Daisy sits at
a table in the back corner of the restaurant twiddling her fingers together. She
is nervous because she has asked to see Leah and Bryce in hopes of her being able
to assist Frederick with his condition to help Dawn get out of her brainwashed
status. At first, she believed that his request was going to be impossible, but
Cheresa pleaded with her to do whatever she could to make the request happen as
they believe that Frederick is the only one that can help Dawn. Now, Daisy just
hopes that calling Leah and Bryce was the right thing to do. She stands
up when she sees Leah and her son approaching her table. "Hey, thanks for
coming," she greets them. "Your text made it seem important,"
Leah replies to her as the three of them sit down at the table. "We
hope everything is okay?" Bryce asks her next as they look over at Daisy.
"It is a very long story," Daisy sighs back to them. "The truth
is, Dawn was brainwashed and this caused her to lash out and do unimaginable things."
"What?" Leah gasps back to her in horror. "Who did this to
Dawn? Who brainwashed her?" "The same woman that kidnapped Cheresa
a few years ago and shot Kim,"
Daisy explains. "Her name is Tara;
Dawn met her while she was doing a research paper for the hospital around mental
for inmates; she interviewed me too when I was in jail when they thought I killed
Antonio Moretti." "That poor girl," Bryce shakes his head
back to her. "I worked with Dawn for a while at the hospital; she is a sweet
girl." "Yes, exactly," Daisy agrees with him. "My
niece, Cheresa, is in love with Dawn and she's beside herself with worry that
no one will be able to help Dawn get back to her normal self. But then, I had
an idea." "What was your idea?" Leah asks her. "I
thought that Frederick would be the perfect doctor to help Dawn with this,"
Daisy explains to them as Leah and Bryce uneasily look at one another. "That's
not going to happen," Bryce quickly replies to her. "Because he left
town right before Christmas. Frederick isn't here to help Dawn." "That's
where you're wrong," Daisy gulps. "Frederick is back in Twin Peaks,
and I've seen him." The Lawson Estate; Abby, Ethan, Cheresa, &
Georgina's Home
Cheresa sits on the sofa in the lavish living room
of the Lawson estate with a glass of wine in her hand. Her mind is racing over
the whether or not Daisy will be able to help convince Frederick to help Dawn.
The last thing she wants is for Dawn to remain in this catatonic state that she
has fallen into. She believes that Frederick is the only one that can help Dawn
get healthy again. Still, she can't believe that Tara brainwashed her
girlfriend and as a result, Dawn killed Chantel, pretended to send herself threatening
messages, and then attacked Trenyce and Daisy. She knows that when in her right
mind, Dawn would never have done any of those things. "Which is why
I need Daisy to help Frederick," Cheresa whispers to herself before she takes
a sip of her wine. "Whatever this condition is from Frederick, Daisy needs
to do it so he will help Frederick. Otherwise, Dawn might be lost to me, and everyone,
forever. And that's something that I can't bear to think about." She
sets her wine glass down on the coffee table when she hears the doorbell to the
front door ring. She makes her way into the foyer and gasps out loud when she
sees two people standing on the other side of the door: Adam and Helen Black.
"Adam? Helen?" a startled Cheresa says as the couple move into the
foyer. "What are you doing here?" "We came to see what
the hell is going on with our daughter," Adam tells Cheresa sternly. "We
want to know every last detail, and we aren't leaving until we do." The
Tower's; Floor One; Andy's Condo
Andy and Logan sit next
to one another in the living room of Andy's condo, each with a drink in front
of them. They had connected earlier at Barcode where the bartender had cut Andy
off; at this time, Andy suggested that they return to his condo so they could
continue to drink with one another. "These drinks you made are even
better than the drinks at Barcode," Logan tells Andy before he takes another
sip of his cocktail. "Thanks Logan, that's kind of you to say,"
Andy replies to him. "Can I ask you a question?" "Sure,
why not." "What leads you to drink?" Andy asks him as Logan
looks back at him in surprise. "I mean, normally people who drink as much
as the two of us, there is a reason behind it." "You're not
wrong," Logan admits to him. "What is your reason?" Andy
rolls his eyes back to him. "My fiancé left me for another man,"
Andy reveals to him. "To a man that he thought was dead for years, no less."
"Whoa, that sounds intense," Logan says back to him. "I'm sorry
that you're going through that." "Win some and lose some,"
Andy replies to him. "How about you?" "I
well, I slept
with one of my friends last year," Logan starts to tell him. "And she
ended up pregnant." "Congratulations," Andy looks back
at him. "I wouldn't have guessed that you are a father." "I'm
not," Logan sighs back to him. "There was an accident and she lost the
baby. To be honest, it was my mother's fault. My mother killed my unborn child."
"Oh shit," Andy slurs his words back to him. "That's rough,
I'm sorry." "Yea, so I guess that's driving my drinking right
now," Logan tells him. "Speaking of, I'm in need of a refill."
"Coming right up," Andy says as he struggles to stand up, as he
and Logan are both extremely intoxicated. The Calimo Cabin
Robbie firmly looks back at Madeline as they continue to face one another
in the living room of the Calimo cabin. Everything has, seemingly, happened so
quickly over the last few hours. Robbie was at Roboto when he got a call from
one of the Calimo groundskeepers informing him that he saw a light on at the cabin.
That's when he realized that Madeline, who had disappeared from the mansion, must
have been at the cabin, so he raced there. When he arrived, he saw Madeline with
a bottle of pills in her hand and a bottle of vodka in the other. He was mortified
to realize that the pills were old drugs that Natasha was on years ago; he is,
now, demanding answers from Madeline. "Answer me, Madeline,"
Robbie looks at her with intent. "What the hell is going on with you? Why
were you about to take these pills with vodka?" "You don't understand!"
Madeline cries back to him. "No one does!" "I'm trying
to understand," Robbie tells her. "But I need you to fill in the gaps
for me. Why would you want to take these pills with vodka? You
you could
have overdosed!" "I'm a doctor," she reminds him. "I
wouldn't have overdosed! But
but I did need to numb myself."
"Why?"
Robbie pleads with her. "We have a beautiful baby boy at home that needs
us, Madeline. Why would you do this? You could have died! And then what? Bobby
would grow up without a mother?" More tears flow from Madeline's
eyes as she listens to what Robbie is telling her. "I'm trying, Robbie, I'm
trying!" "Well try harder," Robbie yells at her. "Because
you popping someone else's pills with vodka is not going to solve anything!"
"You're right, you're right
" she pleads with him. "My
God, I'm a mess! I'm really a mess!" "This has to be more than
just postpartum," Robbie continues to grill her. "So, tell me, what
is going on with you, Madeline? I need to know what is happening with you!"
The Towers; Floor Eight; Victoria & Jeff's Condo
Victoria
slowly stirs some pasta sauce that she has simmering on the stove before she checks
her watch again. She sighs in frustration as Jeff is late for dinner, and she
hasn't heard from him as to what could be keeping him. She understands that he
can get busy at work but she wishes that he would have, at least, let her know
that he was running behind on coming home. She leaves the stove for a
moment and finds her phone. She rolls her eyes when, again, there is neither a
phone call from Jeff nor a text message from him. She opens her messages and starts
to type to him. "Where are you? I have dinner simmering on the stove;
it's ready for you. It's not like you to ghost me," she types before she
pushes send. "I guess I'll have a glass of wine while I wait for
him," she tells herself as she moves back to the kitchen to get a glass,
still wondering where Jeff could possibly be. The Docks Storage Lockers
In the dark, damp storage locker that belongs to the Lawson family, there
is a slow, but consistent, drip of water as there is a minor leak in the roof.
The dripping has a created a small puddle in the corner of the storage locker
room. No one has been in the locker room for months, however, so they haven't
realized. In the middle of the storage locker, a chair sits. From the
window above, some light is cast into the otherwise dark space. Sitting in the
chair is an unconscious Jeff; he's tied to the chair, and not moving. The
only sound in the room is that of the slow, but consistent, dripping of the water.
