Robin's Townhouse "I
can't believe how big my niece and nephew are getting," Leah chuckles to
Robin as they move down the stairs of Robin's townhouse after Leah just saw Dominique
and Oliver, who are getting ready for school with the nanny. Since Leah doesn't
have a job right now, she came to see her half-sister for breakfast. "I
know, they are growing like weeds," Robin replies to her. "I can't believe
how old they are getting." "Time flies, trust me, one minute
they are knee high and then minute they are coming home from college grown adults,"
Leah tells her quickly. "This is nice, by the way. We don't do this often
enough." "I agree, we don't," Robin moves into the living
room and pours Leah a cup of coffee. "How are things with you and Jeff?"
"Things are pretty good actually," Leah says as she accepts the
cup of coffee. "He's being supportive of me not working at Robertson Enterprises
right now while we try to bridge the gaps we have with Ethan and Bryce."
"I still can't believe that Tyler and the board believe you stole that
money, it is ridiculous," Robin shakes her head back to her. "I heard
Abby went into labour; how are she and the baby?" "When I left
the hospital last night, mother and child were well," Leah tells her. "I'll
head back later but I thought Ethan and Abby should have some time alone with
their new daughter." "That's sweet of you. I'll have to send
some flowers." "Okay, enough of me, how are things with you?
You seem to have a certain glow about you," Leah observes back to her sister.
"Is it that obvious?" Robin giggles as she sits across from Leah
and looks back at her. "It's Cory; we've
we've reconnected, I guess."
"Reconnected, huh?" Leah chuckles back to her. "I know he has
been taking care of Penny since the accident." "He has,"
Robin nods back to her. "But it's just nice knowing that he has, finally,
admitted that he still has feelings for me. I really think that this time nothing
will come between me and Cory, and that feels right." "I'm happy
for you sis," Leah smiles back to her. "To us, finally getting it right,
at least in the romance department!" Twin Peaks General Hospital
"Thanks for the coffee from the Sugarbowl," Cheresa smiles at Dawn
as they stand together at the nurses station on the main floor of the hospital.
Cheresa has been working overnight, which included helping deliver Abby's baby,
so when Dawn arrived, Cheresa was thrilled to get a real coffee since the cafeteria
has swill. "I know how much you love the coffee here," Dawn
chuckles back to her. "How was the night shift?" "Long,
I'm exhausted," Cheresa admits to her. "But Abby had her baby; her and
Ethan are the parents to a baby girl." "Oh, how sweet,"
Dawn smiles back to her. "Congratulations on becoming an Aunty again."
"Thank you," Cheresa says back to her. "How is your report
coming along?" "I'm almost done," Dawn reveals to her.
"I hope today will be the last day, as long as I don't get any more threatening
texts today." "You still think that Chantel is behind the texts,
don't you?" "I do," Dawn nods back to her. "It makes
sense. And I've been thinking, you're right, we should confront her. We should
get to the bottom of this, once and for all." "Then let's look
to see when she's back at work," Cheresa says as she moves to the computer
at the station. She pulls up the schedule and arches her eyebrow. "What
is it?" Dawn asks her, sensing something is off. "Chantel,"
Cheresa looks back at her with concern. "She's missed her last four shifts
with no notice; she hasn't called in sick or anything." "That
is weird," Dawn replies to her. "What do you think that means?"
"I
don't know but I'm getting a bad feeling about this Dawn, a very bad feeling,"
Cheresa admits to her, wondering why Chantel would be missing work without giving
any notice. The Sugarbowl
Tyler opens the door to the coffeehouse
and scurries inside as he is seeking a large coffee before he heads into Robertson
Enterprises for the day. He, along with Jeff and Victoria, are hard at work on
coming up with a new line that will put the company back on top. For too long
outside distractions have prevented the company from being the powerhouse that
it should be and he is determined to correct that. After he orders his
coffee, he sees Kim sitting in the back booth by herself with a latte in front
of her. He smiles at the sight of the woman he loves thinking about how beautiful
she looks this morning. He finds himself moving closer to her. "Morning,"
he says as he sits across from her. "You look a million miles away today."
Kim snaps back into reality and looks over at Tyler. "I guess I was lost
in thought," she admits to him. "Penny for those thoughts?"
he asks her quickly. "But it's also okay if you don't want to share."
"Nah, you'll find out about this sooner than later, everyone will,"
Kim tells him as he arches his eyebrow back to her. "I
I told Robbie
that I want a divorce. My marriage is over, again, and this time, I don't see
us getting back together, Tyler. Robbie and I, we are over, for good this time."
Tyler tries to hide his excitement at what she just told him because he knows
that he loves her and this could mean that they could have a chance to be together
after all. "I'm sorry," he finally tells her. "I know firsthand
how hard it is to end a marriage, Kim. But if I am honest with you, I don't blame
you. Robbie has put you through the ringer more than once, and you can only handle
so much." "I just wish it didn't hurt so much," Kim tells
him as her lower lip quivers. "Part of me still does love him, you know?
But like you said, I can only take so much." Tyler reaches over and
grabs her hand for support. "You're not alone, I'm always here for you Kim,
for anything that you might need." Roboto
Robbie sits
in the main office of Roboto reading some reports on his laptop. His mind, however,
is having a difficult time focusing on the readings as he keeps thinking about
how Kim told that she wants a divorce. He can't believe that, once again, his
marriage to the woman he loves will be ending. "I know I screwed
up by getting drunk on New Year's Eve and sleeping with Madeline," he sighs
to himself as he thinks about how he was feeling insecure about Kim's relationship
with Tyler, so he got too drunk at the party that night. "It's not an excuse,
but I was so drunk." "When I told Kim, I had no idea that she
would want to drive to the cabin, despite the snowstorm," he continues to
think about what happened. "But she blames me for her miscarriage after she
and Madeline got into a car accident. God, what a mess. And, I don't even know
what really happened because Madeline has seemingly disappeared." "If
only Madeline was in town," he continues to talk to himself. "I could,
maybe, get some more answers. But now, I just must try to get Kim back; there
has to be something that I can do to win her back." Before he can
say anything else, there is a knock on the door. Robbie stands up and opens the
door, where he sees a delivery man standing there. "Robbie Calimo?"
"Yes?" "You've been served," the man passes Robbie
an envelope, which he accepts. Robbie turns back into he office and opens
the envelope. He pulls out some papers and sighs immediately. "Damnit Kim,
divorce papers? Already? This can't be the end of my marriage, it can't be!"
The Calimo Mansion "I know we didn't get to finish our
talk last night, and I'm sorry about that," Natasha tells Shane as she pours
herself a cup of coffee from the bar in the living room of the Calimo mansion.
The previous night, Shane revealed that he knew that Natasha went to Detroit on
her business trip, even though he doesn't believe that she went there on business
at all; he thinks he went to investigate his past because of his yearbook showing
up, thanks to Sophie. "I was exhausted." "It's fine,"
Shane replies to her. "We can continue the conversation now." "There
really isn't anything to discuss," Natasha says back to him. "Yes, I
was in Detroit, Shane, but like I said, it was business." "Are
you sure that's all it was?" Shane asks her with intent. "I can't help
but think that this has to do with Sophie finding my high school yearbook."
"Why are you so unsettled by that?" Natasha asks him back. She knows
that she didn't get the answers she wanted when she was in Detroit, but maybe,
just maybe, Shane will her tell herself. "What is going on with you?"
"Nothing,"
Shane snaps quickly back at her. "I
I just want my past to stay where
it is
the past. So, can you do that, Natasha? Can you look me in the eye
and promise me that you'll drop any investigation into my past? I don't want to
talk about this again." Natasha gulps back to him, wondering why
he is getting so defensive. "Yes, sure, anything for you darling."
The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas, Donovan, Logan, & Olly's Home
"Are
you sure it's cool that we are catching up in the study while your husband is
downstairs with his boyfriend?" Clayton nervously chuckles to Lukas as they
sit next to one another in the study of the Richardson estate. Downstairs, Donovan
and Sergio are alone together, which is why Lukas brought Clayton to the study.
Lukas can't help but think about the previous night when he and Donovan ended
up having sex with one another. They had been celebrating the fact that their
lawyer, Josh, got Abby to reveal on the witness stand that Max, not Andrew, is
Olly's biological father. Lukas was thrilled because Donovan was the one who swiped
Abby's medical file, which is how they uncovered the fact that Abby had a paternity
test completed; without that, they wouldn't have been able to make Abby seem unfit
on the stand. In a moment, they touched each other's hands, and they ended up
in bed together. After, Donovan realized that he had to tell Sergio the truth,
despite Lukas telling them that they are still married. "It's fine,"
Lukas finally replies to him. "I think they need to talk through some stuff,
so it's all good." "I hope they are okay?" Clayton asks
him back with another chuckle. "I don't know, I try to stay out of
Donovan's relationship with Sergio," Lukas says back to him, knowing that
he has interfered enough in the past. "Honestly, I am just still on cloud
nine about how well things are going in court." "You do seem
to be pretty pleased," Clayton notes back to him. "I am just glad that
it's working out for you, Lukas. I don't want to see you lose your son."
"I don't think I will," Lukas admits to him. "I think the revelations
on the witness stand will ensure that Donovan and I keep Olly, and that's exactly
how it should be." *** Downstairs in the living room,
Donovan looks at Sergio and feels a wave of guilt come over him. He still can't
believe that the previous night, he and Lukas had sex. He knows that they got
caught up in the excitement of how court went, but he feels awful for the fact
that he betrayed Sergio that way. "You made it seem like court went
really well yesterday," Sergio looks back at Donovan, who takes a sip of
his orange juice. "It did go well," Donovan nods back to him.
"For the first time since this nightmare began, I actually believe that we
are in a good position. Abby's revelation that she lied about Olly's biological
father, reall puts us in a good situation to keep Olly." "I'm
so happy for you," Sergio comes up to him and hugs him. Donovan welcomes
the embrace of his boyfriend, but can't help but think about Lukas. "Are
you okay?" Sergio asks as they exit their embrace. "You
you seem
distant or something?" "Yea, I'm fine," Donovan tells him,
realizing that he can't tell Sergio the truth. The last thing he wants is for
more drama while he is fighting for custody of Olly. "I'm just so focused
on this court case." "Understandable, but you know you can talk
to me about anything, right?" "I know, and I'm fine, trust me,
I'm fine," Donovan forces a smile on his face. Twin Peaks General
Hospital
"Hey, how are you feeling?" Ethan asks Abby as he
moves into the hospital room and sees her awake in her hospital bed. He has been
at the hospital all night hoping that Abby would wake up so they can talk about
her giving birth to their daughter the previous night; this all happened after
she revealed that Max, not Andrew, is the biological father of Sonny. "Ethan,
hi," Abby smiles back to him. "I'm sore, but I'm good. Have you seen
our baby yet?" "The nurse said that she would bring her in shortly,
but she wanted to give us some time to talk first." "I can't
wait to meet her," Abby tells him. "I want my baby." "I
know you do," he sits next to her. "But I think we have to talk, don't
you?" "About what? A name? I've been thinking about Georgina;
it's so close to Greg, after my Dad." "I like that," Ethan
replies to her. "Georgina it is." "Thanks," Abby smiles
back to him. "And thank you for being here for me, for Georgina."
"I wouldn't be anywhere else Abby," Ethan whispers back to her.
"But we have to talk; we have to talk about what happened in court yesterday."
"Yes, we do," a voice calls out from behind Ethan. He and Abby turn
and see Max and Andrew standing in the hospital room. "We both need
answers, and we aren't leaving here until we get them," Andrew announces
to the new parents. Next on One Day at a Time - Max & Andrew
