Twin Peaks Police Station
 Cheresa sits across from Simona
in the detective's office facing one another. Cheresa wanted to see the detective
to give her an update on Dawn, because she knows that, despite, Dawn being in
the mental ward, she still has multiple charges pending against her because of
all the horrific acts she did while she was under the influence of being brainwashed
from Tara. "I am curious to hear what the update is you had for me,"
Simona admits to Cheresa she looks back at the younger woman. "I am guessing
that this has to do with Dawn?" "Yes, it does," Cheresa
nods back to her. "Frederick Richardson has agreed to be Dawn's doctor."
"Really?" Simona asks in surprise. "That seems like a surprise
are
you sure Frederick is the best doctor to help Dawn?" "I do,"
Cheresa tells her. "He would have the most experience dealing with a brainwashed
person. I
I just hope that he is able to breakthrough to her." "I've
been in contact with Dawn's current medical staff and there doesn't appear to
be any change." "There hasn't been," Cheresa admits to
her. "Even if with Dawn's parents being back, she remains in her current
status. And that's why it's key that Frederick help Dawn. I
I think he's
the only one that can." "I hope that too, I really do,"
Simona replies to her. "And if I can help with anything, let me know."
Riverbench Winery; The Richardson Estate; Santa Barbara Andrew
stands in the middle of the living room of the winery. He has been there for a
couple of weeks now and has been enjoying his time at the estate. The grounds
are much larger than he had remembered as he spent many of his youth at the winery.
After Savannah, this mother, died, Frederick took Andrew under his wing and he
was raised at the winery. Years later, he returned to Twin Peaks, but he always
had fond memories of his time in Santa Barbara. "This has been exactly
what I needed," he whispers to himself as he moves to the bar and pours himself
a glass of red wine, which is a vintage from two years ago. "Some time away
from Chris, Trenyce, and mostly, Daisy." He still can't believe that
Daisy, the woman he was engaged to be married too, changed Tinah's paternity test
results to show that Chris, not him, was her father. As a result, he lost months
with his daughter, and went on believing that he wasn't a father. This was a devastating
blow to him as he also learned that Olly wasn't his son at the same time. While
he has been civil to Daisy, deep down, he hasn't forgiven her yet, and has no
idea if he ever will. "Being back at the winery," he says before
he takes a sip of his wine. "It's bringing back so many fond times, and that's
exactly what I needed. I needed to get back to my roots. I just hope that one
day I will be able to move on from what happened in Twin Peaks." As
he takes another sip of wine, he doesn't notice that there is a figure behind
him, watching his every move. He turns around, but the figure disappears into
the hallway, so Andrew had no idea that he was being watched by someone else that
is at the winery. The Calimo Mansion Shane
finishes pouring two scotches and then walks back to the sofa where he passes
one to Jacob, who is sitting there. Shane was rather alarmed when Jacob arrived
at the mansion desperate to talk to his father. Shane has no idea what has Jacob
so upset, but he wants to know why. "Alright, you wanted a drink
and I gave you one," Shane looks over at his son, who takes a hearty sip
of this scotch. "What's going on, Jacob?" "You won't believe
it," Jacob sighs back to him. "But Cassie is pregnant." The
previous evening, Cassie returned home rather late and she had admitted that she
had a medical appointment. Jacob pressed her for what she needed to see the doctor
but they agreed to park the conversation to the morning. A few hours ago, Cassie
admitted that she was carrying his child, which threw Jacob for a loop because
he told his wife he didn't want more children. "Wow," Shane
nervously responds to him. "How did that happen?" "She
claims it was just an accident," Jacob replies to him quickly. "She
was on birth control, so it must have been that
an accident." "How
did you react to the news?" Shane asks him next. "I walked out,"
Jacob reveals to him. "I just left because my head was spinning; I don't
know what I'm going to do." "I see," Shane looks back at
him. "How do you think that made your wife feel?" "What
do you mean?" "Cassie is your wife," Shane reminds him.
"And she told you that you two are having a baby. And your reaction was to
walk out on her? I don't know, son, that doesn't seem like you're going to win
husband of the year any time soon." "Dad, I told her I didn't
want anymore children!" "And you still slept with her,"
Shane tells him. "Look, I'm going to give you some tough love here, Jacob.
I think you are acting like a brat right now. If a man and woman are together,
there is always a chance that a baby could happen from that. And I know you, I
know the kind of man you are, you aren't going to abandon your child; you can't
do that." "I really screwed this up, didn't I?" Jacob sighs
back to him. "I think you need to talk to your wife," Shane
tells him. "You two need to solve this together, that's the only option you
have." The Cascade Apartments; Cassie, Jacob, & Carter's Home
 "And then
he just walked
out!" Cassie shrieks at Max as she paces back and forth in the living room
of the apartment that she lives in with Jacob and their son. Cassie just finished
telling her older son that she is pregnant and when she told Jacob, he stormed
out because he had told he didn't want any other children. "He left?"
a stunned Max asks her quickly. "All because he had told you he didn't want
more children?" "I don't know what to do, Max," Cassie
admits to him. "Here I am, pregnant with Jacob's baby, and he left me."
"Your husband is an asshole," Max chuckles to her as Cassie shoots
him a deadly glare. "Okay, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I just think Jacob has always
been very entitled." "You're really not helping right now!"
"I'm sorry," Max stands up and pulls his mother into a hug. "For
what it's worth, I'm thrilled that I'm going to be a brother again. Congratulations."
"Thanks Max," Cassie forces a smile on her face as they exit their
embrace. "I
I just don't know what I am going to do." "Give
Jacob some time to cool down," Max tells her. "Once he does that, he
will come back and you two can talk this out. And after, you can put him on blast
for walking out on you, because Mom, that's not cool, and you shouldn't have to
take that. Not from Jacob, not from anyone." Robertson Enterprises
Jeff steps off the elevator at
Robertson Enterprises and makes a beeline for Victoria's office. They had been
talking the previous evening when Jeff asked her if she framed Leah for the missing
funds from Robertson all those months ago. At the time, Jeff could tell that the
question threw Victoria for a loop and she quickly denied it. Something in his
gut, though, is telling him to continue to press her for more questions. "Knock,
knock," he says as he opens her office door and see Victoria sitting behind
her desk. "How is it going?" "Good," Victoria replies
to him quickly. "I am just looking over some reports for the upcoming spring
launch of RELax; I think it will be another hit." "Oh that's
great," Jeff smiles back to her. "I also have some good news; Paige,
she won her court case." "You must be relieved," Victoria
looks back at him as he nods to her. "I am, mostly because I know
how much it meant to her," Jeff tells her. "But now that all of that
is over, you and I can continue our conversation." "Which conversation
is that?" Victoria looks back at him with an arched eyebrow. "About
my question about you framing Leah last year," Jeff reminds her. "You
never did give me a solid answer." "I
I guess I don't understand,"
Victoria admits to him as she stands up and moves to her bar to pour herself a
glass of water. "Where is this coming from? After all this time, Jeff, why
are you asking me about this now?" "It's always been in my mind,"
Jeff reveals to her. "The truth is, I never believed Leah stole from her
family company and wondered if you had something to do with it. So, I'll ask you
again, Vic, did you frame Leah? Did you make it appear that she stole from her
family?" ***

Meanwhile, in the CEO office, Tyler sits behind his desk typing into his laptop.
His mind, however, is racing over the fac that the altered the DNA that Robbie
was running on Kim and Bobby. He feels lucky that he overheard Robbie's phone
with the hospital at the Sugarbowl recently, otherwise, he wouldn't have known
about the test. Once he learned about the test, he knew that he had to change
the results because he doesn't want to lose Kim to Robbie; that is the last thing
he wants to have happen. "You look busy, is this a bad time?"
Madeline asks as she opens the door to his office and moves inside. "Nah,
I have some time," Tyler looks back at her as he stands up from his chair.
"How are you doing? The last time we saw one another, you told me that you
told Robbie the truth." "I did," Madeline circle around
with arms stretched out. "And I feel amazing. All the weight of the guilt
I was carrying is gone, Tyler. I
I feel like I can breathe again."
"I'm glad for you," Tyler nods back to her. "But
I did
something, Maddie. I had to do something to protect myself and my marriage to
Kim." "What do you mean by that?" Madeline asks him quickly.
"I can't say," he tells her. "But the truth, it won't come
out. I can't let it. And now that you've told your truth, you can be happy and
content, and I
I can keep my wife. That's how this has to end, Madeline,
because I won't lose Kim. I can't." Twin Peaks General Hospital

"Please don't keep me waiting," an impatient Robbie looks back at
Stephanie as they continue to sit across from one another in her office. "Yes,
before I get to that," Stephanie replies to him. "I wanted you to know
that I actually ran the test a second time." Robbie arches his eyebrow
back to her. "You ran the test twice? Why?" "The first
time, I noticed some discrepancies," Stephanie admits to him. "I was
involved in another DNA test last year and I didn't want a similar situation to
happen here with false results." "Alright," Robbie nods
back to her. "So, these results, they are foul proof?" "Yes,
I believe so." "And what to do they say? Were those DNA samples
a match?" "Yes," Stephanie tells him. "They were a
perfect match." Robbie feels the blood drain from his face as he
puts his hand over his mouth in shock. "It's true," he whispers to himself
as tears flood his eyes. "Bobby is my son
with Kim
