The Young Mansion; Nicholas & Jarrod's Home

Nicholas moves into the living room of the Young mansion and sets his briefcase down before he looks over and sees Jarrod about to pour himself a drink at the bar. He recalls how, earlier, Jarrod paid him a visit at the One Day House and apologized for snapping at him for feeling guilty over Andy's drinking. They made amends, which Nicholas is grateful for because the last thing he wanted was for them to be fighting.

"Welcome home," Jarrod turns around and faces his lover. "How was the rest of your day?"

Nicholas breathes out heavily. "I was able to get through the intake forms, which is great," he replies to him. "But I still have a lot to do."

"You know," Jarrod takes a sip of his cocktail. "I never thought that you would end up running your own business. I…I was…I am…a little surprised."

"You're surprised?" Nicholas asks him with an arched eyebrow. "Why does me running the One Day House surprise you?"

Jarrod shakes his head back to him quickly. "Maybe I'm saying it wrong," he tells Nicholas. "Just when we were together, I never thought of you being a business owner. I guess I didn't expect that you would end up doing that, that's all."

"We have spent a lot of years away from one another," Nicholas reminds him quickly. "I guess that means that we have both changed in a lot of ways."

"That's very true," Jarrod says taking another sip of his drink, realizing that this reunion might not go as smoothly as they both thought since neither him or Nicholas are the same people that they used to be.

The Tower's; The Penthouse; Cory's Home

Cory opens the front door of the Penthouse and moves inside with Robin following behind him. The two have spent the day together as Cory re-created their first date, which tickled Robin. She was very flattered that he went to such trouble for her, but she has realized that he is trying to make amends for sleeping with Penny before she left town.

"Thanks for agreeing to come back here with me," Cory tells her as he closes the door behind them. "I thought after our date, it would be nice to have a glass of wine with you."

"I hope you have red, because that sounds nice," Robin tells him as she moves into the living room and sits on the sofa.

"Red wine coming right now," Cory grins as he moves to the bar and grabs a bottle of the merlot that he has. He opens the bottle and pours two glasses before he moves to the sofa and passes Robin a glass.

"What should we drink too?" Robin asks him as he sits next to her.

"How about to us finding our history again?" he suggests to her with a twinkle in his eyes.

"That sounds lovely," Robin toasts her glass to his and they each take a sip of their wine. "Today, Cory, it has been really magical. Thank you, again."

"It's my pleasure," he replies to her. "I have really wanted to show you how much you mean to me. And I mean it when I say show you, not just tell you."

"You've done that," Robin purses her lips together. "I can see how much I mean to you."

Cory takes the opportunity to lean in and give Robin a kiss on the lips. When they part ways, he grabs the glass from her hand and sets down on the coffee table before he returns to her lips and they share another, more passionate kiss.

"I…I want you," Robin whispers to him as their lips part again.

"Are you sure? It's not too soon?"

"No," Robin kisses him again. "Make love to me Cory."

The Lawson Estate; Abby, Ethan, Cheresa, & Georgina's Home

"The chef told me that dinner will be ready in about 30 minutes," Cheresa announces to Adam and Helen as she moves back into the living room of the lavish estate that she lives in. Earlier in the day, Cheresa had taken Adam and Helen to the hospital to visit Dawn; it was their first-time seeing Dawn since they returned to Twin Peaks. Cheresa knows that Dawn's parents returned because they were concerned about her after her brainwashing.

"Thanks Cheresa," Helen sighs back to her. "I'm not sure that I have much of an appetite after seeing Dawn today."

"I…I just can't believe that our little girl just sat there…frozen," Adam recalls how Dawn didn't even flinch at the sight of her parents.

"I tried to warn you two about her status," Cheresa sits next to Helen on the sofa. "But I guess nothing really prepares you for seeing that."

"No, there's not," Helen gasps for some more air as she struggles to keep her emotions in check. "You…you said that there is a doctor that might help Dawn?"

"Frederick Richardson," Cheresa explains to them. "My aunt Daisy asked him to help, but he said he would agree if his wife, Felicia, came back to town. So, Daisy asked Leah and Bryce to get Felicia to come back to town."

"What happens if Felicia doesn't come back?" Adam asks Cheresa. "There must be something else we can do to help Dawn?"

"I…I don't know," Cheresa admits to him. "I am just hoping that Felicia returns so Frederick can help Dawn. I'll explore other options if that can't happen."

"We all will," Helen grabs Cheresa's hand. "We won't lose Dawn like this, we can't."

Twin Peaks Law Courts

Paige slowly raises her right hand while her left-hand rests on the bible in the courtroom while she is sworn in as she is about to give her testimony in the trial that Will was able to get in hopes of stopping her from giving her newborn son up for adoption. Just a short time ago, Will gave his testimony, and now it is her turn.

"Mr. Alexander," Judge Franklin Ross looks over at Ethan, who slowly stands up from his chair. "Please begin, the witness has been sworn in."

"Thank you," Ethan smiles back to the Judge. "Paige, I'd like you to confirm for the court that you and Will Coutts had a romantic relationship last year?"

Paige quickly nods back to him. "Yes, we dated last year."

"And, for the record, why did you choose to end the relationship?"

"What Will said under oath was correct," Paige begins to explain. "I discovered that Will was in love with another woman; he always was, and if you asked him today, he is probably still in love with her today."

"I see," Ethan moves closer to the witness stand. "Was it right after you ended the relationship that you discovered that you were pregnant?"

"A short time after, yes," Paige tells him.

"And, how did you feel about that?"

"I was confused to say the least," Paige says as she and Will quickly make eye contact with one another. "The father of my unborn child just admitted to being in love with another woman. What was I supposed to do?"

"You didn't end the pregnancy, though." Ethan tells her.

"No, I didn't," she replies to him. "By the time I decided what I wanted to do, I had passed the time to have an abortion. But that's why I decided to give my child up for adoption. I wanted my child to go a home with two loving parents, not a broken home, which ours was before he was even born."

"What happened when you told Will that you wanted to give the child up for adoption?"

"He was furious and he has lashed out at me time and time again," Paige sighs before she looks at the Judge. "But this is my decision; I am the one who had the baby, I am the one that carried the child for nine months, it should be up to me, and only me, what I do with my body and my baby. Please, your honor, don't take that away from me."

"No further questions," Ethan winks at Paige telling her that she did a good job.

Josh slowly stands up and looks over at Paige. "In a perfect world, do you think you and Will would still be together today?"

"It's not a perfect world," Paige tells him. "If Will wasn't in love with another woman, then, maybe, yes, could still be together."

"When couples are together and they have a child, do both parents make decisions for their child?"

"Yes but…"

"It was a yes or no question," Josh cuts her off. "No further questions your honor."

Paige breathes a sigh of relief, happy that her time on the stand is over, but she can't help but wonder if she did enough for the Judge to see her side, or if Josh grilling her will cause her to lose her ability to make her own decisions.

The Pink Flamingo at the River Rock Casino

At the back table of the restaurant, while slow jazz music plays, Bryce and Leah sit across from one another with dinner in front of them. Bryce is having a chicken sandwich while Leah is enjoying the penne alfredo. They each have a glass of wine with them as well. The mother and son wanted to catch up after they agreed to let Jeff go from the storage locker where they had been holding him hostage. They had kidnapped him because they wanted him to help them uncover the fact that Victoria framed Leah months earlier with the missing funds at Robertson Enterprises.

"Do you think we did the right thing by releasing Jeff?" Leah asks Bryce before she takes another bite of her pasta.

"I mean, yea," Bryce chuckles back to her. "It's not like we could, realistically, have kept him there much longer, even if he didn't agree to help us."

"I suppose that is true," Leah replies to him before she takes a sip of her wine. "I just hope that he does actually try to get to the truth."

"I think he will," Bryce says. "We did threaten to kidnap him again."

"He wasn't wrong when he told us that it was insane," Leah shakes her head back to him. "You weren't lying when you said your idea was extreme."

"We needed to do something to make Jeff realize that we were serious," Bryce tells her. "And we did that. And, if he can find out that Victoria did frame you, that should be enough for him to realize that Victoria isn't a good woman and that he shouldn't be with her."

"I hope to God that happens," Leah sighs back to him. "Because Jeff shouldn't be with Victoria."

"He won't be," Bryce says. "I have faith our plan will work out perfectly."

The Tower's; Floor Eight, Victoria's Condo

Victoria takes a long sip of her red wine as she looks out large window in the living room of her condo. Her mind is racing over the fact that Simona still hasn't found any clues about where Jeff could have disappeared too. Victoria also realizes that Simona doesn't want to go to Leah or Paige until after Jeff has been missing for 48 hours, which is the standard time for someone to, officially, be a missing person.

"Tomorrow is the day," she whispers to herself. "Jeff will officially become a missing person, and then a real case can be opened."

She moves to her phone and picks it up. She feels her heart skip a beat when she sees that she, still, doesn't have any new messages from Jeff.

"Where did you go? And why haven't I heard from you?"

She puts her phone back down on the table when she hears a knock on her front door. She moves to the door and gasps when she sees Jeff standing there.

"Jeff," she asks in shock. "You're….you're back? Is…is this real?"

"It's real," Jeff says as he hugs her tightly. "I'm back, Victoria, and I'm never going anywhere again."

Roboto

Kim sits behind the large desk in the CEO office of Roboto typing into her laptop. She had a meeting with the marketing team earlier in the day to go over some initial ideas for a new rollout for the company, as they know that they have to counter Robertson Enterprises successful launch of RELax. She just hopes that she, and the team, can come up with something as successful so Roboto will go back to the top.

Just then, the door to the office opens and Madeline enters pushing a baby stroller. Kim turns and sees her and immediately feels her heart warm at the thought of Bobby being in the stroller.

"Oh Kim," Madeline says looking back at her. "I…I thought Robbie was here."

"He was," Kim stands up from her chair. "He just ran out to get some coffee; I think it will be a late evening here."

"I see," Madeline tells her. "I…I was hoping we could have a family dinner, but maybe that's not the case."

"Where did you disappear too?" Kim asks her. "Robbie was telling me and Tyler that you left?"

Madeline gulps back to her. "That was a slight misunderstanding," she tells her. "I just went to the cabin for a few days to clear my head."

"I see," Kim tells her. "I hope that helped?"

"I did," Madeline nods back to her. "Do you…do you want to see Bobby?"

"I'd love too," Kim says as she lifts the covering of the stroller and sees Bobby, who is fast asleep. "Wow, he's getting bigger every day, isn't he?"

"He is," Madeline tells her. "He's a very special boy."
"That he is," Kim says as she can't deny that she feels a bond with the sleeping child. "That he is."

The Sugarbowl

Robbie grabs the two coffee's from the barista and moves to the coffee bar to add some cream and sugar to the drinks. The latest Zach Bryan single is playing in the coffeehouse, which isn't very busy at this time of the night. Robbie, however, thought he and Kim should have a caffeine boost since they are working on a new line at Roboto together.

As he puts some lids on the coffee's, Tyler comes into the coffeehouse and, immediately, sees Robbie standing there. Tyler takes a deep breath as he can't help but remember that Madeline told him that she told Robbie the truth about Bobby: he is really his son with Kim, and she has been raising him as her their son for months. What Tyler is worried about is that this truth could ruin his marriage to Kim, especially if she finds out that he knew about this before. He wonders if he should approach Robbie, but he pauses when he sees Robbie pull out his cellphone from his pocket as it is ringing.

"Hi, yes this is Robbie Calimo," he says into his phone. Tyler moves closer to him, so he can hear the phone call. "The day after tomorrow? Yes, I can be at the hospital for the DNA test that day. Thanks a lot for confirming with me."

Tyler ducks around the corner of the coffeehouse, which leads to the restrooms. He closes his eyes and tries to collect his rate heart.

"Robbie is having a DNA test, probably to confirm Madeline's story," he whispers to himself. "I can't lose Kim…I can't…but how can I stop this from happening?"
