Scene One - Twin Peaks Police Station

"I still can't believe everything that you just told me," Lukas tells Meggan as they sit across from one another in the visiting centre of the police station. Meggan came to see her brother after witnessing the horrible accident at the Pampa Grill as she knew that she wouldn't be of use at the hospital waiting around to hear about how everyone is doing, so she came to see Lukas instead. Still, she is well aware that she will have to go back to the hospital afterwards because Daisy will need all the support she can get because Jemma was not looking to be in the best of shape.

"Yea, it was pretty horrific," Meggan replies to him. "I guess I could have gone to the hospital to be with Daisy but I had to come see you. This night has been horrible."

"You drove in this storm?" Lukas asks her. "I know when they were bringing me here, it was pretty touch and go out there."

"I think the rain is starting to ease up," Meggan admits to him. "It's still brutal out there, but I had to come and see you. I can't believe that you've been arrested for killing our Dad."

Lukas rolls his eyes, recalling that Simona Lopez told him that there was evidence against him, even though, in his mind, it's all circumstantial. "I can't really believe it myself."

Meggan looks up and him trying to look into his eyes, as she tries to determine if Lukas could have been the one to kill their father since she knows that he was livid with him for the way he reacted when Lukas revealed that he is gay. Not only did Frederick tell him to get help, but he threatened to disinherit him.

"I have to ask you something," she leans forward, so no one will hear them. "And, I need you to be honest with me."

Lukas arches his eyebrow. "Okay?" he says back to her, worried about what she is going to say to him.

"Did you do this? Did you kill our father?"

"Of course not!" Lukas says, shocked that she would ask him that. "You know I couldn't have done this, right? Tell me you believe me."

"I believe you," Meggan nods back to her. "I just had to be sure."

"Yea, I get it," Lukas replies to her. "I need everyone in my corner because Lopez seems determined to make me pay for this crime. And, I didn't kill Dad. I know I was upset with him but there's no way I could have taken his life."

"Don't worry," Meggan reaches over and grabs his hand. "I'll do whatever I can to help you get out of this. Anything that you need, I'll be here for you. You won't spend the rest of your life in jail for something you didn't do."

Scene Two - Twin Peaks General Hospital

"Please, tell me how our son is," Kim sits up in her hospital bed, as Tyler is next to her holding her hand. They were waiting for some kind of update on Blake when Victoria came into the hospital room, bearing some news. Kim and Tyler are just hoping that Blake will be okay because they don't know what they will do if he isn't okay. Still, in their minds, this is has all been one horrible dream.

"Yea, Victoria, when can we see him? When can he go home?" Tyler asks her, hoping for the best before Victoria can say anything.

"One step at a time," Victoria slowly tells them as she moves up to them. "Kim, how are you feeling? I don't want to overwhelm you."

"I'm fine," Kim shakes her head, as she looks up at Tyler with some cuts and bruises still on her face. "Craig told me that I would make a full recovery."

Victoria nods back to her. "That's great to hear," she tells them.

"So, what's going on with Blake?" Tyler asks again. "Please, I can't wait to know how our son is."

"I'm afraid it's not good news," Victoria slowly tells them. "The semi-truck that t-boned Kim's car, the impact hit right where Blake's car seat was."

"Yea, he was behind me," Kim nods back to her. "That car seat is the best one on the market though."

Victoria bites her lower lip. "The impact of the truck hitting the car flipped the car seat completely," she continues to tell them. "Blake rolled completely over."

"So, he has a concussion?" Tyler asks her, as he squeezes Kim's hand hoping for the best.

Victoria shakes her head no. "He hit his head and …"

Kim shakes head heard as tears fill her eyes. "No, he's not dead! My baby boy is not dead!"

"He's alive," Victoria reveals to them as they both breathe a sigh of relief.

"Thank God," Tyler whispers.

"But, he has no brain activity," Victoria shocks them by continuing to tell them what has happened. "The impact to his head, it was pretty traumatic."

"What are you saying?" Kim asks her, horrified by what she was just told.

"Blake is alive, but only because we are keeping him alive. He's in a coma, and he will never wake up again," Victoria tells them, as Kim gasps out with a cry. "Blake is brain dead, he has no activity. He's alive, but he might as well be dead."

"Oh God," Kim sobs into Tyler's chest, who looks gutted by the news he just received. "Can't you do something to make him okay?"

"I'm afraid not," Victoria says back to them.

"I can't believe this," Tyler replies to everyone.

"There's no way that my son is gone. There's no way," Kim sobs as Tyler squeezes her hand.

"You look worried," Donovan tells Andy as they slowly walk back from the cafeteria, each holding a coffee, even though it's not very good from the hospital. "I thought you said Kim would make a full recovery?"

Andy takes a sip of his beverage before looking at his friend. "Yea, that's what the doctor said. But, it's Blake. I don't know, there was something in the look of Victoria's eyes that made me think that something wasn't right with my nephew."

"If anyone can help Blake, it would be Victoria."

"I know," Andy admits to him. "I'm just worried about Kim. I don't think she would handle it if anything happened to her son. Blake is her entire world."

"We have to think positive," Donovan tells him. "You know that I'm here for you guys, if you need anything."

"Thanks," Andy forces a smile on his face. "We all appreciate that. This storm has just ruined some many lives, it seems."

"Yea," Donovan nods back to him. "I mean, even Lukas. I can't believe he was arrested for killing Frederick. I mean, it's the most outrageous thing I've ever heard of."

"The police seem to think differently," Andy replies to him. "Look, you know that I will do anything I can to help Lukas."

"I know that, thank you."

"But," Andy continues to tell him. "I hope you realize that I have to focus on my family right now. I have to be there for Kim and Tyler with whatever they discover is going on with Blake. I can't help Lukas until I know my family is okay."

"I get it," Donovan tells him. "I just hope we can save Lukas before his trial starts. I don't think anyone wants to see it go that far."

Andy nods back to him. "I have faith that the justice will prevail; it has to right?"

Donovan uneasily smiles back to him. "I hope you're right."

"How is she?" Chris asks Daisy, who is standing outside of Jemma's hospital room with red eyes, as she has been crying non-stop since she learned that Jemma is in a coma and may never wake up. She can't believe that she just got her mother back and now, her mother is basically dead. Daisy turns to face her ex-husband and feels more tears coming into her eyes. "It can't be that bad?"

Daisy falls into Chris' arms, unable to keep it together anymore. "They said she will probably never wake up," she manages to say through her sobs. "Her organs are failing. She's only alive right now because of all the machines she's hooked up too."

"This doesn't seem real," Chris admits as they exit their embrace. "How is any of this possible?"

"I wish I knew," Daisy replies to him. "Al I know, is that I just got my mother back and now…"

"Don't say it," Chris grabs her hand. "There is still hope, right? As long as she is in that room and she's alive, there has to be hope."

Daisy turns around and looks into the room where Jemma is laying in a bed. "I wish I could believe in that, Chris, I really do, but…"

"No buts," Chris tells her. "Jemma is the strongest woman I know. She is always telling everyone to look at the positives and never to give up. There has to be something we can do."

Daisy turns around and looks back at him. "Thank you for saying that," she manages to say to him. "I hope you're right. I hope there is something we can do."

"Be positive," Chris encourages her. "That's the first step."

Daisy uneasily nods back to him. "Yea," she tells him. "As long as she's alive, there's hope. I have to hold on to that."

"I had heard that you were in the hospital," Trenyce says as she walks into the waiting room and she sees Andrew in a chair, half awake and half asleep. She looks at the young man that she thought was her son for so long and wishes that they were closer; she wonders if all the chaos the storm has created could actually help them bond. After all, with all the death that is surrounding them, it makes her realize how short life really is. "Stuck here because of the storm?"

Andrew nods back to her. "I don't want to take the chance of driving in this," he replies to her. "There have been enough accidents tonight, I think."

"That's the truth," Trenyce sits next to him. "Did you hear about what happened at the Pampa Grill tonight?"

Andrew uneasily looks back at her and gulps. "The car crash and Jemma?" he asks her as she nods back to him. "Yea, it's been impossible not to hear about it. How is Jemma doing?"

Trenyce feels her eyes swell with water, knowing that her Aunt will probably never wake up again. She can't believe that she will lose Jemma in this accident. It doesn't seem fair.

"Not good," Trenyce manages to tell him. "The doctors say she will never wake up again."

Andrew puts his head down, sad by what he just learned. He didn't know Jemma very well, but the times that they did interact, she was always good to him. She always gave him good advice about life as she had tons of life experience.

"God, I'm so sorry," he replies to Trenyce. "Daisy must be going through hell right now."

"The entire family is really devastated," Trenyce admits to him. "Jemma has always been the one member of this family that we all lean on and rely on when things get difficult."

"Can I do anything?"

Trenyce looks at him and finds herself nodding to him. "You can, actually," she tells him. "You can be there for us. Whether you like it or not, Andrew, we all still consider you a member of this family, and right now, the family needs to be together. You could be there for the family, because we need each other more than we've ever needed one another before."

Andrew doesn't say anything back to her. He looks forward but he finds his hand reaching over and grabbing Trenyce's. As he squeezes her hand, Trenyce lets a tear fall down her cheek, knowing that she has longed for Andrew to reach out to her. She just wishes that it didn't take this accident for it to happen.

"The doctors are in with Kim and Tyler now," Felicia announces to Eva and Dominick, as they pace around another waiting room, desperate to hear some kind of news about Blake. They all feel like they are going crazy waiting for some kind of news to be delivered to them about the youngest member of their family.

"I called Robin," Dominick replies to Felicia. "She said she would be here as soon as she could."

"I wish she wouldn't drive," Felicia tells him. "We've had enough drama with this storm."

"You know Robin though," Eva interjects. "If it's about the family, she will want to be here."

"That is fair," Felicia replies to them. "I think I'm going to go to chapel and pray."

"Felicia," Dominick stops her from leaving the waiting room. "You've been here awhile, have you taken your medication?"

Felicia nods her head back to him, but she knows that she is lying to him. "Of course I have," she tells him. The truth is, she hasn't taken her medication and she isn't about to now. She has more important things to worry about; she just wishes that everyone would get off her back about it.

Before Eva can say anything to Dominick after Felicia has left the waiting room, his cell phone rings and he quickly answers it. "Dominick Robertson…Yes, okay … thank you for that information. Yes, I had ordered the shipment of facial cream … Well, it doesn't really matter how the product is now … The truck is a total write off, I'm not surprised …"

Eva listens to the phone call and realizes that Dominick is talking about receiving a shipment of the facial cream for Robertson Enterprises but it was in an accident. She arches her eyebrow, wondering if the truck that hit Kim could have possibly been a Robertson truck. She turns around so she isn't facing Dominick again, her heart racing quickly. "It couldn't have been, could it? Did Dominick have something to do with this accident?"

Tyler pushes Kim in a wheel chair to the ICU area where Blake is located. Victoria opens the door to the room where Blake's hospital bed, allowing Tyler to push Kim inside the hospital room. They stop and look at the toddler in the oversized hospital bed. There is a white bandage around Blake's head, and he is breathing with a tube through his nose.

Kim covers her mouth in shock at the sight of her son in the state that he is in. "Can you push me closer?" she asks Tyler, who listens to her as they move closer up to Blake.

"Hey buddy," Tyler says through some tears in his eyes. "Can you hear me? I need you to wake up, okay? We need to know that you'll be okay."

"Blake, baby," Kim grabs her son's hand. "Please wake up! Please, let me see your beautiful eyes again."

"I wish there was something more we could do," Victoria interrupts them, as the parents turn back to see the doctor. "But, like I said, he won't wake up. He has no brain activity."

"He can still come back to us!" Kim protests to her. "He has to come back to us! He has too."

Tyler moves away from Kim, who continues to cry over Blake. He takes Victoria aside and looks at her. "Are you sure there's absolutely nothing we can do? There's nothing to bring Blake back?"

Victoria shakes her head quickly. "I'm so sorry," she tells him. "But no, Blake will never wake up. He has no brain activity. He's…"

"Dead," Tyler finishes her sentence, before he looks over at Kim and his son, wondering how he will make Kim realize that Blake will never come back to them. First, he has to figure out how he will realize it, himself.
