*** Meanwhile, in
Tinah's room, the little girl is on the floor playing with some dolls and a dollhouse.
Andrew sits on the bed and watches the young girl in amazement. For so long, he
didn't know that she was his little girl, and now seeing how big she is makes
him realize how much time that he has missed with her. Tinah, in fact, was the
main reason he didn't want to take the job in Santa Barbara, but the more he thought
about it, the more he realized that he needed a fresh start, and he can use his
phone to chat with Tinah whenever he wants. "Hey pretty girl,"
Andrew says as he moves to the ground and picks up Tinah. "Can I talk to
you for a minute?" "Sure!" Tinah says with an excitement
in her voice. "I'm going to go away for a little while," he
explains to her. "Where are you going?" "To a place
filled with sunshine, beaches, and wine," Andrew chuckles to her. "One
day, it would be great if you came to visit. We could build a sandcastle together."
"I like sandcastles! Can my dolly live in it?" Tinah asks him.
"Sure," Andrew continues to chuckle. "What I want you to know,
though, is even though I will be far away, I will think about you every day, and
I love you, Tinah." "Bye bye Andrew," Tinah says as she
pulls him into a hug. Andrew feels his eyes swell with water, knowing that she
must still think of Chris as her father. And that's when he wonders if he is making
the right decision after all. The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Donovan,
& Logan's Home
Jeff opens the door from his SUV and takes a deep
breath of the fresh, crisp winter air. He is still rattled that Leah and Bryce
had kidnapped him and held him hostage for the last couple of days as a way to
get him to agree to uncover the truth if Victoria set Leah up for the missing
funds at Robertson Enterprises. Once he agreed, they let him go, and the first
place he came was the Richardson estate because he wants to see how Logan is doing.
He also knows that his next stop has to be to see Victoria, but he wanted to prioritize
his son. He rushes up to the front door and knocks on it before he opens
the door. "Logan, it's your father," he says as he moves into the foyer.
"In the living room, Dad," Logan's voice calls out from the other
room, so Jeff makes a beeline for the living room. Once Jeff arrives,
he freezes when he sees Meggan standing in the room. "Meggan
you're
back?" "I just got home," Meggan smiles back to him and
then looks over at Logan. "I just surprised Logan as well." "Yea,
Mom was just about to tell me when she got home when you got here," Logan
admits to his father. "And how she is doing." "I'm curious
to hear that as well," Jeff moves closer to Meggan. "I was surprised,
pleasantly, when Logan told me that you were going to rehab." "After
everything that happened at the cabin last year, I knew that I needed to make
a change," she tells her family. "And going to rehab was the best thing
I could have done." "So, you're not drinking anymore?"
Logan asks her quickly. "No, I haven't drank in 37 days and counting,"
Meggan proudly beams. "I
I am going to stay sober this time, and
I'm
sorry for what I put you through, you both through. I'm not myself when I drink,
I know that." "That doesn't matter," Jeff says as he pulls
her into a hug. "All that matters is that you're back and you're healthy."
"Dad is right," Logan smiles as he hugs her next. "I'm glad
you're back and healthy, Mom. That's all that matters." The Pink
Flamingo at the River Rock Casino
Jacob and Sophie sit at a table in
the back corner of the Pink Flamingo with some lunch in front of them. Sophie
is enjoying the crab cakes with an arugula salad while Jacob is having the tuna
melt with some fries. The siblings have agreed to get together as it had been
awhile since they caught up with one another. "So, how are you feeling,
and don't you dare lie to me," Jacob looks over at his sister before he takes
a sip of his beer. He knows that Sophie has been struggling since her miscarriage.
Sophie takes another bite of her crab cake before she looks back at her brother.
"I am fine," she tells him. "I really wish everyone would stop
treating me like I'm super fragile." "You went through a horrific
experience," Jacob reminds her. "We are just concerned, that's all."
"The person we should be concerned about is our mother," Sophie
huffs back to him, feeling her blood boil at the thought of Natasha sleeping with
Max. Deep down, she still wants to get revenge on her mother, she just have to
figure out how to do that. "Mom?" Jacob arches his eyebrow back
to her. "What has she done this time?" Sophie groans back to
him realizing that she said too much. She can't tell him about Max because that
would ruin her plans. "You know her, she's just always hovering over me.
Sometimes she makes me feel like I can't breathe." "She does
have a way of doing that," Jacob chuckles back to her. "But just remember,
she's also doing that because she cares." "Yea, I guess,"
Sophie rolls her eyes back to him. "How are you and Cassie? I heard that
you two might be having another baby?" "No," Jacob shakes
his head back to her. "She asked me and I told her I didn't want another
child; I don't know if I ever will be." "Oh," Sophie looks
back at him surprise. "I'm sure Cassie didn't take that well." Jacob
shrugs back to her. "She is seemingly okay with my decision," he tells
her. "I told her and she has dropped it. So, no, sis, another baby is not
in my future, not now, not ever." Twin Peaks General Hospital
Cassie
waits in one of the waiting rooms of the hospital as she has an appointment with
her doctor. While it is nothing serious, she does like to have her annual checkup.
She just hopes that Cheresa doesn't uncover anything seriously wrong with her,
not that she is having any issues. Part of her wonders, however, if she could
be pregnant as she has been not taking her birth control when she and Jacob have
been making love lately. "What he doesn't know doesn't need to hurt
him," she whispers to herself as she gets a sly grin on her face. "And
if I ever do end up pregnant, I will tell him that accidents happen."
She moves her thought process to Stephanie and how she is blackmailing her
into staying away from Jacob because she found out that Stephanie
is a transwoman; she is threatening to tell the hospital, and Jacob, this secret
if she doesn't stay away from her man. While she doesn't think Jacob would ever
pursue a transwoman, she felt like Jacob and Stephanie were getting too close
to comfort. "And now I have it all," she whispers to herself.
"My son, my marriage, and nothing will ever come between us." She
looks over as Stephanie moves into the waiting room. "Stephanie, what are
you doing here?" "I, uh, well," Stephanie looks back at
her. "I'm going to be your doctor today." "What? Where
is Cheresa?" "She had a family emergency," Stephanie explains.
"And we are just running a few tests, so hopefully we can put our past behind
us and make sure that you're healthy?" "Ugh, I don't like this,
but fine," Cassie says as she grabs her purse. "Let's get this over
with." Twin Peaks Law Courts Will raises his right
hand and places his left hand on the bible while he is sworn into testimony in
the courtroom. On the left-hand side of the room, Will's lawyer, Josh Levitt,
looks over some of his notes, while on the right side of the room, Paige and Ethan
are sitting next to one another. Will was able to get a last minute court appearance
in hopes of trying to stop Paige from giving their child up for adoption; he has
been desperate to stop her because he wants to raise his son. "You
may be seated Mr. Coutts," Judge Franklin Ross tells Will, who sits on the
witness stand. "You may proceed Mr. Levitt." Josh stands up
and looks over at Will. "Will, you and Paige were in a romantic relationship,
is that correct?" "Yes, that's correct," Will replies to
him quickly. "We had a brief, but wonderful, relationship." "In
that time, she ended up pregnant with your child, is that correct?" "Yea,"
Will tells him. "I didn't know about the baby at first, but once I found
out, I was over the moon." "Can you explain to me, and the court,
why you're here today?" Josh asks him next. "Well, I don't agree
with the decision Paige is making about our child," Will sighs as he looks
to the Judge. "She wants to give my son up for adoption, and I don't want
her too. I'm here because, as a father, I want to raise my child. I don't want
to lose him, your honor." "No further questions." Ethan
stands up and looks at Will with intent. "Do you agree that a woman has the
right to make any decision she has to about her body?" Will gulps
heavily. "I
yes, of course, I do." "Then how is this
any different?" Ethan asks him quickly. "The baby was in Paige's body,
not yours. Why do you think you should control what her decision is about the
baby?" "Because it's my baby too!" "What would
you have done had Paige terminated the pregnancy?" Ethan asks him next. "You
wouldn't have had a say in that." "But
but
she didn't,"
Will shakes his head. "I just want the chance to be a father to my son! That's
all I'm asking for." "Why did you and Paige end your relationship?"
"What?" "Do I need to repeat the question?" Ethan
asks him as he moves closer to the witness stand. "Why was the relationship
ended?" "Uh," Will groans back to him. "I
I was
still in love with someone else, and Paige, she, didn't like that." "No,
I would imagine not," Ethan tells him. "So, you're in love with another
woman, and now you're making that the woman you slept with, despite being in love
with someone else, is making a decision that impacts her future. It seems, Mr.
Coutts, that you want your cake and to eat it too. No further questions."
Will looks at Josh and then over at Paige wondering if he will ever get his
son or if his testimony just cost him the chance to be a father. Twin
Peaks General Hospital
Cheresa slowly opens the door to one of the
rooms in the psych ward of the hospital and sees Dawn sitting on the bed in room.
Dawn is looking straight forward and doesn't move her head to look at Cheresa.
Cheresa uneasily sighs as she realizes that her girlfriend is still in her state
of catatonic. Behind Cheresa, Adam and Helen usher themselves in, but, again,
Dawn doesn't notice them. "I told you that she was not her normal
self," Cheresa whispers to them. "You can talk to her, but she might
not respond." Adam and Helen grab each other's hands as they move
to the bed. The entire reason they came back to Twin Peaks was to see their daughter;
and now, seeing her in this state is truly shocking to them. "Dawn,
sweetheart," Helen says as she sits next to her on the bed. "It's me,
your Mom." "And Dad is here too," Adam says as he sits
in the chair next to the bed. "Dawn, baby, can you hear us." There
is no movement or acknowledgement from Dawn. "We are here now," Helen
tells her daughter as a tear falls down her cheek. "And we aren't leaving
you, not until you come back to us." "So please, Dawn, we are
begging you," Adam pleads with her. "Come back to us so we can be a
family again, okay? That's what we are praying for." Dominick's
Townhouse
Leah pours herself a glass of red wine at the bar in the
living room of Dominick's townhouse. Earlier, she and Bryce told the family about
Frederick's request: he wants Felicia to come home, and if that happens, he will
agree to help Dawn come out of her current state, which she fell into as a result
of being brainwashed by Tara. They agreed to think about it, but she knows that
she has to talk to Dominick about it to get his thoughts. She puts her
cellphone to her hear. "Daddy, hi," she says as Dominick answers the
phone. "Leah, darling, so nice to hear from you," Dominick says
as he stands in the living room of the Moretti mansion living room in Florence,
Italy. "How are you?" "I'm well, how are things there?"
Leah asks him next. "Things couldn't be better," Dominick says
with a smile. "Felicia is getting stronger each and every day. Bringing her
here was the best decision we've ever made." "I am glad that
Mom is getting better," Leah tells him. "But there is something you
need to know." "Oh? What is it? I hope nothing is wrong?"
"Well, depends," Leah nervously chuckles to him. "You see,
Dawn Black was brainwashed by a crazy woman, and that lead her to do some pretty
horrific things." "Wow," Dominick shakes his head in disbelief.
"And Daisy believes that Frederick is the one that can help Dawn get
back to her normal self," Leah continues to explain to him. "The catch
is, Frederick will only help Dawn on one condition." "What is
this condition? Or do I even want to know?" Dominick asks her next. "He
wants Felicia to come back to Twin Peaks," Leah reveals to him as Dominick
opens his eyes wider in surprise. "Do you think Felicia is strong enough
to come home? Because Dad, if she doesn't come home, a young girls future might
be lost forever. So, I'm asking you, what do you think?" Next
