The Pink Flamingo at the River
Rock Casino
Sophie moves into the restaurant looking to get some crab
cakes for a snack. She knows that it is too early for her pregnancy to give her
cravings, but she has been thinking about them since she was here earlier in the
day, however, she happened to see Logan at the bar drinking again, so she left
before he could see her. She has tried to tell him a couple times now that she
is pregnant with his child, but every time she sees him, he is drinking, and she
wants to talk to him while he is sober. She sits down at the table and
places her order before she pulls her cell phone out of her pocket to check her
Instagram feed while she waits. But she looks up when she hears the chair across
from her extend out from the table and she sees Logan sitting across from her.
"Logan, hi," Sophie uneasily says as she puts her phone down and
looks at her friend. "What's
what's going on?" "I
was going to ask you the same thing," he chuckles to her. "You didn't
see me at the bar when you came in?" "No, sorry, I guess I didn't,"
she admits to him. "How long have you been here?" "Not
long," Logan tells her, even though he knows he's been drinking here for
a couple of hours. "Why?" Sophie sighs back to him. "I
don't think you want to hear what I have to say about it." Logan
arches his eyebrow back to her. "What are you suggesting, Soph? What's up?"
"I'm
I'm concerned about you," she admits to him. "It
seems like every time I turn around, you have a drink in your hand."
"What?" he asks her in surprise. "You
you think I have
a drinking problem?" "I didn't say that," Sophie shakes
her head back to him. "I just think you need to be careful, that's all. I
mean, even when we went to see your grandfather, you wanted a drink before you
drove me and your Mom home. I
I don't want this to become a problem, that's
all." "It is not a problem," Logan huffs back to her. "And
moving forward, I'd appreciate if you minded your own business, Sophie."
"Uh," Sophie looks back at him as he stands up from the table. "Sorry,
I didn't mean to overstep." "Well, you did," Logan tells
her. "I'll finish my drink at the bar, I think." Sophie watches
him leave before she sighs to herself, wondering if she will ever be able to tell
him that she is carrying his child. *** At a table at the
back of the restaurant, Chris sits by himself with a beer in front of him. His
mind is racing over the fact that Andrew is Albertinah's biological father; he
has no idea how this has happened as the recent DNA test that they completed said
he, not Andrew, was her father, but after Tinah needed another bone marrow transplant,
Stephanie confirmed that Andrew was the father, and there was no mistake about
that. "Penny for your thoughts, or do I even have to ask?" Daisy
asks her former husband as she sits next to him. She is at the restaurant picking
up some takeout for her and Andrew, and she saw Chris sitting alone, so she came
to see how he was doing. "You probably already know the answer,"
Chris chuckles to her. "This entire situation with Albertinah is a mess,
Daisy." "You can say that again," Daisy shakes her head
back to him. "How are you holding up?" "I
I moved
out," Chris reveals to her as Daisy opens her eyes wider in surprise. "I
left the home that I live with Trey and the kids." "Oh Chris,'"
Daisy sighs back to him. "I can understand that you're upset, but leaving
Trenyce and the kids, is that really the right answer?" "I
I
don't know," Chris admits to her. "The fact is, I need time to get my
head around this. Trenyce and Andrew's affair, it has, once again, come back to
haunt me, and I don't know how to process this." "Trenyce and
the kids, they still love you, that hasn't changed." "No, it
hasn't," Chris says. "And deep down, I still love them, but
God,
I just wish I understood what happened with that DNA test! How could it have been
so wrong?" Daisy gulps heavily back to him, knowing that she switched
the results as she was worried that if Andrew was revealed to be Tinah's father,
she would lose him to Trenyce. Since then, however, she and Andrew have gotten
engaged, and she believes that, despite the truth coming out, she and Andrew will
have a future together. "I know, we all have no idea what happened,"
Daisy lies to him. "But we have to just move forward with the truth now,
Chris. And like I said, you and Trey, nothing has to change between the two of
you; don't let this stop you from being the best husband and father you can be."
The Davenport House; Trenyce, BJ, & Tinah's Home
"I
am surprised it took you so long to stop by," Trenyce chuckles to Andrew
as they face one another in the living room of her home that she lives in with
the kids. She had expected Andrew to be there to see Tinah as soon as the truth
came out, but he has given it some time. "I wanted everyone to be
settled," Andrew admits to her. "And right now, Daisy is out getting
us some takeout, so I thought it was a good time to stop by and see my daughter.
I
I still can't believe that she is my daughter, Trey." "Neither
can I," Trenyce replies to him quickly. "After that DNA test, I thought
that we had put this all behind us." "Do you really think that
it was just a medical mix-up?" Andrew asks her as Trenyce shrugs back to
him. "I don't know what else could have happened," she sighs
back to him. "You should know that Chris, he's moved out; he's not taking
this well at all." "I am sorry to hear that," Andrew tells
her. "I knew he was struggling based on how he was treating me in the hospital.
Just give him time, and he will come around; I believe that." "I
hope you're right," Trenyce says. "Do you want to see Tinah?"
"I'd love too," Andrew beams back to her as they start to move into
Tinah's bedroom, where the little girl is sitting on the floor playing with some
dolls. "Hey, sweet girl, how are you?" "Dolly! Dolly!"
the young girl smiles back to him, as Andrew chuckles to her. "That's
right, that's your dolly," he tells her before he looks back at Trenyce.
"You'd never know she was just in the hospital, would you?" "No,
and that's thanks to you." Andrew looks back at Albertinah and kisses
her forehead. "Where's Daddy?" Tinah asks as she looks at Trenyce, as
Andrew looks back at her, realizing that she's asking for Chris. "I want
Daddy!" Andrew stands up and looks at Trenyce with a heavy heart,
realizing that this will take time for adjustments for everyone. "She still
thinks of Chris as her father," Trenyce tells Andrew. "It will take
time for all of us to get used to this new reality." "I suppose
you're right," Andrew sighs back to her before he looks back at Tinah, and
feels his heart skip at beat at the sight of his daughter. The Lawson
Estate; Cheresa, Dawn, Abby, Ethan, & Georgina's Home
Cheresa paces
back and forth in the bedroom that she shares with Dawn as she is worried about
her girlfriend. They had been out for lunch earlier, and after, Dawn wanted to
come home and have a nap. When Cheresa came into check on Dawn, the window was
wide open, and Dawn was nowhere to be seen. Considering all of the threatening
messages that Dawn has been receiving from an unknown number, the fact that Dawn
is, now, seemingly missing, Cheresa is worried sick about where Dawn could be.
"I've texted you and tried calling you," Cheresa whispers to herself.
"Where are you, Dawn? And why did you leave through the window? Or did someone
break in and take you? Oh My God, where are you?" The Docks Storage
Units The door to the Lawson storage unit opens and a figure moves
inside. The hand of the person finds the light switch; when the light comes on,
Dawn's face can be seen inside the unit. She slowly looks around the storage locker
and realizes that she hasn't been there in a very long time. The storage
locker has had many traumatic moments for the Lawson family over the years. It
is the place where Greg discovered that Brooke was the Rose Peddle killer, and
where Tara kidnapped and held Cheresa hostage. When Robbie, Greg, and Kim saved
Cheresa, some large crates fell on top of Kim and she miscarried a child.
Dawn looks around the room and gets an odd grin on her face. "It
it
feels good to be here," she whispers to herself as she continues to look
around the unit. Robertson Enterprises
Tyler and Kim are
cuddled up together on the sofa in the CEO's office of Robertson Enterprises.
Kim had arrived at the office wanting to see Tyler after she learned that Madeline
was moving into the Calimo mansion with Robbie and their son, Bobby. He ended
up kissing her and they made love, which is exactly what Kim needed to feel better
about things. "You have no idea how much I needed that," Kim
chuckles to him as she runs her finger over his muscular chest. "I
think I have a pretty good idea," he giggles back to her. "You seemed
very
eager." "You made me forget all of my problems, even
if for a little while," Kim replies to him. "And for that, I am thankful
for you." "Hey, I'm here to do that anytime you need me too,"
Tyler says back to her. "In case you hadn't noticed, I am very interested
in you and helping you with all of your needs." Kim looks back and
kisses him. "Then you can start right now," she purrs back to him as
he kisses her again, this time with more passion. The Calimo Mansion
Robbie
moves back into the living room of the Calimo mansion where he sees Madeline looking
out of the French doors and peering into the rose garden. He can't help but recall
how earlier he went to check on Bobby, who was crying, and Madeline couldn't calm
him down. The baby just needed to be held, which Robbie did, but he is concerned
by the fact that Madeline didn't think to pick up their son to calm him down.
"Bobby is back fast asleep," he announces as Madeline turns around
to face him. "He just needed to be calmed down." "Thanks
again for helping with him," she replies to him. "This is part of the
reason why I wanted you to be in his life; you can help me with him."
"Are you sure you're okay?" Robbie asks Madeline as he moves closer
to her. "You didn't seem to know, or understand, how to help our son?"
"Yes, yes, I am fine," Madeline waves her hand in the air. "I
am just getting used to this mother thing, that's all." "Alright,
but just know if you do need help from me, I am here," Robbie smiles back
to her. "We are in this together after all." The Tower's;
Floor Eight; Victoria's Home
Victoria moves to the door of her condo
having heard the doorbell ring. When she opens the door, she is surprised to see
Jeff standing on the other side. The last time she saw him, he was hiding under
her bed because they were about to make love when Bryce arrived and demanded to
see her. When they spoke, Bryce, once again, pleaded with her to give him another
chance, but Victoria told him that they were over. "I didn't think
I'd see you again today," Victoria lets her lover into her condo. Jeff
chuckles back to her. "I couldn't stay away," he admits to her. "And
besides, I wanted to see how you were doing after your conversation with Bryce.
You
you laid down the law pretty firmly with him." "He
has asked me so many times if we could have another chance, and the answer remains
the same," Victoria replies to him. "We are over, and the sooner he
admits that, the better off we will all be." "I can't say that
I am upset by that." "Oh, is that so?" Victoria smirks
to him as she moves closer to him. "Any reason why?" "I
think you know why," Jeff smiles back to her as he leans in and kisses her
passionately. When they part, he looks into her eyes. "I can't get enough
of you." "Then don't," she says as she moves up against
the wall and Jeff moves up against, kissing her more and more passionately. As
they continue, to kiss, they start to undress one another, eager to make love
to one another again. Next on One Day at a Time - Andy and Nicholas
