The Calimo Cabin
"How
was your nature hike?" Meggan asks Sophie, who opens the front door to the
Calimo cabin and moves inside looking to get warm, as there is a lot of snow outside.
"Cold," Sophie chuckles to her as she takes her mits off and starts
to take off her coat. "But the scenery this time of year is really beautiful."
"I am glad that you were safe," Meggan replies to her. "Years
ago, a woman fell into a small lake, not realizing that the body of water was
there." "What? Oh my God, is she okay?" "Do
you know Trenyce Davenport?" Meggan asks her as Sophie nods back to her.
"It was her, and she did survive, but it was scary." "Thanks
for telling me about that, I'll be careful if I go for another walk," Sophie
tells her. "Have you heard from Logan? Do you think he'll be able to join
us?" "I tried sending a text," Meggan says back to her.
"But we are out of signal service, or it's slow, so it hasn't gone through
yet." Sophie feels her heart sink as she had hoped to use the time
at the cabin to tell Logan that she is pregnant with his baby. She forces a smile
on her face hoping that, somehow, the text message will go through. "Well,
I guess all I can do is hope that the text goes through," Sophie says as
she moves into the living room. "It would be great if Logan could be here
with us." "I couldn't agree more," Meggan smiles back to
her. "Logan is the best, he would be a lot of fun here." The
Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino
The tables in the restaurant
have been removed as it is the current venue for Andrew and Daisy's engagement
party. At first, Daisy was skeptical of having the engagement party at the casino,
since she and Andrew have a horrific history there thanks to Antonio, but Andrew
convinced her that the space was large enough for their friends and family.
Jeff grabs a glass of champagne from one of the circling waiters and takes
a sip of it before he looks at his cellphone screen. He can see the text message
from Leah telling him that she will miss the party because she is busy with Dominick
and Felicia. He sighs to himself knowing that is, another, example of how distant
he and Leah have become. It is one of the main reasons why he and Victoria have
become so close, and he can't help but be grateful that he has her in his life.
He looks over at the bar and sees Logan about to have another drink. The sight
of his son drinking sends a shiver down his spine as he knows that Meggan has
a drinking problem, and has been going on benders for months. He just hopes that
Logan is watching his drinking because he doesn't want Logan to go down the same
path as Meggan. "Having a good time at the party?" Jeff asks
his son as he moves up to him. Logan looks back at his father and shrugs.
"I don't know, none of my friends are here yet," he tells him. "I
was hoping Sophie would be here." "I saw Jacob, you could hang
out with him?" Jeff asks him with a chuckle. "I get that you don't want
to hang out with your Dad all night." "There are worse people
that I could be with," Logan smiles back to him. "Is Leah coming?"
"She's not," Jeff shakes his head back to him. "She has some
family stuff going on." "Anything I should be concerned about?"
"Nah, it will all turn out," Jeff tells him. "What about your
mother?" "I don't know," Logan admits to him. "I haven't
seen her since she learned that Lukas was leaving town. I don't think she's taking
the news well." "I hope she's not drinking too much," Jeff
quickly tells him. "Speaking of, how are you doing with your drinking?"
"What do you mean by that?" Logan asks him immediately. "Do
you think I have a drinking problem?" "No, I didn't say that,"
Jeff replies to him. "But it is a slippery slope, so just be careful."
"Don't worry Dad," Logan tells him. "I have everything under
control." *** "What a great turnout," Andrew
smiles over to Daisy as he passes her a glass of champagne and then looks at his
fiancé. He has enjoyed seeing so many friends and family arrive to celebrate
their engagement; he wants this night to be perfect for Daisy, especially after
everything they have been through the last few weeks. "So many of our friends
and family are here." "Have I thanked you for putting all of
this together?" Daisy asks him with a chuckle. "It really means a lot
to me that you wanted to celebrate our union." "There is nothing
more that I want other than to celebrate the woman I love," Andrew licks
his lips back to her. "And after tonight, we can start planning our wedding."
Daisy giggles back to him. "I never thought I would get married again,"
she admits to him. "But I can't help but be head over heels in love with
you." Andrew leans in and kisses her on the lips. "Good because
I love you too, and nothing, or no one will come between us." ***
Chris
lurks around the party with a glass of champagne in his hand. He looks over and
sees Daisy and Andrew sharing a kiss before he takes another sip of his drink.
His mind is still racing over the fact that Daisy apologized to him for the DNA
test that told everyone that Chris, not Andrew, was the father of Albertinah.
When Chris asked her about it, Daisy covered, but Chris hasn't been able to stop
thinking about it. "Something doesn't make sense," he whispers
to himself. "Daisy apologized for the DNA test; she was at the hospital the
entire time
" He takes another long sip of the champagne before
he arches his eyebrow. "My God
did Daisy switch the results? Did Daisy
want everyone to believe that I fathered Tinah?" ***
"Sorry
to interrupt you two," Cheresa says as she moves up to Andrew and Daisy,
causing the two love birds to stop kissing and they look back at her. "I
wanted to say congratulations to you both." "Thanks Cheresa,"
Andrew chuckles back to her as they hug quickly. "We appreciate that. And
you and Dawn, you two could be next." Cheresa nervously giggles back
to him. "I'm not sure about that." Daisy arches her eyebrow
back to her. "Why do you say that? Is everything okay between you two?"
Cheresa sighs back to her. "It's a long story, but I'm
I'm worried
about Dawn. I think something is going on with her but I have no idea what it
is." "What do you mean? What could be going on with her?"
Daisy asks her next. "I don't know, but her behaviour has been more
and more odd for months," Cheresa admits to them. Daisy quickly thinks
back to seeing Dawn at the prison all those months ago. She seemed normal at the
time, but a few times after Dawn saw Tara, she looked a little rattled. Daisy
can't help but wonder if something happened to her at the prison. "I
I
think you should talk to her about it," Daisy tells her. "Open communication
is key to finding out what is going on with Dawn." ***
Natasha grabs another glass of champagne before she looks over and sees Shane
doing the same thing with another waiter. She can't help but think that Shane
looks incredibly dashing tonight, but she knows that he is still upset with her
for bringing Louie back into their lives. The last time they saw Louie, however,
he announced that he was leaving Twin Peaks and heading back to Detroit. She just
hopes that now they can try to repair their fractured relationship. "It
is nice getting out of the mansion and being at a party," Natasha says as
she moves up to Shane. "It's been too long since we just had some fun."
"I can agree with you on that," Shane looks back at her. "And
for the record, you look beautiful tonight." "Thank you,"
Natasha smiles back to him. "Can I be honest with you about something?"
"Of course," Shane replies to her. "I am hoping that
with Louie saying he is leaving town that you and I can try to get back to where
we were, Shane. I
I love you, and I want us to be in a good place."
"I want that too, Nat," Shane agrees with her. "But the fact
is, it will take me some time to get over this. You couldn't mind your own business
about my past, and everything that has happened is a direct result of that."
"I am sorry," Natasha sighs. "I
I just wanted to know
who I was marrying. I
I didn't mean for all of this to happen."
"But it has happened," Shane looks at her. "And that's what
I am going to need time to get over." *** Ethan looks
around the room and happens to see Paige sitting by herself at a table. He hasn't
seen much of his half-sister lately because they were trying to keep their distance
after they got married when they didn't know about their relations. "You
look a million miles away," he chuckles as he sits across from her. "This
is a party, you're supposed to have fun?" "Very funny,"
Paige replies to him. "How have you been? I
I haven't seen you since
Abby gave
birth." "You should stop by and see Georgina," Ethan says.
"She's the most beautiful little girl in the world." "I
am happy for you," Paige admits to him. "Even though I don't love the
mother of your child." Ethan chuckles to her. "You and Abby
do have a history." "That's putting it mildly," Paige giggles.
"There is something I should tell you." "What's that?"
"I am pregnant too," Paige reveals to him. "I'm going to have
a baby, at least I think I am." "Whoa, I didn't know you were
seeing anyone," Ethan tells her. "Congratulations?" "Thanks,"
Paige uneasily smiles back to him. "I am not sure what I am going to do about
the baby, to be honest. The guy and I, we aren't together anymore because he is
in love with someone else." "I am sorry to hear that,"
Ethan replies to her. "No matter what, you can count on me to be in your
corner, Paige. Despite everything we've been through, I'd like to think we can
be friends." ***
Donovan puts one of the canapes in
his mouth before he grabs another glass of champagne from one of the waiters.
He happens to see Sergio across the room and he wonders if he should approach
his lover. The previous night, Sergio confronted Donovan about sleeping with Lukas
during the custody case; Donovan admitted that they did sleep together, but it
was because they got caught up in the moment of having a successful day in court.
He, then, asked Sergio if he could forgive him, but Sergio claimed he needed some
time to think about it. "Having a good time?" Donovan asks Sergio
as he moves up to him before he takes another sip of his champagne. "I
guess," Sergio chuckles to him. "I can't stay too late, I have to work
tomorrow morning." "Any fun cases going on at the station?"
Donovan asks him. "Never a full moment at Twin Peaks Police Department,
that is for sure," Sergio winks back to him. "So, uh, I was
hoping we could talk?" Donovan asks him quickly. "About last night
have
you given it any more thought?" "Of course," Sergio nods
back to him. "I
I understand how you and Lukas got caught up in the
moment." "Really? That's great, so you
you forgive me?"
"I didn't say that," Sergio replies to him quickly. "Because
the thing that hurts, is that you lied to me about, Donovan. That's what I don't
think I can get past, and I'm not sure that I ever will." The
Tower's; Floor Three; Clayton's Condo "The car is all packed
with my suitcases," Lukas tells Clayton as he moves into the living room
of the condo that Clayton has been living in. They have been packing as they have
agreed to leave town together; after saying their goodbyes to family, they are
finally ready to embark on their adventure. "Yea, I just have one
more bag and I'll be ready too," Clayton replies to him. "Are you ready
to do this? Are you ready to leave Twin Peaks?" Lukas slowly nods
back to him. "I said goodbye to Olly last night," he reveals to his
lover. "That was the hardest thing I've ever done, but it was also the last
thing that I had to do. How about you? Are you ready?" "More
than ready," Clayton grabs his hand. "Come on, let's start our new life
together." Holding hands, the two men walk to the door and prepare
to leave town to start their lives together. Dominick's Townhouse
"Eva," Dominick stands up and looks at his former wife as he
feels the blood in his veins start to boil. "What the hell are you doing
here?" "I
I called her," Leah admits to her father.
"Dad, we need all the help we can get with Felicia; the last thing we need
is for Frederick to realize that we have her, or where we are going to go. Going
to the winery or the Calimo cabin, that is all too simple." "And
that's where I come in," Eva purses her lips together. "Please, Dominick,
just hear me out; I think I have the perfect place for you to hide Felicia."
"I
I don't like this," Dominick shakes his head back to her
before he looks at Leah. "But you're right, we do need all the help we can
get with Felicia. She is the most important person in all of this." "Great,"
Eva smiles back to him. "We are going to have all pack our bags and get our
passports. I'll explain everything on the way to the airport." Next
