The Tower's; The Penthouse;
Cory & Penny's Home
"Are you sure we have enough time to do
this?" Cory asks Robin as they open the door to his bedroom in the penthouse
and move inside, their lips continuing to kiss one another as they enter. They
had been talking on the sofa earlier and Robin admitted to Cory that Penny revealed
to her that he helped her get dressed. The idea of Cory seeing Penny in her underwear
left her feeling unsettled, and he reassured her that he only has feelings for
her and that she would have to keep her insecurities in check. Since Penny was
resting, they decided to come upstairs and have some romantic time with one another.
"Penny said she was going to rest, so I think we have all the time in
the world," Robin purrs back to him. "Besides, I need you so badly."
Cory removes her shirt and starts to kiss her again. "I need you too,"
he says as his lips move down to her neck and he lays her on the bed before he
crawls on top of her, eager to have her. Meanwhile, downstairs in her
room, Penny sits on her bed recalling how she heard the conversation between Cory
and Robin, where Robin was clearly jealous that he saw Penny in her underwear.
"Her reaction says that my plan is working," Penny whispers to herself.
"I just need to keep going with my plan and, soon, Cory will be mine again.
I am sure of it." She stretches her arms and while she does, she
can, suddenly, see something in front of her. It only lasts a moment but she gasps
out in shock. "My God," she says to herself quickly. "Is my vision
coming back? Am I going to see again?" The Pink Flamingo at the
River Rock Casino
Victoria sits near the back of the of the restaurant
having a light lunch. Her mind is still focused on the new line she is working
on with Jeff at Robertson Enterprises; she got some great feedback from Tyler,
and she is looking to incorporate it and make the quick changes that she needs
too. Just as she is about to take a bite of her salad, she happens to
see Bryce move into the restaurant and sit at the bar. She shakes her head at
the sight of her estranged husband, still furious with him for his role in the
baby switch. She, then, happens to see Isabelle approach him. She can't help but
wonder what they are talking about. "You've been ignoring me,"
Isabelle says as she approaches the bar, having seen Bryce enter the restaurant.
"Did you really think that would last forever?" Bryce sighs
back to her as the bartender makes him his drink. "I haven't been ignoring
you, Isabelle, I promise. I have been busy with some family issues and work."
Isabelle groans in disgust. "The fact of the matter is, Bryce, you used
me to make your wife jealous," she shakes her head back at him. "I was
just a way for you to toy with Victoria, and that makes me sick to my stomach."
"We both got what we wanted from that encounter," Bryce defends
himself to Isabelle. "I'm sorry if you don't see it that way." Isabelle
slaps him hard across the face, which leaves him fuming. "You're lucky I
don't ban you from this establishment," she glares at him. "I'm warning
you, Bryce, you stay as far away from me as possible. If you see me crossing the
road, walk the other way. I want nothing to do with you, do you hear me?"
Bryce nods back to her before she storms off. At her table, Victoria gets
a grin on her face, having witnessed the scene unfold in front of her. ***
The table at the very back of the restaurant is being occupied by Paige. She
has an herbal tea in front of her and she is thinking about her life currently.
She just had a doctor's appointment, where she learned that her, and her unborn
child, are perfectly healthy and the pregnancy is progressing as it should.
Before the appointment, however, she ran into Will, and they had words as
Paige is furious with him for lying to her, and the entire Robertson family, about
the fact that Felicia is alive and with Frederick. In her mind, Will is just as
responsible as Eva and Frederick for helping keep her grandmother away from her.
What's worse, is that because Felicia has been kept from them for so long, Frederick
somehow was able to convince her to marry him. "This is a sign that
I can't ever tell Will about this baby," she whispers to herself. "I
I
can't trust him; he has proven that to me by lying about Felicia, and by continuing
to have feelings for Eva. I still don't know what I am going to do about this
pregnancy, but I do know that Will can never find out about it." ***
At another table nearby, Logan and Sophie sit across from one another, each
with a mocktail in front of them. After they woke up from a day of day drinking,
they have agreed not to drink around one another for the time being. Neither one
can still believe that they slept with one another, but they are unable to remember
the act. "We aren't making this more awkward, are we?" Sophie
chuckles as she takes a sip of her Shirley Temple before she looks back at Logan.
"I still want to be your friend, Soph," Logan admits to her. "We
messed up, but we are both adults, and if you're cool to still be friends, then
that's what I want." "Of course, that is what I want,"
Sophie winks back to him. "I think we made the right decision not to drink
though." "Agreed, even though I could use one." Sophie
arches her eyebrow back to him. "Are you okay? What's gotten you so blue?"
Logan sighs back to her. "My family, what else?" Sophie
chuckles to him. "If anyone can relate to family drama, it is me," she
reminds him. "But why don't you tell me what's going on?" "I
found out that my grandfather, Frederick, is alive," Logan reveals to Sophie,
who looks back at him in surprise. "He faked his death and has let us all
believe he's been dead for over a year. To top it off, Frederick married Felicia
Robertson, a woman that he has been obsessed with for years." "Wow,"
Sophie replies to him. "No wonder you feel like your head is spinning."
"Yea," Logan nods back to her. "My Mom was stunned, hurt, confused,
and furious. I
I don't think I've ever seen her like that before."
"What do you think she's going to do?" "I don't know,"
Logan sighs back to her. "And that's what scares me." The
Victors Mansion
Andrew slowly walks through the foyer towards the living
room of the Victors mansion. Earlier in the day, Daisy revealed to him that Frederick
is alive and well; not only is Frederick living, but he is married to Felicia.
While Daisy is getting ready for the dinner party that they are having with Chris
and Trenyce, Andrew found himself driving to the mansion to see, for himself,
if Frederick was alive. "The rumors are true," Andrew says as
he moves into the living room and sees Frederick about to pour a drink. "You're
alive." Frederick turns and sees the boy that he helped raised after
Savannah died. "Andrew," he says with a grin on his face. "Yes,
I can say that those rumors are true. I am here." "I have to
admit, it is good to see you," Andrew says moving closer to him, before they
end up hugging. "I know I might be in the minority, but you always treated
me well." "It is great to see you too," Frederick tells
them as they exit their embrace. "And for the record, I've been keeping up
on you. I was thrilled to see you get out of the hold that Antonio fellow had
on you." Andrew uneasily shakes his head back to him. "I am
guessing you knew he was bad news which is why you didn't give me money all those
months ago." "Exactly right," Frederick winks back to him.
"How are you truly feeling that Tinah is not your daughter?" "You
know about that?" "I told you, I've been keeping tabs."
Andrew chuckles back to him. "It's been difficult, but I am moving on,"
he tells him. "In fact, Daisy and I are engaged. Keep that to yourself, it's
not public knowledge just yet." "Well, congratulations!"
Frederick grins back to him. "You marrying my daughter; that makes me very,
very happy." Dominick's Townhouse Dominick paces back
and forth in the living room of the his townhouse as he is racking his brain trying
to figure out how he can get Felicia away from Frederick. He doesn't believe that
Felicia, willingly, accepted his marriage proposal, but that doesn't change the
fact that they are married. He hates that Frederick has gotten his claws into
Felicia, but he refuses to allow this be her fate. "I don't know
how I can get Felicia away from that man, but I have too," he whispers to
himself. "I won't stop until Felicia is safe and away from Frederick."
Before he can say anything else, he hears the doorbell ring. He scurries towards
the door but he rolls his eyes when he sees Eva standing on the other side.
"What the hell do you want?" Dominick asks her as she pushes her
way into the living room of the house. "We need to talk, Dominick,"
Eva says as she throws her purse onto the sofa. "You can't shut me out forever!
You and I, we need to work through this; together, we can come up with a way to
get Felicia away from Frederick." Dominick starts to chuckle back
at her. "You want to help me get Felicia away from Frederick?" he asks
her as he continues to laugh. "That's rich considering you're the reason
she is still there in the first place! You realize that had you told me, or anyone,
that Felicia was at the mansion when you learned, she would be home by now! You're
to blame for this mess!" "Dominick, please, just hear me out,"
Eva pleads with him. "I can help you, I swear I can!" "I
don't want your help!" Dominick yells at her. "I don't know what I have
to say or do for you to grasp that, but I want nothing more to do with you, Eva!"
The Calimo Mansion Shane and Natasha move to the sofa in the
living room and sit next to one another. Shane has, finally, agreed to tell Natasha
the truth about his past. "As you can tell by now," Shane begins
to tell Natasha. "I was on the high school football team; I was an all-star
quarterback. My Mom, she never missed a game, while my Dad, he couldn't always
attend the games because he had to work." "He was putting food
on the table." "Exactly," Shane sighs back to her. "We
had just won a game that clinched our top division spot," Shane continues
to tell her. "Me and the guys were on a high, but it was a school night,
so we couldn't celebrate. But when I saw my Mother, she gave me the biggest hug
in the world. She
she said she was so proud of me." "She
was Shane," Natasha grabs his hand. "She agreed to let me drive
home," Shane continues his story to his fiancé. "On the road,
however, that's where it all changed." "Changed? What happened?"
Natasha asks him as Shane takes a sip of his scotch. "Some of the
guys from the football team ended up partying after anyways," Shane reveals
to her. "I was driving home, but in the field next to us, I could see fireworks
going off. I
I had wished that I was with them. And then
"
"And then?" "I took my eyes off the road," Shane
whispers to her. "I was looking at the fireworks and when I looked back at
the road
it was too late." "Too late for what?"
Natasha asks him. "To dodge the moose," Shane says as he bites
his lip. "We hit the animal and the moose, it collapsed on top of the our
car. My mother
she died as a result." "Oh Shane,"
Natasha shakes her head in disbelief. "I'm so sorry." "My
father, he blamed me for my mother's death," Shane continues to tell her.
"That's why he thinks I killed my mother. He
he hates me as a result
of this. So, now can you see why I ran away, Natasha? Can you see why I left?"
