Scene One - MW Investigations; Madeline's Office

Vinny enters the investigation firm and slowly walks down the five stairs that lead into the main office space. He looks around before he finally spots Madeline sitting in her office looking over some paper work. He quickly starts to walk over to her door as he recalls going to see his brother in jail the day before. Brett suggested to him and Daisy that Madeline may know more about Savannah's claim that Andrew is really her son as Madeline was still pretending to be Patricia West at the time Andrew was born. Vinny realizes that he has to do everything he possibly can to get to the truth about this because Daisy and Trenyce are in overdrive with worry with Savannah's claim. Not that he can blame them, but he has to prove Savannah's claim to be wrong. No matter what he has to do, he has to find a way to make this go away for Daisy and Trenyce.

"I hope you're not too busy," Vinny announces to Madeline as he stands at the door of her office. She looks up and gets a slight grin on her face. He knows that it has been far too long since they've seen each other.

"Vinny," Madeline says back to him. "This is a surprise. I haven't seen you in what seems like ages. How are you? Come in, please and close the door behind you."

Vinny does as he is instructed. He comes up to her and gives her a quick hug. "It has been awhile and I wish I could say that this was a just a visit to catch up, but I really need your help with something."

Madeline arches her eyebrow. "Have a seat, I'm all ears."

"I know that you won't want to talk about this, but it is really important," he begins to tell her. "I need to know about some of the things Dave and Brett had you do when you were Patricia West."

Madeline feels the blood drain from her face. She somehow knew that seeing Savannah Pherson back in town would bring up more of these questions. In some ways, she is surprised that it has taken this long, especially since Savannah recognizes her as Patricia. "You're absolutely right, I don't want to talk about this," she smiles back to him. "But I know it must be important if you're asking about something. So I will try to help if I can."

"I appreciate that Madeline, I really do," he replies to her. "This is about Savannah Pherson. She was Dave's girlfriend. Apparently he got her pregnant and he stole her baby. She's claiming that Andrew Davenport, Trenyce's son is really her son. Is there any way this could be true?"

Madeline looks away not wanting to look Vinny in the eye. She shuts her eyes for a moment and tries to control her heart rate. How can this be happening? She never thought she would have to answer these types of questions. She opens her eyes and looks back at Vinny. She bites her lower lip. "I don't know," she quickly tells him, hoping that he will drop these claims.

Vinny looks back at her and stands up. "Thanks for your help Madeline anyways," he replies to her, even though something by the way Madeline acted he knows that Savannah's claim could very well be true. What he doesn't know is how to tell Daisy and Trenyce the news.

Scene Two - Roboto; Bob's Office

Bob sits at his desk looking over some latest numbers from Roboto's line that came out last year. He knows that he has to probably start working on a new launch sometime soon that will help him regain the competitive edge that Robertson took away from the Petal's line. He smiles knowing that soon he will have the upper edge for good because he found out Dominick's deepest, darkest secret. He realizes that once his new plan comes into light, Dominick will have no choice but to focus on other aspects of his life and let his company fall to the sidelines. That's when Bob plans to take over the corporate battle that the two have been having the last few years. And once he takes over, he plans to keep it that way for good.

He looks up when his office door opens. He sees Natasha walk into his office, clearly with something on her mind.

"I thought I'd find you here," she announces to her father as she throws her purse onto leather sofa. "We need to talk."

Bob arches his eyebrow. "What's going on darling? It appears that I may have upset you with your tone."

Natasha folds her arms across her chest. "You haven't done anything to upset my Dad," she tells him in a stern voice. "I guess I'm here to give you a warning."

"What kind of warning?"

"That you're going to allow history to repeat itself if you don't change your actions and quickly," she tells him, hoping that he will pick up on what she is trying to get at.

"I'm afraid I don't understand what you're talking about Natasha," he tells her, confused by her riddled talk.

"You have a wife at home Dad," Natasha informs him of something he already knows. "Kim and I have grown closer again since her shooting and I know that she's lonely at home. Do you remember what happened with you and Mom? All those years ago, you put Roboto first and what happened? She ended up in the arms of Dominick Roberston. Do you really want to drive Kim into the arms of another man? I know that you love this company and you have worked your entire life at it, but you have to give her some of your time. I don't want you to repeat those mistakes."

Bob looks down for a moment knowing that he has been putting the company before his wife for some time now. He never thought that he would be pushing her into someone else's arms. "Is there someone else in Kim's life?" he asks quietly, hoping that the answer is no.

"Not that I'm aware of," she replies to him. "Look, I know this may not be my place Daddy, but the last thing I want is for you and Kim to hurt each other. It look me a long time to come realize that this marriage was something you both wanted, so don't throw it away because you're too busy working here."

Scene Three - Twin Peaks General Hospital; Cassie's Room

"Harold last night was absolutely wonderful," Cassie smiles to her security guard as she remembers how he came in after hours and rubbed her feet and ankles. She winks over at him, knowing that she has to ensure that he won't say anything about their new found relationship. She doesn't want to get him in trouble; just the opposite. "I promise I won't say a word to anyone about this."

Harold gulps and looks back at Cassie. "I appreciate that Ms. Nova," he replies to her quickly. "Because I don't want to get in trouble. I'm not supposed to have any interaction with you at all."

Cassie shakes her head. "I would never say anything, you have my word. I really enjoyed you rubbing my feet and ankles Harold. They ache so often because of the handcuffs."

Harold shakes his head. "It seems barbaric how they have you, a pregnant lady, trapped like that. It's not like you're going to get very far in that state."

Cassie nods back to him. "Just know that I appreciate it. Your wife is very lucky. If we were in a different place, a different time, who knows …"

She seems Harold blush and she gets confirmation that he has a small crush on her. "I didn't mean to make you blush."

"I should get back to my post Ms. Nova. I'll be in later to check on you."

Cassie watches as he exits her room. She puts her hand on her stomach and smiles to herself. "Don't worry little one, no is going to take you away from me. No one will ever get that satisfaction."

Before she can say anything further, her door opens again. "Did you forget something?" she asks, thinking that Harold has come back for something else. She sees a young man standing in her room. "Can I help you?" she asks the stranger.

"Ms. Nova?" he asks as he comes closer to her. "You've been served."

Cassie arches her eyebrow as she receives a package from the man. Once it's in her hand, he turns and leaves her room as she rips open the envelope. "What the hell is this?" she asks in shock as she reads the documents.

Scene Four - The Pampa Grill

Robbie and Victoria sit at a table in the restaurant and wait for their bottle of wine to arrive. "Are you nervous?" he asks over to her, sensing that she isn't feeling quite like herself right now. He knows that the day ahead of them might be a big day in shaping Victoria's future. After everything they have been through together the last few months, Robbie just hopes that this is a positive direction for her.

Victoria looks up at her lover and shrugs her shoulders. "I'm not sure how I feel. I think that this will be a good thing, but it is still a big step, you know?"

"I do know," he replies to her. "I think this will be the first step in putting everything that has happened behind us and looking to a positive future."

Victoria nods her head and feels her heart skip a beat when Eva shows up at the table. "Marbella, Robbie," she announces as she stands at the side of the table. "I must admit that I was surprised to get the invitation to lunch today."

"Please have a seat," Robbie gestures to her as Eva sits down in her chair. "Would you like some wine?"

Eva nods her head and looks over at Victoria, who is still a touch unsettled. "Is everything alright my dear?"

Victoria nods her head and finally looks over at her mother. "This was my idea, having you for lunch today."

Eva smiles. "Well thank you, it is nice to see you and Robbie and not have some huge crisis hanging over our heads. Donovan's entire ordeal took so much out of us."

"That's exactly what we were thinking," Robbie tells her as he pours her a glass of white wine.

"I guess I was hoping," Victoria begins to say to Eva. "That this could be the start of something new."

Eva swallows her wine and arches her eyebrow. "What do you mean Marbella? Start of something new in terms of what?"

Victoria reaches across the table and grabs her mother's hand. "In terms of us; our relationship. I was hoping that we could start fresh now here today."

Eva feels her eyes swell with water. For so long she thought that her children were still upset with her for abandoning them when they were children. She has longed for this moment for so long.

"Ernesto is dead and Donovan has finally been cleared of these charges," Victoria continues to tell Eva. "I think it's time we put that all behind us and start fresh with our lives. We need to leave that negative energy behind us."

"Oh darling," Eva gasps. "That is all I want too. I really want us to have a real relationship, the one we should have been having all along."

Victoria wipes her eyes with some tears and smiles back to her mother. "Then, let's try to have a normal relationship. Let's try to be a family."

Scene Five - The Sugarbowl

"Hey, thanks for meeting me today," Donovan says as he slides into the booth of the coffeehouse holding a coffee in his hand. He looks across the table and sees Andy sitting there. Since he has been cleared of all murder charges against his father, Donovan has made it a point of trying to see all of his friends and family more often. Never again does he want to take them for granted. He wants to ensure that he is living his life to the very fullest. Another reason that he asked to see Andy today is because he recalls the day before when he spotted Craig and Reese talking at the coffeehouse. Something about their discussion left a bad taste in his mouth. He can't really say what it was about the conversation, but he thinks that Andy deserves to know about it.

"After everything you've been through, I can always make time of us hanging out Donovan," Andy smiles back to his friend. "Have I told you how happy I am that everything worked out the way it did?"

Donovan nods his head back. "Only a few hundred times," he chuckles back to him. "But seriously, thank you again for all your support during that time. I don't know what I would have done without you and all my friends and family. You guys were my rock."

"It's because we care about you Donovan. I don't know if you've noticed, but I've grown to think of you as a very good friend," Andy admits to him.

Donovan smiles back to him. "And that's how I feel about you. That's part of the reason why I wanted to talk to you today," Donovan admits to him, causing Andy to look up from his picked apart muffin.

"Well that sounds serious," Andy says back to him wondering what Donovan is talking about.

"I don't know if it is or not but it is something that I thought you should know about," Donovan continues to sound cryptic. "Yesterday, I was here at the coffee house having my breakfast and I saw something that I thought you should know about."

"Okay," Andy shrugs his shoulders. "What exactly do you think I should know about?"

"I saw Craig here," Donovan reveals to Andy, whose eyes widen at the name of his boyfriend. "And he was talking with Reese. I don't know what they were talking about, but it seemed pretty intense while they were talking."

Andy nods his head but he doesn't say anything back. He's trying to think of a reason as to why Craig and Reese would be talking but he can't think of anything. He smiles back to his friend as they make eye contact. "Thanks for telling me. I'll see what it could be with Craig later."

"I hope I didn't cause any problems," Donovan quickly says back to him. "It just seemed … I don't know, I can't place it. I just wanted you to know."

"Thanks Donovan, I appreciate the thought," Andy replies, his mind going back to a few nights earlier when he found the condom wrapper in his bedroom that he shares with Craig. He thought, at first, that Craig cheated but he tried to put that out of his mind. He couldn't have cheated on Andy … could have he?

Scene Six - The Calimo Mansion

Bob walks into the living room and sees Kim pouring herself a vodka beverage. He watches her for a moment and wonders if what Natasha told her him earlier could be true; has his work been pushing Kim into the arms of another man? He had never thought of his work as the reason Sofia had an affair with Dominick, but the words that Natasha spoke to him ring true in some ways. Had he been around with Sofia more when they first got together, she wouldn't have ended up in the arms of Dominick. That being said, a part of him doesn't regret what happened because he knows that his affair with Eva afterwards is what led to Natasha being his daughter. All these years later, the last thing he wants, however, is to make the same mistake again with Kim.

"Darling," he says as he comes fully into the living room, causing her to quickly swallow her first drink of vodka. "Sorry, I didn't mean to startle you. What have you been up to today?"

Kim looks over at her husband and almost can't look him in the eyes. She shuts her eyes for a moment and remembers the previous day in the changing rooms outside.

[FLASH]

Kim is bent over a bench with her legs spread wide as Johnny is behind her having his way with her body. "Oh Johnny," she says in complete ecstasy for the young pool boy that she had been eyeing for some time.
"Mrs. Calimo," he grunts back to her, thrusting into her. "You're so hot. I've wanted this for so long."

"Me too, please don't stop," she begs him as she shuts her eyes as she feels him deep inside again.

[FLASH]

"Kimberly?" Bob calls out again, causing Kim to come back into present time. "Are you okay darling? You look like you've seen a ghost."

"I think I need to sit down," she tells him, finally looking him in the eyes. She hates that she slept with the pool boy, but another part of her needed to get satisfied. It had been far too long since Bob showed her any type of affection. And she had wanted Johnny for so long. Finally having him was even better than she had hoped it would have been.

"Are you feeling okay?" Bob asks her as he follows her to the sofa. "I'm concerned about you darling."

"I'm fine," Kim replies to him, faking a smile on her face. "I think I probably had too much sun yesterday. I was by the pool almost the entire day."

"You need to stay hydrated and make sure you have sun tan lotion on," he tells her.

"I know Bob, I think I just stayed out too long. Anyways, what's going on with you? You're home early from the office."

"There's a couple of reasons," Bob reveals to her. "First of all, I need to find Jonathan."

Kim's eyes open wider. "The pool boy? Why on earth do you need to see him?"

"I'm promoting him at Roboto," he reveals. "He's been doing such a bang up job here at the house and in the mail room; I want to tell him the news myself."

Kim gulps. "That's fantastic news," she tells him, trying to hide her guilt.

"The other reason that I came home early, was to spend the afternoon with you; unless you have something else planned," he says as he grabs her hand and looks into her eyes. "It's been far too long since we've spent time together. Just the two of us."

Kim looks up at him and smiles at her husband. These are the words that she has longed to hear for so long. She wonders why he is telling her this now. Could he possibly know about her and Jonathan's affair? She quickly scolds herself knowing that he wouldn't have given Jonathan a promotion if he knew he had sex with her. Maybe he is finally coming around.

"That would be nice," she replies to him as she squeezes his hand again. "Maybe you can tell me what you uncovered in Switzerland. You know, the entire trip is still a mystery to me."

Bob smiles back to her and leans in to give her a kiss. "Maybe we could discuss that after we get down to some business," he says in between kisses.

Kim forces herself to kiss her husband back. She has longed for his for so long, but now while she is kissing him, all she can see in front of her is Jonathan. "How about we go upstairs darling?" he says as he lips reach her neck.

Kim lets out a tiny moan. "That sounds wonderful," she replies to him as she stands up and grabs his hand to lead him upstairs, all the while her mind is thinking of her time with Jonathan the day before.

Scene Seven - The Victors House; Vinny's Home

"It sounded urgent on the phone, what's going on?" Daisy asks as she enters the living room of Vinny's home and sees him pouring himself a scotch. She immediately knows that something is wrong; it's not like Vinny to be having a drink this early in the day. She knows that the previous day they went to see Brett at the prison so something else must have happened. "You're having a drink. What's wrong?"

Vinny takes the cup to his mouth and takes a sip of his scotch. He looks over at her as he swallows. "I called Trenyce over here too. There's something she needs to hear."

Daisy shakes her head. "I don't understand. What has happened since yesterday?"

Vinny sets the glass down. "I went to see Madeline Wilkins," he reveals to her as her eyes widen.

"And what happened? Did she confirm something more that we didn't already know?" Daisy asks him with more of an urgency in her voice. "Vinny! Please tell me what's going on!"

Before he can respond, he hears a knock on his front door. "That must be Trenyce," he tells her as he walks by her. "I'll tell you both at the same time."

He moves to the door and opens it, finding Trenyce as he expected. "Vinny, what's going on? It sounded urgent on the telephone," Trenyce says as she comes into the house. She moves into the living room and quickly sees Daisy. "Aunt Daisy, did Vinny call you here too?" she asks her as she sets her purse down on the sofa as Daisy nods her back to Trenyce. "Okay, Vinny you have your attention. What is going on?"

Vinny sighs and walks back over to his drink. He has another sip of scotch. "I went to see Madeline Wilkins today. Trenyce, what you don't know is that yesterday Daisy and I went to see Brett in jail. He didn't know anything about Savannah's claim that Andrew is her son. He did suggest that I speak to Madeline as she was still pretending to be Patricia West at the time."

"And what exactly did Madeline say?" Trenyce asks, feeling her heart sink. She knows that Vinny must have found something out if he called both her and Daisy to his house. "Please tell me Vinny," she says as she feels water swell in her eyes. She hates this entire claim of Savannah's.

Vinny turns back and looks at Trenyce then locks eyes with Daisy. "She said she didn't know anything," he reveals to them, causing both of them to sigh out in relief. "But you have to know, the way she acted, I swear that Madeline knows more than what she is letting on. I don't know what this means, but I think there's more to this story. I had to tell you both as soon as it happened."

"What else could there be Vinny?" Trenyce snaps back at him. "Andrew is my son. End of story. Anything else doesn't matter to me. As long as Savannah Pherson realizes that Andrew is my son and nothing will ever change that. Ever!"

Scene Eight - The Park

Madeline walks quickly to the bench in the, breathing in some of the hot summer air. She can't believe that Vinny was in her office earlier in the day asking her questions about the time she was Patricia West. What's more is that she hates that these questions have been coming since Savannah Pherson has come to town. She really thought for so long that this part of her life was behind her. So much has happened in her life since she was Patricia West, it's hard to go back to that time after so much time. She shakes her head and starts to talk to herself.

"No one really knows what happened. It is impossible," she whispers to herself. "Dave and I were so careful. No one can know. They can speculate all they want, but there's no proof. I have nothing to worry about." She tells herself this in hopes that she will be able to calm herself down.

Madeline takes another deep breath and doesn't hear someone come up behind her. "Talking to yourself, Patricia?" Savannah asks Madeline as she approaches the bench.

Madeline shuts her eyes for a moment, knowing Savannah's voice without having to turn around. "I'm not in the mood to deal with you today Savannah. Can you just leave me alone, please?"

Savannah gets a slight grin on her face before she walks around to face Madeline. Her eyes become wider with intent. "I don't think so Patty," Savannah replies to her. "See, I've realized exactly how you and Dave did what you did."

"What are you talking about?" Madeline shakes her head back at Savannah.

"I know how you stole my baby," Savannah reveals, hatred taking over in her eyes. "And trust me, when I prove, I will make you pay. You will wish you were dead with Dave."

Madeline suddenly gets chills and looks back at Savannah, who starts to walk away. "I will get the proof Madeline, just watch and see."

Madeline feels her eyes swell with water as Savannah walks away from the bench. She wipes a tear from her eye. "This can't be happening," she whispers to herself as she covers her mouth with her hand.

Scene Nine - Twin Peaks General Hospital; Cassie's Room

Helen slowly opens the door to Cassie's room and she peeks inside. She sees Cassie laying on the bed, which she always is. Something is different about Cassie when Helen looks at her, however. Helen can't place it, but she shuts the door behind her.

"Cassie?" she calls out, causing the woman in the bed to turn and look at the woman who has the same face as her. "How are you feeling?"

Cassie rolls her eyes and laughs at Helen. "You must love this Helen. Seeing me locked to this bed the same way I locked you in that the cage for so long. You know, the only difference is, I knew what I was doing. I could have killed you at any time, but I didn't. Everytime you drag your sorry ass in this room, you should be thanking me for keeping you alive."

"I see you're fine mood today," Helen replies to her quickly, not wanting to upset Cassie. If she's honest, she only stopped by to see how Cassie and the baby were doing. She didn't want to have a fight with her enemy. "I just came to see how you are doing. As someone that has been locked up, I know what it's like not to have any freedom."

"Isn't that sweet of you?" Cassie spits back at her. "I got your lovely little notice today. You know, the one where you and Adam are trying to take my baby away from me."

Helen looks at Cassie. "We just want to do what is best for the baby."

"And taking my baby away from me is what's best? This entire town is full of hypocrites, you know that!" Cassie yells at Helen, causing Helen to shut her eyes for a moment. Suddenly, Helen opens her eyes, when Cassie yells out in pain.

"Cassie?" Helen asks, rushing over to the bed. "What is it? What's wrong?"

Cassie looks up at Helen with panic in her eyes. "My water just broke! I'm in labour!"
