Scene One - Robertson Enterprises; The Boutique

Kim stands outside the boutique as the flames from the fire she started continue to get bigger and bigger. She has her hands in the air as a sign of victory, because she knows that by ruining Dominick's precious boutique, it will be the perfect form of revenge on him for killing Blake. She knew the moment that she found out that the semi-truck that hit her car during the ice storm, thus killing Blake, she had to get revenge on him. In her mind, this is a beautiful karma.

She drops her hands from the air and looks around, hoping that no one has spotted her yet. "I have to get out of here before someone sees me," she whispers to herself as she makes sure that she has the gas can in her purse again. She grabs her purse and quickly scurries off. She turns the corner and sees her car parked. She quickly jumps in and speeds off from the scene of the fire.

Meanwhile, smoke starts to fill the inside of the boutique as the flames start to creep inside the building. Felicia lays unconscious on the floor, having been knocked out by a loose piece of the scaffolding, making her completely unaware of the fire that is slowly surrounding her.

Scene Two - Twin Peaks General Hospital

Shelley slowly opens the door to Dawn's hospital room and moves inside as she sees Dawn laying in the hospital bed, her eyes red from crying. Shelley slowly walks up to her bedside and looks at her friend and her lover.

"How did it go?" Shelley asks her, already knowing that Dawn hated every moment of the examination.

Dawn shrugs a little as she fights the tears in her eyes. "I hate that I had to go through with that," she admits to Shelley. "To be touched like that again so soon…"

"For what it is worth," Shelley replies to her. "I'm really proud of you. I know this was difficult, but it was the right thing to do. We have to make sure that Jonah didn't cause you any physical harm."

"He already has," Dawn whispers back to her as her lower lip trembles.

"I know," Shelley tells her. "But this was for the best."

Dawn uneasily nods back to her. "Look, I have to tell you something. And, I fear that you won't be happy with me."

Dawn looks back at her in surprise. "What is it?"

"I saw your Mom outside earlier," Shelley reveals to her. "I don't know all the details, but your Dad was in some kind of accident."

"What?" Dawn sits up in her bed more alert after hearing about Adam. "Is he okay?"

"I don't know all the details, but there's more," Shelley tells her, as Dawn arches her eyebrow. "I…I told your Mom about what happened to you. I hope you're not mad at me."

"You did what?" Dawn shrieks at her. "You had no right to do that!"

"I know," Shelley waves her hand in the air. "I just couldn't think of a lie at the time. And, honestly, you need your parents right now. Probably more than ever."

"I can't believe you did this," Dawn tells her. "I think you should go."

"Dawn…"

"GO!" Dawn yells at her as she points to the door. Shelley uneasily smiles back to her before she turns and leaves the hospital room. Dawn curls up into herself and starts to cry, feeling more embarrassed than ever before about what has happened to her.

"Craig, are you sure that I can go and see him?" Helen asks the doctor as they stand outside of Adam's hospital room. Craig was doing his rounds when Helen stopped him and asked him about Adam's surgery. She was relieved to learn that he was able to stop the internal bleeding. Helen, however, was surprised to learn that Adam should be waking up soon. She thought that he would be asleep for a while longer, considering the surgery that he just had.

"I'm positive," Craig nods back to her. "In fact, I expect him to wake up anytime now. I'm sure he'd like to see a familiar face."

"Thank you," Helen tells him before she turns and opens the door to his hospital room. She looks at her ex-husband, who is sleeping in the bed, and has a large bandage wrapped around his head. She moves up to him and gets tears in her eyes seeing him in this state. She just thanks God that he will be okay. "Adam, you have no idea how scared I was. You can't leave us, we need you so much," she tells him as she sits at his bedside. "Dawn needs you; that's what I have to tell you. Something horrible has happened to our daughter and I have no idea how I'm going to make this right."

Adam slowly opens his eyes and looks up at Helen. "You're awake," she whispers to him as a tear falls down her cheek. "Oh, thank God. You gave us such a scare."

"What happened?" he asks her slowly, trying to remember everything that happened.

"It was a terrible accident," Helen replies to him. "Don't worry about that now, I'm just glad that you're okay."

"It's good to see you too," he smiles back to him.

"I hate to tell you this now after everything you've been through, but something has happened to Dawn," Helen tells him, as his eyes become more alert.

"What is it? What happened to our daughter?"

"There's no easy way to say this," Helen replies to him as tears fill her eyes. "But, she was raped at the summer camp. Some monster attacked our baby."

Adam tries to lean up in. "I'll kill that son of a bitch," Adam forms a fist with his hand even though he is still weak.

"Stop," Helen pushes him back down into his pillow. "This won't solve anything. We have to stay for Dawn right now."

"Where is she? Bring her to me?"

Helen nods back to him before she hugs him. "I'll go get here. We have to be there for her now," Helen cries into his shoulder, as Robin peers through the window of Adam's room and sees his ex-wife in his arms.

Robin turns around and tries to calm herself down, upset that she is seeing Helen in Adam's arms. She knows that she shouldn't be jealous by what she just saw, but she can't help it. She knows that Adam and Helen have a long history; seeing them together shouldn't upset her, but she can't help it.

She looks over and sees Robbie walking through the hospital. She quickly rushes up to him. "Robbie, do you have minute?" she asks him, as he stops and looks at Robin.

"Robin, hey, I do have a couple minutes, how are you? What's going on?" he asks her.

"I don't know if you've heard, but there was an accident at the boutique earlier today," she tells him as he arches his eyebrow. "Adam was caught in some scaffolding that fell on top of him."

"Whoa, I hadn't heard that," Robbie replies to her. "Will he be okay?"

Robin uneasily nods back to him. "Thankfully, yes," she informs him. "But listen, I was at the boutique for a Robertson Enterprises photo shoot, and I didn't see anything wrong with the set up."

"What are you saying?"

"I don't know if this was an accident," she admits to him.

"But who would want to hurt Adam?"

Robin shrugs. "I don't know, and I could be completely off base, I just would feel more comfortable if you could look into what happened."

"Yea, of course, I will," Robbie tells her. "I'll look into it as soon as I'm done here."

"Thank you, I really appreciate that."

"Keep you posted," Robbie replies to her, as he turns to move away from. He moves over to the nurses station, where he sees Victoria standing, holding some patients files. "Vic," he calls out to her. "Do you have a moment?"

Victoria turns and looks back at Robbie, rolling her eyes slightly. "Not really," she tells him. "We are short staffed today."

"It won't take long," he replies to her. "I just wanted…"

"Enough, Robbie!" she cuts him off. "I told you that we are over, and I mean it, damn it! Please, stop coming around and stop trying to make me understand what you're going through. I don't want to hear it, okay?"

Before Robbie can reply, Victoria walks away from him. He sighs heavily, wondering what it will take to get through to her. He runs his hands through his hair, before he realizes that he should get back to the police station so he can investigate the accident at the boutique. He starts walking to the elevator when his cell phone starts to ring.

"Robbie Calimo," he says as he answers the call. "What? My God…yes, I'm at the hospital, I'll let him know. Make sure you get that fire put out ASAP!"

Robbie hangs up his phone and rushes towards the waiting room, where he can see Robin and Dominick standing. He enters the waiting room, just as Dominick and Robin come out of their hug that they are sharing. "I'm glad I caught you, Dominick," he says, trying to get his breath.

"Robbie? What is it?" Robin asks him, concerned. "Did you find out something about Adam's accident already?"

"No," Robbie replies to him, as Max comes into the waiting room. "And, we may never find out what happened now."

"Why?" Max asks him, as Robbie turns around to see the young man in the waiting room. "What's happened now?"

"There's no easy way to tell you this, Dominick," Robbie looks at him. "But, the boutique, it's on fire."

"What?" Dominick asks him in shock. "How the hell is any of this happening? Tell me that there is a fire crew on site now?"

"Of course, they are trying to put the flames out as we speak," Robbie tells them. "It's too early to tell the extent of the damage."

"My God," Dominick whispers back to them as he runs his hand through his hair. "This day just keeps getting worse and worse."

Max leaves the waiting room and gets a grin on his face, realizing that the fire is perfect because now there will be no evidence pointing him to Adam's accident. He thought he had covered his tracks before, but a fire spreading throughout the boutique means that no one will ever be able to trace Adam's accident back to him.

"I don't know what I did to deserve this, but I can't believe my luck," he whispers to himself.

"I'm glad I found you before you left," Helen tells Dawn as they slowly walk towards Adam's hospital room. "Your Dad was in an accident, but he should be okay."

"I heard," Dawn replies to her as they arrive at Adam's door. "But, I also know that you had a talk with Shelley, and Mom…"

"No," Helen stops her from talking. "Let's go see your Dad, okay?"

Helen opens the hospital door and Dawn moves inside. She's taken aback seeing her Dad laying in the hospital bed with a large bandage around his head. "Daddy," she asks him, as Adam opens his eyes. "Please tell me that you'll be okay?"

"I'll be better than okay," Adam grins back to her. "Come here, come give me a hug."

Dawn rushes over to him and softly collapses into his arms. Helen comes up and holds her as well. "We know what happened to you," Adam whispers back to Dawn, who starts to cry. "We are so sorry, and we will do anything, I mean, anything, to help you get through this."

"We never should have sent you to that camp," Helen whispers to her daughter.

"It just … it hurts so bad," Dawn cries into her Adam's shoulder. "I feel so disgusting."

"Don't you say that," Adam replies to her, as Dawn continues to weep. "Oh my girl, let it out. I'll protect you from now on, I promise you."

Scene Three - Kim's Lexus

Kim drives quickly down the mountain road as she inches closer to the Calimo mansion. As she drives, her mind is on the fire that at the boutique. She gets a smile on her face as she thinks about all the flames that were surrounding the building that Dominick created to sell that damn facial cream; the same facial cream that took her son.

"An eye for an eye," she whispers to herself. "Isn't that what they say?"

She shakes her head as she turns a corner on the road. "I have to get it together," she tells herself. "No one can suspect that I started this fire."

She pushes the button on her radio, hoping to get her mind off things. She suddenly hears a news bulletin. "There is a fire at the Robertson Enterprises boutique down town in Twin Peaks; we recommend that everyone stay off Main Street until the fire is put out. So far, there have been no casualties."

Kim feels the blood drain from her face. "What do they mean, so far?" she whispers to herself. "I didn't see anyone inside… no one is supposed to get hurt by this…no, they are wrong. No one will get hurt…I made sure of that…"

Meanwhile, in the boutique, the flames continue to build as Felicia lays unconscious on the floor, her head bleeding from the metal beam that hit her.
