The Cascade Apartments; Cassie, Jacob, & Carter's Home

A new day has come in Twin Peaks which means Cassie is pouring herself a cup of coffee, which she takes a sip of immediately. The previous day was exhausting because she was in court supporting Max, who revealed that he wants to go for full custody of Sonny. After the Judge agreed to let Max enter the case, he put the case on recess until Max and Lois were able to get caught up on the on-goings.

"You got home late last night," Jacob yawns as he comes out of the bedroom, only wearing some grey sweatpants. "How'd things go in court?"

"The good news is that the Judge agreed to let Max sue for custody at the same time," Cassie looks back at him. "I am so proud of Max for taking this step. He has been robbed of so much time with his son already; he's doing the right thing."

"I can't imagine how messy that trial will be now," Jacob chuckles back to her. "You have Max, Abby, and Lukas and Donovan all vying for custody of one child; it's going to be crazy."

"Max had no idea that he had a son," Cassie informs her husband. "It's not fair to punish him or keep him away from his son when he's been lied to for years."

"I don't disagree," Jacob calmed tells her. "I just think…no matter what happens, there's going to be a lot of hurt and pain at the end of the trial. And if Max, or Abby, get custody of that little boy, he's going to be so confused because being in his current home, with Lukas and Donovan, its all he has ever known."

"We will be there to support him," Cassie says back to him. "We will make the transition as smooth as possible for Sonny. Anyways, I will head back to the courthouse later, but why don't you tell me what you got up to yesterday?"

"Me?" Jacob asks her with a chuckle. "I was just hanging out with a friend for most of the afternoon."

"A new friend? Anyone I know?"

"I don't think so," Jacob looks back at her. "Stephanie is a doctor, and she seems cool, but don't worry, I only have eyes for you."

"Good answer," Cassie says as she comes up to him and kisses him on the lips. "You better keep it that way."

The Davenport House; Trenyce, BJ, & Albertinah's Home

Chris and Trenyce collapse on to the bed with a fresh layer of sweat on their naked bodies as they just finished making love to one another. The previous day, Chris agreed to give Trenyce another chance in their marriage, but they agreed to take things slowly. When he arrived at the house this morning, however, he wanted to be with his wife, and Trenyce was more than willing to be with him in that way.

"That was incredible," Trenyce says with a smile on her face. "You…you were pent up."

Chris chuckles as he puts his arm behind his head, which flexes his large bicep. "It had been a while for me, Trey, so yea, I was eager. You…you didn't seem to mind?"

"Mind? Not at all," Trenyce purrs back to him. "I had missed you, Chris. You are the perfect lover."

"I'm glad you feel that way," Chris smiles back to her. "And for the record, I missed this too. I missed feeling this close to you."

"I know we said we were going to go slowly, and we still can, but I think this is an important part in us getting back on solid ground."

"I couldn't agree more," Chris winks back to her. "And if you're game, I think I'm about ready for round two."

"I thought you'd never ask," Trenyce chuckles as she crawls on top of him and starts to kiss her husband.

The Tower's; Floor Ten; Andrew & Daisy's Condo

Andrew stands on the balcony of his new condo that he bought with Daisy and looks at the city skyline. He can't believe that he and Daisy actually purchased a condo together, but he has to admit that having his own place, and finally being away from the casino, has been a good thing for him. Deep inside, however, he is still feeling incredibly sad. Sad that Chris turned out to be Albertinah's father; he felt like he had a connection to that little girl and believe that he could have been her father. However, the DNA test proved otherwise. On top of that, Abby announced in court that Max is Sonny's biological father. This revelation has felt like a sucker punch to him; for years, he has mourned a child that he thought was his but also dead. The fact that Sonny is alive, and not his child, is a mind warp for him.

"There you are," Daisy comes out to the balcony. "It's a pretty nice view, huh?"

"Not as nice as Cory's being in the penthouse," Andrew winks back to her. "But yea, this is nice. Thanks again for helping me see that we needed this change, Daisy."

"After everything you and I went through in that damn casino, I couldn't wait to leave," she admits to him. "So when I saw this place for sale, I thought it would be perfect."

"It is, I can't disagree."

"You still seem…I don't know…blue? Are you sure you're okay?"

Andrew tries to put on a brave face but he can't help but feel the water swell in the back of his eyes. "No, I don't think I am. And it has nothing to do with you, so please don't think that."

"This is about losing Tinah and Sonny, isn't it?" Daisy asks him.

"Yea," Andrew nods back to her. "I…I just feel like I've been sucker punched and it hurts, it really hurts."

Daisy pulls him into a hug and holds him closely for a moment as the guilt starts to creep into her mind as she knows that she altered Tinah's DNA test to show that Chris, not Andrew, is her father. Daisy only did this because Meggan had suggested to her that if Andrew was revealed to be Albertinah's father, he and Trenyce could grow closer, and they might end up reuniting. Worried that she would lose Andrew, Daisy switched the test results, but she never thought that Andrew would be this devastated by it. Of course, she had no idea that Abby had been carrying on with her own lie for year either.

"I…I just want you to know," Daisy whispers into his ear. "That I'm here for you; whatever you need, Andrew, I am here. Please lean on me, okay?"

"I will," Andrew replies to her as they exit their embrace. "I…I just think this will take time to get over. And you, you're wonderful to be here with me. I really appreciate it."

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas, Donovan, Logan, & Olly's Home

Sunlight cracks through the windows of Logan's bedroom in the lavish mansion that he lives in with his mother, uncles and nephew. The light hits his face and he groans as he doesn't want to get up. The fact that he has a splitting headache, probably because he and Sophie spent the previous afternoon day drinking. Suddenly, he opens his eyes as he remembers that he and Sophie kissed and it escalated quickly.

He sits up in his bed and sees a naked Sophie laying next to him. He runs his hand over his face realizing that they must have had sex the previous night. Sophie stirs and then looks back at Logan.

"Logan?" she asks him in surprise. "My God, I'm naked…"

"Yea, morning, so am I," he admits to her. "I think we drank and started to make out…"

"Did we?" she asks him as she wonders if she and Logan had sex the previous night.

"Uh, yea, we did," Logan tells her in embarrassment. "I'm shocked that we don't remember; I didn't think we had that much to drink."

"Well, we kept drinking after we came up," she reminds him. "I remember kissing you and then coming up stairs, and we had more drinks."

"That's all true."

"How…how do you know that we had sex?"

Logan feels his cheeks flush again. "There's stains from … uh… my…"

"Say no more," Sophie waves her hand back to him. "I…I should shower … and change…"

"Yea, help yourself to the shower," Logan tells her. "And Soph, don't worry about this; we don't have to tell anyone and it doesn't have to happen again."

"I…I don't know what to think right now, Logan. I…I just need to get freshened up ."

"I get it, take your time," Logan replies to her. "I'll get us some coffee while you shower."

Sophie rushes away to the washroom, leaving Logan alone. He sighs and runs his hands through his hair. "My first time with the girl of my dreams and neither one of us can remember it?" he groans to himself. "Great job, Logan. Really great job."

Tyler's Townhouse

"Thanks for coming this morning," Tyler tells Kim as he welcomes her into his townhouse. He called his former lover and asked her to come over this morning because he needed someone to talk to about Felicia being alive, and married to Frederick, and he couldn't think of anyone better other than Kim.

"Sure," Kim purses her lips together. "Your message made it seem important, and to be honest, I'm avoiding Roboto right now."

"You're avoiding work? Why would you do that?"

"I filed for divorce, remember?" Kim shrugs back to him. "The truth is, I want some separation from Robbie right now, at least until things calm down between us."

"That's fair," Tyler nods back to her. "Anyways, I have news; news that will blow your mind."

"What is it? What has happened?"

"Felicia, my mother," Tyler looks at her with a grin on his face. "She's alive, Kim. My mother isn't dead after all!"

"What?" Kim gasps in surprise. "How is that possible?"

"Frederick Richardson, how else?" Tyler chuckles to her. "He has been keeping my mother at the Victors mansion for months."

"He is obsessed with her," Kim replies to him. "What are you, and your family, going to do next?"

"We don't know," Tyler tells her. "We are meeting later today to come up with a plan, because Kim, Bryce married Frederick and Felicia. I don't know if this is legal or what, but we have to get Felicia away from the lunatic."

"I don't know what to say," Kim says back to him. "But I am happy for you, Tyler. I know that the thought of losing Felicia was incredibly hard on you; whenever you and I lose someone close to us, we are taken back to Blake."

"That's so true," Tyler agrees. "That's why I wanted to share my news with you, Kim. You, more than anyone else, understand this."

Kim pulls him into a hug. "Like I said, I am so happy for you."

When they exit their hug, their eyes lock. Without thinking, Tyler leans in and kisses Kim on the lips. The kiss continues, while Tyler's phone starts to ring. He ignores it, not realizing that it is the PI that he hired to track down Madeline.

When their lips finally part, Kim looks back at him and smiles. "That was…unexpected."

"But nice?" he asks her.

Kim chuckles back to him. "Yea, it was nice."

Twin Peaks Police Station

Simona listens to the person on the other end of her phone as she sits at her desk. She has been trying to find some clues as to what could have happened to Chantel; she knows that Cheresa called her after Cheresa went to Chantel's apartment. She found it a mess and there were signs of a break in; what was more troubling, is that there was a large blood stain on the carpet in the living room, which left Simona wondering if the person, or persons, that broke in ended up killing the young woman.

"Copy that," Simona says as she stands up. "And you have an exact location of Chantel's vehicle?"

"Okay perfect," Simona tells her detective. "Make sure that you run the plates again to confirm that Chantel is the owner of the vehicle; we don't want to send a squad to the vehicle only to find out that it's not hers."

"Great job, once you confirm, I'll head there myself," Simona says before she hangs up the call.

She breathes a sigh of relief hoping that if she has located Chantel's car, it might lead to more clues as to her whereabouts. "If I can find Chantel, we can get some answers, as long as she's still breathing."

She picks up her phone and dials a number. "Cheresa, hi, it's Simona Lopez," she says into her phone. "I just wanted to give you an update on Chantel White; I've located her car, and I am hoping that it will give me more answers. Once I investigate, I will keep you in the loop. One way or another, we will get to the bottom of her disappearance, I promise you that."
