Twin Peaks Law Courts "Alright, we've heard all of the
witnesses," Judge Franklin Ross announces to the court room which includes,
Lois, Max, Cassie, Lukas, Donovan, Josh, Abby, and Ethan. They are all waiting
for the final statements in the custody case for Olly/Sonny as everyone that was
going to be called to testify has done so. "We will get started with the
final statements. Ms. Kam, we will start with you, and just go across the line,
since it is unique that we have three plaintiffs." "Thank you,"
Lois says before she looks over at Max and then she stands up. She knows that
Max is hopeful to get custody of the boy that he had no idea he had until recently;
she just hopes that she has presented a strong enough case to win him custody.
She moves around her desk and looks at Franklin. "As this case as unfolded,
your honor, you have seen, firsthand, the flaws of the other plaintiffs trying
to get custody of Sonny, or Olly, as he is also known for." "To
recap, for you, Ms. Abigail Lawson, she lied about her son's biological father,"
Lois continues to tell the Judge. "This was before and after she believed
he was dead. What kind of woman, what kind of mother does that?" she asks,
as Ethan puts his hand on Abby's to keep her calm. "Certainly, not the type
of mother that is fit to raise this little boy." "And the two
father's that he has known," Lois continues. "Yes, the child knows them
as his parents, but he is young enough to rebound from that. The fact is, both
of these men, whether guilty or innocent, have been charged with murder. That
demonstrates that they have had motive and opportunity to commit these crimes,
which is enough to say that they are unfit to raise this child. And this doesn't
begin to discuss how because of an affair lead to the child being kidnapped."
"So, where does that leave the best place for Sonny?" Lois looks
at Franklin. "The answer is simple: his biological father, Max Black. Max
has a good job, is caring, and most importantly, wants to be a father to his son.
You have no other options here, Your Honor. Max is the only option for Sonny to
be placed with. Thank you." Lois moves back to her seat, where Max
smiles at her, thrilled with her closing statement, as Lukas and Donovan look
at one another uneasily, while Abby gives Ethan a look of worry. | |

The Calimo Mansion Robbie
moves to the bar in the living room of the Calimo mansion and pours himself a
gin and tonic. He takes a long sip of it as he reaches out to grab his phone,
where he unlocks it, and sees a picture of him and Kim. He lets out a loud sigh
and, then, takes a sip of his drink, as he can't help but wonder what his wife
is currently doing. "You're probably with Tyler," he grits his
teeth together as he thinks about how he saw Tyler and Kim share a kiss recently,
and then he followed it up by warning both of them about getting involved with
one another again. Based on their reactions, he can only assume that his pleads
fell on deaf ears, and that makes his blood boil. "I won't lose you to him,
Kim." He takes another sip of his drink as he wonders what he can
do to stop them from being together. "That son of a bitch has been out for
us, this family, for years," Robbie sighs to himself, as he thinks about
how Tyler pretended to be Johnny, the pool-boy, and he seduced Kim still when
she was married to Bob. "He has always wanted to take us down, and that is
his goal here. He wants to hurt me and the Calimo's, and I, I won't stand for
it. I will get you back Kim, I just have to find a way to get you to forgive me.
But I will; I won't lose you, especially to that Robertson." Tyler's
Townhouse "You don't know how much I appreciate you telling me
that I can trust you," Kim smiles over to Tyler as they continue to drink
wine as they sit next to one another on the sofa in the living room of his townhouse.
They are enjoying a nice evening together, which included Tyler cooking for Kim
earlier; she just asked him if she can trust him because after everything that
has happened between her and Robbie, she doesn't want to get hurt again. "Like
I told you," Tyler looks back at her with a grin on his face. "You mean
a lot to me, Kim, and I am really enjoying us getting closer again. There isn't
a single thing that I would do to ruin that or hurt you." "After
everything that I went through with my marriage, that is music to my ears,"
Kim replies to him. "I can't go through that again; I
I don't think
my heart would be able to mend." "You've been through so much,"
he grabs her hand. "Starting from when we lost Blake; that's part of why
we are bonded, Kim. We went through something together that no two people should
ever go through." "Isn't that the truth?," she nods to
him. "There's not a day that I don't think of him." "Me
too," he moves closer to her. "And the best thing about him is that
we made him together. He will always be a part of us." Kim looks
back at him before she leans over and kisses him. The kiss escalates and quickly
becomes more passionate. He finally breaks free from her and looks at
her with lust. "I don't want to stop this time," he whispers to her.
"Then don't," she purrs back to him before their lips connect again
and he starts to crawl on top of her, as she moves to unzip his pants. The
Tower's; The Penthouse; Cory & Penny's Home "That was a lovely
dinner, thank you again for taking me out tonight," Penny tells Cory as they
move into the living room of the penthouse as they just returned home from the
Pink Flamingo, where they had a nice dinner together. Penny had asked Cory to
take her out because she was feeling cooped up in the penthouse; secretly, however,
she is trying to ensure that Cory stays with her, and not Robin, so she is trying
to step up her plan to seduce him. "It was my pleasure," Cory
comes to her. "I know you have been trying to tell me to not blame myself
for your current situation, but I do think I am to blame for you being blind,
so anything, anything at all that I can do to help you with this situation, I
am glad to do that." "You mean that, don't you?" "I
do," Cory chuckles to her. "Taking you out for dinner is the least that
I can do, Penny." Penny moves closer to him and puts out her hand
to touch him. She finds him and pulls him into a hug. "There is something
that I could use," she tells him as they exit their embrace. "Name
it, Pen," he tells her as he looks into her eyes. Penny moves her
hands up to his face and caresses it. She leans up and lets her lips find his
quickly. Cory pulls back quickly. "Penny? What
" "I
need you," she whispers back to him as she kisses him again. "Please
Cory
give
me what I really need
what I really need is you
" she says as she
kisses him again, this time with more passion. Twin Peaks Law Courts
Franklin finishes writing a quick note after Lois' closing remarks before
he looks over at Josh and nods at him. "You're up Mr. Levitt,"
Franklin announces, as Josh gives a quick nod of assurance to Lukas and Donovan,
who are looking worried about how the trial is unfolding. "Thank
you, your honor," Josh begins to tell him as he moves closer to the bench.
"The fact of the matter is, everyone one in this room has been a victim of
a very unfortunate circumstance; that circumstance is that of this baby switch.
Ms. Lawson was told that her child was dead; no woman should have to go through
that. The child that my clients, Donovan and Lukas, were supposed to adopt actually
died at birth. But what does this mean? It means that Donovan and Lukas have been
raising Abby's child." Josh pauses for a moment as he looks back
at his clients and then back at the Judge. "And, they have done a wonderful
job raising Olly. Olly adores both of his father's, and at this stage of his life,
removing him from the only home that he has known, would be incredibly confusing,
painful, and could hurt his development; that is not the outcome we want to have
happen with this child." "The fact of the matter is, we have
all presented evidence as to why Max, Lukas, Donovan, and Abby, should not raise
this child," Josh continues as he looks at Franklin. "The obvious, and
only, choice to make is to leave Olly with the family he loves and knows, with
Lukas and Donovan." Josh turns and moves back to his chair, hoping
that he was able to get through to the Judge, while Lukas and Donovan breath a
sigh of relief, thinking that Josh did a good job pleading their case. Twin
Peaks General Hospital
"I wish I knew what was taking Stephanie
so long with her diagnosis of Tinah," Chris
sighs as he stops pacing back and forth in the waiting room of the hospital and
looks at Trenyce, who is sitting in one of the chairs in the room. Trenyce was
at home earlier when she realized that Tinah had a fever; with her history of
being ill, she brought her daughter to the hospital, where Stephanie is looking
at her. "I know," Trenyce stands up and looks at her husband.
"The waiting is killing; I just want to know what is happening with our little
girl. Hopefully, it is just a bug or something." Before Chris can
respond, Andrew and Daisy rush into the waiting room. Chris and Trenyce turn to
face their family. "We got here as soon as we heard about Tinah,"
Daisy tells Trenyce. "How is she?" "We are waiting for
the doctor to come and give us an update," Trenyce sighs back to her Aunt
as they hug quickly. "I
I bought her to the hospital because she had
a fever; I didn't want to take any risks given her history." "That
makes sense, you did the right thing," Andrew chimes into the group. "Regardless
of what happens, we are here to support you two. We are family, and we will get
through this together." "Thanks Andrew," Chris nods back
to him. "Trey and I appreciate that a lot. We just hope that this is nothing
serious." The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas, Donovan, Logan,
& Olly's Home
"When your text message indicated that you went
to see Frederick, I knew I had to come see you to find out how it went,"
Leah admits to Meggan as they stand together in the living room of the Richardson
estate. Leah looks at her half-sister with concern as she has a vodka spritz in
her hand, but that is not, currently, her main concern. "Sophie suggested
to Logan that he go see his grandfather," Meggan explains back to her before
she takes a sip of her drink. "Because Logan doesn't know Frederick very
well, he decided to go to the mansion. When I found out, I knew that I had to
go with him." Leah uneasily chuckles back to her. "Logan doesn't
know his grandfather because Frederick continues to fake his death over and over
again," Leah tells her. "Trust me, I know that," Meggan
takes another sip of her drink. "And, when I was alone with Frederick, I
told him that too." "So, you two had words?" "You
could say that," Meggan admits to her. "It was the first time I saw
him since I found out that he faked Noah's death; I can't believe what he put
me, what he put all of us through, and I let him know that." "I
know, I feel the same way," Leah sighs to Meggan. "And now, he's married
to Felicia." "I didn't see Felicia," Meggan replies to
her. "Frederick claimed she was resting, but with him, who knows."
"Well, thanks for telling me all of this Meggan, I appreciate it."
"Of course," Meggan takes another drink of her vodka. "I think
we all agree that Frederick is a no-good son of a bitch; and the sooner we can
get him out of our lives, for good, this time, the better." Robertson
Enterprises
Jeff steps out of the main office at Robertson Enterprises
and is about to head to the elevators when he realizes that the light in Victoria's
office is still on. He finds himself moving towards the office and sees her still
working hard, likely on the upcoming bath line that they have come up with.
"Another night, and you're still here," Jeff chuckles to her as
he moves into her office. "I thought you'd be at court with Donovan."
"I am still hoping to head there when I am done this," Victoria
looks up from her laptop. "I got some initial designs back from Trenyce and
wanted to look them over." "Oh, I didn't realize she was so
fast with them," Jeff says as he moves closer to her and looks over her shoulder
to see the designs on the computer screen. Immediately, he can smell her perfume
and he finds himself being drawn to her. "She sent them to me earlier
today," Victoria replies to him as she points the screen. "I like the
touch of the Robertson logo on the breast of the robes." "Yea,
me too," he replies to her, as he thinks about how they shared another kiss
recently. "You know, Vic, I don't know if I've told you this, but this idea
of yours, it's really amazing." Victoria turns to him and they lock
eyes. "Thanks Jeff," she says to him. "You've been a huge help
in all of this. I
I couldn't have done this without you." "We
make a good team," he chuckles to her as he moves closer to her. "We
can't," she puts her hand on his chest. "We can't keep kissing; you're
with Leah." "But I haven't kissed you
yet." She
giggles. "What are we doing?" "I don't know," he admits
to her before he kisses her on the lips. "But I like it." "I
like it too," she whispers back to him before she kisses him again. Twin
Peaks Law Courts "Last but not least," Franklin looks over
at Ethan and at Abby. "You can present your closing remarks, Mr. Alexander."
"Thank you your honor," Ethan says as he stands up and buttons up
his jacket. "Mr. Levitt was right about something he said," he begins
to say as he moves closer to the bench. "And that this was all set into motion
by a wicked plan of switching two babies. When my client, Abby, was told that
her child was dead, she was devastated. She mourned the loss of her child for
days, weeks, months, years, as any mother would." "Interestingly
enough, right after this horrific situation occurred, Donovan was allowing Abby
to see Olly. Why? Because it comforted Abby, who was grieving. Why do you think
this occurred? Because deep down, on some level, Abby felt connected to her son.
Had this baby switch not happened, Abby would have been raising her child all
this time." "Don't you see your honor?" Ethan asks him
quickly. "The only way to make this entire situation right, is to put the
child back where he rightfully belongs; where he should have been the entire time:
with his mother. Every single person in this room has made mistakes, Abby included,
but giving birth to Sonny was not one of them. The mistake that has hurt her was
that she was a key player in a baby switch, and it's up to you to make it right."
Ethan moves back to the chair and sits down; Abby grabs his hand immediately,
to thank him for his words. "Thank you all," Franklin announces.
"We will have a recess and I will make my decision, which will be very difficult
to make, but thank you all for your words," he says as he stands up and walks
to his chambers, as Max, Lukas, Donovan, and Abby all wonder if they will get
custody of the little boy that they love so much. Next on One Day at
a Time - Franklin comes back with a decision - Robbie is in for a shocker -
