Twin Peaks Law Courts

"Well, suffice to say, that was a disaster," Donovan sighs to Lukas and Josh as they huddle together at their table in the courtroom. Donovan just finished testifying in the custody case for Olly, and many of his past mistakes were mentioned and Donovan lost control and his temper on the stand, to the point where the Judge fined him $5000.00 for his outbursts.

"I think I can do damage control with Lukas taking the stand next," Josh informs his clients. "But Lukas, like I warned you before, you have to stay calm. You can't have any outbursts like Donovan did."

"I'll do my best," Lukas tells them. "But I am bracing myself for Lois and Ethan to be just as hard on me as they were on Donovan. Especially with my affair with Jasper; that is not going to make me look good."

"Do you think you should ask him about it first?" Donovan asks Josh quickly.

"Yes, I will get it out of the way, but Lukas, you have to be prepared that both Lois and Ethan will mention it," Josh tells them quickly.

Just then, the Judge's mallet smashes down, and he looks out into the courtroom. "Mr. Levitt, please continue with your next witness. But I'm warning everyone in the room, I will not tolerate anymore outbursts as we just witnessed."

"Yes, your honor," Josh stands up. "I'm calling Lukas Richardson to the stand."

Donovan nods encouragement to Lukas, before he stands up, walks to the witness stand, and is sworn in.

"Mr. Richardson," Josh continues to stand and is now looking at Lukas, who is sitting in the witness stand. "Earlier, your spouse, Donovan, claimed that you had an affair with the man that was hired to raise your son, Jasper. Is that true?"

Lukas sighs heavily and gulps. "Yes, I did," he admits to the courtroom. "I am not proud of that, but yes, I did sleep with another man while I was married."

"Is there anything else that you want to say on this topic?"

"There is nothing else to say," Lukas tells him. "We all make mistakes, and Donovan and I, and our marriage is not on trial here."

"Very well," Josh nods back to him. "Let's move on."

"I'd like to ask a question before we move on," Ethan stands and crosses his arms. "Since we are speaking about this affair, do you mind your honor?"

"Proceed," Franklin nods back to him quickly.

"Jasper Lam," Ethan says as Lukas gulps again. "Was he not the man that kidnapped your son? Did your affair cause your son to be kidnapped?"

Tyler's Townhouse

"Thank you for inviting me over this afternoon," Kim tells Tyler as they sit next to one another with a glass of wine in front of them in the living room of his townhouse. The two have been growing closer since Kim decided to file for divorce from Robbie after her miscarriage, including sharing a couple of kisses. Kim has felt like reconnecting with Tyler has been a breath of fresh air.

"Of course," Tyler chuckles back to her. "You know that I have been enjoying spending more time with you, Kim. It feels like old times all over again."

"It does, doesn't it?" she asks him back. "I should tell you, though, Robbie, he isn't happy that we are spending time with one another."

Tyler arches his eyebrow back to her. "You saw your soon-to-be-ex-husband?"

"At Roboto," Kim nods back to Tyler. "He warned me about getting involved with you."

Tyler chuckles. "Funny, cause he gave me the same warning."

"Oh? How did you respond to that?"

"I basically told him to stay out of our business," Tyler reveals to her. "You and I are single adults, we can do whatever we want."

"I told him the same thing," Kim admits to him. "And this, being here with you, is where I want to be," she admits to him as she leans in and kisses him on the lips.

"I like where you want to me," he winks back to her as he kisses her again.

The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino

At a table in the back corner of the restaurant, Cory and Penny sit across from one another with a bottle of wine on the table. They are out for an early dinner as Penny asked him to take her out since she was feeling cooped up in the penthouse; deep down, though, Penny is trying to ensure that her plan to keep Robin and Cory apart is set into a higher gear.

"So, just to your left, you'll find your wine glass," Cory tells Penny, who slowly moves her hand over and finds the glass with a grin on her face.

"Thank you," she smiles as she grabs the glass. "Should we have a toast?"

"What would you like to drink too?" Cory asks her as he raises his glass.

Suddenly, Penny has another flash of sight! It is brief and only lasts a moment, but she can see Cory's face smiling back at her. Immediately she is reminded of how handsome he is, and why she is trying to get him back. But, before she knows it, all she can see is the blackness again.

"Pen? Are you okay? You…you look like you've seen a ghost?"

"I'm fine," Penny forces herself to tell him. "Let's drink to us, and how far we have come?"

"Sure," Cory toasts her glass. "To our friendship."

At the bar, Bryce sits with a scotch in front of him. His mind is racing over the fact that, once again, Victoria has told him that she won't take him back because of his role in the baby switch. He hates that something he was forced into is now causing his marriage to completely fall apart. On top of that, Isabelle is furious with him because she feels like he used to her to make Victoria jealous.

"This is such a mess," he whispers to himself. "I don't know what I've done to get into this position, but I need to make things right. Victoria, he is furious with me, and Isabelle, she left town because of what I've done."

He takes a long sip of his drink as he wonders how he can make everything right with this situation.

"Bryce, it is a bit early to be drinking, isn't it?" Leah asks her son as she moves up to the bar and sits next to him. "Is everything okay?"

"I wish I could say it was, but my life, it's a mess right now. But, thank you."

"Thank you? I'm not sure what I did," Leah chuckles to him.

"You called me Bryce; you still have a habit of calling me Noah," he admits to her. "I…I appreciate you making that effort."

"I'm trying, it's not easy, but I am trying," Leah tells him. "Now, what is going on? Why do you feel like your life is a mess?"

Bryce sighs back to her. "I don't think Victoria will ever forgive me, and…and I wish there was something I could do to get my wife back."

"I know you don't want to hear this," Leah tells him quickly. "But I think you should sign those divorce papers and never look back. Victoria, she isn't the woman for you, Bryce. She never was, and never will be. This…this is a blessing in disguise."

"Maybe," he sighs as he thinks about seeing Victoria and Jeff in a close encounter recently. "Maybe you're right about that."

"I am," Leah nods. "Sign the papers and end your marriage once and for all."

The Tower's; Floor Ten; Andrew & Daisy's Home

Andrew thrusts deeply into Daisy, who moans out in delight before he comes to a climax. He, then, moves and lays next to her, trying to catch his breath as she moves her head to rest on his sweaty chest, as they are fresh from making love to one another.

"That was incredible," Daisy whispers to him. "And you clearly needed that."

Andrew smirks to her. "We both did," he says back to her. "I guess all that worry about how our dinner with Chris and Trenyce would go left me needing a release."

"Well, I am glad that I was able to help you with that release," Daisy purrs back to him. "Because I was feeling similar as you; I was feeling tense, and needed it."

Andrew leans over and kisses her on the lips. "I love you, Daisy. I know I don't say it often enough, but I am really happy with where we are in our relationship."

"I love you too," Daisy smiles back to him as their lips part. "I would do anything for you, for us. I hope you know that."

The Davenport House; Chris, Trenyce, BJ & Albertinah's Home

"BJ, when I come upstairs, I expect your bedroom to be clean! That means no toys on the floor, please," Trenyce calls out to the second level of the house that she lives in with Chris and their children. She, then, moves back to the kitchen and finishes putting some of the dishes away from the dishwasher. She is, currently, home alone with her kids as Chris is doing some work that required him to use a shared-office space.

As she places another dish in the cupboard, she gets a grin on her face as she knows that her family is finally coming together again. After Chris was revealed to be Albertinah's father, Trenyce wanted her family to be united, and that is why she had Daisy and Andrew over for a dinner. She was thrilled that everyone, for the most part, got along and she believes that her family will never fall apart again.

She, then, moves upstairs to check on her children. She pops her head into BJ's room and shakes her head. "Hey kiddo, you still have to put those action figures away," she tells her son, who looks up at her.

"Really? I was going to play with them, Mommy," BJ replies to her quickly.

"Alright, you can play with them, but when you're done, if they aren't put away, I'm not going to be very happy," Trenyce smiles at him. "You can play, I'm going to check in on Tinah."

Trenyce continues to move down the hallway to Tinah's room. She opens the door and moves over to the small bed where her daughter is sleeping. "You've been sleeping a lot today baby girl, what's going on with you?" Trenyce asks as she looks at the sleeping girl. Trenyce puts her hand on Tinah's forehead and looks at her in concern. "You feel warm again."

She turns and moves to the dresser, where she grabs a thermometer. She goes back to Tinah and puts it in her ear. "You have another fever," she sighs to herself, thinking that the last time she had a fever, Tinah ended up needing a bone marrow transplant. "I'm going to call a sitter for BJ and take you to the hospital, I…I don't want to take any chances with you."

The Sugarbowl

Robin moves into the coffeehouse as she wants to grab another coffee before she wants to head back to Robertson Enterprises to catch up on more work. As she orders her drink, she freezes at the sight of the person who is sitting in the back booth. She grabs her coffee and moves up to the booth.

"Mother, what are you doing in town?" she asks Melissa as she sits across from her.

"My dearest sweet girl," Melissa looks over at her. "I was hoping to run into you. Yes, I am back in town. You're looking beautiful as ever."

"You only show up when you want to cause problems," Robin rolls her eyes back to her. "So, back to my question, what are you doing here? Or do I even have to ask?"

Melissa purses her lips together. "I care for my children, so with Nicholas' pending marriage, it makes sense that I am here. Tell me, Robin, how are you? Please tell me that you've finally gotten rid of Cory Calvin from your life?"

"My life is none of your business," Robin hisses back at her. "After everything you did to try to keep me and Cory apart, you can't blame for me that."

Before Melissa can respond, Andy rushes up to the booth, shocked to see Melissa back. Nicholas had told him that Melissa was back, but seeing her is still upsetting to him.

"So it's true, you're in town," Andy says as he glares at her. "You are trying to stop my wedding, aren't you?"

"Have you been drinking, Andrew?" Melissa looks back at him. "Because if you haven't, you should. It … mellows you out."

"How dare you!" Andy yells back at her. "Do us all a favor, get on your broomstick and fly out of Twin Peaks, you're not wanted here, or anywhere! And you will not stop my wedding to Nicholas, do you hear me?"

"I will not let you, or anyone, tell me what to do," Melissa glares back at him. "You'd best to watch your tongue around me, or I will bite back, and then, you'll be very sorry."

Twin Peaks Law Courts

"Answer the question," Ethan demands from Lukas. "Was the man that you slept with, your son's nanny, the person who kidnapped him and took him to Mexico?"

"Yes," Lukas admits to the court as there is a gasp in the crowd. "But I can't control other's actions, just like I didn't force Abby to lie about Olly's biological father."

"If you're done, can I continue?" Josh looks over at Ethan, who sits back down. "Would you say that Olly is a happy child?"

"Very," Lukas smiles. "He loves his family, he loves his Dad's, and he loves his life. Removing him now would be a huge, devastating blow."

"No further questions," Josh says as he sits back down.

"Are you a therapist?" Lois asks as she stands up from her chair.

"No."

"Then you have no idea how Olly would react to moving to live with his biological father, would you?"

"I suppose not, but I know my son," Lukas replies to her.

"You, like your husband, were charged with murder a few years ago, isn't that correct?"

"Yes, it is," Lukas nods back to her. "And like my husband, I was wrongfully convicted, by you, and my innocence was proven."

"It is interesting," Lois looks back at him. "That two of you are raising a child but have been charged with murder. It doesn't exactly seem like the safest space for a child."

"Objection!" Josh yells as he stands up.

"Withdrawn," Lois smiles before she sits back down.

"Anything else from you, Mr. Alexander?" Franklin looks over at Lukas.

"Yes, your honor," Ethan stands up from his chair. "I asked you about your affair with Jasper Lam," he begins as Lukas gulps. "But that wasn't the first time you strayed on your husband, isn't that true?"

"What are you talking about?"

"Dr. Craig Benton," Ethan looks at him. "You slept with him while you were trapped in a cave after an avalanche, correct?"

"Uh…yes, that's true," Lukas feels some beads of sweat form on his forehead.

"Craig didn't consent to that act of sex, did he? He tried to charge you with rape?"

"It's a long story."

"Yes or no," Ethan moves closer to him. "Did Craig want to charge with you rape?"

"Yes…but…" Lukas stutters.

"No further questions," Ethan cuts him off as Lukas looks with a heavy heart over Donovan and Josh, realizing that his past mistakes could cost him the thing he loves the most in the world: his son.
