Setting: The Calimo Mansion; The Parlor

The guests begin to whisper among themselves, in a state of shock after Dominick bursts into the parlor.

"Wait! I have a reason! Leah, you can’t marry Robbie! I simply refuse to allow it," Dominick says, arriving at the alter.

An outraged Leah steps down grabs Dominick’s hand and escorts him outside of the parlor. "What the hell do you think you’re doing Daddy?" Leah asks angrily.

Dominick looks at her in the eyes. Her tears begin to swell with tears. "Come with me. We need to talk in private," he says, opening a door. They enter one of Bob’s business rooms. "Sit, we need to talk," he says.

Leah sits in a chair. "Why are you ruining the happiest day of my life?"

Dominick sits next to her, and takes her hand. "Because I know. I know you still have feelings for Jeff Claus."

Leah looks up, stunned at her father’s words. "What are you talking about? I love Robbie with every fiber of my being."

"Then why were you kissing Jeff earlier tonight?"

"Oh my God! You were spying on me?" Leah asks, stunned...not by the question, but the fact that someone saw her.

"No. You know I respect you and your privacy. I went upstairs to see you, to give you one last father/daughter talk. And I opened the door, and you and your ex husband were kissing. I didn’t want to interrupt, so I left," Dominick recalls.

"Well if you would have stayed, you would know that Jeff and I said our good-byes. I told him I love Robbie, Daddy. You know that. I would never leave Robbie for Jeff...or any man. Please give me your blessing," Leah pleas, with a tear scrolling down her face.

"You promise me that’s all there was to the kiss?"

"I promise. Pinky swear," Leah laughs, holding out her pinky.

Dominick holds out his finger, and they lock together.

"Alright my love, you have my blessing," Dominick smiles.

Leah embraces her father. "I love you Daddy," she cries.

Scene 2
Setting: The Calimo Mansion; The Grand Staircase

Victoria makes her way down the stairs, in a strange and cautious manner, which Shane spies as she meets him at the foot of the staircase.

"Victoria, are you all right?" He queries with concern.

Victoria then reaches the last step and reaches her hand out to touch the left side of his face and replies, "Oh! I am now that I’m with you." She then removes her hand from his face as Shane responds with a slight, but nervous grin.

Shane feeling these strange vibes from her, so deep in the pit of his stomach, he begins to question her again. "Are you sure...you seem...I don’t know, perhaps I should analyze you?" He concludes deductively.

Victoria comes closer and grabs his hand, "Honey, I know that you tend to worry, but honestly, I’m fine." She then moves her hand upward onto his chest and jerks her head back along with her hair and further adds, "Although it would be nice if you could be a little more affectionate and a little less paranoid," as she moves her hand down to chartered boundaries.

Shane quickly rises, "Okay, enough! The jokes on me, now cut the act." He states firmly.

Victoria then backs away with a baffled look in her eye and asks, "What joke?"

"This strange little act your putting on and touching me..." he manages to say before she cuts him off.

"I thought that was what husband and wife do, don’t you..." she voices confusedly as one of the guests intercedes by crashing into her. The guest quickly apologizes and moves on. Victoria regains her posture as her eyes then become fixed around the room until she notices Shane.

"Shane?" She inquires.

"Are you okay?" He asks, forgetting what occurred.

"Yeah, I think so." She says looking around the room quite suspiciously once more. "How did I get here?"

Shane is taken aback by the question, "You don’t remember?" He asks, looking for clarification.

"Well, I was upstairs and then... I was here." She adds, still feeling quite strange.

"Are you sure you don’t want me to check you out? I mean, it will only take a couple minutes to run some tests." He says, trying to convince her to take the tests.

"I told you I was okay." She reaffirms her status, feeling a slight headache coming on.

"Well, your actions tell me otherwise, I really think we should run some tests first thing tomorrow. I can schedule you..." he adds as she lowers her head down trying to rid herself of this sudden pain and then jerks her head up and cuts him off.

"I don’t want your tests, now stay out of my way!" She concludes in a strong and irrate tone and then marches off.

Shane mind still is not soothe by her protest and states to himself after she leaves, "Something is definitely going on!"

"Yes Robbie, everything is fine. Daddy was just having a moment. But it’s alright now...isn’t it Daddy?" Leah says looking firmly at her father.

"Yes, yes. Everything is fine. I am truly sorry for the interruption, Robbie," Dominick says. "Now, let’s get on with shall we? You two need to be married."

Sofia emerges behind Robbie. "I couldn’t agree more. Let’s continue with the wedding," she smiles. She turns "Everyone, places. The wedding shall continue!" she announces.

Robbie and Leah hold hands as they walk up to the altar. Father Murphy smiles as they approach. They take their places.

"Where was I?" Father Murphy says. "Ah, yes. Since no one has any problems with these two being husband and wife, we shall continue with the ceremony."

"Who gives this woman to this man?" Father Murphy asks.

"I do," Dominick says, sitting down. Leah turns and smiles at her father. She mouths "Thank you" to him, and then turns back to the Father Murphy.

The wedding continues, with Father Murphy beginning the ceremony.

"Leah, Robbie please take each other’s hands. Robbie please repeat after me. I Robbie, take thee Leah..."

"I Robbie, take thee Leah..." Robbie says, looking into Leah’s eyes.

"To be my wedded wife. To love and to hold..." Father Murphy says slowly and clearly.

"To be my wedded wife. To love and to hold..."

"In sickness and in health. As long as we both shall live."

"In sickness and in health, as long as we both shall live."

"Do we have a ring?" Father Murphy asks. Cory hands Robbie a ring. "Robbie, repeat after me. Leah, with this ring, I thee wed."

"Leah, with this ring, I thee wed," Robbie says, with a tear in his eye as he puts a ring on Leah’s finger.

A tear scrolls down Leah’s face, as she looks at Robbie.

"Leah repeat after me," Father Murphy says. "I Leah, take thee Robbie to be my wedded husband..."

"I Leah, take thee Robbie to be my wedded husband..." Leah says through her tears.

"To love and hold, in sickness and in health. As long as we both shall live."

"To love and hold, in sickness and in health. As long as we both shall live."

Robin gives Leah her ring. "Leah, repeat, once again, after me. Robbie, with this ring, I thee wed."

"Robbie with this ring, I thee wed," Leah says slipping the ring on Robbie’s finger.

"By the power invested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss your bride," Father Murphy says to Robbie.

"It really was. I’ve never seen Leah look so radiant."

"Listen, Shane. I didn’t come over to talk about the wedding. It’s been one crazy day. It seems like this day has gone on forever."

"Indeed, it has," he smiles at her.

"A lot happened today, tonight. A lot of crazy things. I just know that you and I have a problem."

"We have a problem? What kind?" he asks her.

"We love different people, but have an attraction to each other," she smiles. "Don’t say anything. Jason should be downstairs by now. We’re leaving. I’ll see you around," she says as she walks off.

"No, it’s just this cherry punch is bringing up unpleasant memories of the party." She says, placing her glass on the marble table in front of them.

"Unpleasant memories?" He asks with a curious glint in his eye.

"I ran into Victoria soon after you left, we got into an argument over you." Adam smiles in that moment and Helen catches him. "Don’t let it go to your head! She was just acting very weird, all sweet until I accidentally spilled my punch over her dress."

"Accidentally, huh?" He queries her with a grin.

"Well, I heard you at the party... you know, with Natasha’s husband... it seem pretty clear that you still have feelings for her... that you’re still in love with her." She says and then turns away.

Victoria arrives at the door to her apartment, grabbing hold of her purse as she searches for her keys. "Where are my... here they are." She says, removing the keys from her purse.

"Come on, look at me!" He asks her as she turns back to face the inevitable truth. "Now how can that be when..." he pauses!

"When what?" She asks, curious to know what he is going to say.
