The Victors Mansion

There is a moment of complete shock in the living room of the Victors mansion as Frederick, Felicia, who is in a wheelchair, and Bryce emerge from one of the secret tunnels and stand in front of Dominick, Leah, Jeff, and Tyler. The Robertson's had arrived at the mansion, hoping, to find evidence that Felicia was alive, but they never anticipated that Frederick would just appear with Felicia, and of course Bryce.

"You are mistaken," Frederick grins at Leah with a twinkle in his eye. "I am you father, how could you forget?"

Jeff moves up behind Leah and looks back at Bryce in shock. "Noah, what are you doing here? Why are you with Frederick?" Leah asks her son, quickly ignoring Frederick's comments to her.

"Frederick asked me to come here," Bryce replies to her quickly. "He is my grandfather, so I came here to help him."

"How long have you known that Felicia and Frederick were alive?" Jeff asks his son next. "And why didn't you tell us about this?"

"He is loyal to me," Frederick tells everyone. "He is the one member of this family that I can rely on."

"You son of a bitch!" Dominick yells at him as he rushes up to Felicia and bends down to see his former wife. "How could you keep Felicia from all of us for all these months? Felicia, darling, are you okay? It's me, Dominick."

"Dominick?" Felicia mumbles back to him, clearly feeling the effects of the drugs that she is on.

"Don't upset her," Frederick replies to Dominick. "Besides, we have reason to celebrate!"

"Celebrate what?" Tyler asks him. "What the hell have you done now?"

Frederick chuckles back to him. "You're not looking at Felicia Robertson," he reveals to them as the family look at one another in confusion. "You're looking at Felicia Richardson; that's right, Felicia and I, we are married, and we are incredibly happy together!" Frederick stuns the family, who gasps out at his revelation.

Twin Peaks Law Courts

"Your honor, I have something to say, and I'm hoping that you'll hear me out!" Max announces as he bursts into the courtroom with Cassie behind him as the attendees of the custody case look back in surprise. Just Franklin Ross was just asking Josh Levitt to call his next witness in the custody case between Abby and Lukas and Donovan, when Max came in and made his announcement.

The Judge smashes his mallet down repeatedly until the crowd becomes silent. "What is going on here?" he glares at Max. "How dare you come into my courtroom and make these demands of me!"

"Your honor," Lois Kam moves into the courtroom next to Max and Cassie. "I can apologize for my client's outburst," she tells him. "We only ask for five minutes of your time; it's important and it is regarding this case."

"How is this relevant?" Lukas stands up, horrified by the interruption. "We are in the middle of fighting for our son!"

"He's my son too," Max glares back at him. "That's the point of this!'

"Order! Order in my my court!" Franklin yells as he smashes his mallet down again. "Mr. Richardson, sit down. This is my court room, I will make the decisions."

"Sorry your honor," Lukas sits back down as Donovan puts his arm around him.

"Very well Ms. Kam, you and your client can have 5 minutes, but not a second longer, please approach the bench," Franklin tells them, as Max breathes a sigh of relief and Cassie pats his back as he and Lois move closer to the Judge's chair.

"I am sorry about Meggan's outburst earlier," Jacob tells Stephanie as he takes another sip of his beer that he is enjoying. He and Stephanie were chatting at the bar when Meggan approached them, clearly under the influence, and suggested that Jacob was flirting with Stephanie, despite just marrying Cassie.

"Hey, you didn't force her to make an ass of herself," Stephanie chuckles back to him. "Besides, you're allowed to have female friends that aren't your wife."

"Could you imagine if I wasn't allowed that?" Jacob giggles back to her. "Half the population would be off limits to engage with."

"Very true," Stephanie winks back to him. "But like I said, don't worry about Meggan and what she said; I am not upset by it all, if anything I'm flattered."

"Flattered? How so?"

"The fact that she would have assumed tha you were flirting with me," Stephanie blushes back to him. "I don't think a guy like you would ever flirt with a girl like me."

"Don't sell yourself short, Stephanie," Jacob replies to her. "You're an incredible doctor, a great conversationalist, and if I am honest, a beautiful woman; I can be married and still recognize that."

Stephanie feels her cheeks flush at the compliment. "Well thanks Jacob, you're sweet, and I'm really enjoying getting to know you."

"Ditto," he winks back at her.

The One Day House

Nicholas sits behind his desk at the One Day House typing furiously into his laptop. He had a new cohort of new residents at the One Day House, so he is ensuring their profiles are updated and accurate. As he continues to update the profiles, the door to his office opens and Clayton appears. Clayton watches his former husband for a moment before he clears his throat, causing Nicholas to look up from his computer screen.

"Clayton," Nicholas says as he stands up from his chair. "I wasn't expecting to see you, what…what are you doing here?"

"Hi Nicholas," Clayton replies to him. "I can come back if you're busy right now?"

"Nah, you're already here," Nicholas says back to him. "What's up? It's not often you stop by anymore."

"That's true," Clayton uneasily chuckles back to him. "Ever since we agreed to move on, we have sort of been out of one another's orbits."

"Sometimes space is the best thing to help us all move on."

"Fair," Clayton looks back at him. "The truth is, I ran into Andy and he, uh, told me that you two are planning your wedding. So, I think it's time we talked about that, don't you? I think it's time we got a few things settled before you move on and marry another man."

The Tower's; The Penthouse; Cory's Home

"Penny is resting," Cory tells Robin as he comes out of the hallway of the penthouse where he sees his lover sitting on the sofa in the living room. "But I have to tell you, she was really happy that you stopped by and visited her. She said she got a lot of insights from the time that you experienced being blind."

Robin smiles back to him as he sits next to her. "That's why I wanted to share with her," she admits to her. "I thought hearing, firsthand, how I went through a similar situation."

"I want you to know that it means a lot to me," Cory looks back at her. "Wanting to help Penny through this ordeal, it shows the kind of woman that you are."

"I want to be the kind of woman that you are proud of."

"You already are," Cory whispers as he leans and kisses her on her lips. "Very much so."

"You said Penny was resting, right?" Robin asks him as her eyes fill with lust. "Can we…"

"What? Escape to my room upstairs?"

Robin shrugs back to him. "Is it wrong that I want you?"

"No," Cory kisses her again. "Let's go, but we have to be quiet."

They stand up and scurry away to the stairs, eager to get to his bedroom. In the hallway, in the dark, Penny stands with her hands folded over her chest.

"It's time I take my plan to get Cory back into high gear," she whispers to herself, as she hears the door to Cory's bedroom close.

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas, Donovan, Logan, & Olly's Home

"Here, I made you a vodka soda," Logan tells Sophie as he moves closer to her in the living room of the Richardson estate, the home in which he lives in with his mother, his uncles, and his nephew. He had planned on going back to court to support Donovan and Lukas, but when Sophie arrived looking for support from him, he decided to have a few drinks with her to see how he is holding up.

"Thanks," Sophie chuckles to him as they toast one another quickly. "Day drinking sounds like a good way to spend the day."

"Is the situation you need support on that dire?" Logan asks her as he takes a sip of his drink.

"Max fathered Abby's child," she sighs back to him. "And he basically told me that his only focus is on getting that kid back. He can't even focus on me or our relationship right now."

"That seems a bit harsh," Logan looks back at her. "It sounds like you're not very high on his list of importance?"

"That's how I'm feeling," she admits to him. "It feels like my first relationship is already over, and it sucks."

Logan puts his hand on her leg and squeezes it. "I'm sorry Soph," he tells her as they lock eyes with one another. "I know that you cared about Max but…"

"But?" she looks back at him with an uneasy chuckle. "But what?"

Logan shrugs back to her. "I always thought that you could do better than Max Black, and I'm not sorry that I said or felt that."

"You have mentioned that before," Sophie nods to him. "I guess now I have time to find that guy that could be better."

Logan looks back into her eyes and leans forward to kiss her. "What if that guy is me?" he asks as their lips part. He kisses her again, this time more passionately, and she responds. When they part ways, she starts to unzip his pants. "Are you sure?" he asks her.

"I need you," Sophie says as she kisses him again, eager to take the next step with her friend.

Twin Peaks Law Courts

"What the hell is going on?" Abby asks Ethan in a panicked voice as Max, Lois and Cassie move closer to the Judge's bench. The Judge wants to hear what Max has to say, which has caused a delay in the custody hearing.

"I wish I knew," Ethan replies to her. "I'm guessing that Max has something to say about the case; I mean, he must be reeling from the fact that he is Sonny's biological father."

"I don't like this Ethan," Abby whispers back to him. "I feel like I am going to lose Sonny and I am trying to hold on to my children."

"Lets wait to see what happens," Ethan says back to her. "Not all is lost, okay?"

Meanwhile, at the Judge's bench, Franklin nods back to Max, before he smashes his mallet down. "This case is very complicated," the Judge announces to the room. "But after Ms. Lawson's revelation about Max being the biological father, I support his request from the court."

"What is the request your honor?" Ethan asks as he stands up from his chair.

"I'm filing for custody," Max announces as Lukas and Donovan look at one another in horror and Abby gasps out loud. "I want custody of my son."

The Victor's Mansion

"This is not possible!" Dominick glares back to Frederick. "You did not marry Felicia! How the hell did this happen?"

"I am able to perform wedding's," Bryce reveals to the room. "I got ordained last year and I married Frederick and Felicia."

"How could you do this?" Leah shrieks back to her son. "You married your grandmother to a monster!"

"I married my grandparents," Bryce defends himself.

"None of this matters!" Dominick yells at Frederick. "Felicia will divorce you; this sham of a marriage will not happen!"

"Ask my wife if she's happy," Frederick grins back to Dominick. "Go on, ask her!"

Dominick bends back down and grabs Felicia's hand. "Felicia, dear, are you happy here? Are you happy with Frederick?"

Felicia looks at him and nods back to him. "Very happy, yes," Felicia finally says back to him.

Dominick looks at Frederick and then over at Jeff, Leah and Tyler. "This is a nightmare, this is a fucking nightmare!"
