going to happen to the baby?" a worried Ethan asks her quickly.

"That's why I'm here," Cheresa replies to him. "We are going to do an emergency C-Section on Abby to delivery the baby. The good news is that the baby will be born, the downside is that Abby will be in surgery, which always adds complications. And she will be in recovery longer."

"But she will be okay, right?" Ethan asks with more worry.

"I will be back soon with an update, in the meantime, try not to worry," Cheresa says. "I need to get to the OR."

"My God," Ethan asks as Leah and Jeff put their arms around their son. "Please don't let anything happen to Abby or my baby. Please God."
