Twin Peaks Law Courts

Nicholas feels his heart sink into the pit of his stomach as the man in front of him is a dead ringer for his deceased partner, Jarrod. He knows that this is impossible, however, as Jarrod passed away, years ago, from HIV. This happened long before the current medical advancements to help with the disease. He feels himself getting beads of sweat on his forehead as he can't understand what is happening.

"You…you know this man?" Andy asks Nicholas in confusion. They purposely came to the justice of the peace in hopes of preventing Melissa from stopping their wedding, but she, somehow, found out about the wedding and came in with an announcement. She revealed that someone was there that could change everything, and that is when a man walked into the room, causing Nicholas to go into shock.

Nicholas uneasily nods back to him. "He…he looks like my partner…Jarrod," Nicholas whispers back to him. "But it's…it is impossible because Jarrod died years ago."

The man moves up behind Melissa, who smiles at herself that she has stopped the wedding. "Nicholas…" the man finally speaks. "It's me…it's me."

"No," Nicholas shakes his head back to him as a tear falls down his cheek. "It can't be…it's impossible!"

"I swear it is true," Jarrod replies to him as he reaches out to him.

Andy watches as Nicholas reaches back to Jarrod's hand. The hands meet and another tear falls down Nicholas' cheek. "Oh my God," Nicholas gasps as Andy feels his heart skip a beat, wondering what is happening.

The Tower's; Floor Eight; Victoria's Condo

Jeff and Victoria freeze in her large king size bed as they were about to make love again, but they can hear Bryce knocking on the front door of her condo. They are worried that he will find out that they are sleeping together, which could cause complete chaos in their lives.

"Victoria, I am not leaving until we speak," Bryce says from the hallway as he continues to knock on the front door.

"He's not going to leave," Victoria uneasily looks back at Jeff. "You…you need to hide…get under the bed?"

"Uh, I'm…" Jeff looks down and sees his member still growing fast.

"Put it away," Victoria chuckles to him as she grabs her robe. "Get under the bed!"

Jeff listens to what he is told as Victoria rushes to the front door. She opens the door and sees Bryce standing on the other side. "What the hell is wrong with you?" she asks him as he moves into the condo.

"What's wrong with me?" he asks her quickly. "Why are you only in your robe? Do you have any idea what time it is?"

"I do," Victoria nods back to him, as Jeff peers out from under the bed, hoping that Bryce doesn't see him. "The truth is, I have a horrible headache and was resting, hoping that it would go away. What do you want?"

Bryce turns to her and sighs heavily. "I…I miss you, Vic," he admits to her. "This rift between us, it has gone on too long. I'm here because I want to know what I have to do to give us another chance. What can I do to make you forgive me for my actions?"

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas, Donovan, & Logan's Home

Lukas slowly makes his way into the living room of the Richardson estate and he sees Donovan about to pour himself a drink at the bar. He knows that they are both devastated by the Judge's decision to give Max custody of their son; in the aftermath, Donovan lashed out at Lukas and demanded that he sign their divorce papers. To help cope with the pain, Lukas had Clayton over and they had sex for the first time, which was a great escape, and he assumes that Donovan turned to Sergio.

"If you're willing, I'd have a drink with you," Lukas announces to his estranged husband as he moves into the living room. "We can talk while we have that drink?"

Donovan looks over his shoulder and Lukas and nods back to him. "I hope gin and tonic is okay with you?"

"Sure," Lukas says as he comes up behind Donovan, who turns and passes him the drink. "Thanks."

"What did you want to talk about?"

"These," Lukas pulls the divorce papers out from behind his back. "I…I signed the divorce papers, the way you asked me too."

Donovan uneasily looks back at him as he wasn't expecting Lukas to sign the papers so quickly. He knows that he asked him to sign the papers because he was hurt about losing Olly.

"Oh," Donovan takes the papers from Lukas' hand. "I…I guess I wasn't expecting you to sign them so quickly."

"To be honest with you, I thought we could have made our marriage work," Lukas reveals to him. "But hearing the anger you had in your voice, I realized that it was not worth trying, and so, you have your wish, Donovan. Our marriage, it can be over as soon as you file those papers."

The Tower's, Floor Ten; Andrew & Daisy's Home

"Are you sure that there isn't anything I can get for you?" Daisy asks Andrew as she moves up to the sofa where Andrew is sitting. She doesn't mean to hover, but she can't help but want to check on him since he just got released from the hospital following his donation of bone marrow to Albertinah. What's more jarring to everyone is that the truth about Albertinah's paternity has been revealed: Andrew is her father. This is something that Daisy worked very hard to ensure would never be revealed as she switched the last DNA results to try to show that Chris was the father.

"Yea, I'm good, but thanks for checking in on me," Andrew smiles back to her as she sits next to him. "I feel fine though, like I don't feel like I just went through hospital visit."

"I am so grateful for that," Daisy admits to him. "We are all just grateful that you were able to donate, again, to Tinah to save her life. You're a true hero, Andrew."

"Nah, I just did what anyone in my shoes would do."

"I….I have to ask," Daisy sighs back to him. "How are you feeling about Stephanie's revelation that you're Tinah's father?"

Andrew gulps back to her heavily. "My head is spinning," he admits to her. "I have no idea how the hospital got that DNA test so completely wrong, but I am glad that the truth is out."

"I know how depressed you were after the DNA test came back," Daisy recalls Andrew's mood when he thought he wasn't the father. "It feels like a tennis match, a lot of back and forth."

"That's a great way to put it," Andrew chuckles to her. "I guess I am still wrapping my head around the fact that I am a father."

"What do you, uh, think you will do now?"

Andrew shrugs back to her. "I will do whatever I can to be a father to Tinah," he admits to her. "I've lost too much time with my daughter, and I won't lose anymore. I hope Chris and Trey are okay with that because I intend to be a very big part of my little girl's life."

The Davenport House; Chris, Trenyce, BJ, & Tinah's Home

Trenyce slowly walks up to the front door of the house that she lives in with Chris and their children. She went to Robertson Enterprises earlier to help get her mind off the fact that Andrew, not Chris, is Albertinah's biological father; she has feel like her world might cave in with this secret coming to light, and she has no idea how the last DNA test could have been incorrect, as everyone believed that Chris was her father. While she was at work, she realized that she needed to come home so she could be with her daughter, and try to figure out where Chris' mind is, since he must be devastated by this reveal.

"I'm home," she announces as she opens the door to the house and drops her keys in the large bowl that is next to the door. She doesn't hear anything or anyone in the house, which causes her to arch her eyebrow. She moves into the living room and sees a note on the coffee table.

"Took the kids to the park, be back soon," she reads the note out loud, realizing that the nanny has the children. "It is a beautiful day to be outside, and Lord knows, winter is right around the corner."

She looks around the room and feels like something is missing, but she can't place it. She turns around and moves back into the foyer and still believes that something is off with the house.

"Chris?" she asks herself as she rushes up the stairs and moves to their bedroom. She opens the closet and gasps when she realizes that all of Chris' clothing is gone. "He left….Chris moved out…oh my God…."

The Tower's; The Penthouse; Cory & Penny's Home

"Are you going to answer me, Cory?" Penny asks as they continue to talk to one another on the sofa in the penthouse. Cory just finished telling Penny that despite them making love recently, they can only be friends. Penny has grilled him if Robin is the reason that he is having a change of heart based for their romance. "Is Robin the reason that you are pulling back from me?"

Cory uneasily sighs back to her as he runs his hands through his hair. "You have to understand that Robin and I were very close before the plane crash," Cory begins to tell her. "And then, I got caught up in the lifestyle of being on the farm," he continues. "When I came back to Twin Peaks, Robin and I, we were naturally drawn together again."

"So, I am right," Penny's lower lip quivers back to him. "Robin is the reason that you are pulling away from me?"

"It's complicated," Cory tells her. "I don't mean to hurt you and I certainly don't want to hurt Robin, but I have these two incredible women in my life, and no matter what happens, someone will be hurt. But, what I can tell you, is that I love Robin, I love her very much, but that doesn't mean that I don't care about you, not at all."

"I see," Penny lets a tear fall down her cheek. "Well, I guess I know where I stand now, thanks for letting me know."

"Penny…"

"No," Penny stands up and starts to walk to her bedroom. "I think this conversation is over, Cory."

Cory sighs again as he watches Penny leave the room. He hates that he has hurt her, but he feels like he has no other choice but to be honest with her because his heart is still with Robin.

The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino

Kim continues to at a table in the restaurant with some white wine in front of her. She has been drowning her sorrows after learning that Madeline has given birth to Robbie's child. She can't believe that after she lost, another, baby, Madeline gave birth to Robbie's son. She feels like she has been cursed when it comes to children, as Blake died in the Ice Storm and she has, since, suffered two miscarriages.

"One night with Robbie and Madeline can have his baby, no problem," she whispers to herself before she takes another sip of her wine. "And I can't have a child? This is the cruelest twist of fate."

She looks up and sees Madeline moving towards the bar, where she is clearly picking up some takeout. Kim finds herself moving towards her former rival.

"Madeline," she announces as Madeline turns and looks back at her. "I…I guess I didn't get a chance to welcome you back to town when I saw you earlier."

"It is fine," Madeline replies to her. "I know that seeing Bobby was probably pretty jarring for you, since no one knew that I was pregnant when I left town."

"It means that you were carrying Bobby when you saved me from the car accident," Kim whispers back to her as Madeline nods back to her. "It makes what you did even more amazing. I…I guess I never did thank you for that night."

"You were in shock about the miscarriage," Madeline explains to her. "I only did what anyone would have done in my shoes."

"Well thank you," Kim tells her. "And, uh, congratulations on your son."

"Thanks Kim," Madeline says back to her. "Now that I am back, I hope we can put the past behind us and try to be civil at least."

Before Kim can respond, the waiter comes up to Madeline with her takeout order. "I should get going before this food for Robbie and I gets cold."

"You and Robbie?" Kim asks her quickly.

"I guess you'll find out sooner or later," Madeline purses her lips together. "But Robbie has asked me to move into the mansion with our son. So, yes, Robbie and I will be eating together."

Kim feels her heart sink as she tries to cope with the news that Robbie has moved Madeline and Bobby into the mansion with him; the very mansion that she is still living in. Living under the same roof with Madeline, Robbie and their son might be too much for her to handle, Kim realizes, as she feels her eyes swell with more water.

The Tower's; Floor Eight; Victoria's Condo

"So, Vic, what do you say? What can I do to get through to you that we are meant to be together and that I want our marriage to work?" Bryce asks Victoria again as they continue to face one another in the living room of her condo. Inside her bedroom, Jeff remains hidden under her bed, listening to the conversation unfold.

"I don't know how many times I have to tell you this, Bryce," Victoria finally responds to him. "But there is nothing that you can do; you and I, we are over. I want our divorce to finally be processed."

"After everything we have been through, I still think that there is hope for us…"

"There isn't," Victoria shakes her head back to him. "What you did with Olly is unforgivable. My brother has lost his son, and all that pain that is in, that's because of you! I…I will never forgive you for that, Bryce. So, please, sign the divorce papers, and let's just move on with our lives, okay?"

Twin Peaks Law Courts

"We can explain this all in good time," Melissa announces to Andy, Nicholas, and Jarrod, whose hands are still connected. "There is an explanation to all of this."

"What the hell is actually happening here?" Andy asks in shock and confusion.

"Jarrod, is it really you?" Nicholas asks the man standing in front of him.

"It's me," Jarrod replies to him, looking Nicholas deep into his eyes. "Look into my eyes, Nicholas, and tell me that you haven't longed to see me again?"

Nicholas looks deep into Jarrod's eyes and gasps. "My God, it's you, it's really you?" he asks as, suddenly, the weight of the situation catches up to him and he faints in front of everyone!
"Nicholas?" Andy asks rushing to his side. "Nicholas? Can you hear me? Nicholas!"
