Previously On One Day At A Time
-Natasha recalled more about the Calimo mansion; she told Jason she has to go there
-Jason and Rebecca met. They had an attraction to each other. Rebecca recognized Natasha, but kept mum
-Robin proposed to Cory. Leah interrupted and revealed everything about Rebecca to Robin. Cory urged Robin to see Rebecca
-Daisy worried about the results of the election

Scene 1
Setting: The Towers; The Penthouse; Cory’s Home

Cory returns downstairs, after talking to Robin.

"Is she coming back to White Cove with me?" Leah asks, getting up from the couch.

"I don’t know. I talked to her. I told her to come down if she wanted to see Rebecca."

"I guess I’ll wait for awhile."

"This is an amazing story Leah. Robin has another sister. She’s taking it pretty hard."

"I thought she would. I was really torn about telling her. She’s been through a lot the last 6 months."

Suddenly Robin emerges at the stairs.

"Robin!" Leah says. "You’re dressed. Does that mean...?"

"Yes, Leah. I’ll go to White Cove and see my sister." she says softly.

**The Next Morning**

Scene 2
Setting: Chris and Daisy’s Home

Daisy steps out of the bathroom, dressed in a light blue suit.

"You look wonderful" Chris smiles at his wife.

"Thank you. But I feel nervous. In a few short hours we will know if I am the new major of Twin Peaks."

"Just relax Daisy. What’s the worst that could happen?"

"I could lose." Daisy smiles.

"And that wouldn’t be too bad, would it?" he winks.

Daisy puts her hands on her hips.

"Ok, ok. It would be bad" Chris says, kissing his wife.

"As long as I have you, nothing will go wrong" Daisy says. "You better shower though."

"I’m going, I’m going!" Chris says, entering the bathroom.

Daisy walks over to the mirror, and puts on some earrings. Suddenly the telephone rings.

Daisy hears Chris already in the shower, as she picks up the phone.

"Hello" Daisy answers the phone.

A strange voice, that Daisy doesn’t recognize replies "Ms. Davenport. You need to come to your office quickly. There is an important package for you. You need to get this package before the election results come in."

Daisy becomes strained on thinking what the package is. "Alright, I’ll be right over" Daisy replies.

Daisy hangs up the phone, and writes Chris a quick note. She then leaves the house.

Meanwhile, at Daisy’s office, the mysterious figure hangs up the phone.

Scene 3
Setting: The White Cove Inn

Robin awakes from her sleep on the sofa; as Leah awakes in the bed.

"Hey, morning" Robin says.

"Morning. Sorry about last night. I didn’t realize how late it had gotten."

"It’s alright. I didn’t really want to wake Rebecca up either."

"I’m going to hop in the shower quickly. Why don’t you order room service. Just put it on the Roboto bill."

"Great!"

Scene 4
Setting: Jason’s Home in White Cove

Jason enters the kitchen, and sees the table filled with breakfast.

"What’s all this?" he asks, still half asleep.

"I made you breakfast. Sort of a thank you. For everything you’ve done" Natasha smiles.

"You are still leaving today?"

"Yea. I have to go. I have to get my life back."

"I’ll miss you." Jason says.

Natasha hugs Jason. "This isn’t goodbye. I’ll keep in touch."

"You better." Jason laughs. "I have a surprise for you as well."

"What did you do Jason?"

Jason pulls out a set of keys.

"These are for you."

"Keys? What do I need keys for?"

"You can’t exactly walk around." Jason says. "It’s the keys to my old car. I’m giving it to you."

"Oh Jason! You are the best!" Natasha hugs him again.

Scene 5
Setting: The White Cove Inn

Robin and Leah finish getting dressed.

"Are you sure you are ready for this?" Leah asks Robin.

"As ready as I will ever be."

"OK, let’s go" Leah says, opening the door.

The women walk across the hallway. Leah knocks on the door.

Inside, Rebecca realizes that it’s Leah and Robin and gets nervous. Rebecca slowly makes her way to the door. She opens it, and sees Leah. Robin has her back to the door.

"Rebecca. Hi." Leah says, hugging Rebecca.

"Good morning Leah."

Leah turns to Robin. "Robin, this is Rebecca. Your....sister"

Robin turns, and looks at Rebecca. Tears begin to form in the corner of her hazel eyes.

"My...sis...sister" Robin says slowly.

Robin moves slowly to Rebecca. Rebecca also begins to get tears in her eyes. The two women hug.

"Please come in, we have so much to talk about" Rebecca says.

Scene 6
Setting: City Hall; Daisy’s Office

Daisy arrives at her office.

"Hmm...my door is shut, and the lights are off. What kind of package is here?" she mumbles to herself, as she begins to unlock the door.

Daisy enters the dark office. She is about the turn on the light switch, when the mysterious figure grabs her. Daisy tries to scream, but the gloved hand covers her mouth with a white rag. Daisy soon passes out, and crumbles to the ground, as the mysterious figure hovers over her lifeless body.

Scene 7
Setting: Twin Peaks General Hospital

Kim arrives at the hospital. She spots Shane walking, and catches up to him.

"Shane, hi! What’s going on?" Kim asks.

"Hey Kim! Not much around here. How about you? Is everything alright with you?"

"Physically I’m fine."

"What’s that suppose to mean?" Shane asks.

"I’m here for therapy. I’m starting today."

"I had no idea."

"No one does. I just made the appointment this morning. I was lucky that Dr. Dexson had an opening." Kim quickly glances at her watch. "And, if I don’t go now, I will be late. See you around Shane."

"Good luck Kim"

Scene 8
Setting: Natasha’s Car

Natasha is driving in her car, trying to remember where the cabin is located. Suddenly she has a memory flash of driving to the cabin.

"I remember where it is!" Natasha says, as she begins to speed up.

Scene 9
Setting: Chris and Daisy’s Home

Chris steps out of the shower. He walks from the washroom into the bedroom, and finds Daisy’s note.

"Just going to the office, huh? Daisy, you can never stop working" Chris smiles. "That’s why I love you though".

Scene 10
Setting: The White Cove Inn

Leah, Robin and Rebecca sit in on the sofas, chatting away.

"Ah! This is so great!" Rebecca says. "I was really nervous, but you are very cool Robin."

"I feel the same way Rebecca."

The sisters hug once again.

"I still have some unanswered questions though." Robin says. "Like why mother gave you up, and not me. And why she gave you up at all."

"I don’t think I could handle seeing our mother Robin. Please don’t make me go see her."

"I won’t. But you have to come back to Twin Peaks with us. You can’t stay here alone."

"I would love to" Rebecca beams.

Scene 11
Setting: The Calimo Cabin

Natasha is pulling into the driveway of the Calimo Cabin, when she has another memory flash. She recalls driving her car off the bridge! Natasha shuts her eyes, and doesn’t realize that she is driving off the road! The car hits a tree!

"Damn it!" Natasha says. She gets out of the car. The engine is smoking. She gets back into the car, and tries to back it up. The car refuses to run.

"Well, great." she says angrily. She looks up and sees the cabin. "At least I made it here."

Natasha walks up to the front door, and tries to open it. "Locked." she says. She walks back, and looks underneath the rug. She finds a key, and unlocks the door. "How did I know about the key?" she wonders. Nevertheless she enters the cabin.

Scene 12
Setting: The Towers; The Penthouse; Cory’s Home

Robin arrives at the penthouse.

"Cory! I’m home!" she yells, as she slams the door. "Cory? Are you here?"

Cory emerges at the stairs, and begins to walk down "I hear you, I hear you." he laughs. "How was your meeting with Rebecca?"

"Wonderful!" she beams, kissing Cory.

"I’m happy for you."

"I owe it to you. You told me to go see her."

"I thought it would make you happy" he says, sitting on the sofa.

Robin sits next to him. "We still have a lot of questions with my mother, but all in good time, right?"

"Yea. Listen, changing the subject...I’ve been thinking" he says, getting serious.

"About what?"

"About last night, and your question."

"My proposal you mean?" she says.

"Yea." Cory replies. Cory moves down on the floor. "And, I accept." he says, pulling out a ring.

"What..." Robin says, stunned.

"Will you marry me?" he asks.

"Oh my...yes! Yes, Cory!"

Cory places the ring on Robin’s finger, and kisses her passionately.

Scene 13
Setting: City Hall; The Courtyard

The courtyard is filled with press, friends and family as the announcement of the election results are about to be revealed. Chris is in the front row, but he is concerned that Daisy has not showed up. He looks around, but he still can’t see her.

Mayor Higgins steps up to the podium. "Ladies and gentlemen. If I can have you attention, we can get started with the proceedings."

The crowd hushes down. Paul Walker, the other candidate looks as concerned as Chris, with no sign of Daisy.

"As you all know, two wonderful candidates have been running for Mayor of Twin Peaks, as I am retiring. Mrs. Daisy Davenport and Mr. Paul Walker are both very worthy of this prestigious position. However, only one can be the new major."

The audience claps.

"And now, I reveal the new major of Twin Peaks." Higgins grabs an envelope and opens it. "By a vote of 65% majority, Mrs. Daisy Davenport is the new major of Twin Peaks!"

The audience claps. Chris is overjoyed.

"Daisy, please come say some words." Higgins says. Higgins turns to where Daisy should be seating. "Daisy? Where the heck did she go? Well, anyways, congrats to Daisy Davenport!"

Meanwhile...

In a darkened room, Daisy awakes on a small bed.

"Where...where am I?" she wonders.

Meanwhile...back at City Hall.

A woman looking like Daisy emerges.

"Ah, there she is" Higgins says. "Daisy, the new major. Come say a few words."

‘Daisy’ arrives at the microphone. "Thank you. This is a very big surprise. I’m just really happy right now, and I promise to do my best."

The audience cheers again.

Chris looks at Daisy, and wonders what’s wrong.

‘I don’t know what it is, but something’s off with my wife’ he thinks to himself.
