Twin Peaks General Hospital
Stephanie
sits in her office looking over some files of patients. Her mind, however, is
still racing over the fact that earlier, she texted Jacob and told him to keep
Cassie under control. Stephanie still hates that Cassie threatened her because
she is insecure about her friendship with Jacob. "I am standing up
for myself," Stephanie whispers to herself. "I won't let Cassie tell
me who I can and can't be friends with." Stephanie picks up her phone
and sighs when she doesn't see another new message from Jacob; she had hoped that
he would have responded to her, but she's hoping that Jacob will keep his wife
in check. "I know that Jacob is married, but if he was single, I
would make a move," she tells herself. "But I will respect that and
just be his friend; I would rather have Jacob in my life as a friend than not
at all." She pauses when she hears a knock on her office door; she
looks up and arches her eyebrow when she sees Cassie standing there. "Hello
doctor, I think it's time we got a few things straight, don't you?" The
Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino "You're right, these cocktails
are delicious," Jarrod smiles over to Nicholas as they sit across from one
another in the restaurant. They agreed to meet so Nicholas could try to understand
why Jarrod faked his death all those years ago; Nicholas has been reeling since
learning that with Melissa's help, Jarrod was able to pretend to be dead and allowed
Nicholas to mourn him for years. "I wouldn't steer you wrong there,"
Nicholas replies to him. "But, uh, you know that I didn't want to meet you
to chat about your Moscow Mule." Jarrod uneasily sighs back to him.
"I know," he nods back to him. "And Nicholas, I have to thank you
again for agreeing to see me. I know that seeing me at the Justice of the Peace
was shocking for you." "I thought you were dead," Nicholas
feels his eyes swell with water. "You have no idea how devastated I was when
I thought you were gone, Jarrod." "I know and that is my fault,"
Jarrod replies to him quickly. "I made such a mess of things." "Then
why?" Nicholas locks eyes with him. "Please tell me why you thought
it would be better for me to think you were dead?" The Calimo
Mansion
"You know me so well," Madeline uneasily smiles over
to Tyler as they continue to face one another in the nursey in the Calimo mansion
while baby Bobby is fast asleep in his crib. Tyler arrived at the mansion to check
on her because when he saw Robbie he noted that he was concerned about the mother
of his child. He just asked Madeline how she is really doing because he can tell
that something is going on with her. "Despite us not being together
romantically anymore, I still care about you, Madeline," Tyler replies to
her. "We
we worked together to try to get Kim and Robbie apart, and
we have succeeded at that. I
I wouldn't be engaged to Kim right now if you
hadn't slept with Robbie on New Year's and had his baby." "It's
amazing how things work out, huh?" "Yea, it is," Tyler
replies to her. "And now, here you are, a mother to this new baby. It's amazing.
And yet, when I look at you, I can tell that something is wrong." Madeline's
hand starts to tremble as she looks down at Bobby. "You're right," she
says as a tear falls down her cheek. "I am struggling Tyler, more than you,
or anyone knows." The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Donovan, &
Logan's Home
Logan looks into the flames of the fire that is roaring
the in the fireplace. He is starting to get worried about his mother, and Sophie,
because he hasn't heard from either of them all day. He is pausing to reflect
on the fact that Sophie had asked him to cut back on his drinking; he ended up
snapping at her and telling her to mind her business. He sighs heavily
as he runs his hands through his hair. "You're not even answering my text
messages," Logan tells himself as he looks at his phone and sees a couple
of texts that he sent to his friend, but they haven't been read yet. "I hope
I didn't cross a line, Soph. You mean too much to me for that to have happened."
He then pauses to think about how at the engagement party the previous night,
Jeff told him that he should watch the amount that he is drinking. "Have
I been drinking too much?" he asks himself as he turns to face the bar in
the living room and eyes the bottles of booze. "And as a result, have I pushed
Sophie away?" The Calimo Cabin
Sophie peers outside
and continues to see the heavy snowfall coming down from the sky. She wishes that
the storm would stop because she knows that the cabin, already, has spotty cell
phone service, but with the snow, it is next to impossible to get a signal. She
longs to reach out to someone because she is worried about being around Meggan,
who is continuing to drink heavily. Earlier, Meggan warned her about trying to
pour the alcohol down the drain because she called the booze her friends.
"I have good news!" Meggan announces as she exits the kitchen and
back into the living room, which causes Sophie to turn from the window and look
at her. "I've switched from vodka to red wine; I thought, this chilly cold
day deserves a red to keep up me warm!" "Good for you."
"You don't sound happy, what's wrong Sophie? I thought this trip to the
cabin would be a good escape for us; you know that I was feeling down after Lukas
made the decision to leave town." "I remember," Sophie
replies to her. "The fact is, I was sold on the idea because I thought Logan
was coming. But with this weather, we can't reach him. And
I don't know,
I'm not feeling comfortable anymore." "Uncomfortable? But why?"
Meggan asks her before she looks at her hand and sees the wine glass. "Oh
God, not the drinking thing again? You need to lighten up little girl!"
Sophie groans loudly back to her. "You know what? I'm going to get some
air
I think that's what I need right now." "Some air? In
this weather? Sophie
wait
" But it's too late, Sophie grabs
her parka and leaves the cabin, slamming the door behind her. "Don't
be out there too long," Meggan says in a whisper as she realizes that Sophie
won't be able to hear her. "It's a crazy storm out there." The
Davenport House; Trenyce, BJ, & Tinah's Home "I
I will
of
course
help you find Cheresa," a nervous Trenyce looks back at Daisy,
who showed up at her niece's home to express concern about Cheresa, who hasn't
returned Daisy's call. Cheresa had called Daisy the night before to tell her how
worried she was about Dawn, and Daisy called her back but never heard back. Despite
Andrew, Chris, and Trenyce being furious with Daisy for switching Tinah's DNA
test results, Daisy arrived to tell Trenyce about Cheresa. "But I think we
might be jumping the gun. Like I said, my daughter is busy." "Okay,
fair," Daisy says back to her. "The thing is, I
I told Cheresa
that I had a theory about what could have happened to Dawn." Trenyce
arches her eyebrow back to Aunt. "What is this theory?" "Remember
when I was in prison when everyone believed I killed Antonio?" Daisy asks
her as Trenyce nods back to her. "This was the same time that Dawn was working
on that report for the hospital about mental health on inmates." "Yes,
I remember Cheresa telling me about it." "Right," Daisy
explains to her. "Well, one of the inmates that Dawn saw was Tara, the woman
that kidnapped Cheresa and shot Kim." "What?" Trenyce gasps
back to her. "I
I thought she was in a higher security area?"
"She was, she probably still is," Daisy tells her. "But that
means that she and Dawn would have been alone." "I'm not sure
I understand?" "I don't think I do either," Daisy admits
to her. "But what if, somehow, Tara was able too, I don't know, brainwash
Dawn? What if Dawn is doing things that she normally wouldn't do because Tara
programmed her to do it?" "My God," Trenyce gasps back
at her in horror. "If it's true, then we have to find Cheresa, because there's
no telling what Dawn could do!" Next on One Day at a Time -
Trenyce and Daisy work together to find Dawn - Tyler asks Madeline why she's
