The Moretti Estate; Florence,
Italy
Dominick and Eva walk through the garden at the Moretti estate
together. They are still in Italy as they brought Felicia to the compound to get
away from Frederick; to their surprise, Felicia has slowly returned to her normal
self, and she has realized that she never would have married Frederick, which
is what they suspected. They have realized that Frederick must have been drugging
Felicia, which caused her to think it was okay for her to marry him. "It
is a beautiful day here," Eva purses her lips together to Dominick. "It
might be winter at home, but here we are in Italy." "And I owe
that to you," Dominick smiles back to her as they pause to look into each
other's eyes. "It was your idea to come here with Felicia. And she has turned
a corner, Eva; she realizes that she never would have married Frederick had she
been in the front frame of mind. We owe that to you." Eva feels her
cheeks flush back to him. "I only wanted to help," she explains. "When
Leah told me that you wanted to take Felicia somewhere that Frederick couldn't
find her, I knew that this would be the perfect place." "It
is," Dominick nods back to her. "You know, I've haven't been able to
stop thinking about New Year's Eve either." Eva chuckles to him.
"You mean that bottle of wine from the cellar?" "That and
our kiss," Dominick admits to her. "It felt nice and familiar. It made
me realize how much I had missed you, Eva." "I had missed you
too, Dominick," Eva replies to him. "I am glad that this time away has
brought us closer together again. "Me too," Dominick says before
he leans in and kisses her softly on the lips. The kiss lasts for just a moment
before they part ways and start to walk through the garden again. Meanwhile, inside
the mansion, Felicia stands frozen as she just saw Dominick and Eva kiss. She
has no idea why she is feeling so indifferent about the kiss, but she finds herself
wrapping herself tighter in her cardigan and rushing away from the window.
The Sugarbowl The latest Lady Gaga song is playing on the sound
system of the Sugabowl while patrons are rushing into grab their second, and sometimes
third, cups of coffee for the day. In the back booth of the busy coffeehouse,
Cory and Robin are sitting across from one another; Cory is sipping on a vanilla
latte while Robin has a peppermint hot chocolate. "How is Sophie
doing?" Robin asks him before she takes a sip of her drink and looks back
at him. She knows that the ordeal that Sophie went through last fall must still
be haunting her; losing a child is the worst thing a woman can go through, and
Robin knows this firsthand. "Every day she is getting better but
as you know, these things take time," Cory replies to her. "I am staying
in close contact with her to ensure she has everything she needs and that she
is healthy, which she is, thank God." "I will have to give her
a call and tell her that I am thinking about her," Robin purses her lips
together. "I know all the support one can have during these difficult times,
the better." "I'm sure she would appreciate that, I know I do,"
Cory tells her quickly. "By the way, I am hoping that you could give me answer
to my question the last time we saw one another; you know, the one where I asked
you out on a date?" Robin chuckles back to him. "How could I
forget that? It was very sweet of you, Cory." "Does that mean
that you'll say yes?" Robin uneasily sighs back to him. "I know
that we had a very wonderful moment at Christmastime," Robin looks back at
him. "But one moment doesn't erase the hurt that I felt when I discovered
that you and Penny made love." "I know and I am trying to make
that right, Robin, I really am." "I can see that," Robin
explains to him. "But actions, they speak louder than words, and right now,
I am still learning to trust you again. I
I hope you understand."
The Young Mansion
Nicholas is pacing back and forth in the living
room of the lavish mansion that he lives in with Jarrod as his mind is racing
over the fact that Kim just told him that suspects that Andy might have fallen
off the wagon again. Nicholas realizes that it is true, it would be his fault
because Andy would have fallen off the wagon as a result of him going back to
Jarrod recently. "You're going to burn a hole in the ground the way
you're walking back and forth," Jarrod says as he observes Nicholas walking
back and forth. He hasn't seen Nicholas this worried about something in a very
long time. "What's wrong? What has happened?" Nicholas finally
stops pacing and looks back at Jarrod. He runs his hands through his hair as he
feels his heart start to race. "It's
.it's not good." "Okay,
take a deep breath and let me know what's happened," Jarrod says as he moves
closer to him. "Tell me what's going on?"
"It's Andy,"
Nicholas reveals to him. "His sister stopped by office earlier today and
told me that she thought she saw him finishing a drink at the bar." "And?
Don't most people drink at the bar?" "You don't understand,"
Nicholas shakes his head back to him. "Andy has been sober for years; the
last time he was drinking, a woman ended up dead; it was an accident, but still
"
"I see," Jarrod gulps back to him. "So you think your ex is
drinking again because you left him and came back to me?" "That's
how it looks." "Shit, I'm sorry, Nicholas," Jarrod shakes
his head back to him. "You can't take responsibility for Andy's actions;
you didn't push him to the bottle, if he is drinking again." "But
I did," Nicholas whispers as his lip quivers. "If Andy is drinking again,
it's all my fault and I have no idea how to make it right." The
Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino
"Thanks for getting a table
with me," Donovan says over to Sergio as they sit across from one another
in the restaurant at a table in the back corner. Donovan was eating at the bar
when Sergio appeared; Donovan was surprised because he had just been looking at
Sergio's pictures on Instagram from his vacation to Mexico, but Sergio revealed
that he just returned. Donovan, then, asked Sergio where they stood, and Sergio
admitted that he did miss Donovan while he was in Mexico. "I think we still
had more to discuss." "I agree with you," Sergio takes
a sip of his spicy margarita before he looks back at Donovan. "When I was
in Mexico, I did miss you, Donovan. I know that it means that I must still care
about you." "I still care about you too," Donovan admits
to him. "When I saw you in that speedo pic on Instagram, my heart fluttered."
"Just your heart?" Sergio winks back to him with a wink. "You
caught me," Donovan giggles back to him. "So, where do we go from here?"
"Can I ask you a question?" Sergio asks him as Donovan nods back
to him. "Have you heard from Lukas?" "I have," Donovan
nods to him. "He was asking about Olly; you have to realize, we raised that
child for years as our own, so yes, we will always be in contact. Now, if you're
talking about Lukas and I romantically? No, of course not. Our night together
during the trial was just that
a night; he is happy with Clayton, and I am
trying to put my relationship with you back together." "Alright,"
Sergio tells him. "I
I believe you." Donovan leans forward
and kisses him softly on the lips. "This is what I want," he whispers
to Sergio as their lips part ways. "Is that what you want?" "Yes,"
Sergio admits to him. "But we have to go slowly, Donovan. I
I don't
want to get hurt again." Donovan grins back to him. "We can
go as slow or fast as you need, but this is a great first step, Sergio."
"I agree, it is." ***
"Donovan is here,
are you sure you want to stay?" Abby asks Max as they sit at another table
together. They had been spending time with Olly at Max's apartment, but Olly ended
up going to a playdate, so they agreed to come get a late lunch together at the
restaurant. However, when she spotted Abby Donovan at the restaurant, she wanted
to ensure Max wanted to stay. She knows that they have been tense with Donovan
since Max got custody of Olly. "Yea, it's fine," Max replies
to him. "The last few times I've seen Donovan, he's been cool. And, he's
come by to see Olly pretty often; they still need one another, and it helps with
Olly's transition." "Okay great," Abby says as picks up
her wine and takes a sip of it. "I'm glad that this custody case is all working
out in the end." "What's important is Olly," Max tells
her. "As long as he is happy, nothing else matters." "I
agree with you on that," Abby smiles to him. "I know Ethan was giving
me a hard time when this first all started but I do appreciate you allowing me
to spend so much time with Olly." "You're his mother, he needs
you, Abby." "I know, I'm just glad that we are on this journey
together. You could have been upset with me for telling everyone that Andrew was
his father." "I was livid," Max chuckles to her. "But
like I said, Olly's happiness is what matters." "And what about
your happiness?" Abby asks him quickly as Max arches his eyebrow back to
her. "How are things with you and Sophie?" Max nervously chuckles
back to him. "Sophie and I
we are over, Abby," he shocks her by
his admission. "We broke up and there is no going back." The
Richardson Estate; Meggan, Donovan, & Logan's Home
Sophie slowly
makes her way through the foyer of the Richardson Estate as she came into town
to see Logan today. It had been a few days since she saw him and she was eager
to see how he is doing, especially since she knows that she gave Meggan an ultimatum:
go to rehab or she would tell Simona she caused the accident that resulted in
her miscarriage; as a result, Meggan went to rehab, which means Logan would have
been alone lately, although Donovan does still live in the estate. "Hey,"
Sophie announces as she arrives at the living room and sees Logan looking at his
phone as he sits on the sofa. "The housemaid let me in, I hope that's okay?"
"Soph," Logan stands up and looks at his former lover. "Yea,
of course it's okay, I've been thinking about you." He moves up to
her and pulls her into a hug. It feels good to him to feel her embrace. "How
have you been?" Sophie shrugs her shoulders as they exit their embrace.
"Some days are good, and some days are bad," she admits to him. "How
about you?" "Same, actually," he reveals to her. "And
my Mom, she went to rehab." "I know," Sophie tells him.
"She came to see me before she left. I'm happy that your Mom is finally getting
the help that she needs." "Me too," Logan says back to
her. "So, you're just having good and bad days because of the baby? Or is
something else going on?" Sophie moves to the sofa and sits down.
"It's a long story," Sophie replies to him as she recalls how she saw
Natasha and Max having sex with one another, which has resulted in her wanting
revenge on her mother; it is also a reason why she ended her relationship with
Max. "But Max and I have decided to part ways." "I'm sorry
to hear that," Logan sits next to her. "I am assuming once he found
out about the baby, he was upset?" "You can say that,"
Sophie purses her lips together. "I'm sorry that I played a role
in that," Logan tells her as he grabs her hand. "But maybe that means
that you and I are meant to be?" Sophie looks back at him with an
uneasy smile on her face. "You're sweet, Logan, you really are, but I am
not in position to be with anyone right now. I
I cherish you as my friend,
but for right now, that's all we can be." Logan finds himself nodding
back to her. "That makes sense, and I'll take that. To friends," Logan
replies to her with a smile on his face. The Victors Mansion; Frederick's
Lair Frederick pours himself a scotch as he stands in the living room
of the Victors mansion. He just returned home from Italy, where he went to Rome
to try to find Dominick and Felicia; however, once he was there, he realized it
was like finding a needle in a haystack, so he came home in hopes of his private
investigator will give him a concrete lead. When he got back to the mansion, however,
Daisy was waiting for him and told him that she to see him. "You
have peaked my curiosity, Daisy," Frederick turns to his daughter and takes
a sip of his scotch. "What brings you by?" "I'm glad that
you're back," Daisy replies to him quickly. "I really needed to see
you." Frederick arches his eyebrow back to her. "Alright, tell
me what is on your mind?" "First, it is about Meggan,"
Daisy explains to him. "I don't know if you know this but she went to rehab.
She's going to get sober." "Thank God for that," Frederick
breathes a sigh of relief. He knows that Meggan was in a bad place before he left
for Italy with her drinking, especially after Sophie lost her baby at the cabin
under Meggan's watch. "She has been in a bad place for years now."
"I know," Daisy nods back to him. "I just hope that she gets
sober and can stay that way. She's battling her disease for years." "How
is Logan handling this?" "From what I know, he's just fine,"
Daisy says back to him. "He's a strong kid." "That he is,"
Frederick agrees with her. "Is that all you had to tell me?" "No,
I need your help with something," Daisy reveals to him. "You know my
niece, Cheresa?" "Yes,
of course." "Her girlfriend, Dawn, she was brainwashed,"
Daisy continues to explain to him. "She ended up killing a young girl, and
she attacked me and Trenyce as a result." "My God, are you alright?"
Frederick asks her in concern. "We will be fine," Daisy nods
back to him. "But Dawn, she needs medical help to get her out of this brainwashed
state, and I had hoped that you could assist with that. Can you, Frederick? Can
you help Dawn?" Twin Peaks General Hospital Leah sits
in a chair in the waiting room of the hospital as she, Ethan, Will, and Jeff are
waiting to get an update on Paige and her unborn child. Leah knows that Will just
said that he had hoped that he could change Paige's mind about giving their child
for adoption, even though she knows that Paige has made up her mind. She
turns her head and sees Jeff looking at his phone screen. She can't help but wonder
if he is messaging Victoria; she is still having a hard time believing that Jeff
and Victoria are, not only sleeping together, but believe that they have a future
together. She knows that they were estranged for various reasons, but this is
still a shock to her. She just hopes that she and Bryce can come up with an idea
on how to break them up, because she knows that they are not meant to be together.
Before she can think of anything else, Stephanie appears in the waiting room,
causing the family to stand up from their chairs. "Doctor, how is
Paige?" Will frantically asks her. "What's happened?" Stephanie
smiles back to everyone. "Paige is fine," she announces as everyone
breathes a sigh of relief. "She just gave birth a short time ago."
"She had the baby," Jeff whispers back in amazement before he looks
at Leah. "She did; she had a boy, Paige gave birth to a baby boy,"
Stephanie announces to everyone. Will feels his heart skip a beat at the
words from Stephanie's mouth. "I
I have a son
" Will whispers
to himself as tears fill his eyes. "I have a baby boy." Next
