The Sugarbowl Cory
picks up the two hot chocolates from that the barista passes him with a smile
on his face. He moves to the back booth of the coffeehouse while a Kacey Musgraves
song plays on the speakers. He sits across from Robin and passes her a hot chocolate
and a pastry, which is in a bag. "First we went for a walk in the
cemetery and now you're getting me hot chocolate and a pastry," Robin chuckles
back to him as she thinks about the day that they've spent together so far. "I
feel like this is déjà vu." Cory chuckles back to her.
"It seems familiar, doesn't it?" he winks back to her. "That's
because it is. You did this for me any years ago." Robin arches her
eyebrow back to him as she tries to think about when she would have taken Cory
for a walk in the cemetery and then brought him to the Sugarbowl. "Your memory
is better than mine," she admits to him. "When did we do this before?"
"It was one of our first dates," he admits to her with a grin on
his face. "If you remember, I was married to Natasha, but we all thought
she died when she drove her car off the bridge. I was mourning, and you happened
to see me in the cemetery. You walked with me and then brought me here for a hot
chocolate and donut; you were trying to make me feel better, which you did."
"Goodness, I hadn't thought about those times in ages," Robin shakes
her head back to him. "We certainly have been through a lot together, haven't
we?" "We have," Cory nods back to her. "The reason
I wanted to have today with you, Robin, is to show you that I still care about
you and that I remember all of your times together, both good and the not so good."
"I appreciate the gesture," Robin smiles back to him. "And
for the reminder that we have been through it all together." ***
At the window seat, Daisy sits with a latte in front of her. Her mind is racing
over the fact that she asked Leah and Bryce to talk to their family about the
idea of Felicia coming back to Twin Peaks; she knows that if Felicia does come
back to town, then Frederick will help Dawn snap out of her catatonic state that
she fell into after Tara brainwashed her. She just hopes that they can bring Felicia
back because Daisy knows how upset Cheresa is. As she takes a long sip
of her latte, she can't help but wonder how Andrew is doing. She misses how close
they were at one time, but he hasn't been able to forgive her for switching Tinah's
paternity test results the previous year. She knows that she allowed her insecurities
about losing Andrew get in the way of her judgement, but she can't go back and
make a different decision now. Still, she wishes that there was something, anything,
that she could do to make him forgive her, but the longer they go being apart,
she feels like the chances of reuniting are slim to none. She looks over
when the door to the coffeehouse opens and she sees Andrew. She feels like heart
moves into her throat as she gulps heavily as Andrew moves up to her. "Daisy,
hey," he says as he moves up to her. "I'm glad that I saw you. We
we
need to talk," he tells her as Daisy wonders if this is the moment that she
has been waiting for: is this the time that Andrew can finally forgive her?
The Lawson Estate; Abby, Ethan, Cheresa, & Georgina's Home
Abby
pours herself a glass of water from the bar in the lavish living room of the manor
that she lives in with Ethan, their daughter, and Cheresa. Her mind is racing
over the fact that Max
admitted to her that he slept with Natasha while he still dating Sophie.
Abby can't believe that he slept with his girlfriend's mother, but she realizes
that she can't tell anyone about this because Max doesn't want Sophie to find
out as he told her that he and Natasha only slept together once. "You
look a million miles away," a voice calls out from behind Abby. She turns
and sees Cheresa standing in the living room. "What's up?" "Oh
Cheresa," Abby sighs back to her. "I
I thought you were at the
hospital." "I took the day off," Cheresa tells her. "With
Adam and Helen here, they wanted to go see Dawn, so I'm going to take them in
a bit." "How is Dawn? Any change?" "No, I'm
afraid not," Cheresa reveals to her. "I am hoping that seeing her parents
might help her." "It was a surprise that Adam and Helen showed
up here unannounced," Abby chuckles. "But I understand why they'd want
to be here for Dawn." "Yea, me too," Cheresa tells her.
"So, where were you just now? What were you thinking about?" "Honestly,
I'm sure it's nothing," Abby waves her hand in the air. "But Ethan and
I, we had a misunderstand the other day and it's just weighting on me."
"Talk to him about it," Cheresa encourages her sister. "You
two have a good thing going, don't let a small mishap become between you two.
You two, you can work it out, I know you can." "Thanks,"
Abby forces a smile on her face. "You're right, like always." The
Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino Shane and Natasha sit across
from one another in the restaurant with some lunch in front of them. Natasha is
thrilled that they have gotten closer again; for a while last year, they were
estranged because Shane blamed her for bringing his father back into their lives,
but over the Christmas holiday, they bonded and are closer than ever before.
"How is Sophie doing?" Shane asks her before he takes a bit of his
cobb salad. He knows that Natasha's daughter went through a lot as she miscarried
at the end of last year; since then, Sophie's moods have been all over the place.
"She has been rather cold to me lately," Natasha admits to him before
she takes a spoon of her squash soup. "I am thinking she is still upset about
the baby, but I am concerned that she is lashing out at me instead of accepting
my support." "She's young and grieving," Shane replies
to her. "Give her some time, but I would say that it might be a good idea
for her to talk to someone about it. A lot of people struggle with grief."
"That's not a bad idea," Natasha nods back to him. "I will
mention that to Cory; I think it's best that he suggest that to her to prevent
world war three from happening." Shane chuckles back to her. "A
mother's relationship with her daughter is always a little complicated, huh?"
"You can say that again," Natasha tells him. "Oh God."
"What?" he asks her with an arched eyebrow. "I just
noticed that Cassie is at the bar," Natasha rolls her eyes at the sight of
her rival. "I wish that woman would turn around and leave when she knows
you and I are somewhere. She is the last person I want to see." "I
actually want to talk to her about something," Shane admits to Natasha, who
arches her eyebrow back to him. "You do? What could you possibly
have to say to that woman?" "It's about Jacob and him not wanting
to have another child," Shane tells Natasha, as he stands up from the table.
"I'll be right back." "Hang on, I'll come with you,"
Natasha follows him to the bar, where they approach Cassie. "Cassie,"
Shane announces to her, causing Cassie to look up and sees Shane and Natasha.
"Oh goodie, the firing squad," Cassie quips. "What do I owe
the pleasure?" "It's about our son, Jacob," Natasha firmly
tells her. "He admitted to us that you want to have another child with him
but he isn't sure he wants another child." "I guess conversations
between a husband and wife are not confidential anymore," Cassie rolls her
eyes back to them. "Don't pressure him," Shane tells Cassie.
"The last thing our son needs if for you to try to pressure him into doing
something he doesn't want to do. So consider this a warning, Cassie. If we hear
that you're pressing this issue, it won't end well." Twin Peaks
General Hospital Stephanie swiftly moves down the corridor of the
hospital carrying a bunch of patient files that she needs to be returned to the
file room. Her mind is racing about the previous evenings events, however. She
was out having dinner when she spotted Cassie and Jacob, who were having a romantic
evening out. Frustrated, Stephanie returned to her office and ended up pulling
Cassie's medical file. She was on the fence about pulling the file because she
realizes that it is a breach of her medical ethics; however, once she was reading
the file, she learned that Cassie had a paternity test completed while she was
pregnant with Carter. Stephanie realizes that Cassie must have had doubts
about who the child's father was when she learned she was pregnant if she wanted
to have the DNA test completed. Not only that, but she would have known the results
before the DNA tests were run that Jacob asked for, and then the following test
that Shane and Natasha ran in secret. What scares Stephanie to her core is that
this means that Carter might not be Jacob's child after all; if that is the case,
she knows that he would be devastated because he loves his little boy. Now,
she has no idea what she is going to do with the information. She doesn't have
any solid proof that Cassie did anything wrong, but she also realizes that she
can't keep this from Jacob, because he should know the truth. She turns
a corner and collides into another person! Her files scatter all over the floor.
"Ooof," she groans in pain. "I'm so sorry!" Jacob
looks at Stephanie in surprise. "Steph? Hey, are you okay?" "Jacob?"
Stephanie looks at him just as she was about to bend down to pick up her files.
"I'm
I'm so sorry. I wasn't watching where I was going." "It's
fine, are you okay?" "I'm
I'm okay," she nods back
to him. "Just a bruised ego." "It's not like you to be
so concentrated, what's up? What has you so deep in thought that you were watching
where you were going?" Jacob asks her as Stephanie feels her heart skip a
beat. ***
Will storms out of Paige's hospital room and feels
beads of sweat forming on his forehead. He showed up to see the mother of his
son to see how she is doing. He was relieved to hear that she is recovering from
the c-section; he also tried to convince her to change her mind about giving the
baby up for adoption. That didn't go over so well, and Will lost control when
the social worker arrived for Paige to sign their son over into foster care.
He pulls out his phone out of his pocket and dials a number quickly. "It's
me," he says into his phone. "Paige is about to sign over our son to
the social worker; we
we need to get in front of a Judge ASAP. I
I
have to plead my case that I don't want to lose my child. Please
please make
this happen," he pleads with her lawyer, as he eagerly awaits for his response.
The Calimo Mansion
Robbie paces back and forth in the living
room of the Calimo mansion. He and Madeline returned to the mansion late the previous
night after an explosive conversation at the cabin, where Madeline admitted to
him that she induced Kim's labour last year, gave birth to the baby, but lied
and told Kim that she miscarried. In reality, Madeline was raising the child and
ended up telling everyone that she and Robbie had a child from their one-night
stand on New Year's Eve. "This is the most outrageous story that
I've ever heard," Robbie whispers to himself as he stops and looking into
the flames of the fire in the fireplace. "Madeline stole my baby with Kim?
Bobby is really my son with Kim? My God, if this is true, it
it changes everything."
"It is true," Madeline tells Robbie as she moves into the living
room having heard the tail end of his private conversation with himself. Madeline,
for the first time in weeks, feels like her normal self because she has told the
truth; the voices that were haunting her have disappeared, and she feels like
she is finally above water again. "I know it's hard to understand or even
process, but I wasn't lying. I was telling you the truth last night at the cabin."
"I want to believe you," Robbie turns to face her. "But there's
only one way for me to trust in this." "And what is that?"
"I want a DNA test run," Robbie tells her quickly. "I need
to confirm that Bobby is my son with Kim." The Dockside Storage
Lockers "I'm listening," Jeff glares back at Leah and Bryce
as he is waiting for them to explain why they kidnapped him. "What the hell
made you want to knock me out and bring me here?" "This has
to do with Victoria," Bryce tells him quickly. "We
we still believe
that she is the one that framed Leah for those missing funds." "What?"
Jeff asks in shock. "The investigation didn't prove anything of the sort!"
"Because she used my computer!" Leah shrieks back at him. "That
woman did this, and we
we need your help to prove it." "You
brought me here to convince me to betray the woman I love?" Jeff asks with
an uneasy chuckle. "You're crazy! You're both crazy!" "We
might be," Bryce looks at him. "But we aren't letting you go until you
agree to help us. So, Dad, the choice is yours: Help us prove that Victoria framed
Leah and we let you go, or you stay here indefinitely." Next on
