Scene One - Twin Peaks Court House

"All rise, the honourable Judge Franklin Ross resides," the bailiff announces as Jeff, Josh, Robbie, Natasha and Paige all stand up and the Judge emerges from his chambers and returns to his seat.

"You may be seated," he tells everyone as he looks out at Jeff and Robbie, both of whom are looking a little pale at this point. Franklin can tell that they both want to win this case, but he also realizes that only one man can "win". In his mind, they want to win so they can stick it to the other guy, not because it is potentially what is best for the situation but because he can tell that they don't like each other. His eyes then move to Paige, who is once again sitting in the back of the court room. He recalls her testimony and how she said she wishes everything could go back to normal, before her mother was taken from her. He only hopes that his ruling will do just that; bring some kind of normalcy back to the young woman's life. He also hopes that the two men in Paige's life will start to focus on what is important not this feud. "This was a complicated case to say the least," he tells everyone, finally addressing the courtroom. "But I have made my decision about the estate of Leah Robertson."

"This is it, are you okay?" Josh Levitt asks Jeff as they sit beside her each.

Jeff takes a deep breath and nods back this lawyer. He turns around and looks at Paige, who doesn't look back at him. Her eyes are focused on Judge Ross.

"I realize that both of you loved Leah," Franklin tells Robbie and Jeff. "But she is gone and she will never be coming back. What you both have to realize is that you still have someone very precious in your life and that's Paige. If you couldn't see the hurt and pain in her eyes while she was speaking to me then you are blind fools."

Robbie and Jeff both gulp as they listen to the Judge talk to them, both suddenly feeling horrible about what has happened.

"You both need to stop this feud and put that young woman first," the Judge continues. "Alas, I'm not here to be a therapist for this family. I'm here to make a decision about what I believe a deceased woman would have wanted. It's not easy trying to go into another person's shoes but I have to believe that if Mrs. Claus was alive today she would want her husband taken care of, and that's why I am awarding part of Leah Robertson's estate to her husband Jeff," Franklin continues as Robbie's mouth opens in shock and he looks over at Natasha, who puts her hand on top of his. "More specially, I am giving the house that Leah owned back to her husband. I'm sorry Mr. Calimo, but you have to move out. I see that the house is rightfully Mr. Claus'. This court room is adjourned!"

Jeff stands up with a huge smile on his face. He looks over and can see that Robbie is fuming but he doesn't care about that right now, he really wants to share this with Paige. Jeff turns around to see his daughter, but he doesn't see her. He sighs and realizes that she's already left the court room. The words of the Judge reel in his mind; he has to make this up to Paige, somehow, some way.

Scene Two - The Pampa Grill

"Oh, Frederick, you have no idea how much I appreciate this," Daisy tells the doctor as she receives a cheque from him, as a donation to the City to continue its expansion.

"You're very welcome," Frederick smiles back to the mayor of Twin Peaks. "When I moved here, I really wanted to encourage the development of this already great city."

"Well, this will go a long way to ensure we continue to grow," Daisy smiles back to him, as they stand near the bar. Daisy was at the restaurant about to have a family dinner when Frederick approached her and asked to speak with her in private. She's very glad that she accepted because Frederick's donation will go a long way to help the city.

Unbeknownst to both of them, Jemma is watching them from behind a wall in the restaurant that is near the bar. She feels her blood boil seeing Frederick and Daisy talking. She tries to calm herself down but she feels her heart racing inside her chest.

"This ain't happenin'. No way Miss Daisy will be gettin' close to that man," Jemma whispers to herself before she turns around and makes her way back to the table, knowing she has to control herself before Daisy gets back to the table.

"I honestly don't know why we didn't think of this before," Trenyce tells Chris and Vinny as they sit at a table together, waiting for Daisy and Jemma to come back to join them. Trenyce just finished telling Vinny about wanting to find her real child; the one that was stolen from her when she gave birth. For so long, she was focused on getting Andrew back because she raised him since he was a baby. Since Jemma told her to start focusing on finding her baby, Trenyce has thought of little else. She is so glad that Chris took the news well when she finally told him.

"We loved Andrew so much," Chris chimes in. "In some ways, it makes sense that we only focused on him. But I'm glad Jemma finally told Trenyce what we should have been thinking all along: we do need to find our real child. We have to know what happened to him or her."

Vinny takes a drink of his merlot before he looks back at the two. He agrees with everything that they are saying; it is time to let Savannah be the mother she needs to be to Andrew and Trenyce and Chris should start to find their baby.

"Have you told Daisy this yet?" Vinny asks Trenyce, who nods her head.

"I couldn't keep this from her. She's supportive of me finding my baby," Trenyce says back to him. "There's just one problem."

"What's that?" Vinny asks her back.

"We have no idea where to begin to look," Chris answers for her. "Because we always believed Andrew was our child, we don't know anything that could have happened in the baby switch."

"I don't even know if the baby was a boy or girl," Trenyce says, trying not to get chocked up.

Vinny looks back at them with sympathy. "I think I could help you," he finds himself saying to them. "I have a lot of money and connections. I will help you find your baby."

"Really?" Trenyce asks as she covers her mouth and a tear forms in her eye. "That's great, Vinny, thank you. Madeline Wilkins told us that the baby was sold on the black market."

"I know what we are up against," Vinny replies to her. "It won't be easy, but we gotta try."

Daisy starts to walk back to the table after collecting the cheque she just received from Frederick. As she moves to the table, she walks past the washrooms and Jemma emerges from the women's door.

"Daisy," Jemma says to her, causing Daisy to stop and smile when she sees her Aunt. Jemma threw some water on her face to calm herself down.

"Hello," Daisy says back to her. "Sorry I had to leave, I had a quick meeting."

"Yes, I saw that man," Jemma replies to her quickly. "Who was he, again?"

"Dr. Frederick Richardson," Daisy tells her. "Why are you so upset about me seeing him?" Daisy immediately thinks back to when she saw Jemma get upset when she spotted Frederick before. Meggan confirmed that Frederick isn't hiding anything in his past, Daisy remembers. And, when Daisy asked her Aunt if she has anything in her past, Jemma said no.

Jemma shrugs her shoulders. "I can't explain it," she tells her niece. "But, I sense that he ain' nothin' but trouble. You best stay away from that one."

Before Daisy can reply, Jemma turns and moves towards to the table. Daisy arches her eyebrow and wonders what is really going on with her Aunt. This is just another thing that makes Daisy think that her Aunt does have some kind of secret, possibly with Frederick.

Savannah enters the restaurant and looks around trying to find Andy. The two friends agreed to have a late dinner together because it had been awhile since they saw each other. Savannah spots her friend and then moves over to the table where he is sitting. She hopes that her friend is in a better place than the last time they saw each other; she had been concerned about his drinking but since his accident, he has told everyone that he has stopped drinking. She hopes that she can have her friend back to being normal again.

"Hey, Andy," she says as she approaches the table and looks at her friend. "Sorry I'm a bit late. Andrew's baby sitter was a little late arriving."

"No worries," Andy smiles as he stands and hugs his friend. Savannah can immediately smell alcohol on her friend. "I'm glad that we could do this tonight."

"Me too," she says as she forces a smile on her face as they look at each other. "Have you been drinking?"

Andy looks back at her. "I had a cocktail while I was waiting for you, why?"

"Nothing," she says back to him as she sits down. "I just thought that you had stopped drinking after the car accident you were in. You were lucky that you weren't arrested!"

Andy waves his hand in the air. "Not you too," he sighs. "Look, I don't have a problem with alcohol. It's like I told my sister, since Reese has died, I have enjoyed my drinks a little bit more than usual. And, as for the accident, Victoria didn't press charges. And Robbie told me that because it was my first offence, I just had to pay a fine, no charges were filed. I paid my fine, I won't be arrested. I just had a cocktail, for crying out loud! But I don't have a drinking problem! I don't have a drinking problem! Okay? I miss my husband and sometimes I like to numb the pain! I wish everyone would get a fucking grip when it comes to this."

"Whoa," Savannah replies to him as she puts her hands up in a defensive mode. "I didn't mean to create such a stir. I was just concerned."

"Well there's no need to be," he says back to her, his tone sharp. "Now, how are you? I don't want to talk about me anymore tonight."

Scene Three - Robertson Enterprises

Kim's face appears as she steps off the elevator. She takes a deep breath as she still doesn't know what she is doing here today. She just had to see Tyler for some reason or another. In her heart, she knows why she is here today. She can't stop thinking about Bob's demand in order to save their marriage: she has to give up baby Blake. She wants to be with Bob more than anything in the world, but can she actually give her baby? She shakes her head as tears fill her eye tears at the thought. She feels like she is between a rock and a hard place right now.

"Kim?" Tyler asks her as he walks through the hallway of the tower. "Is everything okay?"

Without saying a word, Kim shakes her head and grabs his hand pulling him into his office. He shuts the door behind them, but he doesn't latch it all the way closed. "What is it? What's wrong?"

Kim shakes her head again as a tear falls down her cheek. He realizes that she is upset about something and he moves towards her and pulls her into a hug.

"Hey, it's okay," he says as she starts to sob in his arms. "I'm here for you. Nothing can be that bad. Just talk to me, okay? What is wrong?"

Kim feels his muscular arms around him and moves in closer to his body. She finally gets her tears under control and then looks into his eyes. "Sorry, I don't know what came over me."

"You don't have to apologize to me Kim," he says back to her as he looks into her wet eyes. "You know that I'm always here for you, no matter what you need."

"Why do you love me so much?" she asks him, not realizing what she is saying. "No matter what I am going through, you are there and you're so supportive."

He smiles as he caresses her face. "It's because what you and I have shared, I've never shared with anyone else and I don't want to share it with anyone else Kim. You're such a beautiful person, I just wish you'd realize that. You have so much to offer."

"I don't feel like a beautiful person right now."

"Shh," he says as he pulls her closer to him. "You are always beautiful to me. Nothing will ever change that."

Dominick approaches his son's door way and starts to open it when he spots Kim in Tyler's arms. Immediately, he thinks back to Bob telling him and Tyler that he was about to get everything he wanted. Dominick can't help but think that Bob would love to see his wife in the arms of his son - again.

"Kim, I just want you to know that I love you," Tyler tells her as they look into his each other's eyes.

"I know you do," Kim says back to him as he hand covers Tyler's. "I feel it more today than I ever have before."

"I will do anything for you," he says as he leans in closer to her.

Dominick sees the moment and grabs his phone from his pocket. He aims it at the couple as Tyler leans in and gives Kim a kiss on the lips. Dominick snaps three pictures and then disappears without Kim or Tyler noticing his presence; they are too busy enjoying each other's lips on each other.

Scene Four - The Tower's, The Penthouse; Cory & Robin's Home

Cory pours himself a gin and tonic at the bar and then quickly moves back to the sofa in the living room. He takes a drink of his beverage before he sets it down to the open laptop that is on the coffee table.

"I have to figure out what is really going on here," he says to himself as he starts to type into the search bar. His mind is racing thinking about what could really be going on with Robin; when he went to see his wife recently, she was fine until she got her medication. Then she became distant and asked him to leave; it's like they were two different people.

"Why would Robin be so normal before her medication and then push me out the door once she got her daily dose?" he asks himself as he searches the mental facility that his wife is staying in.

When nothing comes up from his search, Cory leans back in the sofa and takes a deep breath. He reaches for his gin and takes another gulp.

"I can't give up," he says as he swallows the booze down. "I have to figure out what is going on. I can't give up on Robin, our future is relying on this."

Suddenly, he gets an idea. "That's it. Maybe if I look into Robin's medication, I can find out what they are giving her."

He starts to look on the internet page that's open. "That's it … I have to figure this out. I just have too."

Scene Five - The Pier

"I told you I don't like being seen with you," Rebecca snaps at Melissa as they meet on the pier in their usual place of meeting. Rebecca knows that she sent Melissa a text message letting her know that Cory was going to see Robin the other day but she didn't think that her mother would want to see her again, especially since Rebecca told her that she didn't want anything more to do with their plan of breaking up Cory and Robin.

"Oh, just relax," Melissa says back to her daughter. "I wanted to tell you in person that I have everything under control."

"I don't even know what that means," Rebecca replies to her mother. "And I don't know that I want to know."

"When did you become such a party pooper?" Melissa asks her daughter. "You always knew that I hated Cory and I never wanted him to be with my daughter."

"I'm your daughter too, or did you forget that?" Rebecca asks her, knowing that she slept with Cory in hopes of breaking up Cory and Robin, only Rebecca fell in love with Cory.

"I didn't forget but it's not my fault you fell for that loser. You, just like Robin, can do so much better than that piece of garbage."

"Don't speak about Cory like that!"

"Oh God, here we go…" Melissa says back to her. "I'm your Mother, Rebecca. I just want what's best for you. Look, I just wanted to let you know that everything is under control."

From the other side of the pier, Dominick stands watching the two women engage. He wanted to get some air after he saw Tyler and Kim kiss and he thought being by the water would be nice. Now, he can't believe his eyes: his ex Melissa, who he hasn't seen in years, is talking with Rebecca.

"What the hell is going on here?" he whispers to himself, suddenly thinking about Cory and Robin. "Whatever it is, I will get to the bottom of it."

Scene Six - The Sugarbowl

"Hey, I got your message, are you okay?" Dawn asks her friend, as Paige moves into the booth across from Dawn in the back of the coffee house.

As soon as the court case was over, Paige texted her friend and told her that she needed to see her. Paige still can't believe that her Dad's made her testify at the trial; just so they could prove which one is more worthy of her dead mother's belongings. To Paige, it is sick and gross how they are behaving.

"I don't know," Paige admits to her friend as she picks up her hot chocolate. "It was horrible in that court room today."

"I can't believe that they actually made you go through with it," Dawn says back to her.

"Oh, I had to go through with it alright. The Judge asked me all these questions about my Mom and I…" she stops as she bites her lip to stop herself from crying. "I hate this Dawn. I really hate all of this."

Dawn reaches over and grabs her friend's hand. "Maybe now they will realize what this is doing to do you and the fighting will stop?"

Paige shakes her head. "I don't care, the damage has been done," she says as a tear falls down her cheek. "I hate them, Dawn. I hate both Robbie and Jeff for what they've done. I will never forgive them. Never."

Scene Seven - The Richardson Estate; Frederick, Meggan & Lukas' Home

"How did it go?" Meggan asks Jeff as he moves into the living room of the large house as Meggan pours herself a glass of water.

Jeff looks at her and gets the biggest grin on his face. He can't hide the fact that he is thrilled with outcome of the court: he will get to kick Robbie out of the house that he was kicked out of and move back into the house he shared with Leah.

"I take it by the look on your face that you won?" Meggan asks him again as she sets her water glass down and moves closer to him.

"I got the house," Jeff says, almost in disbelief. "I got the house that I shared with Leah. Robbie will have to move out and I'll get to move in."

"I'm so happy for you Jeff," Meggan smiles back to him. "Even if that means that we won't be living together anymore."

"I'll still see you all the time," Jeff says back to her. "God, Meggan, this feels amazing! I'm getting what I should have had all along! This is so great!"

Meggan laughs with him and then he leans in and kisses her. They part for a moment and she looks at him. "I want you," she whispers to him.

"I want you too," he says, his eyes full of lust. "I want you so very badly."

She grabs his hand and drags him out of the room and towards the stairs.

Scene Eight - The Calimo House; Robbie & Felicia's Home

"God Dammit!" Robbie yells as he enters the house and slams the door closed behind him. He moves into the living room and over to the bar to pour himself a stiff drink. He can't believe that lost the house he has been living in for so long to Jeff. He hates that this was the outcome. He swallows down his brandy and then pours himself another.

"I'm guessing that it didn't go so well," Victoria says as she moves into the living room. She came by because she knew that she had to be there for Robbie after the court case. The two seemingly agreed to put everything behind them after her car accident.

"I lost the fucking house," Robbie whispers as he takes another drink. "That loser was able to persuade the Judge that he should have this house."

Victoria sighs and realizes that she can never tell Robbie that she was the one who told Jeff to sue him for what she thought Jeff deserved; Robbie would never forgive her if he learned the truth. She moves closer to Robbie and puts her hands on his back.

"I'm sorry it has come to his," she whispers back to him. "I wish I could make you not feel so upset."

"How am I supposed to feel?" he asks her as he turns around to face her.

"I know that you're upset," she says back to him. "But, Robbie, my God, a couple of days ago, I was in a car accident and we didn't know if I was going to live or die. Let's try to remember what the important things are right now. This is just a house. Who cares if Jeff lives here or not."

Robbie uneasily nods back to her. "You're right," he admits to her as he pulls her into a hug. "Thank you for making me realize what's important."

"I'm going to go put the kettle on for some tea," she smiles back to him before she leans in and gives him a kiss on the lips. "Would you like one?"

He shakes his head and holds up his brandy. "I'll be okay with this," he winks back at her before she turns and leaves the room. As soon as she's gone, he pounds back his brandy and then takes a deep breath. "This is all your fault, Dad. I will make sure you pay for this. You won't get away for killing Leah. If it's the last thing I do, you will pay."

Next on One Day at a Time
- Dawn and Max continue to get high together
- Shane has a confession for Natasha
