The One Day House; 2nd Floor Offices

"I come with coffee and a pastry from the Sugarbowl," Abby announces with a smile on her face as she moves into Ethan's office which is on the second level of the One Day House. She knows that Ethan has been working longer hours because Paige has asked him to help her with her with the lawsuit that Will slapped her with in hopes of trying to stop her from giving their child up for adoption.

"Perfect timing," Ethan looks up at her from his paperwork. "My stomach is growling."

"I thought you skipped dinner this evening," she chuckles as she rests the coffee and pastry on his desk. "You need to take care of yourself, Ethan. We can get more food if this isn't enough."

"I know," he sighs back to her. "I was just eager to get here today. I had a lot of things to do."

"Let me guess, Paige's lawsuit?" Abby asks him quickly as he nods back to her.

"It's ramping up because she has given birth," Ethan tells her. "So, I need to figure out what the next steps are."

"After everything that woman has put me through, I still hate that you agreed to represent her," Abby admits to him. "I wish you would drop the case."

"You know I can't do that," Ethan looks back at her with intent. "The fact is, Paige is my sister; I am helping my family out right now. And after everything you went through with losing Olly, do you really want another woman to go through something similar?"

"I was told my son was dead!" Abby hisses. "Paige, she's trying to give up her child. I…I would never do that!"

"Let's just agree to disagree on this," Ethan tells her. "Because I am not going to leave my sister high and dry, and please, don't ask me again."

The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino

Bryce and Leah sit in shock as Daisy sits across from them as she just revealed that Frederick was back in Twin Peaks. Neither one had realized that Frederick was back as he told them that he was going away before the Christmas holiday season, but it does make sense that it was inevitable that he would return.

"Did you actually see Frederick?" Leah asks her quickly. "Because if you didn't, maybe this is another one of the games that he is playing?"

Daisy shakes her head back to her half-sister. "No, I saw him. We were standing face to face with one another in his mansion."

"How did he look?" Bryce asks her next. "I mean, he looked happy and healthy?"

Daisy shrugs back to him. "He looked the same as always," she tells him. "But there is a reason that I went to see Frederick."

"Because you believe he can help Dawn?" Bryce asks her as Daisy nods back to him. "And what did he say? Will he help Dawn?"

Twin Peaks General Hospital

Stephanie sighs heavily as she moves back into her office at the hospital. She has been trying to rack her brain thinking about a way to get the upper hand on Cassie as she is still blackmailing her into staying away from Jacob. For a brief moment, Stephanie had thought she would pull Cassie's medical file to see if Cassie was keeping a secret in there; she realized, however, that there would not likely be a secret in the medical file, and it would be a breach of her medical ethics.

She sits behind her desk and runs her hand through her long hair. She feels the blood boil in her as she thinks back to seeing Jacob and Cassie having a romantic dinner at the Pink Flamingo earlier. She hates that Jacob can't see the woman for what she really is: a back-stabbing bitch. Which is why, she is determined to get the upper hand against Cassie.

"That's it," she slaps her desk in frustration. "I'm going to do it; I'm going to pull her medical file," Stephanie whispers to herself. "Even if there is no secret, it could be the start. I…I have to stop her from ruining my life; I won't let Cassie Nova get away with this, not for a second longer."

The Tower's; Floor One; Andy's Condo

"I don't remember the last time I had this much fun," Andy chuckles to Logan as they continue to sit next to one another on the sofa in Andy's living. They are both very intoxicated as they have been drinking together for hours, not that either one is complaining about that.

"Likewise," Logan looks back at his new friend. "Who knew running into you at Barcode would lead to fast new friends."

"Friends who can drink together," Andy winks back to him. "I could see us doing this again, can you?"

Logan nods back to him. "Absolutely," he nods to him. "Especially since you seem to have an unlimited supply of alcohol."

Andy chuckles back to him. "I'm sure your mansion is pretty well stocked."

"It used to be."

"Used to be?"

"We emptied a lot of our supplies because my mother is in rehab."

"Oh shit," Andy chuckles. "I had forgotten about that."

"Yea, it sucks for me," Logan tells him before he glances at his phone. "Damn, look at the time, I…I should get going."

"Alright," Andy tells him. "But let's do this again? Soon?"

"Yea, I'd like that," Logan says as he stands up but he loses his balance from the drinking and falls back onto the sofa.

"Are you okay?" Andy asks him putting his hands on Logan's shoulders.

"Yea, I'm fine…I've just had a lot to drink," Logan says as they lock eyes. "But thanks, Andy."

Before Logan knows what he's doing, he's leaning forward and pulling Andy into a kiss. It lasts for a moment before they start kissing again, this time with more intensity.

Tyler's Townhouse

"I know you are worried about Andy, but I was hoping that I could take your mind off him," Tyler tells his wife as he sits next to her in the living room of the townhouse that they live in together. Kim has confessed to her husband that Andy has started drinking again which is cause for concern for her. She has no idea how to help her brother get back on the wagon, or if there is anything she can do at all.

"I do need to focus on something else, don't I?" Kim sighs back to her husband. "But Tyler, I do want to thank you for listening to me. I really appreciate that."

"You know that I'm here for you with anything that you need," Tyler replies to his wife. "I also want you to understand that Andy's drinking; there's only so much you can do for him because he has to realize that he needs help. Without that, there's not much you can do."

"I suppose that is true," Kim gulps back to him. She looks into his eyes. "What did you have in mind to take my mind off this mess?"

"This," Tyler says as he leans into her and kisses her passionately. "Let me make love to my wife?"

Kim purrs back to him. "I thought you'd never ask," she tells him as she starts to pull him towards the bedroom, eager to have her husband all to herself.

The Calimo Cabin

There's an awkward silence in the living room of the Calimo cabin as Robbie and Madeline continue to face one another. Robbie has been pressuring Madeline to tell him why she left the mansion without notice; she has claimed that it could be her postpartum, but Robbie believes that there is more to the story and he wants to know what it is. At the end of the day, Robbie knows that he has to help Madeline because she is the mother of his child; all he wants is to ensure that she is in a happy and healthy place for their child.

"Please, Madeline, don't make me ask again," Robbie finally breaks the silence between them. "What is going on with you? And how can I help?"

More tears fall down Madeline's cheeks as she moves past Robbie. She pauses when she gets to the base of the sofa; the very place that she induced Kim's labour all those months ago. The snow outside was falling heavily and she had just pulled Kim from the car accident wreckage; one she got back to the cabin, she had the idea to take Kim's baby and raise him as her own. She had to tell Kim, however, that she miscarried in the car accident, which everyone has thought was the truth.

"Madeline, please, you're scaring me," Robbie presses her again. "What is going on? This …. This silence is only making me be more worried for you!"

"Fine!" Madeline finally says something to him. "Fine, I will tell you everything, Robbie! It all happened right here, in this very room! What I'm about to tell you, it started here last year…and I…I can't do this anymore! I can't!"

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Donovan, & Logan's Home

"It's late for you to stop by for a drink," Donovan tells Victoria as he stands at the bar in the lavish living room of the Richardson Estate and pours two whiskey sours. He was rather surprised to get a call from his sister asking to come over considering it is late in the evening, but he could tell that something was on her mind, so he told her to come over. He just hopes that everything is okay because the last thing he wants is for there to be more drama in the family. "What's going on?"

Victoria uneasily sighs back to him as she accepts the drink and looks back at her brother. "I know it's late, so thanks for letting come by."

"Of course," Donovan nods back to her. "You made it seem important. Is…is everything okay?"

"I wish I knew," she admits to him. "The fact is, I am worried about Jeff."

Donovan arches his eyebrow back to her. "You're worried about Jeff? Has something happened?"

"That's just it," Victoria uneasily looks back at him. "He didn't come home for dinner tonight. I've tried calling and texting him, but there's no response. I'm…I'm worried about him, this isn't like him, not at all."

"Maybe he got caught up at the hospital with Paige?" Donovan asks her.

"I thought that too, but I called the hospital and the nurse said they saw him leave," Victoria reveals to him. "I…I think he's missing Donovan. And I'm worried sick about it."

The Dockside Storage Lockers

Still tied to a chair in the middle of the storage locker, Jeff let's out a loud groan as he's finally coming too after being knocked unconscious in the parkade of the hospital. His head is spinning and he has a killer headache, but his eyes remain closed while he continues to wake up.

His eyes slowly open but he closes them again unable to comprehend the pain that he is feeling. He looks around the room once his eyes open again and has no idea where he is. He tries to lift his hand to touch his head, and that's when he realizes that he is tied to the chair.

Panic feels his body as he realizes that he is in a location that he doesn't recognize and that he is tied to the chair that he is sitting in. He lets out another loud groan as his weak body struggles to get free from the chair.
