Twin Peaks Law Courts

Andy looks back at Melissa in shock as she storms closer to him and Nicholas, who were about to be married by the justice of the peace at the law courts. They decided to avoid a large wedding because they didn't want to risk the chance of Melissa interrupting the wedding; and now, she is here, interrupting their wedding claiming that she has an announcement to make.

"Mother, this has to end right now," Nicholas firmly tells her as he puts his hands on his hip. "There is nothing that you can say or do that will make me change my mind about marrying Andy!"

"Nicholas, please," Melissa replies to him quickly. "Just hear me, okay? I promise you that will want to hear this. It is important, it is a matter of life and death."

"Oh please," Andy waves his hand back at her in frustration. "This is nothing more than you causing more problems, the way you always do! I…I can't handle this anymore!"

"Andy is right," Nicholas agrees with his fiancé. "This has to end mother! I want to marry Andy, and you need to get that through your thick head!"

"Nicholas," Melissa pleads with him. "You will hear me out because when I tell you this, everything will change, forever."

"What are you talking about?" Nicholas asks her quickly.

"The fact of the matter is," Melissa purses her lips together. "There is someone here to see you, and when you see this person, everything will change."

Robertson Enterprises

Trenyce sits behind her desk in her office at Robertson Enterprises. She is reading the latest emails on the upcoming luxurious bath line that she is working on with Jeff and Victoria. There are some minor tweaks that she has to make in the designs, which shouldn't take her too long.

"I…I am glad that I have this work to focus on," she whispers to herself, as she recalls being at the hospital and learning that Andrew not Chris, is Tinah's biological father. The news has left her, and her entire family, rocked to their very core as the DNA test that they had completed a short time ago indicated that Chris was the father. The fallout of the test results allowed her and Chris to reunite and try to the pieces of the marriage back together. Now that Andrew has been revealed to be Tinah's father, she has no idea what will happen to her marriage to Chris.

"I can't lose my marriage," she tells herself. "I can't lose Chris, not after all we have done to work so hard to get back on track."

She shakes her head at the mess that her personal life has become. "Okay, let's focus on these designs and then I can worry about putting my life back together."

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"I don't know what to say," a stunned Cheresa admits to Chris as they face one another in the cafeteria of the hospital with coffees in front of them. Chris just told his daughter about how Stephanie has confirmed that Andrew is the biological father of Albertinah. Chris continues to feel gutted by this news as he believed that he was the father after the recent DNA test. "How did that DNA test get it so wrong?"

"I wish I had the answers to that," Chris sighs back to her. "Stephanie didn't have any concrete answers around that, but she ran more tests and they confirmed that I couldn't be Tinah's father."

"I am so sorry Dad," Cheresa tells him quickly. "I know how much you love Tinah and how much she loves you."

"Everyone keeps telling me that the most important thing is that Tinah is going to be okay; that she is healthy, and she will make a full recovery…but…"

"But, this still hurts," Cheresa finishes his sentence as he nods back to her. "I get it, I really do. You've been raising this child for years thinking she was yours."

"It just hurts knowing that Trenyce's affair, with Andrew of all people, resulted in this beautiful baby girl. I…I don't know if I can get past this," Chris admits to her. "I don't know what my future looks like."

"You don't need to know that right now," Cheresa tells him. "You just need to put one foot in front of the other and try to navigate this, Chris. This is a huge shock to you and your system, so please, go easy on yourself."

Chris forces a smile on his face. "When did you get so wise?"

"Oh, I don't know," Cheresa chuckles back to him. "Being around you, Trey, and Greg, I might have learned a thing or two."

"I love you, Cheresa, I really do."

"I know, and I love you too," Cheresa winks back to him. "You will get through this, just remember what I said, okay? One day at a time…"

The Tower's; The Penthouse; Cory & Penny's Home

Cory moves to the bar in the penthouse and pours himself a gin and tonic as he thinks about his visit with Robin earlier in the day. She was furious with him as she witnessed a kiss between him and Penny. He knows that Penny is the one that kissed him, but he can't say that he blames her for being upset with him. He realizes, however, that she still doesn't know that he and Penny had sex a few days earlier. After seeing how upset Robin was over the kiss, he made the decision not to tell her about his taking Penny to bed because he didn't want to rock the boat anymore than it was already rocking.

"I have to make things right," he tells himself as he takes a sip of the gin. "Either way, one of these women will be hurt, and that sucks, but I have to take ownership of that. I've…I've let things get too far with Penny."

"Did I hear my name?" Penny asks as she moves into the living room. She can see Cory perfectly standing at the bar, but she has been keeping the fact that her vision returned to herself, so she can use it to her advantage in her quest to get Cory back and away from Robin.

"I guess I was talking to myself," Cory turns to her and chuckles. "I'm having a gin, can I get you anything?"

"Maybe some white wine?" Penny asks as Cory nods back to her. "I'll move to the sofa and we can talk? You can tell me why you were talking to yourself about me."

Cory chuckles as he moves to the sofa with a glass of wine in his hand. He sets into Penny's hand and then sits next to her. "I think that's a good idea," he admits to her. "We do need to talk."

"Alright, what's on your mind?" Penny asks him before she takes a sip of her wine.

"You and me," Cory admits to her. "And the other night."

"It was magical, wasn't it?"

"Pen, listen," Cory tells her quickly. "As great as it was, you and I, we are friends now," he continues. "But what happened the other night, it can't happen again Penny."

"Oh. I, uh, I see," Penny gulps back to him nervously. "I…I guess I don't understand what changed? We were so close on my farm, Cory, and now, we can just be friends? It's…It's Robin, isn't it?"

"Robin and I are close, yes," Cory tells her.

"So that's why you're putting the brakes on us, right?" Penny asks him as she looks back at him. "You want to be with Robin and not me?" she grills him as he gulps heavily.

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas, Donovan, & Logan's Home

Sophie slowly makes her way towards the front door of the Richardson estate. She takes a deep breath of the fresh air as she tries to keep herself calm; she felt faint after Shane and Natasha's interrupted wedding, so she went to the hospital to ensure she wasn't coming down with something, but Cheresa advised her that she is pregnant. Sophie hadn't even realized that she was late with her period with everything else going on in her life, but now that she knows she's with child, she realizes that it makes sense. Based on the timing of everything, she realizes that Logan must be the father of the baby since they got day drunk and had sex, which neither remembered until the following morning.

"How am I going to tell my friend that he is going to be a father?" she asks herself as she reaches the front door. She feels her palms get sweaty as she is unsure of how Logan is going to react to this news; she just hopes that he takes it well.

She opens the door and moves inside the foyer, taking another deep breath as she does. "I'm pregnant," she whispers to herself. "We are going to be parents?"

"Ugh, there is no good way to say this," she tells herself as she moves towards the living room. She freezes at the entrance of the living room, however, when she sees Logan and Meggan together, however, they are both drinking, and are, both, clearly, buzzed. She backs away as they start to chuckle to one another.

"Logan is drinking?" she asks herself as she looks at her watch and realizes that it is still early afternoon. Immediately, she thinks back to how Logan had a drink before they left the Victors mansion when they went to visit Frederick. With Meggan being off the wagon, Sophie can't help but wonder if she is having a negative influence on her son. "I…I can't tell him when he's drunk. I…I can't do this," she says before she leave the mansion quickly, having not been seen by either Logan or Meggan.

Meanwhile, upstairs in the study, Clayton brings Lukas a drink and sits next to him on the leather sofa. Clayton arrived to support Lukas since the Judge ruled that Max would have custody of Olly; Clayton knows that Lukas, and Donovan, are absolutely devastated that they have lost the little boy that they have raised for years.

"I wish there was something I could say to make you feel better," Clayton tells him before he takes a drink of his scotch. "How are you doing? Or do I even have to ask?"

"You don't have to ask," Lukas replies to him quickly. "I…I feel like my world has been turned upside and I don't see a way of making it right again."

Clayton puts his hand on Lukas' knee and squeezes it. "I am sorry," he whispers to him. "I…I can't imagine; I wish there was something I could do."

"You're helping just by being here," Lukas says. "I appreciate it."

"I wouldn't be anywhere else," Clayton smiles back to him. "I'm here for you, Lukas. Whatever you need."

"You mean that don't you?"

"I do."

Lukas leans over and kisses him passionately. Their lips part and Lukas looks at him. "I think I know a way you can make me feel better," he admits to him as Clayton crawls on to his lap and they start kissing even more passionately.

The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino

At the bar of the restaurant, Donovan sits with a martini in front of him. He is trying to drown his sorrows in the fact that he and Lukas have lost custody of Olly; the little boy that they have raised since he was born has been taken away from them, and he feels like his heart has been ripped out his chest. He has no idea if he will ever feel whole again.

"How many of those have you had?" Sergio asks as he moves up to the bar and sits next to Donovan.

"I've lost count," Donovan slurs back to him. "But please don't lecture me, that's the last thing I need right now."

"I wasn't going to," Sergio chuckles back to him. "I was going to offer to drive you home, or back to my place."

"Definitely your place," Donovan nods back to him. "The last place I want to be is in that fucking mansion where Lukas is. There are too many memories of Olly there…"

"Losing Olly is still fresh, I know," Sergio replies to him. "But I don't want you to drink too much, Donovan. This can be a slippery slope."

Donovan takes another hearty mouthful of his martini before he sets the glass down. "I'm not turning in to Meggan, if that's what you're worried about," he chuckles back to him. "I can handle my liquor."

"What can I do to help you through this?"

"Nothing," Donovan shakes his head back to Sergio. "There's not a God damn thing anyone can do! I've lost my son, I've lost my little boy, and it doesn't seem like there is a way to come back from this hell."

Meanwhile, at the back table, Kim sits with a glass of white wine in front of her. She finds her hand shaking as she moves the glass to her lips to take a sip of it. Her mind is racing over the fact that she, and Tyler, ran into Robbie and Madeline at the coffeehouse. Neither she or Tyler realized that Madeline was back in town, but they were in for a surprise when Madeline revealed that she got pregnant by Robbie after their fling on New Year's Eve, and she came back to town after she gave birth prematurely to his son. The fact that Kim hasn't been able to carry another baby to term, including two miscarriages with Robbie, devastates her, especially since Robbie is now a father to Madeline's child.

"Sorry I had to head to Robertson for an important meeting," Tyler says as he comes up to her table and sits across from her. "You ran out of the coffeehouse so quickly, I tried to find you, but then had to head to work for a bit."

"It's fine, I know you're a busy man," Kim tells him quickly. "I…I needed some time alone anyways."

"I can't imagine what you're going through," Tyler says back to her. "Finding out that Robbie's affair produced a child, after you just lost yours…"

"This isn't the first child I've lost," Kim reminds Tyler. "Not that I need to tell you that, since we both lost Blake."

"But this also wasn't your first miscarriage, Kim," Tyler whispers to her. "It's okay to have some feelings about this birth announcement."

"It…" she stops herself as tears flood her eyes. "It just doesn't seem fair," she admits as a tear falls down her cheek. "One night with my husband, and Madeline carries a baby to term? What's wrong with me that I can't do the same?"

"Nothing is wrong with you," Tyler tells her as he grabs his hand. "You can't think that way, Kim."

"I can't help it," she whispers back to him as another falls from her eye. "I am cursed; I am never going to be a mother again, and that's something I'm struggling to wrap my head around."

The Calimo Mansion

"Thanks for helping me bring Bobby into the mansion," Madeline smiles as Robbie is pushing the stroller in the living room and she sets the diaper bag down on the sofa. Robbie had asked Madeline over so he could see his son; he is still feeling speechless at the fact that he is a father; the last thing he thought about when Madeline left town is that she was carrying his child. But he can't deny that the precious little boy that he sleeping in front of him is real and there.

"Of course," Robbie smiles back to her. "I wanted to see my son again. I…I want to see him all the time."

Madeline chuckles back to him. "That's why I wanted you to know the truth," she admits to him. "And like I said the other day, I wanted you help me raise Bobby; together, we can raise our little boy."

"You have no idea how much I love that idea," Robbie beams back to her as they sit next to one another on the sofa. "That's part of the reason why I asked you over today."

Madeline arches her eyebrow back to him. "Oh? What are you thinking about, Robbie?"

"You, me, Bobby," he looks back at her. "And the best way for us to raise our son together."

"Alright, well, you have my attention," Madeline admits to him. "What do you think the best way for us to do that is?"

"You and Bobby," Robbie continues to look at her. "I want you to two to move into the mansion; I want you to live with me here."

"What?" Madeline gasps as she gets a smile on her face. "Are…are you sure?"

"I have never been more sure about anything in my life," Robbie replies to her. "What do you say? Will you move in with me?"

"I'd love too," Madeline smiles back to him. "Actually, we'd love too."

Twin Peaks Law Courts

"Who is here, mother?" Nicholas demands to know from Melissa, who just claimed that someone is there that will change everything. The last thing Nicholas wants is to fall for another one of Melissa's tricks as she is clearly trying to stop him from marrying Andy.

"No one is here," Andy huffs. "This is one of her stall tactics to try to stop us from getting married!"

"I hate to interrupt, but I have another appointment in 10 minutes," the Justice of the Peace says to Andy and Nicholas.

"That's it, get out of here," Andy points his finger to Melissa towards the door. "Nicholas and I, we are getting married! Get lost, Melissa."

Melissa turns around and looks at the door. "It's time," she says as a man walks into the room.

"Who is this supposed to be?" Andy asks.

Nicholas looks to the back of the room and feels his blood drain from his face at the sight of the man standing there. "No…" Nicholas shakes his head in horror. "It…it can't be!"

"Who is it?" Andy asks him.

"Jarrod?" Nicholas gasps in shock as former partner, who he believed to be dead, stands in front of him, Andy, and Melissa, who purses her lips together, thrilled with what she has just done.
